			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have learnt so much about the human condition on this trip. For example it appears that an active concern for the environment is a luxury only afforded to 1st world countries. </p>
<p>La Paz in Bolivia is a depressing mess, rubbish and filth everywhere (even more so in the outskirts), there are also so many homeless animals. I will return with an awareness I never anticipated.</p>
