I recently watched a video about the General Motors bailout and China. It seems that GM took the publics money and sent a lot of it to two organizations in China SAIC and FAW. These are state-owned organizations that are associated with the Chinese auto industry. In order to have access to these organizations, GM had to fork over a big present.
