Clay Labs is looking to hire for the following positions at our office in Chennai:

Objective C Programmer
Python/Django Programmer
User Interface Designer

What are we looking for?

Clay Labs is in the business of building products. We believe that the path to great products is iterative refinement. Our approach to product development can be written as the following algorithm:

We don’t believe in releasing half-baked software in the name of “release early, release often”. We believe great products are great from day one.

Refining the product until it’s awesome takes a lot more than just skill. It requires great attention to detail and a lot of patience. In fact, the only way you can have patience is if you truly love your craft. Yes, we look at our work as a craft.
