When the kids were little they would often come into our room & talk or wrestle or anything to not have to sleep. They would often fall asleep shortly after. We usually carried them to bed after they fell asleep but sometimes we would let them stay & cuddle. I can’t carry them like I used to but it still warms my heart to see this every now & then.

Communion Sunday at @arborroad

I asked Shelly to help me with my scarf, to be knotted differently. We stopped walking, I put my chin up, Shelly fixed my scarf. This woman approached, big smile, and spoke in French to us, pointing to her husband’s neck. He was probably rolling his eyes. We had no idea the words she spoke but we somehow knew she was talking about how she fixes her husband’s scarf. It was an awesome husband/wife relationship bonding despite the language difference.

Couldn’t get close to the lady, hopefully she’ll be ready if we make it out there again

This cat seemed to be a permanent fixture at this café. We were going to sit at that spot but it didn’t move. It stirred only once to stretch and lay back down.

As for me and my family, we will serve the Lord
