A special congratulations goes out to Kathy Joseph from Champlain Valley Union High School, the Girls High School Singles State Champion, and Kailey Yang and Sajani Sivakumar from South Burlington High School, winners of the doubles tournament.

The Bridges Was Named One of the Top 75 Tennis Resorts Worldwide!

Each year Tennis Resorts Online surveys thousands of tennis vacationers around the world to rank the Top 100 Tennis Resorts Worldwide. The results were released earlier this week and The Bridges was ranked among the Top 75 Tennis Resorts in the World, again!

As if that wasn’t enough, The Bridges ranked 5th for Best Overall Children’s Programs.

As we approach our busy summer season we would like to take this time to welcome back past guests and encourage new friends to visit and find out what all the rave is about! May 3: Start your Medicine Garden

Are you interested in medicinal plants and learning what grows well in our bioregion? Would you like to know how to use some common herbs to support your health as well as improve your energy and digestion? We will discuss some of my favorite and easy to grow herbs such as chamomile, peppermint, tulsi, calendula, lemon balm, thyme, echinacea, raspberry leaf, and yarrow.

We will discuss the following:

Medicine garden design
Plant uses and contraindications
How to prepare herbal teas
