GREMLINS UPDATE:
Luke: A further bit of speculation on the whole Corey Feldman "Can I hold him/pet him" controversy. I wonder if what I'm remembering is not in fact the movie, but rather a book on tape/record that I might have listened to as a kid. In the heady days before easy access to videotapes, I would have listened to these recordings a lot, and it's quite possible that one of those shoddy replicas is what I'm remembering. If you have any answers then please post them in our tumbleweed plagued comments section.
