When @johndunne is not out on a lunchtime boondoggle, he brings to work these delicious meat and cheese sandwiches. Today it was salami and provolone. Oh, and TWO compartments of baby carrots in his “Stayfit” lunch box.

Did you know baby carrots are not really babies? They were invented by a California farmer in the late 80s. He took his ugly carrots, and cut them up in a perfect uniform shape, and today they end up in John Dunne’s belly. Amazing.
