Included are Andrew's upbringing in South London and how the violence and crime that were endemic to his family and area influenced his work. The title of the show refers to Kut Vonnegut's book, Slaughterhouse Five - the paintings, often seen through the eyes of children, reflect how man's greed can lead to all manner of apocalyptic action. 9 minutes in length </itunes:summary><itunes:keywords>Canadian,art,Canadian,artists,contemporary,fine,art,gallery,historic</itunes:keywords>

<feedburner:origEnclosureLink>http://www.blogger.com/video-play.mp4?contentId=1fba151355a750b9&type=video%2Fmp4</feedburner:origEnclosureLink>

Jane Adams

Floral Cuts

Well known and much loved artist Jane Adams discusses her current exhibition, "Floral Cuts" at the Elliott Louis Gallery from Feb 10-28, 2009.
