We were having a class last time and our GPS device ran out of battery. That is tI thionkime when we need to buy cheap batteries. I think the school should provide us with better equipment, with rechargeable batteries so it would be efficient. So if you know the best rechargeable batteries out there, maybe you can suggest one. As of now I am leaning towards using nimh rechargeable batteries for our project.

Come on! I ain’t a structural engineer nor a civil engineer so you don’t need to give me assignments to test whether things are going to be sturdy – especially about using concretes as pillars or columns of a certain building. We are more of the type who makes sure machines are working efficiently, that these materials are apt for room temperature, to make things easier. That’s what mechanical engineers do – not just scale metal building components! Okay, end of rant.

Teaching Degrees

I’m not yet sure what to do with the rest of my life. What I am quite sure of is that I’ll be finished by November and from there, take life bit by bit. Although, I have kind of opened lots of gateways so I have alternate solutions if ever I get bored or I don’t want to stay in the path I chose to. I have lots of options – ranging from taking masters in environmental engineering and garner teaching degrees, I want to be a professor while being a consultant for engineering firms, so I’d be able to practice my undergraduate course, mechanical engineering. I really hope I’d be successful and I’ll be rich few years from now. Let’s cross our fingers

So how about you? Would you take up teaching degrees or would you go in the industry outright?

For the past months, I have been using ear plugs for both my Blackberry phone and Acer laptop. I find them easy to use and convenient. However, for better quality of sound, I would like to use speakers for computer. It would be really great to watch a movie with a louder sound and listen to music while studying.
