The Manager, Corporate Communications is responsible for proactively seeking out opportunities, initiating and developing internal communication plans that are aligned to the business strategy, and developing public relations plans and activities that enhance the image and reputation of Alterna.&lt;br /&gt;

- Develop and proactively initiate and measure the success of annual public relations plan aimed at raising Alterna's public profile and image&lt;br /&gt;
- Support the planning, briefing, and execution of all media initiatives on budget and on time, ensuring smooth deployment into the market&lt;br /&gt;
- Work closely with various internal teams to develop and implement distinctive and effective internal communications strategies. This includes participating on project teams, writing communications plans, drafting materials and leveraging creative communications vehicles&lt;br /&gt;
- Oversee and develop content for the online quarterly employee newsletter&lt;br /&gt;
- Support corporate initiatives such as communicating sales results and coordinating town halls&lt;br /&gt;
- Support senior leadership through communications to employees and visibility at internal events&lt;br /&gt;
- Ensure all communications have a consistent tone and voice and always relate back to the company's brand, objectives and priorities&lt;br /&gt;
- Monitor and report on success of corporate communication initiatives&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Qualifications&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;

- University degree in communication or related field&lt;br /&gt;
- Minimum 7 years experience in communications&lt;br /&gt;

The Manager has accountability for delivering IT audits and overseeing the execution at different stages of an IT audit. Responsibilities include:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
