Numerology is the study of numbers, and its practitioners can become very particular about how each number is used. Naturally, different countries and the different cultures within those countries assign plenty of their own meanings to the numbers, but some meanings carry a lot of weight in many cultures. A number can mean a lot of different things, but there are some universals.

When you use your lucky numbers in any kind of lottery or Rewardit Sweepstakes, you take the chance of winning based on your own decisions instead of blind luck, like you would if you allowed a computer to pick the numbers for you. While this is still technically a game of chance, at least you are putting in some proactivity that can change your odds slightly. This is even better if you continue to play your numbers over time. The following are what a few numbers say about you.

One
One is a number that signifies solidarity, and is thus a symbol of power and intentional solitude. Thus, one is the number of a person who stands alone quite readily.

Three
Three is the most stable of all numbers because of its association with the triangle, the strongest shape known that has straight sides. Many larger numbers that have a three in them are very powerful because of their status as prime numbers, meaning that the number can't be reduced any further. Any number with a three, such as 13, 23 or 33, represents a solid and well grounded individual. The Chinese even consider three to be lucky because in their language it is similar to the word "birth."

Seven
Seven has a variety of religious meanings in several different faith traditions. Because of this, seven is a number that connotes a person of great moral resolve. Such an individual stands by their beliefs regardless of what's currently popular.

Eight
Eight may be the luckiest of all numbers, as it sounds similar to either "prosperity" or "wealth" in Chinese. The eight ball is the one that is ideally sunken last in a game of billiards, which indicates that a person whose number is eight is responsible to the end. If eight is among your numbers, you are probably a fairly auspicious person in general.

Thirteen
Thirteen borrows strength from its three, but is known as an unlucky number. Because of this association, those who use 13 among their numbers are known to be daring, possibly to the point of being foolhardy.

Your numbers say a lot about you, and it isn't always good. Sometimes your numbers will help you triumph, and sometimes they will tell you that today isn't your day. Continue to be consistent with your numbers, and your time will come soon enough.
