Do Not Forget!

Last week, we touched on not forgetting all God has done for us, not only through the year but since we've been born till now. God has been awesome! This week, we are continuing on that same series "and forget not". In the book of Lamentations chapter 3 from verses 1-19... Jeremiah recounted all the afflictions he had passed through. How he had gone through pain, agony, infirmities, troubles and tribulations. Moreover, starting from verses 20 and 21, He said "My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me. This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope" Jeremiah, did not forget; He did not forget how God saw him through those times; he refused to forget how God delivered him; he chose to remember God's ever present help character in His time of trouble.

In verses 22 and 23, Jeremiah the attributed his saving grace to the mercy and compassion of the Lord on His life. I would like to stress that Jeremiah's acknowledge is a fact. Without God's mercies upon our lives, we'd have been consumed. "They are new every morning, great is His faithfulness." His mercies saw us through and that is why we are alive today. Where I come from, we often say "many waters have passed under the bridge but the bridge is still standing". God has been our rock, our shield and our refuge. He is worthy of all our thanks and praise. As we go this week, lets choose to be like Jeremiah, and not forget all of God's blessings upon our lives. Shalom!

Welcome once again to another edition of winning word for the week. Its almost the beginning of another month - September. In Nigeria, where I come from, we call September and subsequent months, the "-ber" months. They signify that the year is rounding off. I am made to understand from the scriptures that the end of a thing is better than the beginning thereof. In other words, God is set to do great and mighty things more than the ones He has done in the past for us. You'd agree with me that in January, He was awesome; in February, He was fantastic; in March, He gave it all; in April, He was faithful; in May, He was all sufficient... all through the year, God has been good to us. Hence, through the month starting from this week, I'd be doing a series I title "...AND FORGET NOT!"

Often times we tend to easily forget the great and mighty things God has done in our lives; especially at times when things are not going the way we want. This season of the year, as its rounding off, God wants us to be more appreciating of His blessings; not forgetting the things He has done for us and in our lives. This week, He talks to us from Psalm 103v2 "Bless the Lord oh my soul and FORGET NOT all His benefits" All through this month, I'd be sharing with us short stories of great things God has done in my life. I'd begin with one this week.

On my day of birth, I was made to understand that I was not born alive like most babies. I did not cry out with the sound of a new born baby. In other words, I was born dead. But God in His infinite mercies, had a purpose for my life greater than what the world had for me. He had me in His plans and was not going to watch me die at birth. I was told the midwife of the Mission clinic I was born at took me in her hands and said "Lord, I have made a covenant with you that no child will die in this clinic" and she prayed and as soon as she was done praying, I cried out miraculously like every other baby. Isn't that amazing. That is one thing I always remember at every day I celebrate my birthday. God is awesome!

As you go this week, set it on your heart to be appreciating of His goodness. Set it on your mind to be thankful of the great things he has wrought in your family, academics, church, home, business, work, career - everything! Give Him thanks and FORGET NOT! As you do that, I am more than sure you are setting up yourself for the END of a thing that is EVER GREATER than the beginning. God will show Himself mighty on your behalf.

"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think, according to the power that works in us" - Ephesians 3v20

I am going to highlight a few things from that verse...

The first thing is "Now to Him..." That perhaps I feel is the most important part of that verse as I feel God is calling our focus, not to money, not to fame, not to men around us, not to our family to support us, not to our bosses, not to our uncles or aunts; but NOW to Him. If you notice the Him starts with a capital letter. Its a call to the author and finisher of our faith, to our redeemer, to the King of kings, to the Lord of lords, to the Prince of peace, to our present help in times of need.

This week, I believe God wants us to focus on Him. The bible says "looking unto Jesus, the author and the finisher of our faith" - Hebrew 12v2. NOW TO HIM. About that project this week - Now to Him; about your academics, Now to Him. That verse for this week goes on to say "...to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly..." It is when we focus on Him that he would do exceedingly abundantly, and not only that, beyond our asking, our imagination, our thinking. Sounds Awesome.

I pray that this week, God will give us grace to set our eyes on Him. Look to Him the author and finisher of our faith and not unto any man. As we do that, the lines will fall unto us in pleasant places. Thank you once again for reading this week. Catch you again next week.

IN ALL YOUR WAYS

"In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path" - Proverbs 3:6

This week we are talking about we recognizing the place of God in our lives; we acknowledging the authority of God in our lives. The merriam webster online dictionary defines 'acknowledge' like this - "to recognize the right, authority or status of" - In other words, this week, we have to learn to recognize God's authority, rights and status in our lives. If you are going to the office, put God's first; about that project you are bidding for, put Him first; about that interview this week; acknowledge Him... every single thing you want to embark upon this week, make sure you acknowledge Him.

If you take a look at the second part of that scripture, its says "...and He shall direct your path" Permit me to rephrase the whole scripture like this "if you do not acknowledge Him and all your ways, He shall not direct your path" - Now, that scares me. The reason is because anything God is not called into, that thing surely won't have a safe landing. I am sure we all want our paths to be directed by God. The bible says; "the path of the just is as the shining light, that shines more and more unto the perfect day" - Proverbs 4v18. Also, "The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delights in his way" - Psalm 37v23. This week as we put God first; as we acknowledge Him; as we recognize His authority, rights and status over our lives, its my prayer and desire that He would direct our paths and they will shine more and more unto the perfect day. It is Nothing With God to Help!

"And Asa cried unto the LORD his God, and said, LORD, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power: help us, O LORD our God; for we rest on thee, and in thy name we go against this multitude. O LORD, thou art our God; let no man prevail against thee"- 2 Chronicles 14v11

In this passage of the scripture, Israel had been at rest for over 10 years. They were unchallenged by any other country to war. However, at this particular time, an army arose from Ethiopia and their number outweighed that of the Israelite. There was nothing the Israelite could do other than to call upon the name of the Lord. King Asa knew this secret and refused to be worried or troubled. He simply refused to be defeated despite being outnumbered. He cried out! He called upon the name of the Lord.

It is nothing with God to help; absolutely nothing, whether against millions of soldiers or just a thousand. He is our ever present help in times of trouble says the word of God. This week, just like Asa recognized, our help is in the name of the Lord our God. Lets not be defeated by the many hosts of issues we have lying around; lets refuse to be outweighed by the many afflictions, challenges and mountains around us. We have God on our side and with that assurance, we will definitely find help this week in Jesus name. If you believe with me, say Amen!

You will see the glory of GOD

"And in the morning, then ye shall see the glory of the LORD..." - Exo 16v7

One thing about the night is, it always seem very long and unending. The night usually accompanied with a feeling of insecurity and unease because of the darkness associated with the night. In the case of the children of Israel too, there was such a cloud of confusion and mumuring. They were mumuring against Moses and Aaron. They had seen the red sea experience, the turbulence in Egypt and now the wilderness experience - none of which was an exciting one. But the word from Moses mouth is that which I believe God is going to use to speak to us this week... "And in the morning, then ye shall see the glory of the Lord..."

I dont care what is it that you have been going through that has been so unpleasant and have made you confused. Perhaps you even become so confounded and have started mumuring and grumbling. Look here, the goodnews is what I've brought you - the morning is here and hence, you will see the glory of God. The night of sorrow, sadness, trouble and chaos in your marriage, failure in academics has become history in your life because the morning is here. You will see the glory of God. If you believe that go into the next week with faith in your heart that you will see the glory of God. AMEN

I SOUGHT THE LORD!

"I sought the Lord and He heard me and delivered me from all my fears." - Psalm 34v4

One can pause to think, David, the same man that killed the Lion and the Beer while he was a teen, not only that, Goliath, the so-called great warrior with six toes and fingers; still has fears? Then it would be a arguable if we say we do not have fears as children of God - Yes, we do. Even rulers of this world have fears. With the world food shortage, depletion of natural resources, soaring price of oil and global warming - no one is sure of whats gonna happen next. Hence, we all have fears.

But take a look at that verse very well. David was not denying that he doesnt have fears, in fact he acknowledged he has but he said "I sought the Lord..." Many of us today are not seeking the Lord in our fears. We are basically seeking the bank for loans, uncles & aunties for help. The bible said that "Give us help from trouble: FOR VAIN IS THE HELP OF MAN" - Ps 60v11/Ps 108v12. But the scripture also has it like this; "And Asa cried unto the LORD his God, and said, LORD, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power (or with few): help us, O LORD our God; for we rest on thee..." - 2 Chron 14v11.

I dont care how ginormous your problems are today. I dont care how magnanimous they seem to be. How dont want to bother how great a mountian you are facing. My bible tells me that; IT IS NOTHING WITH GOD TO HELP! Oh! I feel like jumping off my seat and hitting the ceiling. IT IS NOTHING WITH GOD TO HELP! whether in debt, in sickness, in you academics (in that most difficult subject), in that toughest job you've got, in your marriage, in your career pursuit, in whatever it is tht you lay your hands upon to do... As you go this week, carry this with you... Seek the Lord in all things, He sure will hear you and deliver you. SAY AMEN! HALLELUYAH!

By Strength Shall No Man Prevail

"...But those who wait on the LORD, shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint" - Isaiah 40v31

This verse started with a 'But' which elicits that something had been said earlier. It might interest you to know what had been said earlier in the verse preceeding this one. "Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall..." It is certain that no man can prevail by his own strength. The book of 1 sam 2v9 has it to say that "...for by strength shall no man prevail" Likewise, the psalmist said "No King can be saved by the multitude of His army, the mighty man is not delivered by his great strength; A horse a tool for safety but its strength will always fail"

So then, where lies strength that does not fail? Where lies success that is ever abounding? Where lies prosperity that does not cease? Its only in the God of our salvation. The one that makes the heavens and the earth. The Mighty God, the I am that I am, the ancient of days. All He demands is that we wait on Him daily. When we do, all our concerns are taken care of; we are never weary; we will not faint; when others are saying there is a casting down, our confession would be there is a lifting up in Jesus' mighty name. OUR HELP

"Our help is in the name of the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth" - Ps 124v8

I am not sure if you do think this way... the God that made the Earth only in six (6) days, what can ever be impossible for Him to do in your life and mine? He said unto Jeremiah; "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?" - Jeremiah 37v27. He told Moses; "Go and tell Pharoah that 'I am that I am' sent you." Mention your problems, the solution can never be as tough task as creating the whole earth in just six days.

Is that problem in your marriage, your finances, your career, your academics, your future? I might not understand what is it that you are passing through but one thing I know very much well is that Our help is in the name of the Lord. He made the whole heaven and earth within days, how much more that problem of yours; its nothing in His sight. Go ahead and confess it to Him this day, tell him He is your help and you are confident He is about to do something on your situation. Stay blessed. It is well.

EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL

"But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body" - Phil 3v20-21

Its so wonderful to know the God we serve. He is able, abundantly able to bring everything bothering you; everything that difficult for you under control. He upholds all things by the word of His power so everything is under his control. He never panics. When he says yes, no one either on heaven, on earth or even under the earth can say no. He is the Omnipotent and Omniscience God. The bible talks about him and said God has put ALL THINGS (including your those situations making you worry) under His feet.

Dear reader, what is tht situation thats giving you problems. What are those issues thats almost making you lose hope... all you have to do about them is bring them to Jesus today. Let Him have His way concerning them - be it in your marriage, in your finances, in your place of work, in your career, in your academics - I am very sure the end of such situation is near because Jesus has everything under His control. Amen. If you believe that, shout Halleluyah!

OLD THINGS TO BE REMEMBERED NO MORE

"Behold, I will create new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind" - Isaiah 65v17

Like the verse we treated yesterday, some issues in the past must have been making you cry, making you weep in your closet. Issues that perhaps you cant just share with anyone. Issues that you have kept to yourself all along and its making you unhappy inside-out. Just like that woman with the issue of blood. She's been with that issue for 12 years and had spent all she had on it but still no solution. Friends and well wishers have given up; they have concluded on her situation because there is nothing they could about it.

But Jesus does not give up! halleluyah! He doesnt. No chapter of the bible has it that "...and God gave up on his/her situation" - NO NO NO. The God we serve does not give up. When men have given up, Jesus is getting set to raise you up. He is set to make all your worries, sorrows, sicknesses and pains a thing of the past that you will remember no more. He is set to do a new thing that would spring forth beyond your imagination. He is ready to turn that situation around for you and you will give him praise. You are lifted in Jesus' name, above all worries, sicknesses, sorrows, shame and all that have put u down. God bless you. Have a great day!

NO MORE WEEPING...

"I will rejoice over Jerusalem and take delight in my people; the sound of weeping and of crying will be heard in it no more" - Isaiah 65v19

The goodnews to a student is success in academics. The goodnews to a businessman is profit. The goodnews to pregnant woman is safe delivery but the goodnews to someone weeping and crying all day long is a solution to his/her problem that would eternally end weeping and crying and make it history. At one time or the other, all of us have weeped and cried over one or two situations - cases of hurts, loses, disappointments and so on but the good news I bring today from God almighty is that the sound of weeping and of crying will never be heard anymore in your household, in your academics, in your finances, over your marriage, concerning your children.

The opposite of weeping and crying is sure joy and laughter - a sound mind! That is what God is going to use to replace all the sad moments of your life in Jesus' mighty name. You will know weeping no more. Crying shall no longer be heard within your domicile. The joy of the Lord is your strength. The Lord will rejoice and take delight over you. Have a blessed day filled with hope!

HE IS CARRYING YOU IN HIS HANDS

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you" - Psalm 32v8

I once read of a lovely illustration of God walking with a man on the beach and both legs were seen making marks on the beach shore. After some minutes walk, the man noticed in that trans/ vision that the 2 pair of legs has suddenly turned into a pair. He then asked God, "what happened at that time I noticed only a pair of legs?" God answered and said; "...that time when you noticed only a pair of legs was when I carried you in my arms."

Remembering this story, this verse became very real to me in a way. God never leaves us. All through our lives, in all ramification; when He is not walking besides us, He is carrying us in His loving arms saying "Dont worry my child; I'm here for you and will always be here with you; I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you." What a loving father we have and what an assurance of faith that He is always with us to guide us. Amen! I wish you a God's instructed day today; enjoy it!

YOU WILL NOT LABOUR IN VAIN

"They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them" - Isaiah 65v23

Just in case you are afraid of what is going to become of that investment you have embarked upon; perhaps you are wondering if you are going to come out in flying colours after you have paid so much to take that exam - I have brought you good news today and its from the God that never fails. He says I should announce to you that you will not labour in vain; your investment will not go down the drain.

Hence, go out today with that assurance knowing you will not bring forth for trouble. Everything that surrounds you is prosperity and open doors on every side. You are the seed of the blessed so you are not cursed, you and your offsprings with you. If you believe this word, proclaim it on your way to work today, on your way to that interview, on your way to that examination centre, on your way to that business appointment and I assure you, it shall be well with you.

THE LORD"S DAY

"This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it" - Psalm 118v24

I am not sure what your expectation is for this day though but one thing I know about what this day hold is Victory, success, prosperity, joy, good health, life and so on. The reason is because its a day that the Lord has made; hence, there has to be all these wonderful tidings in it. The devil has not made any day so he has no right to influence how my day or your day is going to look like. God has made this day, so expect God-made tidings in it.

If you are going for an interview today, expect God's success in it. If you are going for an examination, expect divine help because its the day that no man has made but God. If you are travelling today, I can assure you of safety because its the day that God has made purposely so you can travel safe. If you have a project to work on today, I am too sure that the project would result in nothing but great success because the one who made this day, is right behind you to see you through. So, cast out whatever doubts and fear you have about this day... its the Lord's day! Amen! Enjoy this day.

Daily loads us with benefits

"Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation" - Psalm 68v19

Halleluyah! There is something wonderful about this verse that excites me; its that as children of God, there is a benefit in which God loads us with ever single day without fail. In other words, there is no day God does not rise to bless our lives with good things. The defiles some people's thinking that its God that brings whatever evil that happens to them at anytime of their lives. This verse has made it explicitly clear that God does no evil to His own people rather He loads them with different kinds of benefits DAILY!

What a good news. I feel that joy within me because I know very much well that today and every single day of my life will not be an exception of this wonderful loading of God's benefits. Be it in your business, in your academics, in your finances, in your marriage, in your relationship; whatsoever is it that you find yourself attached to... I assure you, there is a benefit God has attached to the day as regards such. If you believe that; say AMEN! Your benefit today will not elude you in Jesus' mighty name. Have a magnanimously favoured day! It is well.

STAND STILL AND SEE

"Now then, stand still and see this great thing the LORD is about to do before your eyes!" - 1 Samuel 12v16

This day I bring hope to you. On this very day that the Lord has made, I bring you good news. I don't care whatever perplexed situation you seem to be involved in. All God demands from you in that situation is to stand still and see... Many a times we panic, running helter skelter, from pillar to post, in different nooks and cranny seeking our own route of salvation. It is high time we recognized the salvation that always available in the God we serve and learn to stand still and see...

Today, He has asked me to tell you to stand and see... "See what?" someone would ask... YES! See the great thing He is said to do. He said this in his words; "Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." - Isaiah 43v19. What more answer do you seek. If that situation you are in identifies with a desert, He says He will make rivers in it. If that situations has anything to do with a wilderness experience, He says He will make way... So, just stand still and see....

Go and the Lord be with thee

"And Saul said unto David; Go and the Lord be with thee" - 1 Sam 17v37

I would just like to make declarations of faith upon your life today with no doubts in my heart. Saul in this passage declared that word to David, perhaps out of the fact that there was no other option as regarding who to face Goliath at that time in Israel and only a little boy of about 17 years old, with a strange testimonies of how God had helped him kill the Lion and the Beer while he looked after his father's sheep. Perhaps it was out of fear and rage of whatever might happen to David as no one was sure what was going to happen. Same thing today, as you have set out to embark on what the day has in store for you, although you might no know what lies ahead, but one thing I know is that; it shall be well with you.

As you go for that interview today, I declare "Go and the Lord be with thee"
As you set out to launch that business, I say 'Go and the Lord be with thee"
As you are set for that examination, interview you about to take, or that application you are about to make; hear this "Go and the Lord be with thee"
As you head to work today thinking about what your boss will say about those projects you are handling, you need not think too far; Listen "Go and the Lord be with thee"
In whatever it is you are going to face today, the Lord will be with you. It is well.

HIS ABOUNDING GRACE

"And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work" - 2 Cor 9v8

Today I was sharing with someone how God helped me through my academics: How He paid my fees and how He helped me through studying and making good grades too. And what the person said was; Indeed, its God's hand upon your life - this sure does not have any other explanation other than the the fact that God is in it. Indeed, His grace saw me through it all. Thats why the verse today makes meaning to me more than anything else.

I am confident that God that has done it in my life is able to do it in your life as well. he is the God that is able to make all grace abound towards you in all that you lay your hands upon - no matter how tough, big and ginormous those things are. Check this out; "...in all things at all times, having all you need..." Wow! it means you will not lack anything, at any time of your life so you can abound to every good work; so you can do well in your business; so you can prosper in your finances; so you can pass your exams; so you can get to that desired place in your ministry. His grace is sufficient! Amen. Have a great day!

God's plan of prosperity

"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth" - 1 John 1v2.

Although this is a letter unto Gaius but the truth is that its not only for Gaius. Someone would ask why.. because its written in God's word for us; hence, its also our inheritance. Very much well, this is God's desire for our lives that we prosper in all that we lay our hands upon and likewise be in good health. Many people attribute evil things that happen to them as part of God's way of doing things... NO! the bible says, "...He knows the thoughts He thinks towards us, thoughts of GOOD AND NOT OF EVIL to give us an expected end.

So, I want to ask you today, what is that expected end of yours? Perhaps its in your business, in your academics - I want to assure you, God's plan and thoughts is that you prosper in that thing. And not just prospering alone, but prospering in good health so you can eat the fruit of your labour in good and sound health. So you wont labour in vain or for another. As you set out today, have that at the back of your mind... prosperity and good health are God's divine plans for you. Go and prosper. God bless you.

FAVOUR AS WITH A SHIELD!

"For surely, O LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield" - Psalm 5v12

When the realization of this verse dawned on me; I was talking to a fellow and I started imagining those war films I have watched seeing those soldiers on the battle field with shields in their hands. Once fascinating thing is when they come together and the shield surrounds them in order to guide against arrows of the enemy, its always wonderful as you would see all holes blocked, no space whatsoever to allow attacks from the enemy. With this imagination, this verse will make more than just a meaning to you today.

God is not just granting you favour but He wants to surround you with favour as with a shield. WOW! What an awesome way for one to be favoured. It means; when you look to the right; its favour - when you look to the left; its favour you see - when you look behind you; you see nothing else but favour - when you look to the front and people are saying 'no way here'; what you see is favour making way there. Perhaps you still dont get what I mean... I say when you look into your finances, what you get is filled pockets and bank accounts - Favour! When you look into your career, what you experience is tremendous blessings and speed - Favour! When you look into your Academics, what you see all around is success and prosperity - Favour! HE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU

"Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb?Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you" - Isaiah 49v15

This is a verse that touched me so much that I was struck by God's awe in how much he loves and would never forget us. Although It sounds unreasonable to say a mother can never forget her nursing child but the truth is; it can happen. I once saw a situation where a nursing mother was so tired and she slept off while nursing her baby and the baby kept on looking for the milk in her own chase while the mother was alseep.

But one thing we are confident of is that our God is Good and faithful; "indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." - Psalms 121v4. he would never leave us to suffer cos he neither sleeps nor slumbers. He is always watching and He will never forget us. No matter what is it that you are experiencing now, know indeed that God will never forget you. He is about to attend to that situation of yours. Just wait for His salvation, it will not tarry. Amen. God bless you. Do have a splendid day.

SONS OF THE LIVING GOD

"And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, "You are not my people, there they shall be called sons of the living God"" - Romans 9v26

Here is another one that shook me. "And it shall come to pass..." First prayer: Lord, everything you have said concerning our lives, this year that is yet to come to pass, may it come to pass Lord speedily before the year runs to an end according to your will in Jesus name. He says in His word that not a word that comes out of His mouth will fall to the ground without it accomplishing the task for which He has sent it. May that word he has spoken over your life come to pass in the remaining days of this year in Jesus name. Amen!

Cont'd: it says in the place where it was said to them, "You are not my people, there they shall be called sons of the LIVING God". AMEN! Which means in every place where you have been reproached, where I have been ashamed and disappointed, God is saying, in that same place, you shall be called - the sons and daughters of the LIVING God. Meaning, they will see a sign that our God is a LIVING God. That verse didn't just say; "...sons of God" but "...sons of the LIVING God". It means they will come to the reality of the God you serve and they will not be able to resist but confess how great He is in your life; in your academics; in your job; in your marriage; in your career in Jesus' name. Amen. I remember somewhere in the book of Daniel where the king of Babylon told the people of the land and said "From now henceforth, whosoever speaks against the God of Daniel..." remember? Why? Because the King saw the sign of a LIVING God - not just one god anywhere but THE LIVING GOD.

As you walk around to your destination today, I want you to walk boastfully in the God you serve and confess it as you go - I SERVE A LIVING GOD. Have a great day.

He knows what to do

"When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do" - John 6v5-6

Perhaps you have been praying and making supplications over some needs of your life; peradventure you have been seeking the face of God for his divine answers to some of your questions and you have started wondering why the answers are not coming yet. I have brought a good news for you this wonderful day from the Lord God Almighty. He says I should tell you that He knows what He wants to do in your situation - He is just waiting for the right time.

My friend, you need not panic, you need not be dismayed or discouraged. Jesus knows exactly what you need. Just believe and trust in Him, He'll fix it up for you. The word of God today reminds me of a part of a song I love so much; it goes thus

...No matter what you're going through
He'll fix it up for you
For he knows just what to do

He'll sure fix it up for you. Just believe and trust in Him. Halleluyah!
