Man Charged With Molesting His Daughters, Two Pastors Charged For Not Reporting The Abuse

PHOENIX, Arizona – After a 16-year-old girl went to her neighbors to tell them her father had been molesting her for a number of years, he was arrested and charged with one count of sexual abuse, two counts of child molestation and 11 counts of sexual conduct with a minor. During their investigation police learned that the suspect had also molested his oldest daughter who moved out of the house when she turned 18. She had attempted to stop her father two years ago by going to her pastors at Church on the Word and informing them of the abuse. A meeting was setup between the victim, her father and pastors Daniel and Laura McCluskey. At this meeting the father admitted to the sexual abuse and the pastors advised the girl to forgive her father since he was remorseful. This worked, as the father did stop molesting her…he just kept molesting the younger daughter. Because the pastors failed to report the abuse as required by law, they essentially allowed the man to continue with a new victim. They have both been charged with failure to report sex abuse. Hallelujah.

Will now wait for the flock to bleat their support for their pastors’ actions.

Three Teens Charged With Murder After Filming Themselves Beating Man To Death

SUMMIT, N.J. – Three teenagers are facing murder charges after police say that they beat 47-year-old Abelino Mazaniego to death while a fourth teen filmed it all on his cell phone. The married father of four was sitting on a bench outside of the restaurant where he worked as a dishwasher when he was approached by a group of teens. For no known motive at this time, although rumors are circulating it was racially motivated, three of the teens beat the immigrant from El Salvador unconscious. He would die days later at the hospital while the video of his beating circulated amongst other teens. This lead to Nigel Dumas, 19, Khayri Williams-Clark, 18, and an unidentified 17-year-old being charged with manslaughter – a charge that has since been upgraded to murder. To add insult who are all facing murder charges. No charges have been filed against the person who filmed the attack at this time. In an act to further violate this man, nurse Stephan Randolph , 39, has been charged with third-degree theft after it was alleged he stole $640 from Mazaniego’s wallet after being brought to the ER.

One Camper Dead, Two Injured In Montana Bear Attack

COOKE CITY, MT - One camper was killed and two others injured after being attacked by a bear while they slept in their tents. Authorities believe only one bear was responsible for the three separate attacks that happened between midnight and 2 a.m. Wednesday. A female suffered severe lacerations from bites on her arms, while another male was bitten on his calf. Their injuries are not life threatening. But another man wasn’t so lucky. He was found dead at the western edge of the Soda Butte Campground after having been dragged from his tent and mauled to death. What a terrifying way to die. While I admit I do not know how I will die, there are a few ways I know I will not. My parachute will never fail to open, I will never have a bungee cord snap, I will never crack my skull cliff-diving and I will never be eaten by a bear – mainly because I never plan to sleep where bears eat. I know, I don’t get to experience the joys of camping, but I also don’t get to experience watching an animal swallow my scalp.

My fear of being eaten by a bear while camping probably originates from watching PROPHECY as a kid. Specifically, the following scene I like to post whenever we have a bear story. It does include one of the best sleeping bag kills in cinema history.

Woman Loses Arm Dancing In Front Of Train

MELBOURNE, Fla. - More news involving someone getting a bit too close to a train. Fortunately this person survived, though they are a bit lighter. Witnesses say a 27-year-old woman was dancing on some train tracks before her arm was ripped off by an oncoming train. Lucky for her an unidentified policeman who arrived on the scene applied a tourniquet to her stump as she laid conscious and bleeding to death, probably saving her life. She was rushed to the hospital where she was listed in critical condition. Police say she and another man, possibly her boyfriend, where walking near the train crossing at around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday when they got into an argument. The woman then jumped on the tracks, but was unable to get clear of the train when she tried to jump back off of them.

Lebanon, OH – A woman intending to visit with her incarcerated son at the Warren Correctional Institution was arrested on Tuesday after she attempted to smuggle contraband into the facility. State troopers and corrections officers received a tip that Loretta Cottey may try to bring drugs during her scheduled visit. She was confronted and questioned as soon as she arrived at the facility, and it didn’t take long before she forfeited the booty. Police say the 53-year-old woman voluntarily surrendered eight small balloons containing approximately two grams of suspected marijuana each, 58 Klonopin tablets, and two $100 bills. I shudder to think about where those balloons had been concealed when she walked in. She’s been arrested for attempting to convey drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony, and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. Bond has been set at $15,000 on each charge. If convicted, she faces up to six years in prison and a $15,000 fine.

Gustine, CA – When Maria Galicia’s 11-month-old daughter began tugging at her ear earlier this week, Maria did what any responsible, caring parent would do, she had the child seen at the hospital for a possible ear infection. After an examination, it was discovered that the ear infection was the least of the child’s worries. She was found to be suffering from numerous injuries, including a skull fracture that runs from the top of her head to the back of her head, a broken arm, fractured leg and a burn on her arm from a hair straightener. All of the various injuries were in different stages of healing. Initially arrested on suspicion of child endangerment likely to produce great bodily harm or death, Maria posted $50,000 bail and was released shortly after her arrest on Monday. The 26-year-old was rearrested Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of aggravated assault and her bail was upped to $500,000. The child has been placed in protective custody and is expected to fully recover.

Once the trio moved into a nearby alley to finalize the deal, the gig was up – the hooker was a cop. Ratliff was arrested and officers stood by with the child until the wife/mother arrived from Trenton. D’oh! Ratliff, 38, was booked into the Butler County jail on charges of child endangering and solicitation. He was released later that evening after posting $500 bail. Had I been the wife, the headlines the next day would’a read “Sporked Penis Leads To Angry Wife’s Arrest.” While this story isn’t as bad as some featured here (he didn’t leave the kid baking in a car, home alone in a poopy diaper, or with a known sex offender and/or rabid pit bull), it’s still a parenting foul.

North Huntingdon, PA – Steven Rogers, 28, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of attempted rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, indecent exposure and corruption of minors after he tried to rape the 4-year-old daughter of a friend. According to police, the child’s father was working on a car outside his home when Rogers went inside and assaulted the child in her bedroom. The girl later told her father about the assault, and he contacted police. Rogers admitted to touching the child and told police that he only gets sexual urges around children. Furthermore, he admits to fantasizing about sex with 13- and 14-year-old kids. Yeah, this one is definitely broken. Good thing I’m not a cop, ’cause I don’t think I could have stopped myself from disabling dude’s baby maker with a couple rounds of hot lead after hearing him utter such vile trash. Rogers is now behind bars on a $250,000 bond.

Police Say Woman Gave Birth, Tossed Baby Out Window

Baltimore, MD – According to authorities, 21-year-old Rebecca Himes gave birth in the bathroom of her home Thursday, placed the infant into a plastic bag and threw the bag out a second-story window into some bushes. A family member heard the baby’s cries and found the infant outside a short time later – 911 was called and the incubator and the infant were taken to the hospital. Surprisingly, the child was uninjured in the fall. Released from the hospital on Wednesday, she is now in the custody of CPS. As for Himes, she claims she didn’t know she was pregnant. While that may be true, she sure as shit knew after she squished a tiny human out of her vag. Neighbors are shocked! Shocked I tell ya! After all, according to one neighbor, Himes comes from a good home – from “Class A” parents. Another neighbor says Himes is a nice girl, already has one kid and is trying to go to school and take care of herself. Commenters on different sites have mentioned that Himes’ mother has custody of her first child. Himes was questioned at the hospital and released. So far, no charges have been filed, not even for littering. Police are still interviewing Himes and her family to see if she should face child abuse or neglect charges. Two words for the irresponsible incubators who don’t seem to understand that pregnancy is preventable: Butt. Sex.

Man Pleads Guilty To Masturbating In Front Of Lemonade Stand

CINCINNATI, Ohio -Larry Cottrell was in court on Tuesday recieving his sentence after pleading guilty to public indecency charges. He was accused of masturbating in front of some kid’s running a neighborhood lemonade stand. The children were running the stand to raise money for their church when Cottrell showed up and ordered two glasses of lemonade. ”My daughter passed a second glass through, and that’s when I saw him masturbating in his vehicle,” the children’s mother said. He was arrested after she called police and provided them with Cottrell’s license plate number. As Cottrell stood before Judge Fanon Rucker, he asked for counseling and explained his actions. “I have an addiction like a heroin junkie,” he told Judge Fanon Rucker. Luckily, Judge Rucker wasn’t feeling much sympathy for Cottrell who was charged with the same crime back in 2006 although those charges were dismissed. “You can find help on your own. Just like I asked you if you got help before you came in here, if you knew you had a problem, you don’t come here to court having done this to somebody else and ask me for help,” the judge said. Cottrell was then sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $250 fine. Andalusia, AL - On July 14th, Tiffany Riley’s 1-year-old daughter fell down and busted her face on the tracks of a sliding glass door. While being examined at the emergency room, doctors discovered the child was also suffering from a severe ear infection in both ears. A toddler with a bruised face and achin’ ears is bound to be cranky, right? And because she can’t communicate at that age, she’s gonna cry, right? Apparently Tiffany and her live-in boyfriend, Jermaine Pate, can’t handle a cranky, screaming, miserable toddler. On the 15th, when the crying became unbearable, Tiffany allegedly yanked her daughter by the arm, breaking it in three places, dragged her up a flight of stairs and locked her in a bedroom so she and Jermaine could eat lunch in peace. Over the next four days, the two locked the child in a downstairs bathroom so they couldn’t hear the crying from the upstairs bedroom. Finally, after suffering from a broken arm for four fucking days, the child was seen by a physician. Shortly after that, the girl was placed in protective custody and the worthless mother and her equally useless boyfriend were placed under arrest.

Police say both Tiffany and Jermaine have a history of domestic violence. As a matter of fact, Jermaine was on probation for a domestic violence charge at the time of his arrest. But that didn’t sway Tiffany’s decision to allow him to move into her home. According to witnesses, since Jermaine moved into the apartment, both he and Tiffany have verbally and physically abused the child for crying. Because we all know the best way to shut a kid up is to smack ‘em around a little. Assholes. Tiffany, 20, and Jermaine, 24, now face one count each of torture/willful abuse of a child, a Class B felony. Bond for each was initially set at $20,000, but due to the nature of the crime, that amount was raised to $250,000.

Edward Schaefer, Convicted Murderer, Shanked In Prison Rec Yard

San Quentin - Many of you are already familiar with Edward Schaefer – for those who aren’t, you can catch up by reading the story we posted on him in June of last year. To recap, Schaefer, a habitual drunk driver, was shit-faced and speeding when he blew through a stop sign on his Harley and plowed into 9-year-old Melodie Osheroff and her father, Aaron, as they crossed the street in the crosswalk. As a result, Melodie lost her life and Aaron lost a leg. Schaefer’s courtroom antics showed him to be callous, uncaring and unremorseful, as is evident by the picture attached to this story. On July 13th, Schaefer was sentenced to 24-to-life for second-degree murder and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. Just 10 days into his sentence, Schaefer was shanked in the yard. Charged with the stabbing is 31-year-old Frank Anthony Souza, a convicted killer with little to lose. Souza, serving 60-to-life, reportedly stabbed Schaefer with a metal knife-like object at least half a dozen times, killing him. The motive behind the attack is unclear. While I’m not about to shed a single tear for the callous bastard, I can’t help but feel he got off easy. He truly deserved hard time – by hard time I mean 24+ years of daily, unlubricated, angry convict anal rape.

Mom Busted For DUI After Daughter Calls 911

Long Island, NY – Demonites, meet Jamie Hicks. Looks a bit miffed, doesn’t she? Could be because she got busted for driving under the influence, or it could be because her young daughter ratted her out for doing so. Maybe a combination of the two? According to police, Jamie’s 12-year-old daughter called 911 from the backseat of her mother’s Buick Sunday evening and reported that her mother was drunk. She’d been acting odd, talking funny and swerving in and out of traffic. The cell phone the girl was using cut out at one point, prompting the operator to call back several times. One call was answered and Jamie’s voice could be heard in the background, berating her daughter. From that call, officers were able to pinpoint the location of the car and make an arrest. The 12-year-old girl and her 10-year-old brother were handed over to family members. Jamie’s BAC was .18, more than twice the legal limit of .08. Charged under Leandra’s Law, she now faces felony charges for driving drunk with children under the age of 15 in the vehicle. The offense carries a sentence of 1-4 years in prison, a fine of $1000 to $5000, and the issuance of a mandatory ignition interlock device. She was released on Monday after posting $2,000 bond.

Woman Dragged Off Front Porch, Sexually Assaulted

FALL RIVER, Mass. - Fall River Police Chief Daniel S. Racine is calling a recent abduction and rape of a woman one of “the worst acts of violence in recent memory.” Police say that on Sunday night, a 58-year-old woman was watering plants on her front porch when 38-year-old Angel Cruz pulled up and dragged her into his car. The victim’s son watched from an upstairs window and ran out to help and was dragged 50-ft down the street after grabbing on to the back of Cruz’s car. Cruz took the woman to his apartment where he allegedly raped her. An hour later he dropped her off near her home where police found her walking home visibly upset. Cruz was identified and arrested after the the victim was able to lead investigators back to the apartment the sexual assault occurred. Cruz has been charged with kidnapping, aggravated rape, assault with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness.
