Elizabeth lost her first tooth!

Well finally Elizabeth has lost her first tooth. She is so excited and we can't wait to see what the tooth fairy is going to bring her. Check out the video.

The best Abuelo Ever!

2008-11-08T06:32:00.000-08:00

As my wife stands in line at Target Diego is with his Abuelo (spanish for Grandpa) and suddenly she hears a little boy yelling at the top of his lung, Thank you Abeulo, Thank you, Thank you, You are the best Abuelo ever!

What did Abuelo do that was so great? As my son comes running around the corner as fast as he could go screaming and all eyes in the store watching him in amazement he's got something in his hand. He is so very excited. I say what is it Diego. Abuelo bought me a "Sponge Bob" WII game!

So there you go, Abuelo made Diego's day. But what he did not think about was his other Grandchild Elizabeth who just so happens to be at the store too. You can't get one something without getting the other something. I don't know what Elizabeth got but I do know Abuelo made his Grandchildren very happy as he always does. So tomorrow I'm going to ask Abuelo where my gift is :)

Congratulations Elizabeth!

Elizabeth has been asked to join the advanced Flamenco dancing group. This class consists of 10 - 12 year olds and Elizabeth will be the youngest one! Elizabeth's dance teacher felt she was ready and on her first class she proved she was ready. She's a natural and we are so proud of her.

It's not a bad word!

2008-11-06T19:54:00.000-08:00

So today Diego was playing a game on the computer and he got a bit upset and he said a bad word. What was that bad word you said Diego? Did you say Dangit? Diego said no that is a bad word, I said "Fangit"; it's a word I made up so it's not a bad word. We just had to laugh but he's not allowed to say that word either.

Fun on our bikes

Long time no post

2008-11-01T07:25:00.000-07:00

Well it's been some time since I've posted. I really want to keep this going because there are so many things that happen and it's nice to be able to go back and look over the memories. It's also nice to be able to share with our friends and family.

Yesterday was Halloween and we had such a great time. One thing I noticed though is there were far less kids than last year. Did anyone else notice this? I'm not sure if it has to do with the state of the economy or what but it was very evident.

I have some pictures and videos that I will be uploading later. I just wanted to start with a new design and get things rolling again.

Hope everyone had a great Halloween.

Diego's Procedure

2008-01-10T18:11:00.001-08:00

Diego has his procedure for his teeth tomorrow. Because of his age and his condition they have to put him under. This has to be done at the hospital and hopefully it will be short and sweet.

Daddy took the day off to be with Diego. He's a real trooper and we know he'll do great.

Diego's Riding a Trike!

2008-01-08T06:13:00.000-08:00

Well it was really hard to find Diego a trike that he could ride but we finally found one. He loves it so much. Yesterday he rode around the whole block which is quite a ways for his little legs. He made it all the way without one push from me.

Zoo Lights

2007-12-30T06:34:00.001-08:00

We went to the Zoo Lights last night. It was very cold but lots of fun. A friend of ours gave us tickets so we decided to go at the last minute. There were a lot of people there and we took our niece Alex with us.

I will be uploading pictures later.

I had a baby and didn't know it

2007-12-30T06:24:00.000-08:00

Well this is news to me but Diego has informed me and Veronica that he came out of my tummy. We tell him that he came out of mommy's tummy and he gets mad and insists he came out of Daddy's tummy. I know I have a big belly but dang.
