Frank then started his four (4) terms as Club President in 1993. Frank ended his time as a Board member by serving as Director-at-Large (a positiion similar to the current, "Immediate Past President") during the 2001-2003 term. &nbsp;Frank served on the NFFC/DFC Board of Directors for a total of 16 years.</div> <div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> We all feel privileged to have worked with him during his tenure as President/Board Member and we will always treasure his support and friendship during the many years that also followed. The VPC shall prepare an annual chapter development report.<br /> <br /> Vice President of Media Relations and Communications (VPMRC) – shall manage, in coordination with the other officers and Board members, marketing and publicity, public and media relations, and other external communications. The VMRC shall prepare an annual media relations, communications and marketing plan.<br /> <br /> Vice President of Membership (VPM) – shall manage all membership activities. &nbsp;The VPM shall keep records of the membership. The VPM shall develop membership materials. &nbsp;The VPM shall prepare an annual membership report.<br /> <br /> Convention Coordinator (CC) – shall create a budget for and otherwise supervise all conventions.<br /> <br /> Secretary – shall process all correspondence received by The Club, and shall record the minutes of all meetings, whether held in person or by electronic means.
