Notes on Wiccan Ritual, draft writting style

2016-04-07T00:18:00.000+02:00

Rough copy of notes on Wiccan Ritual, I want to know how you like my writing style and how I can improve:

Every person preforms rituals daily without noticing. For example the shower is a ritual for many; personally I do everything pretty much in the same order every day. Ritual can be found in the morning coffee and cigarette, the dog walking after dinner, and the nightly book read. When the ritual loses meaning or is preformed unconsciously then it has become a habit. One solution is to make one's habits 'active' again and really think about what being done. The key to living a live full of magick is not simply preforming lots of rituals but instead integrating ritual into your daily life. When rituals become 'active' habits, it takes the person away from the altar and reenforces the magick.

This integration helps to keep our spells active and help prevent straying away from our goals. Many a weight loss spell has been cast and forgotten. Why did the magick not work? Simple when the goal was forgotten, the brain stopped thinking about it actively and it was then cut off for the source of the magick. Preforming one ritual is like one wave crashing of the rock, daily ritual is like a ocean constantly pounding the rock into a beach.

FAMOUS IRISH SONGS: AN IRISH LULLABY
==================================

The famous Irish song 'An Irish Lullaby' (also known as 'Too-ra-loo-ra-loo-ral') was originally written in 1914 by the composer James Royce Shannon (1881–1946). The song was popularised by Bing Crosby who famously sang it in the 1941 film 'Going My Way'.

Over in Killarney
Many years ago,
Me Mither sang a song to me
In tones so sweet and low.
Just a simple little ditty,
In her good ould Irish way,
And I'd give the world if she could sing
That song to me this day.

Chorus:
Too-ra-loo-ra-loo-ral, Too-ra-loo-ra-li,
Too-ra-loo-ra-loo-ral, hush now, don't you cry!
Too-ra-loo-ra-loo-ral, Too-ra-loo-ra-li,
Too-ra-loo-ra-loo-ral, that's an Irish lullaby.

Oft in dreams I wander
To that cot again,
I feel her arms a-huggin' me
As when she held me then.
And I hear her voice a-hummin'
To me as in days of yore,
When she used to rock me fast asleep
Outside the cabin door.

songs here:

Best Guacamole Recipe

2012-05-29T22:44:00.001+02:00

1/4 Zwiebel (onion)
Salz (salt)
Chilisauce oder Tabasco (cumin is a must but any other spices are welcome such as black pepper or curry and ranch dressing powder is a cool alternative)

Make sure your avocados are ripe!
If you use it for sushi it can be harder.
Roll the lemon on the board until it is soft too.
