Recipe (Makes 4)

1 1/2 Cups ground organic golden flax seed

Dry substance for rolling ( organic kudzu starch, coconut flour, arrowroot powder etc...)

1 Tbs organic oil

1/2 tsp organic cumin (optional)

Filtered water
+

Organic sauce of your choice

Raw vegetable filling of your choice

(I like any mixture of lettuce, onions, peppers, tomatoes, grated carrot, olives, avocado, shredded cabbage)

Pasture raised organic cheese or meat can also be added (optional)

UPDATE:

Back from the doc...

Kind of an ordeal but I had a full eye exam for the first time in 14 years and everything came back perfect.

Looks like I had a severe allergic reaction that got infected...

But is not affecting my eye itself in any way right now.

However the referral for another doctor in another building did not go well, I ended up having to leave the office before seeing the doc. Staff were not at all nice and the atmosphere was unbearable with dirt, dust, heavily scented products and something that smelled like mold and pee.

I was getting worse just waiting there. Flushed, stuffed sinuses, a hive on my cheek and just stressed out...Some chemical scents actually affect me in a way that makes me feel very angry and like crying all at once. I figure it was best to remove myself after 45 minutes of that.

This is a pretty awesome book!

I purchased this is a very interesting book quite a few years ago. It has lots of neat historic recipes. Everything from paint to medications. Learn what they used in the late 1800's with Lees Priceless Recipes.

What We Eat For A Weekend Breakfast - Tasty Tuesday

I tend to eat a lighter breakfast on the weekdays, here is a hearty organic breakfast that we would have on the weekend.

Poach the organic eggs by placing each egg in a round ramekin, place them in a saucepan with a lid and pour in enough filtered water to come half way up the ramekin. Cover and simmer on the stovetop on medium heat until the whites are fully cooked.

Remove from water and run knife around between the egg and the ramekin.

Slide the knife under the egg and pop out the egg.

Place organic steamed spinach on the plate followed by a small amount of grated pastured cheese, lay the egg on top and add a dollop of pastured butter on the yolk.

Lightly saute the frozen (or fresh) organic asparagus in a pan until vibrant in color and warm, serve with a sprinkle of Celtic salt and a dollop of pastured butter.

Serve with a slice of buttered sprouted toasted bread (optional) and organic baby tomatoes.

A recent Article in Natural News, EXPOSED: Angelina Jolie part of a clever corporate scheme to protect billions in BRCA gene patents, influence Supreme Court decision (opinion), says that Angelina's announcement of her breast removal coincides with a well-timed for-profit corporate P.R. campaign that has been planned for months and just happens to coincide with the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court decision on the viability of the BRCA1 patent.

My opinion?

Since when is it ever wise to remove healthy organs to "prevent" disease?

Cancer is most often times caused or worsened by environmental factors. In fact just as smokers are blamed for causing their own cancer, most cancers are your own fault. As harsh as it sounds, if you continue to be ignorant to the fact that the products you use contain toxic and harmful ingredients, and you continue to use household, garden and personal care chemicals as well as eat pesticide laden and GMO foods you will have a greater risk of all cancers.

Ignorance is not an excuse.

Start reading the ingredients in the products you consume and use. So, rather than running out and eliminating body parts, why not eliminate the toxins you put in, on and around your body...

Seems easier to me.

Not to mention that the stress on the body from operations can also lead to other forms of cancer. If, after changing your lifestyle you do still get cancer; after all it is impossible to live 100% toxin-free in this world, you can then deal with the cancer appropriately. Why put the cart before the horse? The survival rate of breast cancer, should anyone get it, is approximately 85%. So on the chance that she may get cancer there's a 15% chance she may succumb to the cancer, does it sound reasonable to cut off body parts and harm your body with all the risks that come with major surgery?...

To each his or her own I guess.

This is my first ASMR video for Weekend Wellness

It's a long soft spoken video of flipping through garden magazines and catalogs while playing with glass balls. I use these videos regularly to help me sleep and relax so thanks to all the ASMRers out there for posting your relaxing videos. I hope my video can help someone relax and stimulate an ASMR response.

What is ASMR?

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a term used to describe a sensory experience characterized by a deep relaxation and pleasant tingling sensation in the head and scalp, which can be triggered by sounds like whispering or brushing, and visual stimulus like painting or drawing. On YouTube, the phenomenon inspired the creation of "whisperer" videos, in which people attempt to trigger the viewer's ASMR by speaking in a soft voice and making various sounds with inanimate objects.

These shoes fit quite well, conform to your feet like a glove, I really like the vibrant colors and the rubber non-slip sole.

These shoes are true to size, a women's 7.5 fit snugly on my larger foot but not too tight.

There is a slight pinch point at the elastic on the heel and a slight rub point at the ties just under the pinkie toes.

The elastic design make for a secure fit.
