Here’s a question I recently received from one of my subscribers:

“Is there a point on the male body you can push just before you reach orgasm that when you push or touch it, it will calm you right down so you can carry on for longer?”

The answer is YES. It’s called The Squeeze Technique.

“The Squeeze” is a classic move… It was “invented” more than 50 years ago. And, it’s a pretty fool-proof method for lasting longer in bed.

Here’s how it works: When you feel the urge the ejaculate, simply “squeeze” with your thumb and index finger — right below the head of your penis. This “squeeze” technique stops the flow of blood to your penis and shuts down the ejaculatory response. It’s effective, and you should give it a whirl.

But there are some drawbacks to the Squeeze Technique…

First of all, you have to stop, which isn’t all that much fun. :-)

Second, it’s pretty obvious what you’re doing.

Whenever possible, I recommend you use “stealth” tricks and techniques, so you can last longer in bed, without her ever even knowing what you’re doing.

Here’s a question I received the other day:

==========================
“what can I do if the feeling of
being inside my women is so intense
I can’t handle it?”
===========================

This is a great question because it pretty much sums up the whole problem. Things feel so good, you lose control.

The answer is simple:
You need to decrease your sensitivity — and you have a few options.

=========================
Option #1 – “Desensitizing” Products
=========================

You can use desensitizing sprays (Stud100 is a popular one), and many guys experience some success with these things.

But there are obvious downsides to this approach:

1) it’s not really solving the problem, it’s just covering it up

2) the “desensitization” stuff can make her numb too – which is not cool.

So, generally speaking, I wouldn’t recommend going that route.

==============================
Option #2 – Short-term “Tricks”
==============================

For example, using *Extra Lubrication* is a little-known trick that can decrease sensitivity.

Another trusted technique is to ejaculate before you have sex, so that you aren’t as “on edge”.

========================
Option #3 – Long-Term Solution
========================

In my opinion, the best option is to fix it permanently, so you don’t have to rely on short-term “tricks”…

What do I mean? I’m talking about learning the fundamentals of how this stuff really works, and changing your behavior so that you have much greater control, without relying on all sorts of tricks.

Imagine being able to last as long as you want — being able to decide when you want to ejaculate — rather than having to worry about whether you’re going to last long enough.

When you really break it out, there are 2 main aspects to this.

1) Physical

This type of training will directly decrease your sensitivity. The first step is to use proper masturbation techniques, so you train yourself to withstand intense stimulation. If you masturbate the right way, you can get to know your body’s response to sexual stimulation, which will help you last longer when you’re inside a woman.

2) Mental

You also have to overcome performance anxiety and other mental barriers that may be holding you back from experiencing great sex. The thoughts in your head before and during sex have a huge impact on how long you’ll last. So, in addition to physical training, it’s important to learn how to “rewire” your thoughts about sex.

If you’re interested in taking this type of long-term approach to lasting longer,
If you want to last longer in bed, then you need to control your arousal…. But there’s actually MORE to it than that…

You need to be paying attention to your arousal from the VERY beginning…. Not just when you start having sex – but when you start kissing, when you start foreplay, etc.

Yeah, you need to be watching your arousal THAT early. Otherwise, you’ll be ready to explode when you start having sex. And that’s EXACTLY what you DON’T want to happen!

So remember to pay attention from the very beginning. And the whole point is to NOT get too excited too early.

Take it S-L-O-W . . . And keep your cool. You’ll last longer.

Finally, when you start having sex, ENTER SLOWLY. And don’t start pumping like a mad man :)

Take a few seconds or a minute to get used to the feeling of being inside, without thrusting. If you use this tip, you’ll last MUCH longer in bed.

I know I’m talking about going S-L-O-W, but if you want to SPEED UP your progress, so that you’ll last longer than you ever thought possible, check out my ebook, “The Step-by-Step Guide To Lasting Longer In Bed”

Here’s something most guys totally screw up: MIND CONTROL.

I’m not talking about Jedi mind tricks, or bizarre stuff like that. I’m talking about how to fix your bedroom “mindset” and what thoughts you need to have, in order to last as long as possible. Watch the video below to learn more.

Here’s the BIG mistake guys make, when it comes to mind control:

They DISTRACT themselves, by thinking about strange non-sexual things like baseball statistics, dead puppies, or other weird stuff.

I’m not joking — thousands and thousands of guys use this technique.

(And if it works for you, that’s OK. I’m not a purist. You should do what works for you. Whatever works is awesome in my opinion).

But, in my view, it isn’t the best technique, because when you distract yourself, you’re taking attention AWAY from your arousal.

Instead, for the best long-term results, you should really be doing the OPPOSITE. You should be focusing ON your arousal. And as always, remember to breathe deeply to stay calm and relaxed.

In addition to arousal control and deep breathing, you also need to focus on HER. That change in focus, away from you (and how long you’re lasting), will help relieve performance anxiety. Plus, she’ll love that you’re being more attentive. Try it tonight!

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, then you know that I’m a BIG believer in stress relief.

As I explain in my new book (“Step-By-Step Guide to Lasting Longer in Bed”), you need to be relaxed in bed, in order to last longer. But you also need to learn how to conquer everyday stress, before it creeps into the bedroom and sabotages your sex life.

In one of my recent posts, I talked about how deep breathing is critical to lasting longer in bed.

Sounds simple right? Well, fortunately, it is.

But the tricky thing about deep breathing and other forms of stress relief is that you might know what you’re supposed to do… but it’s still hard to get yourself to actually do it.

Plus, it really does help to know how to do it the right way. Breathing in for 3-4 seconds and out for 4-5 seconds is a pretty helpful approximation. But, as it turns out, everybody is a little bit different. And if you know exactly how to breathe the right way, with the right timing, you can become much more relaxed more quickly. And as a result, you’ll have much more control in bed.

Enter: The StressEraser.

If you want to train your body to breathe in the EXACT way, so that you achieve total relaxation and reduce your everyday stress levels, this gadget is a godsend.

Here’s how it works…

It’s a biofeedback device, which means that it gives you real-time feedback on bodily functions — in this case, your heart rate. (Specifically, it’s a “heart rate variability” biofeedback device).

You stick your finger in it, and breathe. Then on the screen, it measures the rate of change in your heart rate. It scores you on how well you’re breathing, in terms of how relaxed you’re getting.

Basically, it makes meditative breathing easy and fun, almost like a game.

And, what’s really cool about this gadget is that it’s about the size of a deck of cards, so you can carry it around with you wherever you go. So you can pull it out and get relaxed at a moment’s notice.

Personally, I like to use it in the morning and at night. It’s great for relaxing right before bed.

And the whole point of “biofeedback,” as far as I can tell, is that you gradually train your body to know exactly how to breathe in such a way so that you can “erase your stress,” quickly.

Back when I got mine, years ago, these were selling for $300 or $400. But, as with most high-tech gadgets, the price has really come down recently. They’re now selling for a FRACTION of that price.

So, if you’re looking to reduce and better manage your stress — whether to last longer in bed, or to improve your general quality of life — go grab a StressEraser. It just may change your life.

Go here to learn more: http://StressEraser.com

(And, on that site, be sure to watch the videos and read stories about other people who have improved their lives with this thing).

Are you having trouble managing your stress? Do you have any questions about how to reduce your stress?

Let me know!

Here’s a big question I get asked all the time: “Is ALL Masturbation Bad?”

The short answer is NO! Watch the video or read below to learn how masturbation can help you last longer in bed.

The truth is, when used CORRECTLY, masturbation is the single-most effective training tool you have.

But you need to make sure that you’re doing it right, or else you’ll just end up making things worse.

So here’s what you need to do…

Reserve Time for “MARATHON” Training

The biggest mistake guys make is “quick” masturbation, which essentially trains you to finish as fast as possible.

So, you need to do the OPPOSITE.

Set aside ENOUGH TIME!

For example, if you want to last 20 minutes in bed, then make sure that you have AT LEAST 20 minutes for “practice.’

Otherwise, you’ll just be training yourself for a “sprint.” Instead, you want to train yourself for a MARATHON. :-)

Then, as you’re taking your time, remember to incorporate the other pieces of advice I’ve given you. For example, Pay attention to your arousal, and make sure you’re doing deep breathing to stay calm and clear.

To get even more proven techniques, check out my new ebook, “The Step-By-Step Guide to Lasting Longer in Bed”

If you want to last longer in bed, you need to control your AROUSAL.

This video explains the #1 best way to do that…

You need to practice DEEP BREATHING.

Don’t skip over this part, because if you fail to do this right, you will sabotage yourself in the bedroom.

Proper breathing is critical to lasting longer in bed because it’s — hands-down — the BEST way to stay calm and relaxed. In other words, deep breathing is the KEY to Arousal Control.

So here’s how to make sure you’re breathing correctly:

When you inhale, make sure that your belly is expanding. Breathe in for 3-4 seconds, and then out for 4-5 seconds.

The first and #1 most important thing you need to do, to last longer in bed, is to control your AROUSAL.

(In case you don’t know, “arousal” is a state of sexual excitement. It’s another way of saying “turned on.” When you’re aroused, you get an erection).

So, here’s what you need to do:

FIRST, “Take Your Temperature”

To control your arousal, you need to be aware of it in the first place. Start paying closer attention to your arousal.

NEXT, “Stay Cool”

When you get aroused, your body tenses up, and this causes you to finish too quickly. (There are biological reasons for this, that I don’t have time to go into now).

The Bottom Line: You want to remain as calm and relaxed as possible!

Want to Last Longer in Bed? Think Marathon, Not Sprint

I just got back from a great jog — I’m working on my running “endurance” so that I can run a half-marathon, and then hopefully one day a full marathon.

(Assuming my shin splints don’t act up on me…)

Anyways, I wanted to send you this note, because it made me think…

Training for an endurance run is just like training to last longer in bed. And you have to train the right way, depending on how long you want to go.

Here’s the thing most guys don’t realize:

Most guys are actually training themselves for a sprint – not a marathon – because of their masturbation habits.

This is true for many reasons. You may sprint to the finish because you’re anxious that somebody might interrupt you. Or you also finish quickly because there’s no reason not to finish quickly. An orgasm feels good, right? So why delay?

Well the problem is, if you’ve been masturbating like this for years, then what you’ve really been doing is TRAINING yourself for a sprint, rather than a marathon. So it should come as no surprise that you’re great at sprinting. But you can’t run a marathon yet.

So the first step is to break this bad habit, completely. Instead of thinking about masturbation as a way to pleasure yourself quickly, approach it as an opportunity to get to know your body, and get to know how you respond to stimulation.

You don’t want to stop masterbating altogether. You should actually replace your “sprint” training with “marathon” training.

I explain exactly how to do this and more in my audio training, “7 Secrets to Lasting Longer in Bed.”
