Taking people out of parks, who have no place to live, or sleep...

These things where never meant to last forever, in-fact if the industries let themselves fail naturally, they would make way for new industries and technology's to flourish. Yet in order to maintain the power they hold on for dear life, as they crash and burn, The People's Government allows them to stay afloat, by throwing them bailouts along the way.

This is not how the system should work, was meant to work and it never will work like this.

If you don't know why people are protesting, then you should join the problem.

Taking people out of parks, who have no place to live, or sleep, and making them sleep on the sidewalks, instead of a PARK, in a GROUP, with OTHERS, is a recipe for more poverty, more wide-spread crime, and mounting tension against Citizens of a Country, and those who are now Paid to Oppress the Rights of these Citizens.

Spread us out, get us alone, we die off.
We try and go to a park to live, and survive, and you remove us.

We dont care what you think, there are millions without a job or home in America, eventually we are going to take over every park, in every city. Unless they are letting people move BACK INTO those millions of foreclosed homes, the space left for our human entity's to legally occupy is shrinking by the day.

Watch as those who are supposed to PROTECT people, go out of their way to OPPRESS and BELITTLE those who already have nothing left.

I just do not understand why people are not being allowed to live without paying a water bill, electric bill, rent payment, car payment, insurance payment, cell-phone payment, medical bill.
Aggravation is not an eloquent enough term.
On the "war" on drugs: Drug prohibition has absolutely no value. It hasn't worked and won't work. We know what does work... we've done it with alcohol and tobacco. Legalization, taxation and regulation... it provides revenue, makes it harder for kids to get drugs, kills the black market for the drug, frees up jail space for murderers and rapists, and most importantly it allows for addicts to get the help they need... instead of being put into the justice system where their addiction will only get worse.

I'm not trying to knock on the work involved, I'm knocking on the ABSURD amount of money gained for little to nothing.I do like them, but its a cheap way to make the same amount of money off the same thing over and over.There is not a cycle to that.

One of My many "broken system" story's:

I was driving a "Limousine" last year, it was my job.
I was picking up a per-arranged customer Downtown.
I pulled up to meet the customer, as always. Then an officer told me to "go away now or your getting a ticket".
That instant I began to explain to him why I was there, he then demanded to seem my license.After making me sit parked, in the spot he told me to leave from, for 45 minutes, waiting for him to return with my ticket and license, he wrote me a 200$ ticket for Taxi Standing.
Taxi Standing tickets are given to taxis.... not limousine drivers.

I had about 500$ in the car that night, the officer then asked me to get out of the car, I then refuse to get out of the car, with a customer I did not personally know, in the back set, this whole time.

Upon getting out of the car, he attempted to arrest me, 2 other officers stopped him, questioned him, and let me go, before he had a chance to screw me over anymore.I paid that ticket, got my liscense back, lost my job because I lost my license, even though I still worked without one, It became to big to work around.My point is, these things happen to innocent people, who cant afford to pay the tickets, every day.This in-effectually caused me over a year of problems, and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Purpose and Meaning: Life in a nutshell

Everyone looks for a purpose, or a greater meaning for not only ones own personal existence, but the existence of all. Existentialism is the focus on the condition of human existence, and an individual's emotions, actions, responsibilities, and thoughts, or the meaning or purpose of life. We as humans have this urge to define life in a way, as to label each of us with a born purpose, some societies even build on this concept in every-day life. In all reality, who are we to purpose such a determined path for ourselves? We are the creators of our own destiny at a point, but possibly held back by man-made boundaries.

What does a fulfilling life consist of? This is a centuries old question, is still being discussed by some great modern Philosophers. In this ever changing world we live in, with all of our machines and technology, how will we ever really devote the time required to figure our the answer to these questions? Millions of dollars have been invested in projects aiming at answering this ponderous though, and more.

I know the meaning.
I know my purpose.

The one real concrete meaning and purpose of life, as a human being, as far as I am concerned, is one simple word: others. What would we be without one another? How would you have ended up, without others helping you to maturity?
The answers to these questions sometimes arise, but they are not always positive answers.

It's getting early in the morning, and I'm about to go to bed, but in my mind, I will still think about this, as I always do.
Realizing that, when I do go to bed, even though I will be sleeping during daylight, others will be out there, living, keeping the delicate framework we call society, tick tocking along.
People take for granted the comforts they are afforded, simply because others allow them to.

My Not Born, Hatched - Angelspit Music Video Contest Entry

Watching TV in the 1990's was a big influence on me in my life, and this video.
This video is like watching late night TV, and flipping through static and distorted analogue airwaves.In a way this video makes a statement about visual production, and how individuals decipher messages differently.
The station broadcasts not only live images from the band, but a journey through the life of a hatched creature, and visions of the destructive ways of mankind.

This was a month-long video project, that I spent over 80 hours on my free time, working on. I really wish I had a better camera, for a lot of the pre-recorded stuff, that I made for this video. If given the time, and effort, I could have made anything from a high production music video, with a set and cast, to something awesome, like a tour video log.

The rules and description of the contest, just seemed like they called for something with this recipe.

Right now I'm working on a time elapse video of the insane snow-fall my area of the United States, is getting. I should have that video up in a few days.

It is a genre, a subculture, an idea, a state of mind, a way of life. it's almost impossible to define. it's present in every form of art and culture - literature, movies, art, music, computer games, you name it. some see cyberpunk as little more than an offshoot of science-fiction, but it would be hard to argue that something so influential could still be considered an "offshoot". the term itself is attributed to Bruce Bethke. it's easily identifiable as a synthesis of "cyber" and "punk", but it's a master stroke of semiotics. there's no mistaking how the prefix cyber feels electronic... it tastes of silicon and smells of power. punk meanwhile is an unmistakeable scream of chaos, rebellion, anarchy. together you have technology, out of control. machines on the edge of reality, pushing the boundaries of what their creators dared to imagine. cyberpunk drags us away from sterilised visions of the future; where everything is clean and nobody really gets hurt. fuck all that. cyberpunk is grit, grundge, dystopia, it has what Gibson would call EDGE. cyberpunk is all ..EDGE/. i'm drawn to the genre. i've loved watching it grow into an identifiable movement; enjoyed seeing the subculture draw together from disparate groups. it may not exist in my physical location, but does that matter? think about it. i think the passion slowly trickled into my life with the bytes that arrived at my 56k modem. it drifted into my mind as i devoured the pages of gibson's works, settled into my psyche as i played Cyberpunk 2020 and read the sourcebooks endlessly. perhaps i was born with the seeds inside me. perhaps i really do have "an affinity for computers". perhaps i was conditioned into it. perhaps, but who knows. i can't explain why it effects me and doesn't touch others. i can't remember what my first taste of true cyberpunk was... maybe it was while watching Jhonny Neumonic; or when my friends and i discovered full on free files and programs. I didnt realize what I deeply was, untill the adaptation of "The Invisables" comic, got to the main screne, as THE MATRIX... this was an eye-opener for true cyberpunks world wide. but don't be fooled - it's not just technology. technology must have the punk before you enter the genre. high-tech is not enough and in fact it can be a distraction from true cyberpunk. the essence can exist in a screen of plain ascii text. gibson wrote neuromancer on a manual typewriter; scientists in suit and tie or classic white labcoats admit to being inspired by cyberpunk literature. yes, it's a technology thing; no, that's not all. cyberpunk is synthesis. pull together the attitude which knows what to do with the tech, and you're on your way. it's a punk mode. if anyone would support the use of technology to decentralise power and ensure freedom of information, then it'd be your quintissential cyberpunk.

The endless insanity of the creations of mankind...

The "hippies" of the past, were against the corporate ways of the world. They were against "The man". They promoted sustainable energy and uncovered vast cultural diversities. Hippie fashions and values had a major effect on culture, influencing music, television, film, literature, and the arts, let alone creating their very own fashion and styles.

Today, in 2008, there is an emerging subculture as well, its known as Industrial. In this age we are simply becoming a part of the mass industrialization of entire countries and cultural flaws that are so wide-spread today. Industrial culture embraces the hellish ways of our current world, "goes with the flow" in a way, by creating literature, art, and of course music, surrounding the reality of it all. With this comes a style of dress, clothing, and a fashion of its own.

Finally, we arrive at the point of all this....

Here we are, a generation, that is standing out, finally after our grandparents "movement" has subsided, the 1960's are simply a thing of the past. But, here in our modern world, we arrive to the point were, our subcultural lifestyle is encompassed by the world around us. The music we listen to, the clothes we wear, all of it a reflection of our inner culture, our inner workings.
We listen to the sounds of steel and electricity, yet inside us all is a "tree hugger". We live with the realization, that we are all insignificant, and prisoners to the world around us. The Hippie culture, and the Industrial cultures, are two very opposite things, but at the same time, very similar in the fact that we have a statement to make, weather its opposing governing forces, or embracing the endless insanity of the creations of mankind.

So, Industrial or Hippie, within these subcultural lifestyles, we all understand that the world is a horrible place, not because it was made that way, but because we molded it to be such.

Ever get sick of finding someone has a screen name, or user name, almost exactly like yours? Want to really make a mark on the web, and make sure people know that it's you? Then a little something I'm coining "Digital Footprinting" might be the simple explanation you've been looking for.
    Personally, I have been trying to link every single web site I have ever used and signed up for, to each other, creating this ring, or connected web, of everything I do in this digital world. Anyone who has a smart-phone, capable of linking to an online site, can tell you that it's becoming very easy to take the load off of using your computer, in order to maintain connectivity. In the more recent years, web sites have been opening up to inter-connected setups, for example linking your Google account to your Blogger, was not even an option when I first signed up here, now it's the only thing I use to log in.
    My personal view on all of this, in the beginning was, "No that's like stalking made simple." Recently my views on all of this have changed. What anyone can do is use all of their online social-networking, and profile based sites, to link to each other. I have developed a simple structure to explain "digital footprinting" for anyone that is interested. The Persona, The Symbol, and The Link are three basic umbrellas that I will put in place in order to explain this.

The Persona:
The first and most important part of digital footprinting or creating an online identity, is obviously a persona, screen name, or User name, as it has been called since pretty much the beginning of the internet. What do you want your persona to be, your real name, or a pseudo name?
    This is not only the most important step in the process, but it lays the "building block", for what some would call reserving. Obtaining the persona for use on other web-sites or social networks, so it is vitally important that his be unique to you, the user. That is really the first step to becoming your own digital entity, in my experienced opinion.

The Symbol:
    This concept is really obvious, creating a symbol, so this User name you have created, can be recognized in all forms. Creativity, and some visual design software, like Photoshop or Gimp, even MSPaint, is basically all that is needed to make this symbol. Some things important to consider when creating your symbol, are obviously copyright laws, and visual meaning. What will your digital symbol mean or say, about you or the image and message you are trying to convey, to those interested?

The Link:
    This is obviously a personal preference thing, but linking all of your online activity, can not only help you, the user, become connected on multiple different levels, but also help those who are trying to follow you, stay updated, as so many seem to want to do, in this modern world. Web sites like Twitter, Facebook, and MySpace, have been doing this for quite some time, but more recently connecting these things has become a real possibility.
    I think the best way to show-case this, is Windows Live: BoyOfTheEnders Live profile.
There you can see, that Windows Live is allowing pretty much any page you have ever singed up for, to be linked with your live profile, so that the updates all stream directly to that page. Currently, I'm not quite sure how it will look after a large degree of activity, but I am definitely optimistic enough to try.

Overall the ability to create a real mark, on all of the web's most major sites, has become something people only dreamed of, when the internet was in it's infancy. Thankfully, due to recent updates and innovations in web technology and code, it has become possible to create a real digital footprint. Whether your just a simple web user, or someone looking to reserve a persona, create a symbol for the persona, make an impression, or just trying to consolidate the hard work and effort put into it all, there is an easier way to do it. Trying to connect multiple accounts and activities on multiple sites has never been easier and with the ever changing interfaces and landscapes of the network we call The Internet, only time will tell, what will come next.

The 23rd year. (Birthday blog)

So I'm told, 23 years ago today, I was born!

Why blog about it?

Thus far, this blog is pretty much the most random series of subjects, ever. I'm not really huge on "blogging", but I think I'm starting to understand the many reasons people do it.
I just figured why not throw some personal structure into it, make it even more random.

What to do on my birthday...
I keep thinking, "maybe I can start something today, something creative, or something big, and do it once a day for 365 days?" but what? I could Blog... Vlog... Draw...
Turned on my Nintendo DS today, jumped into an empty Pictochat room. I'm awarded with "Happy Birthday! Today is Ender's birthday!". The DS system's sounds, actually have a different pitch to them on one's birthday. Just turning the thing on, it makes a different noise. This will be the 2nd year my DS has wished me a Happy B-day.

Once more I have kept insane hours, and am awake at 5am, on my birthday. As one could imagine, It's nothing special. Thus far, I have just been playing a few hours of GTA IV on my computer, and reading up on world news on CNN's very under developed web site.

What do I hope for in my 23rd year?

I guess it is good to set goals, right?...I can only hope for survival, and happiness. It seems like so much of my past few years, flew on by. I can hardly remember some details, but it has not been that hard to be me.

Hoping to simply survive, and enjoy the next 365 days, is goal enough. I'll be trying to communicate with new people, and try new things, within moral and legal limits, of course. In the course of the next year, maybe I'll meet someone (female) and share good times, or maybe I will not? Who knows. I guess the point is, for those things I'm hoping for, to remain hopeful??!

Also, based on a scan of the things in this blog, I need to work on paragraph structure. I'm not really a writer, more or less just a thinker. It might not be a bad idea for my to write some of those thoughts, others, not so much.

What will all these people do? How will all these people continue to live in a similar fashion as we do in the modern world today?

Currently, roughly 2 million people, could inhabit the region. In 2010, on January 4th, the city of Dubai, unveiled the Burj Dubai (Burj Khalifa), a 2,717 foot tall sky scraper, shattering the record of world's tallest man made structure. Within the main hub of this city, are some of the largest, and highest priced constructions in the recorded history of human race. The grand scale of these projects ranges from not only the tallest building, but multiple man made islands or a Plastic Beach, if understand the metaphor. If people have not been paying attention to what this specific county is doing, they should definitely read into it.

It seems that at any time multiple grand scale construction projects are taking place within the "downtown" areas of Dubai. One begins to ask, why these grand buildings are being thrown into the sky, so rapidly. The answers may be found in this video, broadcast in 2007 by the American Broadcasting Company.

After viewing this, and understanding the facts stated previously. This endless spending, or seemingly bottomless funding for constructions, has a cost. Building a city on the salty sea, with no water to drink, has a price.

The water the people drink, is the most expensive on earth. Distilation plants built in the region, can not keep up with the expansion, and have resorted to pumping waste water into the sea, instead of processing it. Creating a toxic sea, and a large deal of artificially created structures reminds me of the vast dystopian creations and landscapes of such artists as Masamune Shirow and William Gibson.

The future of humanity, will indeed require a vast amount of construction, insane as it may seem, the city of Dubai is in essence bracing for the future of us all. Cities like Dubai could play host to many new generations of people, who will build upon and change them. Eventually what we end up with, is a form of tolerance, somewhere to put it all, a place for every head to rest, be it a steel sheet, or a warm bed. Some will appreciate it, others will simply see it as an existence or "just how it is". Eventually, our planet will be riddled with the trash that the human race has created, every single living human, will have to tolerate it. To say "tolerate" would be a bit harsh. The majority of the people of Dubai seem to love their Plastic Beach.

Overall, the moral here goes something like this:
"Stop before it's too late, or tolerate it." Keep our planet in good condition, or create your own artificial word, to deal with the change, be it due to "Global Warming.", or simply the changing planet we live on.

The "new" year...and what it means to you?

    All cultures world wide, regardless of creed, race, or background, have a "new year". The New Year is the day that marks the end of one year and the beginning of the next year, and is the day on which the year count is incremented. In many cultures, the event is celebrated in some manner.
    For example the Chinese New Year or Spring Festival is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is often called the Lunar New Year. Another example would be the Gregorian calendar or what most "western world" people, would call simply New Years Ever, or the end of the month of December, and the beginning of January. In the culture of Latin America there are a variety of traditions and superstitions surrounding these dates as omens for the coming year. We embrace this point in time, for whatever reason, but the question remains, Why?

-Why embrace and smear the "new" upon all things, once a year?
-Does humanity constantly hunger for revolution or drastic and far-reaching change in ways of thinking and behaving?

The answer, for most, may lie within the true modern meaning of the word, new.
    Humanity has a never ending sense of fatigue, within it's generations, but always strives to create a vision of unlimited vigor. Within the ages, and revolving times that the human race has endured, has been critical times, changes, unlike any other. With these facts, a question emerges...
Does the collective whole, seek a change for the better or worse, upon each cycle of the year?

    So it may seem, the greater numbers seek positive change, resolutions, so they are called. A formal expression by a meeting, may not properly define the things those who make them, seem to think they do. The mere outcome of a decision, is supposed to be definite, not a plan, or goal. Many people think that creating a sense of resolve, around the turn of a new year, something positive should come of it. The problem one may see with a "new years resolution", after considering the leading thoughts, could be simply understanding the way these notions are formed.

Stepping into the unknown, could be a thrilling prospect for some, and a terror inducing prospect for others. Perhaps the turn of the new year, and the change of ways, by resolution, is a way for the modern world to mask the fear of the unknown, and vanquish the past. The hope, that situations will turn out better, is synonymous to thinking and worrying about the future. This follows the idea that, humanity makes attempts on a regular basis, to layer falic facades upon things in life.

The ideas of a "New Year" and "New Years Resolutions", in the modern world, are simply another attempt to create a utopian society, more so, than they are true, definite decisions. Tradition itself, is by no means a negative thing, but with the ages, traditions have dwindled meaning, the point is lost, like a game of "telephone" between friends. A new year, the end to a beginning, may not be a beginning at all, except for the attempts made by those who seek resolution. Who are we to feel, that these ends, should lead to new beginnings, simply due to the fact that tradition itself teaches us to?

What does the "new year" really mean?
Why mask the unknown, with fallacy?

The new year... is only new, in the sense of: inexperienced, unfamiliar, unknown...

So, step into this new year, with fear, become comfortable with the unfamiliar, and then and only then, may the changes promised, be and easier transition.

Velvet Acid Christ: The Art Of Breaking Apart

This new album is nothing short of amazing. Opening with the track "Tripped Out" you get a sense of pure power, and life, that runs through the whole album, like a butcher chasing a pig. A metric ton of feelings and honesty is crammed behind the lyrics of this album. As one progresses through, a mix of real instruments and synths are heard, that are composed in such a way, that the listener feels like they are the subject of a film, or music video. Life itself, seems to morph, as each track, evokes feelings of multiple ranges. Track number seven (Caustic Disco) is a pure jolt of movement inducing power. Untouched, the song is an amazing piece of art, that was turned into a gigantic club style track, in Mindless Faith's remix.
Being the insanely skilled audio manipulators that the current members of V.A.C are, every second of this new album is better than the next, ending with the track "Silver", leads to un-manipulated vocals or a podcast, giving a greatly informative explanation of how the album itself was created.
In closing:
I'm a huge fan of V.A.C and Bryan's work, and his accomplice on this and other albums, "Todd".
