It’s disappointing that if I read the law correctly, kicking out associates is all Amazon has to do to avoid collecting the taxes. So the state’s no better off.

This is exactly what’s happened in other states, so if our legislators were paying attention they should not have been surprised.

This is a direct result of the unconstitutional Minnesota state tax collection legislation passed by the state legislature and signed by Governor Dayton on May 23, 2013 ..."
