Manga Verison of The Clique and Lisi's Blah-g!

Hey everyone! In July 2010, there is going to be a manga version of The Clique published! (In case you don't know, manga is a Japanese type of cartoons.) The book will be illustrated by Yishan Li, who also illustrated "The Adventures of CG!” that used to be published in CosmoGirl every month. The idea of The Clique being illustrated in a book sounds so cool! I can't wait to read it! Read an article about it right here.

Also, Lisi has written a few blah-gs since I last posted. The first post was about how she couldn't write much because she was about to go camping. The second blah-g Lisi wrote was all about how she was going to shopping soon and everything she wanted to get. And finally, the most recent post Lisi wrote included a recording of "Global Heartwarming" by Allie J, a character from The Alphas. Check out the song right here! Hey! Like always, Lisi Harrison updated her blah-g this Wednesday. In this post, Lisi posted a part of a chapter in her new book, Alphas! It's really cool so check it out here :)
Alphas comes out today and you can order it on Amazon by using the link below. Also, Lisi posted an extra blah-g today about how someone got the book early here!

Today, Bridgit posted on her twitter that today was her first day on Good Luck Charlie! So, "Good Luck Bridgit!" and congrats again on this oppurtunity! :)

Hey everyone! Lisi has made two blah-g updates since I last posted. The first one, which you can view here, is full of shout-outs to the blah-g readers. The second post, which you can read here, says that it's Lisi's birthday so be sure to wish her a happy birthday! She also says that she won't be able to post next Wednesday but will definitley have a blah-g update on August 12th. Thanks to Nessie for reminding me :)

Bridgit Mendler's apperance on Wizards of Waverly Place will last for about four episodes. Check out each of the episodes by looking for the next air times here, here, and here. The fourth episode will premiere on August 14th at 8 PM but it doesn't have a page on Disney Channel yet. I can't wait to check out Bridgit in the rest of the episodes! She's gonna be great :)

Hey! Bridgit Mendler recently guest starred on Wizards of Waverly Place as Justin's vampire love interest, Juliet. The episode looks like it's gonna be really good so be sure to check it out! And even bigger news about Bridigt Mendler: she's getting her own show on Disney Channel!! The show is going to be called Good Luck Charlie and is about how Teddy (Jason Dolley), Casey (Bridgit Mendler), and Gabe (Bradley Perry) work together to take care of their new sister Charlotte, whose nickname is Charlie. It sounds like a cool show and I can't wait to see it! It's going to come out sometime in 2010, but for now you can read an article about it here. Congrats to Bridgit for getting this great role! Ellen Marlow and Bridgit Mendler's New Roles!

I accidently posted my last update before I was finished, whoops! But anyways, I wanted to tell you guys about exciting news for Ellen Marlow and Bridgit Mendler. Ellen Marlow is appearing on the pilot of "The Forgotten" as a character named Amy Benedict. You can check out the preview for the show below or here, which inculdes a scene with Ellen. I just want to warn you though, the show is about figuring out the names of people who were murdered, so if you get creeped out easily by stuff like that, you might not want to watch it.

Bridgit Mendler will be appearing in the new movie "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel" as a character named Becca. The movie is set to be released on December 25, 2009. Congrats to both Ellen and Bridgit for getting these roles! =)

Also, Samantha Boscarino is appearing on a new episode of Jonas as Amy, a girl who asks Nick out. She appears a few times throughout the episode so check the full episode out here, here, and then here. Samantha appears in the second and third parts of the episode. Or, you can just watch it on Disney Channel by clicking here for the times it will air.

This Wednesday, Lisi Harrison once again updated her blah-g. She shared some fun news that she left an autographed copy of Boys R Us and an Alphas t-shirt at a beach and coffee shop for some lucky fan to find! I think it's super cute that Lisi cares so much about her fans that she decided to leave random fans gifts! :) Also, Lisi posted an audio preview of Boys R Us, so check it out here!

Boys R Us comes out July 7, so be sure to pick up your copy at your bookstore, or you can just order off of Amazon by clicking below, so you don't have to go out to buy it. It'll just come to your house! :)

Also, from Amazon I found out that the first Alphas book comes out on August 25, 2009 and the second book in the Alphas series comes out in April 2010. I just wanted to say that because I don't think my last post about the Alphas was clear about it! :)

The Clique Audio Books!

Lisi Harrison updated her blah-g this week about reading on the beach. She suggested instead of attempting to read on the beach, which is usually uncomfortable and results in an uneven tan, that we try listening to books on our iPod or mp3 player! She posted the links to samples of audio books to several of The Clique books that are available for download on iTunes and Audible.com. She also said that she's gonna post a sample of "Boys R Us" next week! I think it's a really cool idea to try listening to books. Maybe I'll try it out next time I head to the beach :) Anyways, here are the samples of the audio books that Lisi posted.

Hey! A reader, Jessie, sent in the link to Sophie Anna Everhard's (Dylan in The Clique) website today! Apparently it's been up for a little while, but I never even noticed it. Haha, sorry guys for being so slow. But check it out here. It's very cool and has updates about Sophie, such as that she filmed an episode on the show "Lincoln Heights" that is gonna air on August 11! Very exciting! Lisi Announces New Book And Posts A Video About "The Alphas"

Lisi posted an update in her blah-g today in which she announced that she is writing a prequel to The Clique series, called "Charmed and Dangerous: The Rise of The Pretty Committee". Lisi said that it is "...about the night the girls met. Possibly one of my favorites." I can't wait to read it and find out how the Pretty Committee met each other!
Also, Lisi posted a video about her new series, "The Alphas", which is about a school for alphas that Skye Hamilton attends. She talks about the school and the main characters in the series. Check out the video here! It seems like "The Alphas" is going to be a really cool series :)

Old News About "Best Friends For Never" That You Might Not Have Heard...

Hey, so recently a lot of you guys have been e-mailing me, asking when Best Friends For Never was going to come out. Since I never wrote a post about it, I figured I would now. I mean, better late than never right? So anyways, there IS going to be another Clique movie, Best Friends For Never, but it's not going to happen for a little while because of the issues with the economy.
Lisi Harrison wrote about it in her blah-g a little while ago, saying "The recession has forced my friends at Warner Premiere to hold off on production until things with the economy pick up. That doesn’t mean it will never get made. It just means it won’t get made now. I know it’s a bummer. Believe me. Let’s just keep hoping things turn around soon and I’ll let you know as soon as I hear the good news."
The same goes for me. When I find out anything about Best Friends For Never being made, I'll definitely post about it :) Hopefully they'll decide to start production soon!

Hey! The Clique premiered on the Lifetime Channel a few nights ago, Wednesday, June 10th. I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys about it sooner but I hadn't found out about the premiere until it had already aired =/ But, anyways, I still think it is really exciting that The Clique was on Lifetime! Hey! There was a new article released on "Queen Teen: The Clique", the DS Game that is based on The Clique. According to the article, the players of the game will be able to customize the clothing, hairstyle, and shoes of their character as well as get a jobby to pay for the hottest clothing. To become an Alpha, gamers will get to play fun mini-games and exchange gossip. Also, the game has a feature where players can interact with people from their real-life clique! Sounds awesome :)

The Clique Novella For Fall 2009!

Lisi Harrison is writing a novella (a book that's shorter than a novel) about the Pretty Committee partying during the holidays! The novella will be called Silent Night, Holy Fight. "The Clique: Teen Queen" DS Game!

The Clique novel is being turned into a new DS game called The Clique: Teen Queen. In this game, you arrive at OCD as a new student. The goal of the game is to make new friends, become popular, and join the Pretty Committee. By playing mini-games, you can earn money to buy all the hotest clothing and accessories. You will also be able to interact with Massie, Dylan, Kristen, and Alicia in different challenges and situations. You'll have to wait until the fall to own the game, but for now you can check out some pictures from the game and an article about it!
