Thecharleslloyd In Reflection.

Here Is A Clip Of Myself Doing A TheChazQuote On The Team Pangaea.

Take A Look At Others Here

A lot has happened since I did this experiment. I discovered vine and some great people whilst on penning the project. At the time of writing this post I am in a lot of hardship but I am keeping going due to the positive people I have met on the trip through life since. I tried hard to keep on good terms with my Exwife but sadly she moved back to America with my lovely children. Yes the relationship hit very hard times and some bad life choices saw us fall out for ever. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be cut off from the Three People I love most in the world.

So now after three months not knowing what to do next, I am following a new goal in life to try and raise the cash needed to support them and travel as much as I can to the USA.

Have met a sole mate and made many positive people on this journey. With their support and my will, let's get the new journey done in a positive way.

#Marvellous

Yep It Is time To Give Up Some Stuff For 40 Days!!!

Yep No Meat, Tobacco Or Booze Until Easter.

Why Are You Doing It Again?

Good Question: To See If I Still Have The Will Power.

Last Year I Was Dealing With Loss, Career Issues & Some Stubborn People.

So I Did This, Launched A Radio Channel & Became Calmer In Myself.

Personally I Think Whatever Creed Or Faith You Have A Good Fast Once A Year Cleans The Body And Mind.

So From Wednesday, I Put Down The Smoke, Pork Chops And Glasses Of Claret & Blog Post The Adventures Here.

#Marvellous

To Sum Up

I started this journey, depressed, down beaten and lost. A simple tradition of giving something up has really turned my life around. The Brand is going to launch in August, I have found a new diet, also that boozing is one way of letting your hair down, but just as much fun with out. Alas the smoking is harder than I thought.

I Have Met Some Great People On This Journey

I found the App Vine, the delights of twitter and a great love for the town I live in #Ivybridge. I had lived here for four years and not noticed how much there was to the town. Along with the Vine Family I have found and the Twitter team I have been able to share. I have come to terms with the loss of my Father and the end of my marriage. Also I now make more time for everyone close to me. When you get in a rut you do not notice who and what is around you. I thank everyone that has helped my hold my head up high and look forward to the future again & listened to my rambles as I get back on my feet.

Well I Got Here

That Is HayTor Up there, A nice slow climb to a few rocks that have stood there proud for thousands of years. A beautiful view when you get up there. The second day of the Easter week end. I did a spot of ving in the morning and got on with my day. That evening I had a friend nagging me to go out for a drink that night that could not get it into there heads that after 46 not drinking it did matter that I was not going to have one until midnight. To have gone this far and fail at the last moment was bad.

Enough Of Them

My son and I were spending the day together tomorrow so I had got some turkey in as he does not like Lamb. So meat was on the menu, I could wait for that and no one was nagging me at all for 46 days to have a munch on any meat. It would seem booze and Smoking is something some people want to do.

The Project/Brand will now be launched in August.

Good Friday.

Up there is the west foot of Dartmoor. My son was born in the states and his mother is American, so he is not used to the Hot Crossed Bun. He came to spend the day with Me, so we did our man thing eating of the food the girls and his mother do not eat; with Hot Crossed Buns for pudding.

After the blow so close to the end of the Journey yesterday, I was feeling very flat. My boy did keep my spirits up. The girls were due home next week too and I have been missing them loads. It is hard enough not living in the same with them, but at least I knew they were a phone call and a walk away.

Start Summing Up Charles.

Yes this part of the blog is hard to do as after all this the goal had to move. I have waited a while to get around to it and wanted to finish with some laughs. The meat & booze was very hard to do but manageable, the smoking a night mare. getting the project up and going has been an adventure. it is there in the back ground taking shape and will be launched on August 2nd. So I will do day one later and then work on a great finish for this. Thank you all for reading about this venture.

What is this badly made Pan Cake? I hear you ask, well that was the dish of the day when I started this. I seem to have picked up a few religious followers, which is a good thing. I did get an ear bashing from some Jehovah Witnesses. This is the deal, I keep my faith to myself and follow my journey, please do not try and convert me into your thinking as I am not you and therefore I can not think like you. I like everyone from every creed and I think this is the best way I can let you know.

Oh I Say

Well to the plot, the excitement of being able to munch and meat and have a beer was a good feeling. The day was spent working on me IT stuff and the evening for reflection. I friend in need contacted me & the money I had stashed not drinking and eating meat went. So the day went off with a mixture of feeling. the girls called me from the states and spent some time with my boy.

See what happens on Hot cross Bun day. Thanks for the read.

Yep Let Us Start To Party

Yes it is all very exciting. After the Cycling accident I thought I was never going to get in front of the camera until the jaw was fixed, but hey Vine came to the rescue. Early I know to get back into the public life, but hey if you wait to get started you never start. It is strange now to think of the cold and depressed me that started this blog and now meeting the wonderful new people I have met to share #Ivybridge with: I feel like the old me again. The Guy that was ready to go off to Drama School and start his career. Thank you all for being around for this.

Back to the Plot

Wednesday was a bit of a flat day for me, the computer programs I use do not all agree with each other and so the work is harder than I would like. Hey the sun is shining and this is a good thing. After last year spending all the light hours at Devontees working with dad to save the company was in my mind. Then his passing and the fiends stealing it from me while I was getting used to his loss. I have no intention of missing a moment of sun this year. The 40 days has helped me get rid of the anger issues I have for the vile characters that saw it fit to push me from the company and I have a new one starting. So let's party.

A ramble of a blog today, but I have my son with me and we are off swimming. Thanks for the read.

It Really Is Spring

Yes there Is #Ivybridge on a sunny day in 2014. To help me think I like to walk, I also like to food shop well, so now the weather is good I take myself to the Large Tesco's Store in the next village for items I can not buy in the home town. Behind the Pub is a view of the large hill, if you are a genius with all the kit to take great Photo's there are some great shots there.

Anyway

Today was good, my son was over for the afternoon, always good fun having solo time together. With three you are swapping attention all the time. The girls are having a great time in the States with their grand parents and I am loving FaceTime. Think just five years ago, it would have been a bad video connection or a phone. Thank you computer wizards for all your mavellous gadgets.

The Plot Please Charles

Yes the project was going good that day.

Land Mark

OK you have heard about me rave about Vine. Well personally I think this is the new Social Media. FaceBook is very tedious now and with the Link to my Social media of Choice Twitter it beats Instagram for me at least. It is all about who you are following, like my Twitter Followers, I have chatted to all of them, I do not want to buy followers or be famous, I just want a platform to keep up with people and share.
Walking home from dropping my son back to his mother I came up with the Idea for a Vine movie, as luck would have it a genius of a viner also was up for the idea of helping. So today the idea was born.
The last week is not what I had pictured, but this has been one mighty journey. Thanks for the read.

I was in a spring clean mood, so aired the flat and did all the paper work I needed to do. I may self was having a few issues of self doubt but to conquer that I took more than one long walk. Made up my mind it is time to buy a new computer to work the business and took an early night.

The three give ups were routine so I took the day as a doing day with no issues. Sorry for the short post, but lots to do and little time. More tomorrow as a new venture is being tried out. The new social media site I visit now: Vine has introduced me to some very fine people. All sending out short videos of fun to the world if they have the spare 6 seconds. So checking in what has happened over night if you are with the right people is fun.

Now forgive me for one paragraph, in my life I have had three near death experiences. The first one I was only nine and did not know what could have happened. The second two I knew full well, those two times I did a lot of asking to God if I could have some more time. Another time I was out of ideas was about to loose my house and with children that is a very bad thing. On my own I went up to the church and asked for help. I am still here and inside. Three times is more than enough for me to prove the fact something is going on, it may not be in the rituals and words set down by some that manage their life or others with, but I am not going to question the fact that something is going on. Also I am not going to stop saying thank you that I am still here with not one but two houses. One for the children and their mom, one for me. So now I go as regularly as I can to say thank you. I am not going to push what I do down your throats and would ask the same respect. This is my personal time.

OK that is done, if you are still reading, Sunday I pop up to church to say thank you and have a chat with my Dad who is no longer with us. My private time, let my thoughts go up to the sky. Not boring anyone with what is troubling me & saying cheers for being here still myself. On the way this day I made a Vine & went in with a big smile. When my Dad died the only place I was able to let go was on Christmas Day at the service, being split from the children I knew I was not going to see them & as I had not stopped working it was the first day I had had a break to accept what had happened. The people there are not nosey & just get on with their thing, so it was great to celebrate Palm Sunday there & the churches AGM.

The rest of the day was great, I made some vines, got some Instagram down of #Ivybridge, did some writing as some very good ideas were running through the Brain. In the evening I would have loved to have sat in the Beer Garden at The Old Smithy, having a smoke, chatting with some friends after a roast beef dinner, but that is at the finishing line and which is in seven days.

So here we go. Thanks for reading, if you could respect my personal belief that would be good as I am not going to convert anyone or be converted. You are you & I am me. Happy in my skin, hope you are in yours. Life is a personal journey and no one knows what really is at the finishing line. So let's see what happens at the end of this one.

Saturday & time to start to close things up.

This is me recovering from the accident.

Yep if you have seen the vines and the Youtube footage you will notice I talk a bit funny and hold my head in different positions to hide the jaw. I went over the handle bars at speed on my bicycle and woke up in a mess at A&E a bit later. It is almost a year since the event & I will be able to have the face all fixed so I can get back to my normal self.

I have been very pleased to find the Vine as at last I am practicing my skills again in an environment of a great bunch of people, of whom are there to have fun.

So I is now seven days to go until this is all over, I can chomp on a steak, sip the red wine and relax in a beer garden with maybe a smoke.

I started this all a bit lost, my father had just died, lost the business and really had lost all direction. I had some anger issues and this has been a perfect excuse to dump all that is bad and plan the next phase of my life. The one thing that had stayed the same was the children, I do not post photos of them or name them here as we live in a vile world and really I want to keep them out of it. Until they are old enough to enter of their own accord. They live with their mom and the Ex and I have agreed on at least one thing, we do not use them against each other.

I am of two minds of to adding pages on the side about some of the emotions I have been through here, or just bottle it up and keep it to myself. See how the week goes.

OK Charles Now You Have Bored Us With That, The Plot Please?

Oh yes, I just want to get the heavy stuff out of the way first.

So woke looking forward to putting some vines down and taking the day as a Saturday like people the work Monday to Friday and not for themselves. My son was supposed to be coming over in the afternoon, so I was keen to get things done early. I went out in the town, got some Instagram down & a spot of vine, but then the phone went, my boy was not coming over.

Pow the energy left me & I retired home. So I allowed the day to be a bit of a let down. I think after having such a good day on Friday I had to hit a low to level out.

Yep it would have been great to have a drink that night, but not really worth it.

Food wise, was not hungry & as for the smoke, I had two patches on & loads of gum.

Anyway sorry if this post has been a downer one. The count down starts tomorrow and off we go.

Thanks for the read. Fun, Fun, Fun until the waiter takes the T bone away 😎

Only One More Of These

There is an old photo of when I used to stage manage Operas. That is grange park, an old stately home near Basingstoke that has a theatre in it. Some people think Opera is all posh and dull, well we did Thais a French one and I can promise you it was far form that indeed. We may have all been in dinner suits being fancy & posh but the opera was a tad off the wall.

When I got this job I could just about read music and needed to score read for it, so I spent every waking hour learning very note of every part on this production.

So Why Are You Telling Us This Charles?

Good point folks. Well I am spending every waking hour playing with the new tools I need for the brand. I think as Adults we forget that all our major skill came to us through play until we got to the senior schools. Well that is what I did with the opera, being all big and acting out the music so it went in my head. The @vineapp seems to be taking up a lot of time at the moment, so I am going with it. It has opened my mind to observation in a completely different way.

All very good, but the 40 Days Thing?

So yes, sorry guys. Have to say all three of the puppies were far from my mind. The energy levels were a bit low, so after dinner I just went to bed and the issue was closed. Can not do any of them when I am asleep I guess. Thanks for the read. Enjoy the day.

The guys from @IaAIvybridge has asked me to get some Instagram down of the town. I am loving trying to make a Video in 6 seconds on Vine, so the extra time on that app was a completely different experience. Also Thursday had filled the town, so lot's of local youths in the back ground doing what I would have done in my teenage. With the six seconds you get away with them not getting in the back ground fooling around 😄

Anyway I go off script. Up there is the new Twitter Photo. After my fathers Death I think more about changing things, silly I know, but the world is moving on and so must I. The two good meeting this week have left in a playful mood, plus getting the new IT stuff in the brain. For the last two weeks it has been a struggle to stay positive and focused as I hate being a student. My son was coming over to the flat in the afternoon, so I got my work done early, had a go on Instagram & got ready. He has swimming classes that day as well, so we had plenty packed in to do. The night before I had had a great chat with the girl's over face time. They seem to be having a great time with their Grand Parents in Michigan. Always a bit odd having the Ex In laws in the back ground, but they are nice to my face and my back is too far away to stab anyway.

So to the plot, as luck would have it, baked beans and baked potato were requested for dinner, so I did not have to face the meat thing, as in the morning I had had to cope with the smell of pasties Cooking from the local meat market. Booze would not have been on the menu anyway and as for smoking, yep one would have been great. The Brand is shaping up well too. Life is good, thanks for the read.

The Charles Lloyd on a Wednesday

Yep another Big Meeting

Here is a view from the Tamar Bridge. The sun was beating down and I was going to make the most of it. I speeded to my meeting. Hurrah it went well, when you have new ideas and you need people to play the game and not get bogged down with lectures of how some one else would do it, I do a Happy dance to be spared.

This Bridge is not far from #Ivybridge

The 40 Day Thing.

For those tuning in for the first time. I lost everything over the last two Christmas Seasons. I am starting anew. I work from my flat putting together a new business in a field I have not yet entered using my skills I have gained over life and some new ones.

I am using Lent by giving up Booze, Smokes and Meat for what I thought was 40 days, but lent is in a horrendous fact of being 47.

So the pressure at the moment is more focused on no meat. I am caving it worse than the smoke. The booze is not an issue. After my father died I was on a bottle of whiskey a day and still going into work to get through the shock. I pulled back New Years Eve. The only issue I have with the booze is with the heat I would love to pop into a bar and drink a beer. Also I miss the company and chat, but as luck would have it I have found @vineapp where I have met some cool people and found a new hobby I like A LOT. Also the mornings start well listening to Matt & Caroline on @Heartsouthwest

I had a hair cut.

A Quick Snap Of Moi In Totnes

I woke before the crows, excited as the last of the pieces of the puzzle was being unrolled today. As I have had a bit of a kicking emotionally lately I have now got a life coach. Others rely in partners for this, but I have not got one, so this is a good move. The sun poured in the window, I did a massive spring clean & air of the flat then took myself off to the Barber. I had a good chat with her about the brand, so the gossip will start around the town and off I went to Totnes for the meeting. On the way I met a mighty fine chap who is going to join the team now, I have known him for a while and glad to have his talents on board.

Type meeting went very well, it was nice to drop the professional fears off with another and get them boxed into manageable segments ready to be used or discarded. The sun poured down on the River dart as I left the meeting & boats were being put back in the water from the dry dock. Of course I had to make a few vines & visit a few friends before returning home happy.

So the bones of the project the three things I am giving up did not feature. I walked I to a bar & ordered a coffee without thinking, there was a mighty fine looking grill, but as I have said not hungry much at the moment. The girls were safe & sound in the USA & the nicotine chewing gum was doing the trick. Cheers all. I have another meeting tomorrow with not such a nice person who dampens my path, but hey I am penning this before bed, I will worry about that when I wake. Thanks for the read.

Charles.

So What Is The News Flash?

OK as some of you may have noticed it is lent. The 40 Days is a lent thing. Let's not talk the faith, let's talk the fact I have just noticed it is not 40 Days, it is in fact 47. So one more week of this for me and this is a good thing. Started this unfocused, depressed and lacking confidence for the first time in my life. Now I have the windows open, the sun is coming in the flat and I am wide awake. Bring on the future. Thanks for reading along with me and viewing the journey of a Random Person.

Hurrah, it was a good Monday. As you can see the sun came out over #Ivybridge.

The Day Started early with the Monsoon Beating down on my big bay windows. On @heartsouthwest Caroline was doing the Breakfast Show solo and being mighty fine as well I must say. As I said on my last post, yep I was worrying about my girls flying to the states. So I kept busy, I found out the reason why some internet folk are so abrupt in their emails too. I picked up on one of my suppliers why he was being so rude and he explained that they have to communicate with so many different languages tec stuff that they have to be abrupt and precise with what they say. I am buying into that and happy now that what I see as rude is infact quick.

Did I go off subject? Yes I did, sorry. Vine wise it was silentish but twitter was buzzing today. My mind had cleared and was able to cope with the tec stuff. I worked hard until about three & then went out for a walk and random chats with the good shop keepers of this town. I did see an old chap who was stocking up on some bottles of real ale, I thought how nice one would be sat looking at the river Erm. Then quickly thought perhaps not, remembering I was short off my favourite blend of coffee & only the big Tesco's had it, I walked the two miles there only to find they had run out.

Yep my day was just a day. The girls landed safely and are intransit to their grand parents home. I am in bed knackered & about to fall asleep. No smoke, no ale & certainly no chicken fajitas. The girls are safe & I am hoping the dreams will not be so moving tonight. Thanks for the read.

So Here Is Another Sunday.

So Folks I had allowed myself to get down in the dumps. Forgive last week Blogging. I said I was going give you a Blog of 40 Days & you deserve better. So here is Sid the Swan, he used to come visit me at the Family business office last year.

Hurrah for the Vine. As you may know I threw out my TV and got busy with the Radio, finding the Genius of @thisisheart & the team at @heartsouthwest. Matt the Breakfast Presenter was off sick so the mornings were different last week. Back to Vine the team they are brilliant, there was a @NorthernVineMeet the day before & the clips from it were great. A couple of vines were made for me. Cool.

So if you not get the Vine thing, it is about your followers. I started doing them to give people an idea of where I live for the Brand & to give fellow South Westerners around the world little tit bits of their home. Then Bumped into some great people there that now have me thinking about making 6 second videos all the time.

OK The Children Are Off To America Tomorrow.

Yes the two girls are off to their grand parents in Grand Rapids Michigan. My boy is too small to travel escorted on a plane. Of course I could not fly with them as I am an Ex Husband & even though she is not travelling with them, I can not. I have a fear that the Ex will go back to America with the children as well & I will not see them again, so in the back ground over the next two weeks I am going to have many sleepless nights. Plus at the top of the list, the youngest girl does not know them well & two weeks is a long time. So I am worrying about her. She is my First born I have been there from the second she was born as with the boy and now I am going to be 4000 miles or a 18 hours away, not a ten minute walk. The downside of having an Ex is if you voice your concerns they are rejected as you being difficult. So a reserve ticket has to be got and loads of worrying instead. Divorce is never the end of it.

Charles Get A Grip.

So anyway, I popped over to see them before they go and then went home to the empty flat & pulled up the Vine App to take the focus. I tried to do some work on the Lloyd Production website, but One.com is not as easy to use as GoDaddy. I have gone with these two firms as Yahoo Small Business do not offer their Great Service in the UK. They are the Genius of the service I need, as I am a one man band with children rather than spend pounds on employing a designer I am doing it myself. Once the firm is running I will bring them in. I find my best ideas come at night and first thin in the morning, so to be able to get on and change things around when I want is great. If I employed some poor person I would drive them nuts.

40 Days?

Yes that, I managed to get a salad sandwich down mid afternoon, but I am off the food at the mo. Yes a good drink and a drunken chat with a stranger would have been good, but No. Smoking 40 and pushing the blood pressure up was not a good idea, so I did not. Vine and trying to work out One.Com kept the brain busy and I fell into a night of very crazy dreams. Train Stations & putting shows on in random buildings & getting lost were the topics. Plus random people being rude to me & me not being able to react. I have the routine back, so I am typing on Monday recovering form the nights sleep. It is all fresh in the brain.

Thanks for reading this rather screwed up Post. Deep breath and on with the routine. Brand soon. Thanks for the read.

Time To De-fragment.

Yes another photo from last year, the winter was not cold, just very wet and windy. The children were with me for the day. the eldest is now out and about, so she went off with her friends for the day leaving me with the two youngest. A day of play as outside it was again wet and foggy, we have all had colds so indoors was a good thing. We cracked a few coconuts, built a few dens and relaxed inside.

Smoking, drinking or indeed a massive roast dinner was far from the brain and before their mother came to pick them up we watch Wreck It Ralph.

A very chilled week end I think is in order. Meetings on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, the new tec stuff to test and getting the body and mind ready for going full time after Easter. So a short blog, thanks for the read, have a great day.

Yes It Has Been A Busy Week Mentally & Some How I Got Last Friday Up Here Below.

Here I A View Of My Old Cycle Ride Home To Ivybridge.

Yes this week has been the hardest of all, putting down the foundations for the Brand has been taxing. Two of my children going to America & the fear that my ex wife may just pick them all up and move back with out giving me notice is at the front of my mind. The Loss of my father still playing hard on the Brain, I did not take time out at the time to cope and I think putting an act on and pretending it was business as usual is now biting me. Hence the photo of the old days.

So before you get depressed and sign off the page. I some how got last Friday up here where this Friday should be. Whoops, not sure how to change it right now so going to leave it if that is OK?

40 days Please Charles

Yep the 40 days, Friday was a good day for that. I was getting annoyed with the tec stuff so put it down and left to flat to try and do it from another venue. It worked, I had to walk past my favourite Butchers and the smell of cooking pies did not make me want to go in & feast. Where I went for a coffee and a change of venue I met with old smoking buddies, but did not crack and I had the children that night so booze not an issue.

I Did Almost Get Undone.

As a treat for the children I ordered Pizza, Forgot About The Meat Thing & Ordered The Meat Feast.

Yes the Pizza came & I suddenly remembered. What to do? I let the children eat the topping and I ate the base. It would have been so good to have tucked in, but I avoided it. Pat on the back or am I bad for eating the base? Yes I could have cooked something else, but the base did look mighty fine.

So that was my Friday, thanks for the read.

OK We Seem To Have Last Weeks Friday Here.

Well here we are by where the Pilgrims left for America. Nice that it has been marked by the good people of Plymouth. The strain of smelling all those lovey looking Pasties on Monday made me think of this place as I woke. All my children were born in America & I guess now they are living in the UK I best keep to the nonsmoking & get this brand rolling so they have everything they need to lead a good life.

Setting up a new project is indeed hard work away from the busy urban life I once knew, also when I was living in the states I mixed with a lot of get up and go people. Today I foolishly mentioned to a friend what I was doing and got bored to the point of wanting to hang myself with the long lost of questions and problems they were dreaming up.

Anyway as luck would have it, my children were staying the night. So a movie night and games was on the cards. I collected then from school and we had a wonderful night. I had not noticed before that frustration really made me want to reach for a Gin, so I was safely distracted from the booze. Thank you children.

Meat wise, I cook it for the children and do myself a vegi thing. Well the children have shown much interest in this and it would seem I have opened up a whole new menu for them. So not feasting on meat with them has done us all a service.

Smoking, this damn cough/cold thing I have seems to have done that in. Back to the Brand. I have a lot of Tec stuff to learn which I have been pouring over since Wednesday. It really is draining exercising the brain in a new way. So I was planning to take the week end off and let my thinking self recharge.

I think I have said enough about today. Thank you again for reading, have a wonderful day.

This is me on a train in Mongolia. This was a first class carriage on a steam train in January. I was sipping on Brandy as it was -30 outside. Yes you see coca cola there after five weeks on local food a little treat of a western beverage was welcome. It was a great train journey up to Moscow and met with a major adventure a day later which I will get to at some point in the future.

Back to today, my two girls are off to their American grand parents in Grand Rapids Michigan on Monday, the boy is too young. So gearing up for missing them.

(Quick note I do not want to give out their names on here, as the world in which we live now one has to protect)

Back to the plot. The two you her ones are at the same school and had a dance show to present. So I made my way up to the school. The Ex was there as well and now there is a polite exchange between us we were able to watch enjoy and not impose on the others space or enjoyment.

Following that I met with my youngest sister and her two children for afternoon tea. We are all suffering the loss of Dad in different way and it is nice to open up. I spoke of my hatred for those that double crossed is out of the family business while we were dealing with the loss at first. She was letting me know some of her journey. People talk about growing up, my mind is that until you loose a parent you do not grow up. Will get back to that at a later date. If you have a view please comment.

Anyway as far as the 40 Days goes it was all cool. I was planning to go to Leeds on the Saturday but that was under question now, but never the less I love in hope. Thank you for reading & hope you pop by again.

Here is a picture of moi at Drama school. Mr Thompson in Daisy Pulls it Off. A great fun play, my part being cool, on at the end and loads of quick laughs to finish the show up. ALRA was a mighty fine school to attend and they were some of the happiest days of my life. Today my two youngest were attending an Easter school service at a local church and some parents had been called upon to help with the walk down from the school and back. I was very proud of them both.

After a break from the tec stuff I got back ready to rock. It was a rainy day and I was getting a new sofa that night, so I focused and got on with it. Once the sofa got here I soon found out if you measure things with your own feet you maybe a few inches out. The evening was spent trying to rearange the room to house the sofa, as it did not fit where I wanted it. The day ended with me on the new sofa with the iPad playing Risk in a different place than originally planned, ready for Thursday.

Alas no real challanges came for the three give ups. The day just passed. Hence a quick photo of a long time ago. Thanks for the read, see you again I hope.

So while others get stuck into Bacon or Sausage to start the day, moi feasts upon these puppies on toast. As a side to some bran thing I knock up, oh the taste buds do play to the tone of these tastes.

Just as well as the brain got a battering today. OMG it would seem what ever provider you sign up with they will put a spanner in the works first to make it look hard for you so you buy more stuff you really do not need and then when you let them know they are doping you things suddenly work as they were sold to you.

As a side line, if you are selling to me, I want to buy your product because I have read up on it. I have made up my mind what I need and if you confuse me by trying to sell up straight away I will rethink as I am buying the product because I want it long term and will buy up unharrased.

I pause to munch on some Nutella on sour dough toast, with hippy green tea to wash it down. Oh how I love my kitchen, this love affair has improved since the no meat thing. To dwell in the cupboards making my mind up how I am going to use ingredients in a different way has opened the mind. For now this little beauty Nutella will do me. I may have a little bit of Jam too, see how this blog goes.

If you have read the blog and my other blogs you will know I have just lost my father, it is a strange place in life to be. I have some anger issues with certain people that made his last few months a pain & also not liking myself for not being there when he passed. So I have been having a chat with the vicar. He came around today. A lot of people knock the church, but if you look at what they offer and break down the whole concept of feasts they offer through the year. The rituals set up for births, marriage and death make sense and really there are only ten rules to follow that really are common to all in any creed. So I spoke to him and listened to what he had to say, this support is open to everyone & even if you do not go or believe they will come. I stick to the Church of England as they seem not to throw things down your throat like others.

So I set many issues that had been troubling me to rest by talking to a Vicar. Meanwhile back at the ranch. After some lunch I was able to pick up with the IT stuff much easier. One of my biggest errors in life is to let things build up, this break from the party life and busy life I lead normally has made me take that time to reflect and not allow things to build up.

So the website is now live. Website two in production. Having a good tidy up on line without a smoke, a pork pie are a hard cider. So I think I will finish there and lye you go. Have a great day & thanks for the read. Also no April fools, never liked them & if you know me thank you for sparing me.
