My birthday dinner at my favorite sushi restaurant, Chiso's. We asked the chef to create a bunch of birthday-worthy food and the results were delicious!  Smelt, monkfish, sea urchin, octopus, mackarel, salmon roe, and fried bananas over coconut ice cream.  I'm sure I missed naming a few pieces of fish here or there.

I decided that if I had a choice of a last meal, it would of course be sushi.  Jon said his would be Mexican food.  A close second for me...
