		<description>On July 20th, VimpelCom announced the launch of a mobile network in Vietnam under the Beeline brand with the participation of Russian-Vietnamese joint venture GTEL-Mobile.

		<description>Sibirtelecom has completed construction of a 345 kilometer optical fibre line in the Novosibirsk district, connecting the regional centres of Vengerovo, Severnoe and Kyshtovka.
The new line will bring improvements in service quality and reductions in trunk line maintenance costs by replacing the leased radio relay channels that were previously used.
