for those of you that have been wondering where i've disappeared to for the last 6 mos - year, it's not because i don't care to see you...it's because:

i have three businesses i'm running (one is only 6 mos old). i have new residential developments in different countries (with more locations to come), i will be the "KB Homes" of the international RE market (building affordable housing in exotic destinations). i have an amazing girlfriend that lives in Beirut Lebanon. shooting new tv shows takes me to different parts of the globe.

i'm out of the country once a month, and i also like to take trips "solo" at times. i'm a veracious reader (i finish around 20 books yr). i write, and currently working on a new personal blog on my free time. also working on producing a handfull of new tv pilots. i meditate. i workout. i snowboard.

and, the most important person in my life is my little brother. so, if you have not seen me...know that i'm thinking about you. but, i have much more important things to accomplish. there are many people that rely on me...and i will not disappoint them:)

i've shot quite a bit of video during my travels...Central America, Europe, Australia, NZ, Fiji, Asia...the list goes on. due to all the requests, i'm finally going to start my "foreign lifestyle & travel vBlog" - launching in a few months. this is just a fun personal project for my friends and family around the world wondering what i do for a living. these mico segments are not professionally edited...they're RAW and sometimes UNCUT...it's more fun that way;)

this will be an "interactive" vBlog with my viewers. facebook friends please feel free to "tag" yourself if you're in this video, or if you've been to any of these locations, OR...you just want to go there! if you like this trailer please click "like." i would also appreciate some feedback, "what do you want to see more of?" question: if you could go to an exotic country for a for a whole body tune-up - reinventing yourself mentally and physically. basically, you'll be in a remote location with no tv, cell service, fast food restaurants, or people. how long could you take off (1 wk or 2 wks)? you can message me or post a reply - thank you in advance for your feedback!

Q1 Wrap-Up

- lost the 5lbs of fat i tacked on over the holidays.

- got back into Muay Thai.

- part time vegetarian M-F.

- got rid of any negative/whiny people i recently met.

- finished a new consulting project.

- in my spare time, i wrote two new short ebooks for the Amazon Kindle & iOS platform. just need to get a couple ISBN #'s. these ebooks are part of my "30minGuides" Series. and yes, i already own the domain:) i will be releasing my ebooks at the end of Q2...need to complete three more book. all of them will be available in the Amazon Kindle and Apple iBook store.

all in all, i give my first quarter of 2011 a big fat A!
