Word on the street (aka my cousins Debra and Laura), Formula 409 Natural Stone Cleaner is the hottest new cleaning product. I have been using a very mild soap on mine and have not been so in love with the results. "They" say this stuff is awesome - cleans well with no streaks. Click here for a $1 coupon; however, you may need to buy it online. Apparently, it is very difficult to find in stores. It sounds like my cousins have been hoarding it!

I love Mighty Leaf tea. And, I'm not ashamed to admit that I initially fell in love with it because of the silk pouch. It just looks so luxurious. However, after trying several varieties, I know it is more than just appearance...this is great tea! My new favorite flavor is the Ginger Twist. I like it with a bit of honey, but my co-workers tell me it is good enough to drink without adding anything to it.

My friends Gennye and Matthew have a new baby girl, Bess. While it doesn't sounds like Bess inherited her mother's ability to sleep through the night, it does sound like she learned to shop from her mother. Bess picked out really cute (and sturdy) furniture from Room & Board. It is quite practical too...she will still be using this dresser when her mother teaches her how to fall asleep while pointing a remote control at the tv.

I recently confessed to my sister that I color with my nephews crayons even when they are not visiting...I did not tell her that even though I have the box of 96 crayons and the box of 120 crayons, I secretly want the Crayola 150-Count Telescoping Crayon Tower. Not so secret anymore, I suppose...

I gave up on being a fashion icon a few years ago and instead focused my energy on accessories. Shoes and bags are my faves, but I also love crazy socks. They are so fun to pick out and even more fun to wear. I've already found 15 pairs, but I'm trying to narrow it down just a bit...

Things are really going to start happening now! I went to the grocery store last night and found two items that are going to change my life.

Jet-Dry. I know this isn't new, but I did not realize how well it really works. It really does help your dishes become completely dry!

My other big find involves Crystal Light. I'm a big fan of the "on the go" packets because I prefer my lemonade a bit diluted. The individual packs make this pretty easy. It is so much easier than guessing how much of the round tub to add to achieve desired the ratio of water to powder. Imagine my surprise when I discovered Crystal Light's new packaging. The 2 quart servings are now available in packets similar to the individual packs! And, the whole container is kind of oval shaped instead of round. This find put a smile on my face last night when I found it at the grocery store. The cashier ringing up my purchase noticed the new packaging and thought it was pretty cool too. Ahhh...the little things that make us smile...

In my dream world, I have a closet full of Carrie Bradshaw worthy shoes. It is very organized and each fabulous pair is stored in individual boxes. In reality, I collect all of the shoes I've worn in a week and throw them into my closet. However, I did see some boot shapers at The Container Store and think I may actually try using them...with the hanger - not the much more organized boot box.

Who doesn't need a Lego camera? I have no idea what the pictures would look like, but it is too cute! You probably have a better "shot" at getting your kids to smile for this camera than your fancy SLR one, right?

Coffee on the go is so last year. All the hipsters this year are going to be drinking tea on the go. Mighty Leaf's Tea Top Brew Mug is so great. You thread the tea tag through the lid and pull it up into the domed area when it is done brewing. Perfect tea every time!

It is raining today and, as usual, I have my trusty black umbrella. I am kind of thinking it is time to become a bit more adventurous with my rain gear. I don't necessarily want to walk around with an umbrella that looks like a big sunflower, but these Marimekko ones are pretty cute!
