It's that time again, boys and girls, a time of wonder and amusement and lots of fucks. That's right, The Gorram Nerd Hour is back!

The Emmys went down without a hitch this weekend, and Breaking Bad was a big winner. So was Modern Family, but Jacob seems a little confused by this. Burn Notice and Dexter finished their respective runs, and Jacob was a little disappointed. A new cast member has been announced for Sleepy Hollow, and both of the boys seem a little too happy about it. Troll Hunter is getting an American remake, and let’s just say that Brian and Jacob could be happier. The Carrie remake is just around the corner, but Brian is a little confused as to why she is considered a “Horror Icon.” The new Flash is pandering already, and he hasn’t even gotten any screen time. Jacob Reviews The Unreleased "Fantastic Four" From 1994

Twentieth Century Fox has had the rights to Fantastic Four for years. It's no secret they mismanaged the franchise. That's why they're rebooting already. But back in 1994, Roger Corman's production company owned the rights. They were about to lapse and they had to get a movie into production immediately to ensure they didn't lose them.

Rather than make a proper movie, Corman's company chose to make something they never intended to release. They didn't tell the cast that, of course. The results were... well, we don't want to spoil the surprise. Just listen to Jacob's review.

Jacob Reviews "Jug Face"

Not too long ago, Jacob had the chance to talk to both producer Andrew Van Den Houten and actor Daniel Manche about Jug Face and other projects. So it was only fitting Jacob should finally get to review the movie.

Jug Face is the story of a backwoods cult who worship a pit in the ground. When the pit requires a sacrifice, a mentally challenged man sculpts the victim's face on a jug.

This doesn't sound like a good movie from what I described. but it's not about about the pit. It's about the people. Hear what Jacob has to say about it.

Volume 2 Issue 30 - This is the End

When we last left the Dynamic Duo, they were both lamenting about the lack of new material for the show. Will this week fare any better for the Trained Monkey and Mr. Rapey Face?

The Box Office report makes Jacob angry, and you don’t want to see him when he is angry. Actually this episode has Jacob angry through almost the entire thing, and Brian laments on how rare it is to actually hear Jacob laugh.

In movie news, Diablo Cody, 20th Century Fox, JJ Abrams, Eddie Murphy, and Butterfly Effect all get mentions.
