WISHING FOR A GOOD 2013

Another year is over, goodbye 2012! It's been another tough ride but I'm looking forward to a better and renewed 2013...

So many things to consider like finding myself, taking big steps, never be afraid to take risks. So much to learn, to move forward, to be optimistic, to be more patient, to accept failures, to change my attitude towards life, be the best that I can be.

I know it needs perseverance, discipline, confidence to do all of these but I'm sure GOD is always there ready to rescue when I fall, for His Love is unconditional. I'm not what I am now if I have no trust and faith in HIM.

Wishing for a good 2013 ahead!!!

My New EYE GLASS

2012-01-07T22:33:00.000-08:00

This is my new EYE GLASS. It never crossed my mind that I can have one this early. As we aged, it becomes a reality...

It's funny to remember the times I tease my friend's about having eye glasses. But the truth is I'm leading to that world, lol... Hello companion!

LOOKING FORWARD TO 2012

2011-12-31T07:22:00.000-08:00

Today is the last day of 2011 and another hopeful new year comes our way. It's the time to renew ourselves for the better. Start with a positive outlook in life. Making resolutions, focus on the brighter side of the world.

I can say this year is the toughest year for me. So many things happen, mostly downside but because God gave me the strength to carry on, I manage to hope for a good 2012. I'm looking forward for it and we should never give up. There's always light in every tomorrow.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAMA

2011-10-21T23:51:00.000-07:00

Tomorrow, October 22 marks the 71st Birthday of My Mother. I'm so grateful to God for giving me such a wonderful and loving Mom. But before I forget, this one's for you Mama and because I have no time to bake a cake, I think this image is better than me baking it!

Mother, I cannot imagine my life without YOU. From the day I was born you were always there to make sure I'm OK! Now, I hope I can give back more of it, taking good care of you. Making sure I'm gonna be by your side. I know sometimes it's not so frequently shown but believe me Mom, I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH and I promise to be a better daughter for you.

As you gain another year, I wish you many more years to come. Don't worry, Papa, Bro and I are just gonna be here and we can live happily ever after.

Once again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAMA!!!

WEDDING DATE

2011-09-17T22:02:00.000-07:00

It's been a while since Chris Lambton and Peyton Wright announced their Engagement in public. Everybody is thrilled and excited for them. The Wedding Proposal last June 18, 2011 took place at the Lambton's home with the approval of both parents and their families.

Just recently, my friend Julie saw some information about their upcoming Wedding. Thanks to her! Without further delaying my curiousity, I search for it and saw their Wedding Website. I'm so eager to post it in here but before I do, it must be validated because I don't want to reveal false details. I'm so grateful that they shared enough for us fans to know about their journey and I appreciate it much for being so open about it.

Chris & Peyton "PERFECT MATCH"

2011-07-04T00:08:00.000-07:00

I'm back!!! Just like Chris and Peyton's engagement, blogging this important news is worth the wait...

A few days ago trending topic in Twitter, posts in Facebook, news in Magazines, Blogs and other means of Broadcast confirmed that The Fan Fave Chris Lambton from The Bachelorette Season 6 and The Southern Belle Peyton Wright from The Bachelor Season 10 tied the knot... sorry I'm over excited...let me correct it "Just secured their love by being officially engaged".

I definitely follow Chris Lambton from the moment I saw him on The Bachelorette. He is well loved by many because of his dedication to his family, cool kinda guy, funny at times in a natural way and not portraying someone else on TV but just by being himself. I even made a site for him so that fans can easily follow his journey as The Bachelor, nothing but supporting him in all the charity events his into so we can help spread the good works that needs to be followed. I quite believe that you can't put a good man down inspite negative write-ups about him, we all know that because of publicity anything can happen.

Everybody is all eyes on Chris Lambton, snooping about who's the lucky girl. Just like a Celebrity he's in the limelight now, every scenario, speculations, gossips about him are well guarded. Then there were instances I heared about a girl named Peyton Wright, so I checked and watched her on the first season of Bachelor Pad. She's simple, well reserved, not trying hard as others we know and just like Chris when she was on the show what you see is what you get, not pretending or acting to be like someone else. Later on, we heared that they were dating and so on and so forth but until they confirmed it as official, I'm tongue-tied about it. I want to be accurate with what I say.

And now I can happily shout out that Chris Lambton and Peyton Wright are publicly ENGAGED!!! Here's the message posted in The Chris Lambton Fansite Facebook Page:

Peyton Wright

Thank you for posting everything and for all the well wishes. We are so happy!!

I know everbody plus ME is delighted and thrilled for Chris and Peyton. From this day on forward until the next chapter of their lives unfold we are watching!!! Not for a TV show but for real... As Chris said: "Love is the only reality." For me, this bond is an example of a true PERFECT MATCH.

Chris Lambton & Peyton Wright, It's OFFICIAL!

2011-02-01T05:03:00.000-08:00

From the moment Chris Lambton was introduced as one of the contestants vying for Ali Fedotowsky in The Bachelorette Season 6, that aired last May 24, 2010 and ended up last August 2, 2010, everybody's curious on whoever he's dated to or whoever he'll end up with.

Finally, just recently at The Bachelor Reunion Party in NYC, Chris Lambton and former Bachelor Pad contestant Peyton Wright both admitted it and it's OFFICIAL!

As i'm reading the entire interview in PEOPLE and in US Magazine, as well as the video in ET News, I can say that they are both happily enjoying each other's company as a couple. They look good together and they're just simply nice people. Everybody's opinion, "We're happy for them"...

As a fan, i'm glad they found each other. All i can wish for is that their relationship to continue and grow because they both deserve it.

Goodbye 2010, Hello 2011

2011-01-03T05:04:00.000-08:00

GOODBYE 2010!

A tougher year but definitely making me stronger to face whatever lies ahead. I'm ready! I guess it makes me a better person, I hope so. That's what I believe in but I don't know if others agree with that :)

Now, HELLO 2011!

Please be kinder, nicer and nicer...

My New Year's Resolution? As always, i have a list of it. Some fulfilled, others keeps on repeating. Can you relate to that?

Some of my wishes:

1. Can travel again to wherever i want.

2. Find myself, have time to contemplate on what i want in my life,

I'm not getting any younger.

3. To have my family of my own, lol fingers crossed.

4. Meet my new found friends.

5. Help others to whatever way i can.

.....................................................................................................

There are too many but i won't enumerate it all, it's not enough to fill in.

I'm hoping for a better world to live. Not counting on the mistakes of others but being there for each other to support and love the right things given. More importantly, remember that GOD is always there to carry our burdens...

HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Happy Birthday COLLEEN!!!

2010-12-02T11:14:00.000-08:00

Today is my friend's BIRTHDAY!

I've known her because of The Chris Lambton Fansite. We begin to share each other's stories, laugh at the jokes we only understand, listen to our sentiments in life, anything we talked about. It's a blessing to have new found friends. We might be in different parts of the world but twitter, facebook and other means of communicating brings us together.

Credits to Chris Lambton because i've got friends not only Colleen but i have found many more!

Make A Difference

2010-11-26T06:22:00.000-08:00

When i checked out this video shared by a friend from Twitterland or Twitterworld, i can't help but post it to inspire others including myself to make a difference.

This video is a reminder to us that life can be happier and meaningful if we strive to do the best we can. Not giving up for our dreams.

We live:

to help others

to share what we have

to encourage those that lost hope

to give our time, heart and soul to those in need...

There are so many reasons, countless shall we say. I know, you know, so we act NOW!

GALEON ANDALUCIA

2010-11-06T10:55:00.000-07:00

Have you ever heared of GALEON ANDALUCIA? If not, me too!!!

According to the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) the Galeon Andalucia is a 95 percent replica of the original galleons used during the Galleon Trade between Manila and Acapulco, Mexico, in the 17th century. It was designed by Ignacio Fernandez Vial. It was built by the Nao Victoria Foundation out of Spanish, Finnish, African, and American pine and oak wood, unlike the original galleons, which were made of Philippine wood. Its sails, however, were made in the Ilocos region in the Philippines.

It's a six-deck vessel, carrying treasures from the Orient for trading. It sailed from Spain three months ago to retracing the galleon trade and crossed the Mediterranean Sea, Suez Canal, Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal to get to the Philippines. Its length is 47 meters while its breadth is six meters, and it weighs 495 tons. Its maximum speed is 12.4 knots (23 kilometers per hour). It has four masts, seven sails and ten cannons.

The flags of the Philippines, Spain and the Spanish autonomous community of Andalusia, where the galleon was built, are hoisted on the galleon.

Galeon Andalucia is primarily wind-powered, but has two built-in engines that are used when necessary. It has a 30-man draft composed of Spanish crewmen.

I did not know it until it arrived here in our place. I found out that it docked at Pier 13, South Harbor within the Philippine Ports Authority compound last October 6, 2010 until October 11, and will travel to Cebu and Bohol, to remain in Philippine waters until October 25 for the celebration of the Dia del Galeon (Day of Galleon) in the Philippines.

We're not part of the ports of call but its crew was persuaded by our local government and tourism officials to visit the city. It docked here last November 1, 2010 and will depart early morning November 7 for Singapore. “So far this is the best experience we had in our journey to the Philippines,” said Andalucia chief engineer Pepino Breton. “We had the biggest crowds so far. An average of 4,000 people a day has visited us.”

It's like history come alive, especially the Philippines is a part of it. Out of curiosity, together with my cousins we went there at around 1:00 in the afternoon. Even if the sun's so hot, i wonder why we did not complain. We examined every detail of the ship, imagining what happened before, as if we're back in the future. Only our outfits did not match.

Galeon Andalucia relived Ferdinand Magellan’s historic landing on the island more than 480 years ago. It is the centerpiece of the Dia Del Galeon festival in the Philippines, which started on 21 September 2010. The festival is organized by the NCCA and the city government of Manila in commemoration of the 250 years of the Galleon Trade (1565-1815). The Dia Del Galeon showcased an exchange of Spanish and Filipino culture, with exhibits, workshops, cultural performances, and educational discussions regarding the Galleon Trade.

Now, i can say that there are still many things i need to learn about our history. We are lucky it visited our city. At this point, I can share a little something about it , giving everyone an idea of what it's like before.

To Galeon Andalucia, Bienvenido de nuevo!

Having an E. LAMBTON SHIRT

2010-10-24T21:28:00.000-07:00

For the past few months, I've been following Chris Lambton! But correction i'm not stalking him...which i can't actually because i'm far across the country. To all stalkers, beware it's not good more so when it's off limits. Well, because of the high technology like twitter, facebook and other reliable sources i can get a little something about Chris from news, events, shows, photos, videos and then quickly share it with The Chris Lambton Fansite, for the fans to see. I know the feeling i'm a fan too and Chris is aware of that. He feels what we feel and appreciates what we do but i hope not too much that it scares him away.

In The Bachelorette, i'm aware of the shirts he's wearing on the show. I found out that it's available @http://elambtonlandscaping.com/ellproduct.html and a percentage of all profits goes to Compassionate Care ALS. They're a company that helped them out especially their mother. Now you can rock the E. Lambton Gear too, just order the shirts and you're not just helping them but you can say to yourself, I'm a part of it!

Like others, i want to help but first i asked Chris if the shipment reached the Philippines 'because i heared from others that it's not possible, much more to me when i'm at the very end of the globe. But luckily, he said he'll give me one and will send it to me! I really can't believe that it's happening. I waited and waited and BOOM! like a bomb just this week the postmaster confirmed that i have a registered mail. I ran into the post office as fast as i can and for the first time in a long time i landed into the place where so many memories in my highschool years took place. I'm thinking the last time i was here was 26 years ago, when the communication system is still hard to reach but the mere fact that i'm standing here, if not for Chris that was AWESOME for me! Now, i realized that i've been more thrilled, if i've got mails the original way.

When i went home, i immediately checked on the envelope, read everything on it, the name the address the postal stamps flipping it back and forth. Then when i opened it and saw the shirt i can't help but smile and say YES! I got it, i got it, i got it... I even smell it, what a shame but it's reality, LOL!!! Everyone who sees my shirt, looked at a second glance. First, it's because here in our place i'm the only one who owns it, maybe they're wondering where in the world i got it and second, of course it comes from the real CHRIS LAMBTON!!! often imitated never duplicated.

THANKS SO MUCH Chris, well appreciated and well deserved...

The Chris Lambton Fansite

2010-09-29T08:51:00.000-07:00

Welcome Chris Lambton fans out there! There's a site built for Chris Lambton http://chrispeyton.webs.com/. I made this site to enable fans access easily anything about Chris from news to events, photos, videos and even discussion forums so that fans can share their opinions, ideas, feelings for him...

As we all know, Chris Lambton is one of the Bachelors introduced in The Bachelorette, Ali Fedotowsky's Season. He's a 33 year old Landscaper, a former high school math teacher from the High School for Economics and Finance in New York City who currently resides in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Chris Lambton has a very sympathetic story, left teaching to return home to take care of his ailing mother Marjorie Lambton, who died in 2008. And that alone shows what a good guy Chris is.

The Bachelorette ended leaving Chris in the final two but was not chosen by Ali. He's still single now and many speculates he will become the next Bachelor and that leaves us hanging if he will say YES. As fans, whatever Chris decides we will continue to support him and wishing him the BEST because he deserves it.

CHRIS LAMBTON IS NOT THE NEXT BACHELOR

2010-09-27T20:38:00.000-07:00

Watching Dancing With the Stars today, curious to know who will be the next Bachelor. For the past few days rumors claimed that it will be Brad Womack again finding love for the second time around. I'm kinda hesitant to believe but on the other hand i had a feeling that Chris Lambton will turned down the offer based on the news and events he would attend.

Honestly, i'm a little sad 'cause monday nights will never be the same again without seeing Chris on the show but he knows more than we do. I'm not against Brad but he already did have his chance, i would be more excited to see someone new, a refreshing face to watch for. Maybe ABC had no time left and they pick the easiest way choosing Brad Womack.

Even if Chris Lambton rejects the offer, he still have so many great events lined up to do, mostly for a good cause and that's HUGE help. I'll still continue to support him along the way, i know he's just around to continue giving us updates...

Just a thought on Who's the next Bachelor...

2010-09-23T07:15:00.000-07:00

I followed the news, gossips and spoilers about who's the next bachelor 2011. So many speculations, everybody's guessing and hoping that it will be someone like Chris Lambton. The majority really likes him to be the next bachelor but we all know that his hesitant to do it. Others are sure that it's Brad Womack, searching for love the second time around? Until the announcement on Sept. 27, 2010 in DWTS is heared then everybody can have peace of mind.

I have an observation of my own, Chris Lambton is attending the "Meet Chris L from the Bachelorette" sponsored by Patrick Foran who's a candidate for the 1st Barnstable State Representative Seat which encompasses the Towns of Brewster, Dennis, and most of Yarmouth. It's on monday Sept. 27, 2010 from 6:00pm. - 8:00pm. so the announcement of the next bachelor on DWTS falls on the same date and time. Is it a possibility that Chris Lambton will never be the next bachelor? Are the spoilers that Brad Womack will return to the Bachelor is true?

If it's not Chris Lambton, i prefer to watch it with a new face, someone who's worth watching for every monday nights. They should not choose the same person who has already experienced to be on the show but anything is possible. I will still support whatever Chris Lambton decides. For once, he makes us laugh, cry and hope, giving us awesome moments in The Bachelorette.
