Buttercup: Chin Up!

I recently received a very personal channeled message from the flower Buttercup that rather then writing as a channel I will describe as a message.

As I was connecting to Spirit a warming, peaceful yellow light appeared before me and then when invited began to meld into my energy field and through me. Buttercup stood erect and tall as a column of gentle, spinning, yellow light moving through my physical and energetic vessel.

Buttercup brought soft memories of childhood with her. As children we are at our most innocent time here on Earth (This is a place we can as Adults live too!). Buttercup reminds us: "Touch to your heart's desires and remember your innocence." This gateway is not through your mental thoughts. Rather, it is accessing your Soul through your heart space. This is the doorway to your Soul's desires. At our core we are pure energy.

Use a memory of childhood that is your favorite. Gain this memory by breathing yellow light into your heart. If it helps, view a picture of Buttercups.

Use the following description to envision yourself if you are having trouble finding a soft childhood memory. A young girl is playing in the backyard just before the edge of the woods. This young girl was picking buttercups and holding them under her chin. Her brother and her often played this folklore game with buttercups. If you saw yellow reflected under the chin of the other holding the buttercup they liked butter. :)

This memory allowed me to access a very personal message about my Soul's true desires around Money... an often frustrating topic of conversation. What occurred was I allowed myself to be uncomfortable in the presence of what felt like a solid, cream colored block before me. Though my mind tried to judge I was blessed several times with the ability to return to my heart from my uncomfortable mindset until I felt my presence dive deeper. It actually felt as if I slid under the cream colored block.

Next thing I knew I was talking out loud to beautiful Money. The words channeling through me were of welcome to divine Abundance and beautiful Money as a partnership to assist me in my Soul's work so I may attract her to share my divine gifts to help the World.

Voila!! Money is not a slave to us (and we are not slaves to her) when we find our balanced footing with her beautiful essence and energy. Thus, Money (one of the tangible / physical gifts of Abundance) becomes a partner with us in our Soul's work.

As I flowed within this new energy I was given the color Gold to reenforce this new partnership with beautiful Money. Know Money is another energy, just like you and I. You can choose to be in strife, feel undeserving, or fear Money or you can choose to be in partnership with her and ALLOW her to flow into your life.

Buttercup's message reminds us to access our own divine innocence and drink from her golden chalice of Abundance.

This is a channeled message from a guide who identified himself as a Star Being named Azriel. He appeared as a rainbow column, and then showed me a green meadow that turned into expansive bands of light.

When I asked what he wanted to convey Azriel said, "The colors of the Rainbow are synonymous with how to heal your heart. This is the filter to the World of Balance."

After the following channeled words I then asked Azriel how is this helpful? Azriel replied, "This [when you experience the colors / life this way] is how you know you have transcended. Now teach. I am the Rainbow. I am the Bounty."

When Something is Out Of Place There Is A Message!

This morning I was on my porch doing Qi Gong having quite a time getting my mind to stop rushing. I closed my eyes and took several deep breaths to recenter. I then looked down at my feet. A little toad, the size of a quarter, had hopped out between my feet. He sat there a few more moments before moving along to other adventures on our porch. First thing I thought was "Wow! I must be a lot more still then I realize, because he was not scared at all in his 'tiny' form". Note to myself - "Why should I be scared then?" :)

When animals (or really any unusual / out of place element) appears they are carrying a message. This little guy was a BIG one for me. I have been really feeling challenged with this dramatic energy shift we have all been experiencing on our planet. I do not want to delve into that here because this shift of epic proportions is something each of us is experiencing differently / personally in a magnitude of powerful and beautiful ways.

What I want to emphasize instead is how you are noticing when unusual elements appear? Are you noticing when something is out of place? "Yes!" Awesome. Do you know what the next step is then? (we will get there is in moment). "No!" Brilliant. This is your wake up call if you are reading this and you answered "No".

For the "No's" there is a simple solution - yet a solution that must be embodied by you to continue your healing process. It is about being more quiet. You need to find time to quiet yourself. Take yourself "away" from the everyday chores, responsibilities, "needs" that take up your time and day. It is about literally becoming the out of place as you have known yourself. It is about embodying change - you showing up differently. This is the way inward! This is the solution to your healing. I will not get into how to do this because there is a myriad of ways each of us can get more quiet / meditate. But a hint for you is that meditation (accessing a different mode of consciousness) can come is so many forms. Do not to get tied up in what you think meditation is. Rather inquire with yourself what is meditative to you? What brings you to a more quiet place, a more personal space, a place of simplicity, a place of relaxation? This is how to quiet yourself. If you still are not sure, that is just fine. All you have to do is allow yourself an acknowledged space in your day to be out of place to your usual habits by creating time to be alone. Your magic will follow.

Now for those who said "Yes!" to noticing when an element or experience is out of place this is huge too. That animal, flower, person (and so on) is basically wearing a giant neon sign saying "follow me!" These messages / appearances are Spirits' way of guiding you to bring you further along your path of change and physically manifesting your authentic self. Follow the "unusual". This is the alchemy of your soul bringing your spirit into your physical reality. These are the doorways that have been opened for you to move through.

Let that out of place messenger be the exact portal to trust and to walk through, my friends, and you will be charming your beautiful life.

Flower Water Meditation

This is a mediation of cleansing and renewal. You may choose any flower(s) you wish to work with. When one comes to you ask for its meaning to you.

Sit or lay comfortably as you read these words. Take all the time you need between the words to really tune into your Flower Water Meditation.

You are in a space of complete comfort and ease. Invite your higher self and any divine assistants who wish to help into your presence.

See your higher self gently open the top of your head to remove your brain out of your skull. Feel the lightness that comes when having had your heavy brain removed for cleansing. Your magnificent brain is placed on a pedestal that allows water to move through it. Your higher self picks up a vase of flower water. This water has been being charged by the sun's light. The water is vibrating at the purest level of your chosen flower. The water is the frequency of your chosen flower. See your higher self pour this never ending flow of flower water over your brain, through your brain. Know impurities are being washed ever away. Now see your higher self turn your brain upside down on the the pedestal and pour more flower water over your brain. See the flower water again passing through your brain cleansing every area within it.

Now your higher self turns to you where you have been patiently sitting in the most comfortable chair as your brain received the purest cleansing it has ever known. Your higher self raises another vase of flower water now over your brainless vehicle and pours this flower water through the top of your head. Know this flower water is passing through every area of your being bringing the same lightening clarity to your whole vessel, your beautiful vehicle. You are aware of how gourgeous you truly are. Absolutely pristine and beautiful. Another vase of flower water is poured through you dislodging any deep, hidden debris that you fully let go of.

Your higher self now turns back to your fully cleansed brain that shimmers with light. You kiss your brain gently with your lips to its silky, yet rough surface. "Thank you" your higher self whispers. You then gently place your beautiful brain, proper side up, back into your skull. Your higher self closes your head. You then stoop to look yourself in your eyes and say, "I love you." You kiss your third eye space as an ever reminder to how beautiful and clear you are.

Who can help but look at a flower and get some sort of enjoyment out of the experience? The colors, the aroma, the feel, the taste - the list of enjoyment when beholding a flower goes on. Once In A Blue Moon Channeling & Blessing

Tonight we will be able to behold a rare Full Moon; A Blue Moon which has not occurred in over 2.5 years.

A Full Moon allows for the drawing out, so to speak, of what your Soul desires you to be. We are the ones who decide if we will allow this process to happen, and we do ~ in our own time that is perfect for each one of us.

As the Moon waxes we move through a period of experiences rising to the surface of our beings... mind, body, emotions, spirit, even our metaphysical (Higher) selves. When the Full Moon approaches, and all this welling up occurs, we have the opportunity to acknowledge what may feel like shadows or joys, darkness or peace, and so on in order to let go of what is no longer serving you and your highest awareness as the Moon then wanes.

Thus, as a Full Moon approaches, and occurs, it is great to write, meditate, draw, get out in whatever way suites you, your desires you want to manifest in your life. This acknowledgement is your power of manifestation!

What is so magical and special about tonight's Full Blue Moon is not only will you have the opportunity to be aware of what you want to manifest, but the Blue Moon is so energetically powerful that it is opening an extra large portal (much, much bigger then a regular Full Moon) for those manifestations to actually occur NOW and in the next weeks and time to come!

So listen deeply to the messages you are receiving from your Heart today and the next days on their way. Lavender Love: Four Special Ways To Use Lavender

Lavender is greatly loved by many and rightly so because of Lavender's amazing medicinal properties and benefits. The Greeks called Lavender one of the "Seven Botanical Polyvalences"(f.y.i. I tried to locate the other 6 and only came up with Peppermint, though I would go out on a limb and say Rosemary and Chamomile would be among them). A polyvalence has multiple uses.

There is the transformative bliss when beholding Lavenders' elegance. Her grayish purple flowers atop lush spikes all combine to create pure aromatic delight. If you have ever stood in the presence of Lavender ~ whether a whole field, a single plant, or even a picture ~ you can not help but be nearly hypnotized by her appearance. Lavender is ability giving indeed!

Lavenders powers are:
Calming / Soothing
Serenity / Letting go
Anti inflammatory / Analgesic (pain reliever) (use with care and research)
Anti microbial / Gentle immune system cleanser (use with care and research)

Four special and beautiful ways to empower yourself and your environment with Lavender follow. Lavender is considered very safe for nearly anyone to utilize. Still, as with anything, your own research and knowledge about yourself needs to be taken into account before using Lavender or any new item in life. Also, make sure you are growing or purchasing Lavender in an accountable, healthy way. A great place to purchase ethical Lavender is Peace Valley Lavender Farm or at Mountain Rose Herbs.

Meditate with Lavender. You can do this in a variety of ways. Fantastic if you can get your hands on a bouquet of her to hold in your lap during your zen out time, but if not there are always other options! Try spritzing a Lavender mist around your quiet space as a blessing to invite in your chosen deity(ies) to work with. Suggestion ~ Archangel Gabriel attunes the 3rd eye (remember, a beautiful indigo, just like Lavender) to vision and clarity. You can also bring up a picture of a Lavender field on your computer or phone. Let your eyes go out of focus as you gaze at the picture and let go, walk into the field and feel Lavenders' spikes brushing your skin as you become enveloped by her blessings of softness, serenity, and quiet joy... I have included a picture here of an Angelically charged and blessed Lavender field with these blessings for you to utilize in your meditation.

Have you ever strewed herbs on your floors? Strewing herbs is an ancient practice that was used to purify the air in days gone by when people had less means to sanitation practices and would step and sleep on thickly laden floors strewed with herbs. Today, thank goodness, for a grateful and regular scrub-a-dub-dub! However, strewing herbs can still be a venerable practice today. You can do this in your sacred space throughout your home or office. Side note - Lavender is safe even to our four legged friends (the ASPCA does not include it on its list of dangerous plants) so if they take that nibble or sniff they should be just fine. Take dried Lavender flowers (even the fleshy leaves can be included with your buds if you happen to have fresh Lavender) and dust your floors lightly with them in a ritual cleansing of your space you want to work with. As you spread the Lavender you can chant or silently say the intention: "Dearest Lavender, thank you for erasing this space of all that is not vibrating with the Highest Enchantments of Love". This may be sufficient for you, but if you feel the need to list your "Enchantments of Love" you may wish to include - "May the gifts of ______ (fill in the blank) reign in this air evermore" ~ or something along those lines. Have fun with your intentions ~ just remember to make them clear! Leave the Lavender dusting as a powerful reminder of the intentions you made. As your step on the strewed Lavender it will release its beautiful aroma and gifts over and over again. When you feel it is time, usually up to a week(ish), you can sweep it up and deposit the Lavender outside with a Thank You to the Earth. The Faeries will take it from there!

Gifting Lavender is so special for your recipient and you - a bestowal not to be forgotten! If you can not find a Lavender bush at your local nursery (often, the Spring months of March through May here in the United States) you can always make up a little gift basket of Lavender seeds, a bag of dried Lavender flowers, some Lavender oil, get crafty with some handmade Lavender soap, maybe some delicious edible Lavender treats (to follow!), or whatever your desired Lavender gift is (please leave ideas in the comments below!). Finally, saving the best for last, all my dear foodies out there! Ingesting Lavender is very powerful (which is why you need to research and follow the guidance of a professional for any other ingestion ways other then what I talk about here). Because you are bringing it into your physical body its energy reaches deep into your cells and throughout all of your physicality - just like anything you place into your body). The type of ingestion I am noting presently is through loving baking - straight to the soul. Following, is a delicious recipe of Lavender Lemon Cookies I've used for years ~ simply divine and always adored by others! Remember, when your are preparing your food, make it a ritual too. Bless it with loving, clear intention for you and all who consume it. Side note ~ when endeavoring to help others in healing remember you cannot change them. Only they can change themselves. However, when blessing food (or sending healing thoughts to others) you can always ask the Higher Selves of others to allow them to receive the healing intentions too. Voila ~ it will happen if it is necessary for their greatest wellness too.

Lavender Lemon Cookies

You will need: 1/2 cup of softened butter, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract, 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of dried Lavender flowers (sometimes I use a dash more!), 1 pinch of salt (if desired), and powered sugar for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Whisk or beat in the egg, lemon juice and almond extract until well blended.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, lemon zest, lavender and salt. Add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture and blend together to form a soft ball. Drop by teaspoon onto a nonstick cookie sheet, then flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
