I had to attend a funeral in England..so I was out of the country and really have no idea what happened last week. When I went on twitter, I saw all the PP sheeze and that OLTL and AMC were going 2 days a week each. Sooooooooo, hmmmm. Will that make you watch them more or less? I'm not sure yet. I was watching OLTL daily and trying to binge on AMC on the weekend.

Any way, this week will be catch up on TV and work so, bear with me, ok? I'll try to get some scoops up when I go thru my GIANT stack o' email!!

Morgan, embroiled in some online gambling ring--Ava Jerome and a girlfriend coming. Which, I'm thinking may be "Starr" who will then eventually fall for Michael instead so there's a giant brother-triangle. ?? We'll see if I'm right. Tight lid on all that. Yes, they'd be first cousins. I get it. Just dreaming here. AND Hey, not the first time that happened.

Well, you are left to your own devices this week as I really wasn't much into GH at all. I watched OLTL online every morning (short, sweet and FUN!!) and the Jodi Arias trial. I plan on binging on AMC this weekend. I so love the shorter format. I always did like the soaps better when they were only 30 minutes.

Are you liking any story that's on GH right now? There are a few moments here and there but I'm feeling REALLY disconnected lately.

Why YOU should watch OLTL and AMC ONLINE!

It's so dang simple people!! I'm only writing this because I'm enjoying my "online" experience with these soaps more than I can say.

Hulu.com is EASY..you don't even need an account..or log in. Just search the soap and start watching. If you choose the first commercial (which is longer) you won't have many to watch during the shows.
HULU IS FREE...HULU IS FREE you can WATCH FREE. FREE FREE!! ***
Once you log on and start watching (they are set up in order) you can go back at any point and resume where you left off. I went somewhere yesterday and had 3 minutes left--came back this morning and my spot was right there. Nice. I did create an account so my "channel" is ready. It's a lot like YouTube in that way. I just hooked it to my Facebook account. Now that I see all the shows available, WHY DO I HAVE CABLE!!? Between this and Netflix, hell-- it's great!

The next eppy will load if it's ready to roll, right after you finish the last one you saw. The new episodes are ready at 5am.

You can watch them daily, or binge on the weekends. They are short, 25 min or so and move fast. The audio is good (so many webseries are crap in that area). You may seen new actors (especially in the 'young adult' roles) but the way they are weaving the stories, you'll catch it quick.

If you have a Wii or a Playstation 3, load it up--hook it in and watch through there on your TV. We have an HDML cable we can use from my laptop to the screen. I have a bigger laptop so I don't mind watching on it. Hey, my kid doesn't even WATCH TV anymore--just uses his laptop and Netflix, Hulu and You Tube.

All My Children actually went ahead 5 years, ala Desperate Housewives.

The humor and the "feel" of both shows are intact. Yes, some faves are missing but it may be that once these get rolling and start taking hold, others will come back.

REMEMBER: WE THE FANS are the ones that made this happen. Seriously--never before has the voice of the fan been more important. The other thing I love? The actors are just so HAPPY to be back to their shows. If you read their tweets or see Instagram, they are just giddy. It's awesome.

It's hard to say what's more difficult. Accepting a recast when someone has played the role for so long OR
having the character come back --remembering nothing.
The angst is lost. Not sure this was the right move. Having Lulu not know anyone loses it's impact big time because she isn't the same person. Ergo, her 'reactions' and others 'reactions' just fall flat.
The whole Milo thing?
Ummmm, interesting. Again, don't care much. Emme is a good actress but the transference of the essence of "Lulu" isn't happening.

HEY! TYLER CHRISTOPHER got in shape again!! CAN YOU TELL? CAN YOU? If not, we'll just parade him in his black briefs for DAYS!! Not that I'm complaining--I mean he DOES look fine but the blatant use of his skin was..well, blatant. LOL NO hospital gowns available? Then again, it was total "Ford OLTL" if you know what I mean.

Ellie and the BELLY... that's what I'm calling it. Yada Yada. Whatever. I've watched soaps long enough to know that Maxie won't be able to give the baby up, or if she does she'll regret it forever and eventually the Spin is the Daddy will come out. Lulu herself will either get pregnant or Britt will die in childbirth, leaving a baby-- for someone to adopt or care for. Sabrina and Patrick? Hmmm... Will Dante fall for Maxie in this Lulu-fest? Will Lulu and Dante find their way back? What about Robin? Will she walk in just as Sabrina and Paddy are going to make it official ala Tina and Cord? I could go on and on.
Do we even really CARE about Britt and her bambina/o? I'm sayin' no.
