Mi Cabello está Maltratado sin Plancharlo Regularmente... ¿Qué pasa?

Si te has hecho esta pregunta... ¡BIENVENIDA AL CLUB AMIGA! En este post explico brevemente las razones por las cuales nuestro cabello se maltrata por más que le huimos a la plancha.

1- El Sol:

Lamentablemente hay que admitir que pecamos en dejar nuestro cabello expuesto al sol. Cuando caminamos laaaaaaargas distancias (como yo que no tengo automóvil/carro/coche) nuestro cabello sufre las consecuencias del sol y la contaminación: carros, cigarillos etc. Una recomendación es usar gorros pero con estos calores a quién se le ocurre, así que lo mejor es que no salgamos de nuestra casita sin aplicar un protector de calor. El sol es tan o más fuerte que la plancha, así que a cuidarlo se ha dicho.

2- El Uso de Gel:

Mis amores, no es que las quiero ver como arañas peludas o algo por el estilo pero la laca o gel para el cabello es UNA VIL Y MORTAL TRAMPA! Si lo usas, que sea con moderación ya que el alcohol y otros componentes contribuyen a las puntas abiertas y fomenta un cabello quebradizo.

3- La Playa:

¡Oh! hermoso tormento tropical... quién hubiera dicho que tú serías un enemigo grandísimo para el cabello...

El salitre provoca un cabello quebradizo (mucho OJO) y a eso añade el sol. Combinación perfecta para un cabello reseco y muy maltratado.

4- Mi Alimentación:

Eres lo que comes; no solo se afecta tu peso o el cutis por una mala dieta, el cabello sufre la deficiencia de alimentos ricos en biotina, la vitamina E, la vitamina K y la vitamina C. Por la salud de tu cabello: ¡COME SALUDABLE!

5- Si tu Shampoo tiene esta cosita llamada...

lauril-sulfato de sodio tíralo a la basura inmediatamente. Este componente es usado para la fabricación de los jabones de fregar. Es popular porque hace espuma y es muy dañino porque reseca el cabello. Lee bien la etiqueta de los ingredientes en tus próximas compritas y para que estes de amores con tu cabello! ^.^

How I Clean my Brushes

Every girl should know that makeup brushes are a very important fact when talking about a "healthy skin" (face). I remember that in summer 2010 I traveled to Florida and my face suffered a HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS rash + acne explosion. I bought some lush products and my face was so mad with me.

When I came back to my country I went to the dermatologist and he told me that it wasn't lush products but me hormones. I was destroyed, I mean, when you have perfect face and suddenly your face breaks out with no reason is so frustrating. I started using gentle products and of course I took several precautions like drinking more ++++++ water, changing my pillow covers and cleaning my brushes.

This improve my face condition and now I'm so happy because my face is so so much better, is not perfect as in the past but it looks so healthy. This is how I clean my brushes:

What you need?

Olive Oil

Dish Soap (if antibacterial better)

Mix the olive oil with the soap in a plate. Then gently apply the mixture to the brush.

Once you apply the mixture, gently clean the brushes with circular motions in your hand until the soap is white. Then rinse with the brush as showed in the picture. This is going to prevent a disintegration in the hair.

The olive oil is to soften the brush hair.

Then I let them dry in an open place.

My Hair|Something that I never Do

Hello ^^

One of my new resolutions for this year is to do not wear my hair free EVERY SINGLE day. I would like to try these messy hair styles that I saw and see a lot in youtube with gurus like Bubzbeauty and Juicystar. I was watching a Juicystar video and she said something that shocked me: "They said that I was always with the same style" (she is referring to her partners, you know the people who pay her for doing videos promoting stuff). I was like 0_o omg I am in the same ship. So i decided to add something different to my style.

This is how I wear my hair normally (without the pearls. Pearls are there because AGAIN I was pretending to wear that with my free hair)

This is what I would like to wear the most in special occasions.

If you are wondering what I'm using in my hair...

It's a necklace; killing 2 birds of one shot using the pearls in my head and the rest in my neck.

My Closet is a nightmare!

I clean my closet AGAIN and I was amazed of how much stuff I was keeping. The thing is that I'm this kind of person:

-Oh! I never use it!

Today I get rid of all those things: electronics, books, decoration, etc. Is incredible how much space was being wasted. Here are the results:

This green organizer was up in the closet keeping books. Now is a shoe keeper.

Today I was sharing with some of my family in Christ and this is what I was wearing for this special ocassion:

Inspiration: If you know me you know that I'm obsessed with korean dramas (and guys xD JA!) and I was watching this Drama called "La reina de las nieves" <---Snow Queen and the protagonist Kim Bo Ra, was wearing this black and white outfit that blowed away my mind. I tried to do the look.

A Fresh Face Cleanser

Hello people!

This post is dedicated to the face. I want to share this simple and natural cleanser. What you need:

Honey (the organic the better but if not is ok)

Sugar

Mix both and then apply to your face or lips.

For face: Wash your face with warm water first to open your pores so the skin can absorb the honey benefits.

Once applied clean the skin in circular motions and let the mask for 5 minutes.

When finished, you are going to feel a baby face! ^.^

I did this today and my face feels so clean and fresh : )

Makeup Talk: My Favorites

Hello girlies! ^.^

Even when I'm not a very big fan of makeup (I don't like to use TONS of it like Michelle Phan teach us but I recognize is very pretty ok?) I know that it is necessary to use makeup to look radiant and fresh. I'm starting to prove some brands and I want to share with you guys the makeup I'm loving right now.

Maybelline New York

I started to use the FIT collection and let me tell you that is AWESOME! It looks so natural and fresh. Instantly you see the big difference. What I have of the FIT collection?

1- Face Powder (5 stars)

2- Blush( 5stars) I was walking in Playa Bonita, FL and a woman told me: "Hey girl I love the blush you are wearing" ^.^ I was astonished!

3- Concealer- For the prize is pretty good. It does not disappear heavy blemishes but is so good for the prize. (4 stars)

4- Now we have the FALSIES mascara that works wonders. The brush make the application in both lashes (upper and lower lashes) more easy and clean. 5 stars!

5- Make up remover- Is pretty good and it removes water proof makeup but you need to push a little bit harder (not saying to kill your eye area). Is so greasy and I need to wash my face immediately after using it. For the prize is very good (3 1/2stars)

6- Super Stay Makeup 24 hours- My God, I love this foundation! Is like magic and it works perfect with the FIT face powder. I didn't buy the FIT foundation due to this one is NEW. No regrets people, believe me when I'm saying that is good. (5 stars)

Good Work Maybelline!

Wet n Wild & Rimmel and Ardell

This brand is cheap and works so good. The finishing look is so worthy for the prize and if you are a beginner like me or you don't know that much about how to apply makeup, the palette has the name of each area in where the eyeshadow should be applied. I use the big one for my honor night ^.^ and the red lipstick.

The Rimmel is s very soft green trio which is good for the day. I do not recommend it for the night because is like if you were wearing nothing.

Ardell: To fill my eyebrows

This eyebrow shadow (lol IDK if I'm saying it well) is so delicate and gave you that neat finish. Of course you need to be gentle when applying it but the difference between this and a normal eyeshadow is so dramatic.

The Sad Story of my Eyebrows

Hello everyone:

This post is almost making me cry and now you are going to know why. Since 2001 my eyebrows are a mess and believe me when I'm telling you this. Ups and downs; you know, one month pretty good and then 3 years of disaster and so on. Then in my HIGH SCHOOL graduation (2006) 0_0 (HOW FAR) I let them grow and they were completely awesome because a friend of mine fixed them (jejeje yeah) Then I touched them AGAIN (2006-11) and the mess was until two months ago. I went to a chinese beauty parlor and the girl was SHOCKED with the mess I had lol xD! She told me: "Girl, what you have done in your eyebrows".

To give you an idea I took away half of the beginning of the left eyebrow and both were so thin. Long time ago a friend of mine ( a guy) told me: "Francheska, your eyebrows are so thin :-S. You should let them grow". As always, I said in my mind: "pfffff they are good". I remember that in middle school my friends use to call me "chukie, because I was always mad and the disaster in my eyebrows gave me that creepy look T_T.

I knew that something was terribly bad with me because of my face. I was looking weird but I never tough that my eyebrows were the problem but my genetics (jajajajjaja xD)

I decided to let them grow again and here are the results after TWO MONTHS!! ^.^

I'm so happy now! ^.^

I'm so happy!!! YAYYYY! (party party yahooo!)

Now instead of kill my eyebrows again, I decided to go to the chinese beauty parlor FOR EVER and ever. Amen U.U

A quick note about "friends":

Girls, be careful with those who dare to call themselves "friends". I'm not mad or hating but I remember that once I told to this girl ("friend") "I think I need to fix my eyebrows" and she said: "Oh no darling you look great and your eyebrows are good" -_-.

I was looking horrible and now I realize what others were always saying: "She does not cares of anyone but herself. Also once she invited me to a far trip and I was so exited that I took cute clothes but sadly they didn't match and again she never told me so. She was well dressed and I was a mess and I'm not going to say that we ended in a very important place at the end of the day.

Don't be to innocent, don't trust in everyone's words. Sometimes people with a low self-esteem likes to make others look bad so they can shine because if they stand by the side of anyone who shine they are going to be invisible.

I'm a very pretty girl but sadly I wasn't paying enough attention to these little details that makes a GREAT difference. Someone was taking advantage of that to feel better. This things DO HAPPEN and I know that I'm not the only girl in the world with these kind of stories.

I say this because it happened to me and I'm telling you an advice that is going to help you to understand how this world works.

Just don't trust in everything your "friends" said unless you are 100% sure they are your sisters/brothers. Always ask to a professional.

Keep it beautiful and simple my beauties!!!
