"My husband and I are from out of town and decided to elope to Charleston.  I knew nothing about wedding vendors in the area, so I started with an internet search that led me to King Street Studios web page.  I was impressed by the beautiful, artistic quality of their photos, but feared they’d be out of my budget.  Todd Surber, owner/photographer, was very accommodating in working with me to customize a package I could afford and took the time to listen to what I wanted in terms of photos that day.  He was very professional and yet easy to talk to.  I got the sense he actually cared about my big day and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the service and results.  Well, I can honestly say, Todd and his staff exceeded my expectations.  The shoot was exactly what I wanted and the photos came out stunningly beautiful.  Many people have told me my wedding pictures looks like they belong in a high-end bridal magazine!

On top of the usual professionalism one expects from a reputable vendor such as showing up on time, answering calls promptly, and delivering the goods in a reasonable time, etc., Todd went above and beyond.  As I was not local and had no ride from the salon to my wedding venue, he offered to drive me.  He scoped out in advance the most picturesque spots for photos in the area I wanted to do most of our shooting. Knowing we d be hungry between the ceremony and photo session, he brought my husband and me snacks and bottled water in a cooler.  For a nominal fee, he met us for a second shoot later in the day when I changed to another dress for dinner.  When I feared rain might threaten the outdoor photo shoot, he offered to change the time according to the weather conditions. In short, Todd made us feel like we were his first and only priority that day and that he would do everything in his power to make it go smoothly for us.

It s hard to say what was most impressive about Todd and King Street Studios–the service or the quality of the images he created for us that day.  Both were outstanding.  I have even contemplated paying to have him fly to my hometown for future events as I can’t imagine anyone else doing such a superb job. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our whole experience"
