The colors of Spring



Hello Friends!

I can&#39;t believe that March and April are gone already and I haven&#39;t write any post since February. I guess it was just me and my thoughts looking for a pinch of color and a bit of inspiration from my garden to share with you all!

Going back in time, more exactly to summer, waves of new beginnings were making bubbles and tickles in our hearts. Cheese was a word we mentioned by chance but took a another whole meaning.

Here we are well into Fall




Fall colors started to show a couple of weeks ago, today looks like they will be all gone, Sandy is hitting hard up North and here in NC Piedmont we still have some wind. Crunchy falling leaves dance in our front yard,  the kids already by the fire making s&#39;mores , and it is not even close to winter!

Here we are, summer is way past their beach days, at least for us.
For the first time in 12 years we were able to spend several days at the beach, riding bikes, eating local fish, visiting local farmers markets,  something that was not allow to us when we go on vacation just as a overnight treat something we have been doing for many years.

Our baking has slowed down to just one farmers market what makes me very easy to stay at home while Fabian feeds the animals at the farm.

Here we go, when time runs out, picking

Christmastime is here...



I think after moving again I &#39;m ready with my Christmas Tree and the house decorations all in place after digging them up from the boxes I just move up to the attic a month ago and went down again a few days ago.
