Comfort is delicious! Who doesn’t turn down a good plate of potato salad, a pot pie or piece of pizza?  Over the years I’ve seen a trend at weddings to ditch stuffy plated meals and go for a buffet full of yummy foods.  Mexican food I think is the most common thing I’ve experienced with enchiladas, rice and beans.  A friend of ours recently got married and had a taco cart come and serve everyone. It was incredible food! And so cool to have a legitimate taco guy serve everyone.

So, get creative, have fun with your choices, and remember, if you love eating it, most likely your guests will too.  Just have a few staple items for those picky people! :) Bon Appetite!

I love it when couples get creative and start brainstorming about how to have the most rockin’ wedding. Patrick and Rachelle recently got engaged after dating since they were 16!  Their story is incredible & I’m lucky to know Rachelle and Patrick.  Excitement is in the air and Rachelle has so much she desires for her wedding!

Photography as you all know is NOT CHEAP! So, when Rachelle said she wanted Amelia Lyon to shoot her wedding, I knew that this couple would be perfect for a contest! She would do anything to have her shoot this wedding. So, her friend entered her and now…..as part of Amelia Lyon’s Photo Giveaway, Rachelle and Patrick were chosen as a TOP 5 FINALIST!!
