My new friend reiki master Pam Taylor has been doing some great work these days. I encourage you to check out her blog at www.uberreikigirl.blogspot.com Fear is an emotion we are all clearing at this time. And in the end there are only 2 families of emotions: Fear or Love. Just like the maze in this photo, fear is something located within the very center of who we are. Many people find their way in, and/or out, while the majority don't.

Fear is as an "emotional response to a threat*". And since we also come with an innate ability to avoid danger (fight or flight), and have higher senses (sight, touch, smell, hearing, speech & thought) a threat can also be learned.

Originally "fear" meant the event (calamity/disaster) itself, then eventually came to mean the emotional reaction. This probably came about because of observation of the different way people's natural preparedness kicked in to not only present, but to perceived future events, as well. And interestingly enough, fear is now also described as always relating to a "future" event. In other words, our most innate fear, or fear of the unknown (what's going to happen).

So that's what fear is. It's family members are similar, yet different, (like all families) and they are:

Caution: (father) - the ability to take in all the information and proceed carefully. Distrust is sometimes a brother to caution.

Worry: (mother) - the aspects (mental and/or emotional) of a present or future event.

Dread: (oldest) - to anticipate something with fear. "Murphy's Law", if something's going to happen, it will/is not good.

Anxiety: (middle child) - both a psychological (mental/emotional) and physiological (body) response/reaction to a threat. Usually this is from an undefined threat. Can't put your finger on it, but feel/think something isn't quite right.

Panic: (fraternal twin to anxiety)- an acute (right now/immediate) sudden fear, whether the source of the fear is known or not. Panic is describe as "acute anxiety".

Terror: (grandparents) - sudden & pronounced fear before an event occurs. Many times this is what we "see" right at the beginning of something, and/or know that we may have any immediate control over what's started to happen.

Horror: (grandchildren) - shock, disbelief, & mental/emotional detachment after the event.

Phobia: (youngest) - excessive desire to avoid something. Even if the person knows the source of their fear, since it's something "not them" (as with the child learning what's self & not self), it's to be feared. There may or may not be other imbalances associated with phobias. (See parts 2 & 3.)

Paranoia: (wild child) - excessive, and many times, uncontrollable thought process about the unknown, that results in the belief of some kind of harm happening. Paranoia can happen to any one (and not just those chemically unbalanced) for a variety of reasons. And, unfortunately this include societal programming. (See Parts 2 & 3.)

Paranoia is also difficult to treat, as no matter how good the gene pool, support, and etc., this imbalance can occur anytime (short or long term) to anyone. Fortunately, research into the brain, nervous system, and mapping how the energetic systems of the body work, is providing new insight and ways to treat paranoia.

Fear is a two edged knife, as the saying goes. It can be a motivator to cut through illusion, or harm our selves and/or others. For the majority of us/humans, we have the ability to educate our selves about fear, and then choose how to deal with it.

I recently attended a Festival with music and crafts and energy booths in the park with my daughter. It was a gorgeous Fall afternoon and the sun was shining in all it's glory. However, as it is with Fall in these parts the bees were buzzing all around. My daughter has come a long way of overcoming her fear of them as she had to sit patiently with others watching a live performance with her eyes bulging out as it moved closer to her, we chose to simply move around to a different spot a few times.

We expect to see many bees at this time of year but I don't ever recall seeing as many Spiders as I did that day and since. In addition to our Yellow Lab needing a cortisone shot from a reaction on her eye to a Spider bite last week...and lieing in the shade under a tree with my four legged baby and having a large Daddy-long-leg (am certain this is not official name of this particular arachanid) crawling up my thigh this afternoon I am finally certain Spider medicine is trying to tell me something.

I knew Spider meant creativity in Native medicine but not much more. I was glad I remembered at least that... many animals I do not recall. I always wish I had better memory to recall at the time I see them what they bring to me. But as I lie in the shade with my lab the day after the Festival, it was clear that Spider was trying to tell me something. I looked up and saw a huge Daddy long leg on my thigh and just days earlier saw not just one, two or three but dozens of spiders! So upon seeing this Spider again on my thigh, coupled with feeling stagnant and exhausted by the current energies...I decided it was time to do a little digging.

We see also that the webs we weave need not be sources of entanglement, but a network of roads to travel! Conscious creativity can indeed bring more joy and ease with which we work by connecting us more strongly to all our brothers & sisters on this journey.

Creativity is our greatest challenge in this transforming world we live in. Imagine how much creativity is needed to shift us from the Paradigm that we dwell in of Capitalism and greed to one with no war, no poverty and service not to self, but all!

From Jane Fonda's "My Life so Far" (recommended reading for women of all ages) "What we are seeing are the final paroxysms, the failing, dangerous death throes of the old, no longer workable, no longer justifiable patriarchal paradigm. I believe that just beneath the surface a great ...tectonic shift is occurring."

Yes indeed. A shift. An Emergence. An End. And New beginnings.

And how do we get there from here?

Spirit is showing us the old and the new at a crossroads.

In Medicine.

Law.

Finance.

Education.

Government.

God sure has alot of faith in us!

All the pillars of our societies need to be reworked. I'm thinkin we absolutely will need some creativity to break on through the chasm to the other side! I mean think about it- how do you "build" something with no previous template of it's existence?! With no road map. No book or written instructions whatsover. No small feat for all that needs to be re-wired.

I'll tell you how you do it...Creativity! Radical creativity! So don't just sit there feeling heavy and sad about it all. We SHALL overcome but we can't sit by idly hoping the answer will fall from the sky.

Find your place in the shift of the Ages. Think out of the box. Gather with your like minded soul group. Trust that the resources & answers will come on the How of it. Sometimes all we need is the Why to give us the spark we need. And we all by now know the Why. We cannot sustain ourselves any longer in am imbalanced world of greed and immoral toxicity and we know Mother Earth is having trouble inhabiting us as well.

Good energy people

Good energy people seem a little more harder to find these days.

Which perhaps makes me appreciate their goodness all the more.

And which begs the question...Am I a good energy person?

What are these current energies doing to my external behavior?

Am I agitated or frustrated or anxious or short-tempered?

And then that leads me to...What is a good energy person?

Hmmmm, well...instantly more then a few people come to mind, both young and old.

Why?

Well for one they are always smiling alot.

They give hugs.

Great hugs.

They laugh alot and they make me laugh. Hard. Which helps me forget all my troubles not just in my mind in that moment but in my body as well. Everything we think- we feel. Good thought=good feeling. Bad thought=bad feeling.

Another constant with good energy people is that they frequently compliment you. Not a false comparing compliment mind you but sincere, happy "I love your earrings!", "I love you!", "You're a great Mom!" kinda thing.

This leads me to realize upon reflection that....I don't compliment others enough, at least in person, face to face. I could stand to laugh more or be around these lovely people that make me laugh! And most of all, I can never get enough hugs.

WE ARE SWIMMING IN 9s AND 11s

People often attract certain numbers into their lives, and some numbers draw people to them. The problem with the focus this month on 9:9:9 (September 9, 09) is that those are not the only numbers involved. When we abbreviate the year to two digits rather than four, we cannot see the whole picture.

2+0+0+9=11.

So, it’s not 9:9:9 we’ve got here, it’s 9:9:11 which, I believe, has even greater significance than the actual 9:9:9 that occurred on September 9, 2007. (2+0+0+7=9).

This year, the entire month of September is a numerological spectacle which points us in the direction of 2009’s real triple date which is November 11, 2009, or 11:11:11.

11 is the ‘master’ number of inspiration and illumination.

We have not experienced an 11 global year since 1910 and before that in 1901, and much of what took place back then has now evolved into many of the problems we face today, especially as far as banking, government, racism and war are concerned. Both 9 and 11 are principle numbers in the evolvement of humanity, and, as we continue to exit denial and enter reality, increased emotional pressure is bound to be felt this month. Specific events in the world may further trigger this ongoing expansion of human consciousness, but consciousness is expanding and evolving anyway because of the growing desire among individuals for more freedom to fulfill our potential, and just BE who we are.

Awareness is being held back by GUILT, which tells us that we should be doing better than we are. Guilt prevents us from learning what we need to know by telling us that we should already know it. Guilt is the result of judgments that humans have made over time, some of which may be correct, but many are totally wrong. We must therefore learn to untangle ourselves from guilt – not by denying its existence – but by rendering it irrelevant through the acceptance of new understandings.

11 sheds light on things so that we can see and understand reality more clearly. All kinds of truths are being revealed, but it is up to us to notice how we have all been effected over time by the few who believe it is their right – their destiny – to control the planet and everything on it, and by humanity’s willingness to give up our free will to those who seek control.

11’s light is seeking TRUTH. It prevents them from maintaining control by taking away the one thing they need to operate effectively – SECRECY. Current numerology is emphatic about this because the understanding gained from these numbers is that FREE WILL is the next stage of our evolvement.

We talk about free will as if it is something we already have, but we are now realizing that we barely know what it is. Free will is far more than just the power of choice. Free Will is the freedom to feel what you are really feeling without judging the feelings or yourself for feeling them. The WILL, when it is free, is loving in nature and supports the free will of others. The deep feelings, emotions and heightened sensitivity that all human beings are feeling now, whether they admit it or not, are being squeezed to the surface by our individual wills trying to free themselves.

This process is helped by the 2 energy of the 2000s. 2 holds the power of feminine energy, Mothers’ Love, sensitivity, emotions, feelings, intuition, connection, peacefulness, nurturing, balance, equality and partnership. Above all, 2 holds the power of PATIENCE. The freer we are inside, the more easily we can develop these powers. We can then experience 2’s sensitivity as heightened awareness instead of the over-sensitive responses which turn all of the above loving qualities into their opposites. As consciousness starts to accept the vital function of our vast emotional circuitry, awareness expands to new dimensions with all our senses fully open and doing what they are meant to do.

But we cannot reach the peacefulness and balance of 2 until we actually put 1 and 1 together, and that is why 11 is such an important number – and why people are constantly ‘seeing’ 11 in their every day lives – all over the world. 11 is a symbol of both evolvement AND creativity as two parts of the same process: PROGRESSION.

The ever repeating cycles that we travel as we make our way through life, and which are visible through numerology, are taking on a new quality now. They are still turning of course, but they are also spiraling. This is easy to see in numerology, and I imagine that mathematicians and physicists may be seeing this too by way of the “Golden Ratio” and the “Golden Spiral” which practically mirror the numerology involved.

Since September is the 9th month in the calendar, 9/11 are the prominent numbers in September 2009. 9/11 is not just the emergency code for the United States, it is an evolutionary code which, I believe, is tied closely to what is happening in the United States, but also effects the entire world. Things are changing drastically, and very quickly at this stage, as a result of constant, ongoing gradual development. That’s what evolution is.

Note that on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 (9:9:11) President Obama will give a major speech regarding health care – one of the most contentious issues of the times in the US. Note, too, that when his birth name, Barack Hussein Obama, is converted into numbers, they are 911. And, of course, The USA practically owned the numbers 911 after the attacks of 2001. There is nothing to surmise from these facts until after the event, but they are such timely numbers nonetheless. I do support Barack Obama. But I also know that you cannot change the old establishment in the space of 9 months, and much more patience is needed. He is up against those who will do anything to retain their power. He always said it would take everyone’s participation to BE the change we want in this world. (There is a link to “Barack Obama’s Amazing Numbers” at bottom of page)

September 11, 2009 gives us a sequence of 9:11:11 in the USA, and 11:9:11 in the rest of the world). No matter where we happen to live, we are all moving towards 11:11:11 in November which, from what I am able to understand at this point, illuminates 3 vital energies that all living beings are made from – for the purpose of learning how to balance them: they are consciousness, emotion, and physical form.

The imbalance within has created an imbalance without that has made pulling away from the extremes difficult to do. The extremes have always been there, but the light of 11 is making them more visible. This makes them feel more threatened and more likely to lash out in some way.

11+11+11 = 33, which adds up to 6. This is the number of finding balance between the extremes. The extremes cannot be ‘gotten rid of’ because everything in existence has its furthest point, and that’s what the extremes are – the outer edges of consciousness. Fighting with extremes to push them back seldom works because an extreme will go to ANY measure to stay relevant.

Note that the KKK was extremely active back in 1901 and 1910, and that K is the 11th letter of the alphabet. K:K:K=11:11:11. And then remember that human beings are in the process of evolving – towards peace, love, understanding and equality. Of course, some are taking longer than others to get there because they are so TERRIFIED of change. Change would mean they would have to feel things they don’t want to feel, including the true depth of their own hatred. And, sometimes change comes when people are just too tired to carry on trying to preserve what used to be. (Read Numerology & Extremes. There is a link at the end of this article)

We will never find peace, happiness, prosperity or satisfaction in the outer world without first finding those things within. There are people out there who have all the material and financial comfort in the world but still cannot find true contentment. Greed is a relentless hunger, and a sense of entitlement ensures that satisfaction can never be reached.

We are still experiencing the cusp between the 1 energy of the 1000s and the 2 energy of the 2000s. We are simultaneously experiencing the upheaval and confusion that comes from being in a transition that we don’t fully understand, and the hope and inspiration that comes as we start to gain understanding of it.

We are at an evolutionary point at which significant change is occurring all over the world. Barriers that existed between gender, castes, classes, colors and creeds are falling every day because, in the light of truth, we are able to see how futile and childish these prejudices actually are, and that we are ALL in the same evolutionary boat! 2 encourages us to stop pulling ourselves apart, accept differences more easily (diversity IS differences after all), and pull together instead. That may not seem possible right now, but the process has started regardless of how much of it we are currently able to understand.

Therefore, it is to our advantage to slow down – a lot – and take more time to observe, listen, learn, study, feel and sense what is happening, within us and around us, moment by moment. In the 2000s, we cannot just bulldoze our way forward as we often did in the 1000s. We are in very different energy now, and we really must learn as we go, and be respectful of the rights and circumstances of others as we learn. We are expanding our consciousness by feeling and sensing our way along. As a result, thankfully, the feeling of compassion is growing.

9 is the number of endings, 1 is the number of beginnings. 9 signifies the end of an era, 1 signifies the start of a new one. 9 gives, 1 takes. 9 feels, 1 thinks. 9 senses, 1 acts. September in the 9 year can make us feel like we’re being put through ‘the wringer’ as all our feelings and emotions that were never fully expressed push themselves to the surface so that we can finally face them and try to understand and heal them. Just look at all the hatred and anger pouring out just now. 9 is about kindness on the one hand OR cruelty on the other. We have a choice in the way we treat ourselves & others. 1 is about selfishness on the one hand and self-awareness on the other. Again, we have a choice.

This massive gravitational pull away from denial and towards truth, especially the truth of HOW WE FEEL, cannot be stopped because it is happening naturally. It is a force of nature. As human nature evolves, we human beings are finding our place within the broader spectrum – nature itself. It is no longer possible to look at ‘nature’ as something separate from ourselves and still claim to be intelligent.

11 is the illuminating bridge between 1 and 2… between the 1000s and the 2000s – in which we are learning to add 1 and 1 together so that it really does make 2. In other words, we are realizing the extent to which we got things wrong in the past and continue to do so in the present. We are recognizing just how contradictory our personal beliefs can be as we travel from A to B (from alpha to beta) from 1 to 2.

1 is the number of forward movement and speed. 2 is the number of slowness and patience. But just notice how much faster we progress when we are patient enough to notice the details that we often miss while rushing with the 1 energy. Remember that time is a natural occurrence in the physical world and that patience is the acceptance of time. Some people believe that time is just an illusion. I disagree. We travel through time because, on the physical plane, time is what stops everything from happening at once.

The deeper waters we find ourselves in now are giving us more depth and more wideness of scope, in which to stretch and grow and finally BE who we really are, instead of some shallow version of ourselves to which our fear of being judged limited us. Generation after generation, we have been hurtling through time at breakneck speed, but for what purpose? Why the rush? Where are we going? What are we doing? 2 slows us down so that we can see, so that we have time to see, what each moment contains.

2 makes us sensitive, not to make us more easily hurt, but so that we can better SENSE things. And make sense of things. 2 is the number of connection and association. We can use this expanded awareness to “connect the dots” and provide a larger and more detailed picture. But we must be patient and pay great attention to those details.

The fact that more and more people are becoming fascinated by the numbers of our times suggests that we ARE slowing down, we ARE noticing more detail, we ARE expanding our awareness and, in general, becoming more tolerant. 9 is the number of tolerance and expanded awareness.

In order to finally leave the past behind and move on, both individually and as a species, we must understand the basic principle of evolvement which is that we cannot move forward and hold onto the past at the same time. Something has to give. 9 is the number of LETTING GO!

9 is also the number of endings and conclusions. Reaching a conclusion means that we’ve come to believe something. That’s what we’re discovering this month. What we believe, what others believe, and the fact that when we reach a conclusion, it means the case is closed. End of story. There’s no more room for the broadening of horizons or even discussion about possible alternatives. The mind is made up. The mind is SHUT. It is time to recognize our own shallowness within – open our minds further than we have dared open them before – and venture further into the astonishing depth and richness of human potential -which has nothing to do with competing. Nothing to do with being #1. On the contrary. 2 is the number of COOPERATION and, in the 2000s, that is how we will (1) find our way and (2) prosper.

9 takes us back in time so that we can reconnect to energies we detached from in the past, but are actually important parts of who we are. The combination of 9 and 11 opens the subconscious to free these parts, but it is up to YOU to bring them into consciousness. That means that each of us must FACE whatever hurt or frightened us in the past, and determine just how relevant those things are in light of what is happening in our lives today. Unresolved matters of the past must be allowed to surface in the 9 energy where 11 shines light on them and 2 enables you to understand how they have shaped your life to the present day.

The forgiveness that ca arise out of 2, 9 and 11 is astonishing, as is realizing just how much pain, anger, grief and even hatred we’ve been carrying around inside us all these years. Whatever memories surface, don’t cut them off. Memories that arise this month have already left your subconscious. What they need now is for consciousness to ACCEPT them. It’s time to let them in. It’s time to heal from the inside out. It’s time to forgive others and yourself. It’s time to let the pressure of the past GO!

The entire month of September is packed with numerological firsts, and there is not much point in trying to predict their meanings ahead of time. Time gives us the space – the interval – in which to learn from the experience.

The energies of a new month, 9/9/09 and beyond.

Regarding 9/9/09 ---now just mere days away....in an nutshell: It's just a day,
but could be a trigger... like a fault line in a quake we will all feel a bit of a
tremor to an out and out jolt that day and beyond. In a wave up until November 11-
9/9/2009 is actually 9/9/11 if you
add the year completely (2009-2+9 you don't count the 0's of course) and November
11th then is of course 11/11/11.

And I do believe it is more about this period we are entering rather then an obvious
doom or glory on this particular day next week. I don't believe in putting too
much shift dependence on one day. Or even one year. 2012 for example. Time is
as much an illusion as anything else. According to some, it could very well already
be 2012. The mystical year that refers to a Mayan prophecy, which says the Earth
will reach the end of a cycle on Dec. 21, 2012. I don't like the world end. I
prefer beginning. But, of course no beginning can come until we have an end. The
end is accelerating now but I very much feel this mystical date is truly going to
present more of the Beginning and getting there, from A to B, has more to do with
the end. A proverbial end.

What comes after? The creative chaos to make it up as we go, but certainly not to
repeat that which no longer serves us here.

Here's hoping this trigger in a few days makes the going a little easier on us
sensitives right? In last month or so my hubby was in a
car accident but is fine, my brother was in a bad accident where he was
hospitalized and is now still recovering, my Dad being unexpectedly hospitalized and then passed away, and my son sprained his foot. There were plenty of other energetic head scratchers but this is not a pity party. The point is I know YOU have
experienced a similar impact as have those around you. This shift is an equal
opportunity Avenger for everyone, everywhere you look. In a flurry it picks up
what we need to let go of---like the game "pick up stix."

I'm trying to remain neutral but not to the point of complete brain detatchedness
(see Homer Simpson "Duhhhhhh") which is
easier said then done with the bombardment I've had emotionally, physically,
spiritually, financially, you name it it's been a hard shell hit the bunker
energetic artilliary of impressive magnitude. But then when I look at it in it's
totality it isn't just one month, a few, a year,or even several years but 15 and
that review tells me that this is the summing up. Well, that and that I'm extremely
well prepared for what's to come!

This is what causes us to Sigh and ponder or even, Yell-- So, is this what we've been waiting for!?

No. We're stuck this is NOT where we are Divinely intended to be as a ONE but all
is still as it should be!

We can't be agitated, frustrated, impatient, angry....

Nor, did we come here to lie down or say "I quit!"

And we certainly did not come this far to merely say "Whatever"

Assume the next parts the fun part.

As Dr. Seuss put it "Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple."

This is just the storm that swirls about only to leave blue sky and a rainbow.

Now is the time to wait and watch but also intend, affirm, request, require...do not
just be a bystander, this is the Action that is so vital. Awareness or being
awakened without action is like EnLIGHTenment without the LIGHT!
Do not turn into a mummy or a drone but also do not get fixated on one thing and run your engine adrift.

Be open to ALL things at all times.

But be an active part! Be a witness!

What needs to change?

What can I do?

What would make my life happier?

And don't slap old blocks on top of that either! (

Know that all is as it IS

Even if it isn't how it should be a

Nothing is as it was before or ever will be.

So be done with it once and for all.

Discard fear, jealousy, lack, anxiety, sadness, anger, any negativity whatsoever
especially when you see it in your own home, thoughts, or in others.
Stand up to be seen and heard as often as it takes.
Gather together with like minded friends and loved ones and share not compete!
Dream a world as it was intended in Peace.

Okay whoooa did ya feel the elicpse tonight as I did? 5:55 PT (7:55 here) Felt like someone pulled the rug right out from under me and we fell on a magic carpet ride. Kids immediately mentioned feeling super overtired feeling. Yup.

Our group OMMMMMs continue for 2 minutes we are on our 5th day- missing one.

I mainly just wanted to remind you
that it is just one month away now from the Dreamhealer remote healing event (and the actual event which is
in Toronto) my beloved Barbra tipped me off to this young man and the energy from the last one I did
in late July was Wonnnnnderful! I'm now even more tuned in as I've been reading his books and understanding
his own modalities. If you or anyone you love is suffering from any disease or discomfort emotionally or
physically, I recommend heading to library to read up some before the event or grabbing a few of his
books - I found all of them on Amazon used for a great price. His first book was written when he was

Daddy's angel

The angel came and sat next to me as I watched the ocean waves come in and out, in and out. Just sitting still to listen to nature's pulse relaxed my breath until slowly every breath was in unison with the waves rolling in and wetting my feet, then receding again.

I chose this visual as I laid in the guest bedroom of a friend's lake cabin to finally process all that had gone before me in the previous weeks. I welcomed this opportunity that had somehow escaped me even in moments alone at home and on the hour and half drive up to this wonderful, wooded retreat.

I sat now,in my mind, on the partially wet driftwood watching the waves and just breathing as I often tell so many loved ones to do. In an instant he was standing there to my right about 15 feet away on the waters edge. In his white robe he stood out from the otherwise near dusk, cloudy grey sky reflecting on grey water. His long jet black hair was stunning against the otherwise grey palette behind him from which he seemed to just suddenly appear. He didn't need to speak, his presence alone brought me solace. Don't you have loved ones, friends, family with whom you feel this way? Even after years of not seeing them or even speaking with them? The years quickly melt away and it's as if time never passed between you? Angels have that same familiarity. I do not remember his wings but this energy, this feeling is what brings this truth to me. I've never needed a halo and wings.

When I first saw him in this meditation, I didn't wish to speak or even listen. I was exhausted and very much enjoying my chosen therapy of watching the waves shuffle in and out to relax my anxieties and my breath. He being who and what he was, sensed this of me and simply walked toward me and sat beside me on the long, skinny slab of driftwood. For some time he sat there with me like he was waiting patiently for me to acknowledge him but with no other pressing agenda but to sit near me. I filled with more and more serenity from the simple peace of watching the ocean's beauty and listening to it's sounds of the waves crashing in, their timeless rhythm slowing my breath, of the occasional seagull flying overhead and the company of this quiet, gentle, beautiful, long, black haired angel sitting with me.

My, how I've evolved I remember reflecting...in previous visions I'd be so eager to ask questions I could hardly form the question! Sorta like the rambling, disjointed messages I've been known to leave on friends answering machines! But here now, I was content just to sit here, to be present, and to continue to breathe.

Finally, after some time, more than half hour or hour it's hard to know, I turned to him and asked, "Why are you here?" and he replied "to comfort you" as he looked deeply into my eyes. I smiled broadly at the response. The other side is so much less complex then we make it here on Earth. This little message told me so.

When my Dad was rushed by ambulance to the hospital, I arrived relieved to find him relaxed and talking in his ICU hospital bed despite many beeping noises, heart pump at his feet and 2-3 monitors of all colors. He had gone to the walk in clinic complaining of chest pains thinking it was indigestion only to be whisked away swiftly sirens and all. I said to him it must have been scary to be riding in that ambulance! And he admitted it was very scary indeed. I recalled and reminded him of many years ago when I too went to the walk in clinic complaining of stomach pains and was told to be driven by someone or by ambulance to the hospital as my condition was fatal and I was in need of emergency surgery to find and remove a blocked gallstone that was causing my liver and pancreas to fail. I didn't have any health insurance at the time and had to release many fears....financially, physically and certainly emotionally! Following the surgery, I saw my first Angel at the foot of my hospital bed. I had spoken to a physical angel once before, and I wasn't alone so I have a witness to that special gem but that's a different experience entirely so this was my first and in fact the last angel before this beautiful, black haired fellow came to sit beside me. This hospital one was a very prominent, tall, gold and glittering figure although I could just make out the outline. But the outline of the hair, the figure, the wings was unforgettable to say the least! Dad asked me now, "I wonder why the angel was there?" Typical of Dad, a brilliant interviewer who taught me everything I know, broadcasting hall of famer that he was, it was an excellent question...one I really hadn't wondered at the time or since. I answered as best I could "To tell me everything would be alright, to tell me not be fearful of anything,of the hospital bed, of the surgery I'd just had, the recovery, the bill..." In essence, to comfort me but I didn't say that as I searched for the appropriate answer. And so it is that I smiled when I was finally ready to speak with this angel, remembering this conversation just days before my Dad had unexpectedly passed, I asked the question, the great question Dad had given me, in honor of my Dad. Here this elegant, white robed angel sat with me now, perhaps the same one, with such detail it made me feel like a little child, androgynous but muscular, blue eyes, fair skin, long, luscious black hair

just 17 days after my Daddy died

to comfort me.

I have no doubt Dad "sent" him to be with me.

And comfort me he did.

Then, and ever since.

True Intelligence: Beyond The Intellect

A Japanese Zen master once received a university professor who came to inquire about Zen.

The master served tea. The Japanese tea ceremony is long and complex, and the scientist became increasingly impatient as the master went calmly through the 54 steps of the ceremony. When the tea was ready, he began to fill his visitor's cup. When the cup was full, he continued to pour.

The tea began to overflow, and the professor could restrain himself no longer. "It is already full. No more will go in!"

"Like this cup", the master said, "You are full of your own opinions and ideas. How can I teach you if you have not first emptied your cup?"

The human intellect is an incredible thing. It has birthed myriad discoveries, conveniences and inventions that continue to innovate the world we live in. The current advances in technology are fascinating, and are creating a way of life that a few decades ago seemed like science fiction. Yet the mind, for all its marvelous complexity, works within the constraints of duality. Good bad, right wrong, light dark, up down; these are the tenets that the intellect is ruled by. It is impossible for the intellect to see beyond its own constraints; impossible, for example, for the intellect to understand love. It can make an attempt maybe, at describing the feeling, maybe explain chemical reactions that create a feeling of love, but love itself cannot be fully conceived by the intellect.

If we wish to experience consciousness, we must go beyond the realm of the intellect. We must let go of the known, and move into the unbounded void. The walls we have built hold us in the safety of our limitations, but these walls also keep us imprisoned in dissatisfaction. Our natural curiosity will always pull naggingly from the subconscious, encouraging us to move beyond what we have become accustomed to and to seek something more.

The intellect is prized almost above all else in western society, yet it is so very limited in so many ways. This is lucky, for if we were to understand everything, we would lose the mystery that makes life an adventure. It is the uncertainty that brings intrigue and excitement into life. How very boring things would soon become if we knew all the answers.

Moving Beyond The Intellect

We have become so accustomed to the constraints of the mind that it has become like a matrix, in which we have become ensnared. We identify with the mind so profoundly that we think it is who we are. In order to return to our natural state of innocence and joy, which we experienced once as children, we must move beyond the intellect. How can we do that?

Be in The Moment

We've all heard it before, but how often are we able to actually do it? Being in the moment is a valuable habit to develop, and can be developed in the same way we have become accustomed to doing the opposite: living constantly in the past and the future. Every time you chose to bring your awareness into this moment, you are strengthening the habit of being present.

Admit It... You Don't Know Everything

"I don't know" is one of the most powerful expressions on the journey of inner growth. When you realize that you don't know something, you open to receive. Like the scientist, we must first empty our cup of the convictions and opinions that impede us from finding a new perspective, from hearing the voice that calls from beyond the halls of the mind.

Listen to Our Feelings

Our emotions are often overlooked by the intellect, but by allowing ourselves to feel, we become more connected with our bodies, and regain the abandoned territory that the intellect has come to repress and ignore. Allow yourself to feel your emotions innocently, and without judgement; you will find greater self acceptance and a deeper, more authentic sense of joy.

Don't Analyze

When you watch a movie, do you start wondering how the image got onto your television screen? Which satellite it is bouncing off, how each individual pixel creates all the different colors? No; that would make the movie really boring! Then why is it we cannot watch life in the same way, innocently embracing the wonderment and mystery, the unexpected chapter that is around the corner? Why are we always analyzing, dissecting? Try just witnessing your life instead of obsessing over the whys. What if there is no why? What if it just is, and all you have to do is simply be? If you try too hard to understand, you will only end up more confused! Instead, try being lighter, more innocent. You will start to understand things from a deeper space, beyond the doubts and uncertainties that inevitably accompany the reasoning of the intellect.

Listen to Your Internal Voice

There is a knowing that is beyond the mind. Unlike intellectual understanding, which always sees two sides of an argument, this voice never doubts. It trusts itself implicitly, and speaks with absolute clarity. When it comes, it will come without warning; suddenly you will find yourself speaking, without even understanding why. Yet you will hear the truth in your words. You will feel it. Listen. It is there, lying within. You will hear it.

Have just heard that for those of us that are impatient 9/9/9 represents a trigger point toward great movement following all the eclipes and unusual planetary alignments of August. If you are already operating in the higher vibrational fields
or have just started to feel the energies and are fluctuating back and forth try a 2-3 minute OM or AM sounding daily in your meditations. Simplying in with other beings will help to more quickly manifest new reality and fortify yourself into this chamber of Oneness at all times. Even better if you can participate in this practice as a family together in the morning before heading out, in meal prayer, and bedtime is preferable. Try it for a month and see what happens!

As the old thousand-year era continues to break apart, we are realizing that our misunderstandings have left us with huge holes in the very fabric of life which we are experiencing as major gaps (differences) between ourselves and others, opposing points of view, and philosophical/political divisions.

To touch or fall in to one of these gaps is painful and confusing because they contain the results of our misunderstandings. 9 is showing us the extent to which life’s fundamental structure – it’s strands and its fibers – have become worn, tattered, and torn. We want to mend it. We want to make things better. But that cannot happen if we try to change things back to the way they were. The mending and the darning can only be done with love, compassion, caring, and a willingness to let go of those old ways which were geared for competing, contesting and waging war, so that we can start imagining what life could be like without those unevolved fragments of masculine energy leading the way.

At the beginning of the 2000s, there was a huge swing to the right which was based on fear. The pendulum of human urges is swinging to the left now, which also has its extremes, such as believing that tolerance is the answer to everything. That is just as unrealistic as the ‘zero-tolerance’ of the right. A balance can be achieved by understanding that although tolerance is necessary to get us beyond the ‘war’ stage and move us closer to peace, it is essentially the denial of feelings and cannot last. Right now, however, tolerance is essential.

Traditionally, 9 is known as the number of tolerance and, at this time, it appears that not only must we be able to tolerate other people, but we must also build our own strength, health and understanding so that we can tolerate the enormous stress that must inevitably occur during the breaking down of an old stifling system and the construction of a new and freer one. For the next several years (perhaps many generations) we are likely to experience personal and global ups and downs on a colossal scale. We need to be able to tolerate not just the ‘downs’ but also the long periods of uncertainty contained within the swings – the gaps – between the ups and the downs. “Not knowing” is often the hardest condition to experience. But that is where we are. We are in the “mean time”, and I think we will be here until our awareness expands to the extent that we can heal those gaps and agree upon a way of living which is based on love, fairness and balance.

I recently heard someone say that spirit is all that matters, and that our emotions and our physical bodies are merely the servants of the spirit. Although it was a woman who said this, it was unevolved masculine energy speaking, and is part of the old system which needs to evolve into love. It is the very same mindset that often speaks of unconditional love but cannot see how it places conditions on the very energies that enable love to be felt and experienced – our emotional and physical bodies.

It tells us that our bodies are mere shells which are meant to house the spirit and which have no actual value in the spiritual world. No wonder our unappreciated bodies get sick and die! Most people do not even know how their bodies work, or where certain organs are located within the body. This lack of awareness has caused many problems on Earth, especially between the sexes since our emotions are our feminine energy and our bodies do, indeed, provide material existence for the spirit.

The body and the emotions provide spirit with physical experience and, yet, spirit insists on controlling the experience. It wonders why life feels so rough these days and it is slowly and surely finding out. A deeper understanding of equality (balance) must be reached, and I believe that the 9 energy will be very helpful in that regard. Whatever happens on September 9th in the outer world, even if it appears that nothing is happening, it seems like the perfect day to let your body feel your feelings without your mind dictating what it’s OK to feel and what is not. For as long as one part of us is allowed to dictate to the other parts of us, our world will be full of dictators.

Another eclipse

MUMBAI (AFP) – Indian astrologers are predicting violence and turmoil across the world as a result of this week's total solar eclipse, which the superstitious and religious view as a sign of potential doom.

But astronomers, scientists and secularists are trying to play down claims of evil portent in connection with Wednesday's natural spectacle, when the moon will come between the Earth and the sun, completely obscuring the sun.

In Hindu mythology, the two demons Rahu and Ketu are said to "swallow" the sun during eclipses, snuffing out its life-giving light and causing food to become inedible and water undrinkable.

Pregnant women are advised to stay indoors to prevent their babies developing birth defects, while prayers, fasting and ritual bathing, particularly in holy rivers, are encouraged.

Shivani Sachdev Gour, a gynaecologist at the Fortis Hospital in New Delhi, said a number of expectant mothers scheduled for caesarian deliveries on July 22 had asked to change the date.

"This is a belief deeply rooted in Indian society. Couples are willing to do anything to ensure that the baby is not born on that day," Gour said.

Astrologers have predicted a rise in communal and regional violence in the days following the eclipse, particularly in India, China and other Southeast Asian nations where it can be seen on Wednesday morning.

Mumbai astrologer Raj Kumar Sharma predicted "some sort of attack by (Kashmiri separatists) Jaish-e-Mohammad or Al-Qaeda on Indian soil" and a devastating natural disaster in Southeast Asia.

An Indian political leader could be killed, he said, and tension between the West and Iran is likely to increase, escalating into possible US military action after September 9, when fiery Saturn moves from Leo into Virgo.

"The last 200 years, whenever Saturn has gone into Virgo there has been either a world war or a mini world war," he told AFP.

It is not just in India that some are uneasy about what will transpire because of the eclipse.

In ancient China they were often associated with disasters, the death of an emperor or other dark events, and similar superstitions persist.

"The probability for unrest or war to take place in years when a solar eclipse happens is 95 percent," announced an article that attracted a lot of hits on the popular Chinese web portal Baidu.com.

Sanal Edamaruku, president of the Indian Rationalist Association, dismissed such doomsday predictions.

"Primarily, what we see with all these soothsayers and astrologers is that they're looking for opportunities to enhance their business with predictions of danger and calamity," he told AFP.

"They have been very powerful in India but over the last decade they have been in systematic decline."

Astronomers and scientists are also working to educate the public about the eclipse.

Travel firm Cox and Kings has chartered a Boeing 737-700 aircraft to give people the chance to see the eclipse from 41,000 feet (12,500 metres).

Experts will be on board to explain it to passengers, some of whom have paid 79,000 rupees (1,600 dollars) for a "sun-side" seat on the three-hour flight from New Delhi.

The eclipse's shadow is expected to pass over the aircraft at 15 times the speed of sound (Mach 15), said Ajay Talwar, president of the SPACE Group of companies that promotes science and astronomy.

"It's coming in the middle of the monsoon season. On the ground, there's a 40 percent chance of seeing it in India. On the aircraft you have almost a 90 percent chance of seeing the eclipse," he added.

Siva Prasad Tata, who runs the Astro Jyoti website, straddles the two worlds.

"There's no need to get too alarmed about the eclipse, they are a natural phenomenon," the astrologer told AFP.

But he added: "During the period of the eclipse, the opposite attracting forces are very, very powerful. From a spiritual point of view, this is a wonderful time to do any type of worship.

"It will bring about good results, much more than on an ordinary day."

If we woke tomorrow with no newspaper on our collective doorstep, (something residents of Ann Arbor, Tucson, and other medium-sized American cities have already experienced), what would go missing along with the pile of newsprint and ad supplements, movie reviews, sports scores, and comics?

Possibly, quite a lot: The routine reporting that promotes civic engagement; the investigative features that require weeks to years of research, information requests and lawsuits; the exposure of corruption, failure and wasted funds at the local, regional and national level. "In every town in America, almost, you have reporters going out and doing humble jobs and turning over rocks every day and seeing what's under them," says John Carroll, the former editor-in-chief of The Los Angeles Times, a man who led his newsroom to 13 Pulitzer Prizes over his 5-year tenure.

These "humble jobs" help keep government honest. David Simon, the creative force behind HBO's The Wire and a former newspaper reporter (once an employee of Carroll's at the Baltimore Sun), put it quite bluntly in a recent congressional hearing: "God, the next 10 or 15 years in this country are going to be a halcyon era for state and local political corruption."

According to the American Society of News Editors, nearly 6,000 newsroom jobs at daily papers were shed in 2008, and almost 10,000 since a peak in 2001. About 47,000 newsroom jobs remain. "We're losing about a million stories a year in American newspapers," says Ken Doctor, an industry consultant, formerly an executive for two decades at Knight Ridder.

It all sounds rather dire, doesn't it? But a number of independent efforts seem to foretell what the future may entail: nonprofit investigative reporting, nonprofit local news reporting, and ad-supported local news reporting.

Nonprofit investigative reporting is not new, but the troubles of the for-profit news business have focused attention on nonprofit efforts like CIR and the recently launched ProPublica.

"We're trying to find stories that have a moral force, and where change is possible, and we're trying to bring change," says ProPublica's managing editor, Stephen Engelberg. A frequently cited example of nonprofit journalism, ProPublica works closely to develop stories that appear not just on its own site, but in publications like The New York Times, the Denver Post, and radio and television outlets.

The site licenses its content under Creative Commons for noncommercial use (with a broadened definition), and has a Steal Our Stories link at the top of the site. "We don't kid ourselves about how much of the gap we could make up," Engelberg says, but ProPublica does specifically focus on "big, investigative stories." The site is funded largely by a single donor who's committed to funding the site for a few years.

Some in the newspaper world hope that local philanthropists and individuals will help create regional sites after the model of ProPublica and CIR. "You don't need to fund a whole lot of reporters on an individual, local scale to do the job," says Joshua Benton, executive director of the Nieman Journalism Lab, part of Harvard's Nieman Foundation for Journalism.

MinnPost.com isn't quite sui generis, but it's a widely watched experiment that involves a host of former newspaper editors and reporters, with significant funding from both foundations and individual donors. Ditto, the VoiceofSanDiego.org "They basically support 10 to 12 people on a full-time basis," says Doctor, plus paying freelance reporters by the piece, offering stipends and other models.

These and other publications work on both the sexy and non-sexy news alike, from local zoning board and city council meetings, to exposure of fraud, graf, and theft.

Ad-supported online news business models remain the least proven. While newspapers' online versions have sported ads for years, page views and ad rates just don't multiply out for the costs of a modest newsroom — but there are some interesting experiments underway.

The century-plus-old Seattle Post-Intelligencer recently shut down its print operation to switch to a trimmed-down online newsroom of about 20. The P-I had far higher page views while in print than other publications of its size, and hopes to keep its large audience partly by retaining popular columnists and an award-winning editorial cartoonist.

On the other end of the online spectrum, the West Seattle Blog has transformed itself from notes about a neighborhood into a full-time news effort for the site's operator, a former print and broadcast journalist. The online-only P-I, the Ann Arbor News, and a host of other publications have yet to run for long enough to get a stable readership and determine ongoing costs.

But can they work?

"Yes," says Doctor. "It's so new that we can't say it is the model, but it can work on a break-even to slightly profitable level. But how big can it be? And, importantly for readers, and civic life, can it scale into anything resembling having the reporting heft that a daily newspaper has?"

No matter which model, there's a huge gap between the funding (nonprofit) or revenue (ad-supported) versus the expense (reporters' salaries, mostly) of digging up the news. It's going to take time to see what works, at what scales, and whether these new newsrooms can grow to take up the slack that's been left behind.

But the newspaper isn't dead just yet. About 34 million papers are sold or delivered every weekday (and more on the weekend). Even with the huge slide in circulation that began in 2001, ad revenue in 2008 was still $38 billion nationwide.

Doctor estimates that in 2015, newspapers will still be read in 2015 in about 20 percent of households (a decline of about 15 percent). Others project that about 5 to 15 percent of a typical newspaper's readership is actually interested the kind of beat and investigative reporting that's being lost now.

In the end, there is a core audience for real news, but its going to take time to see whether these new newsrooms can grow to fill the reporting gap that's been created by the collapse of print. As Carroll puts it, "There will be journalism, and there will be news. The question is: How good will it be?"

Ironic that my last posting was simply "do not fight the current of life" just days after my Dad passed away somewhat shockingly and suddenly. He had been having trouble with chest pains and finally went in to the walk in clinic. They sent him by ambulance to hospital. When my mother called me at lunch and sounded rattled I managed to remain calm. I was happy to arrive at the hospital to find him visiting with my older brother in the holding room. I spent the next several days popping in to say hello and taking care of my Mom while she took care of my Dad. He seemed to be doing pretty well considering aside from not sleeping very well and a bit irritable. But who is really that comfortable in a hospital with nurses poking at you all night and IV's and hoses and patches and cords connected all over? On the 4th of July my whole family paid a visit again and we kept it short as he seemed tired but he visited with us some about liking his new, bigger room that was no longer in ICU. I still don't know why they moved him out of ICU.
But, it's just the way it is. If I've said that once through this, consoling myself and my family, I've said it a thousand times.
I was happy my husband got him to laugh hard when he recalled the "flying turkey" TV episode of WKRP as we all listened to the life flight coming in the rooftop near Dad's room. The next day I was very busy but was able to make it up for an hour to relieve my Mom and brother who had still been trying to get him to rest. I regret not talking with him but a few words as I tried to get him to breathe deeply and relax so he could rest. I adjusted his pillow as he moved from chair to chair. I wondered when he could go home again to rest better in his own bed. I never thought it would be the last time I sat with him.

The morning he died seems like a nightmare you wake from and shake off for days. I called my Mom on my way to work and was happy she was already at the hospital a little after 8. I could hear disappointment in her voice that he hadn't slept again. I began my voice work session with my cell phone on and at my side as I had the entire time he'd been up there. And then the call came from her just a half hour later "You better come now. We're losing him" Shock. Disbelief. I walked up to his room and he was essentially already gone as a Cardiac code blue team of over 10 were trying to revive him. I told him I love him and left before I passed out. I still have trouble shaking that image from my mind. I sat with my Mom and prayed. Grateful that I had gotten there so fast so she wasn't alone and to be with her as they came in and said "They are still trying to revive him" or "They have a heartbeat but this is hard to say if this is the medicine" and then as they wheeled him past us to ICU just long enough for us to see him with his eyes closed but say "I love you" as soon after he was gone for good. I wonder if he was with us then and if could hear us and thinking how afraid he must have been.

The moments and days that follow are again like a dream. We stayed strong for each other but I was a deer in the headlights trying to figure out why "It's just the way it is." He was deeply loved not just by myself but my two children and my husband as well. Not to mention the many that came to share their love in person or by email. One of my younger brother's friends drove 26 hours from Texas to attend the prayer service. When I visited with him it moved me to hear his love for my Dad. My Dad would take my younger brother and a hand full of friends to concerts every weekend about an hour an half away in Minneapolis. In recalling this friend of my brothers said my Dad gave him all that he is. His sense of humor. His love of music which is now his career. Much more then his own Dad ever did. Yup,that sounds like Dad.

It will be a long time before it's not strange to walk in to their house and not find him there giving me a hard time or shootin' the hay about this that or anything. Everything feels the same but is now completely different. Forever. Or to see my Mom not interacting with him for first time ever. In my 43 years of being their daughter I can only recall one small stretch where they were apart more then a day or two. They were married 47 years. I am consoled by the feeling that he will be my families guardian angel now as we move forward somehow one day at a time. I'll never forget his laugh, how he'd put out his pinky to hold in church when I sat by him even in adulthood, how much of a youthful heart he had, how he could start a conversation with anyone anytime about anything. Or how much I love him and will miss him.

Having spent over 20 years in radio broadcasting enduring sexism more prevalently then any other obstacle I can think of...I was genuinely touched to discover the Womens Media Center backed by none other then the divine Jane Fonda whom I adore along with many other brilliantly talented women. This type of advocacy has been direly needed for decades. I can easily tell you that sexism is why I never returned to radio. If you want to get it done your way...get it done yourself. Technology today is certainly allowing that to happen! And this center being out there doesn't hurt either.

If I've said it once I've said it a thousand times, to emerge to a new reality and break old patterns we absolutely must think out of the box and we must Believe it can be so!

I am up late in my new writing routine and so I see it is now the 4th of July. I cannot think of a better Independence day post then this. I hope this center will emerge this year to give women the freedom to speak up, speak out and be seen and heard much more frequently. And I'll also meditate and give thanks to you Neda for being the face of Peace and courage. Blessings on this day....the celebration of our Freedom drawing near in the U.S. and our thoughts and intentions continue for the people of Iran. The media is on a predictable 24/7 Michael Jackson frenzy while the intensity continues for the people of Iran. We see you. We hear you. And we know you are already victorious for the movement you are creating!!! Benazir Bhutto started a similar shift in Pakistan. Neda's energy and the Peaceful nature of the Iranians has created a shift as well. I asked my Spiritual mentor/teacher Janice "Hope" Gorman of the Hope Interfaith Center to share insight on what has and is transpiring in a spiritual perspective. It matched perfectly with what my heart and my guidance has been as well.

Hope stands for "Help Open Planetary Eyes." She is an Ordained Reverend of Spiritual Counseling, Spiritual Channeler, Medium, and Teacher. Since the young age of 11 when she had her first angel visit Hope has been evolving torward that which she does today. Every intuitive needs a mentor, a teacher and for the past 6 or so years Hope has been that for me. She lives approximately 6 hours from me. She and I have only met once in person but through correspondence and 2-4 readings annually her guidance continues to be the water in my well. New World, summary of the global awakening in IRAN in honor of Neda (New Evidence of Divine Acceleration)

Currently humanity is at a wonderful and exciting crossroads. The cross will mark the spot of many people giving their lives up for change. Many souls have contracted to stand up for change and this is what NEDA did.

As each of us take our specific actions we indeed help the planet. There is a critical mass now awakening and striking a cord with a vibration which echoes out around the world...."We are a race going through transfiguration. Let us call the political unrest in Iran a beautiful Spiritual picture show where leaders are noticing the opinions of the people. Rolling thunder

Life can change on a dime.

Having lunch today about to work on projects around the house after first good rest in a while I was surprised to see I had missed 3 calls from my Mom so I checked the voicemail. She was clearly choking up and just said briefly "call me." When I did reach her she said my Dad had been taken by ambulance to hospital for heart attack.

A million things raced through my brain but I took advice I had just given out last night here and took deep breaths and remained neutral. I was so grateful he was near a great heart hospital. I was grateful my husband was home for lunch to do reiki for him (he has more healer in his DNA then I do) and I was grateful Dad was conscious. I went up to hospital and was delighted to see him awake and talking as they hooked him up to heart pump to keep his heart working. It had been greatly damaged to 1/3 working capacity yet here he was talking and smiling at me. I gave him reiki and he marveled at how hot my hands were. I had a long time to warm up I told him with a smile, happy that was now so open to energy healing even to point of enjoying it. I knew he hadn't been feeling 100% and discussed this with him that he didn't have alot of color in his face on Father's Day (Solstice). He said he'd been feeling chest pains that felt different- not like indigestion and not like his past heart trouble (he's had 2 bypass surgeries and has 6 stents in his heart). How long? I asked him. 10 days he said right away. Hmmm, I thought that's awfully close to the Solstice I bet when alot of these symptoms began surfacing as many energy workers are now discussing. My son and I clicked on the calender on my cell and counted back. To the 21st the Summer Solstice how about that we thought.

This is not to alarm you mind you. It's just to point out that the tips you may read about from Sophie's blog that I posted here this week and others or perhaps my own guidance is to be taken seriously. These energies are like a huge Tsunami to wake up many beings at this time. Fear cannot reside within that soil is too destructive. Ego cannot co-exist with these energies and trouble will bubble up far and wide to illuminate this to you. Deep breaths. Change of pattern. Do not resist. Listen to your body and give reverence to this energy of Spirit. Like a mighty wind here to cleanse us all.

Be gentle with yourself

Yes these energies are packin some fierce kick ya in the butt punches!

Unfortunately for some of us- especially sensitives- that can mean extreme fatique and headaches. My headaches have increased in frequency today...some of which is from time outside facing the sun while playing tennis with the kids and some is the energy settling in now that it's evening and I'm fightin it. And of course sensitives feel the waves before anyone else. I was feeling these headaches as far back as January.

A theme seems to be new patterns in our thought process emerging. The rewiring of our circuitry up there in our noodle causes "system overload." If it isn't the head and thought patterns it's the heart chakra area and can reveal itself physically as anxiety and/or fear. I have released all fear it seems thankfully and have the headache-fatigue value meal myself.

ZZZZZ......Sleep and more sleep. I am a busy mother so I don't have the luxury of just sleeping whenever I wish and I've never been a napper. But right now, I truly could lie my head down at various times during the day and sleep until I'm drooling!
Or go to bed early at 7 or 8 with no trouble at all. I'm fighting it tonight to get some work done while the house is quiet and that doesn't help-the headaches grow more persistent. So point is not to resist it within reason. I have many household projects that need attention and the fatigue can become agitation at my lack of energy! But don't resist. Rest and rest some more. Lighten your schedule, your errands, your plans, curl up to a good movie. If you live in region of country I do, the midwest, you know that when a big snow storm is rollin' in we all go stock up on food and good movies to hunker down for a few days...that's kinda what the energies are askin' us to do.

We will be road trippin a few hours from here for the 4th to get out of town for the first time since Fall for overnight stay. We don't plan to do much else but wade in the lazy river and jacuzzi and the drive itself will be therapuetic for this Gemini moonster! :)

Anything outside in nature would also be beneficial at this time just be mindful not to overdo it as I did with a 2 hour hike this past Saturday. Nature is where the Divine resides most fully and especially now the waves are riding through the wind with a mighty force it can be a bit daunting for us humans to handle. We can do it! It will just take a period of time to integrate into our systems. Be present with it. Stop and take deep breaths to recognize it. This alone will send chills down your back. As always with presence, stop your mind matter from rambling around in your humanness and just be still. Listen! All the guidance lies within you. All the patterns being illuminated to you is your guidance as well. Try not to judge just be grateful for the answers that are unfolding for you now. Be gentle with yourself even when you do not understand fully. Stay out of and away from intense negativity. Know that there are wild swings even with mere hours of a day from bad to good like a rolling thunder when it crackles then moves through. Try to remain neutral when it feels chaotic or unsettling as then it will soon pass.

Being present and just honoring the illumination is enough now but very likely if you listen, you will hear Spirit within you clearer then ever before!!

Since the Summer Solstice two weeks ago, my world has completely changed. Again.

Compared with before the solstice, this is what is new:

I can hear guidance much more clearly.
I can see my clients patterns of health and dis-ease even more clearly.
I can tell what people think and really mean much more easily
I receive daily downloads of insights on how to create joy

I can feel the Divine presence around me all the time. It' s very very sweet and comforting.
What I want, I am aligned to & that does not hurt others in any way, manifests within minutes or hours instead of days or weeks
as a result of easier manifesting, I am really busy in all areas of my life!

So things are definitely happening faster and more easily. Which is great. I love it! This is what we have been asking for, praying for and working towards in the last 10 years. The Collective Awakening is finally happening for real! It feels like thge change is palpable, like there is literally electricity in the air.

Of course I am still roughly in the same body that I had two weeks ago so this is taking some adjusting and fine tuning!

This is what helps:

drink plenty of clear water
sleep more than usual
rest during the day if necessary
eat nutritious food & make sure you get enough B vit & magnesium!
keep a very clear intention

talk to other people who are going through this. Teach and support each other!
establish clear boundaries
take time for yourself, just to chill or have fun

energetically & psychically protect the new parts of you the have just grown. They are fragile like tender shoots.
ignore negativity. Disengage from it as soon as possible.
meditate daily or strengthen your spiritual practice
contact your healer or alternative practitioner early on if you feel you need support.
Listen to your guidance and within reason and with common sense, act on it asap!

This last point is particularly important. I keep hearing of individuals who are plagued with nightmares, migraine headaches, have accidents, have nervous breakdowns or argue with loved ones.

The energy is good, the upgrade is good but if you have blocks in the way or if you resist the change that you asked for and programmed yourself for way back when, the resistance can create pain. So be good to yourself and save yourself the pain! Come join me and jump straight into the bliss of the joyful eternal present!

PS: As an example of what I mean: I was told by my guides to write this post last Friday. I have had 3 really busy days with clients and kids so I kept pushing off the writing. Today I woke up tired and with a mild migraine headache. Now I have written the migraine has completely disappeared. Could have acted on guidance 3 days ago and saved myself 8 hours of pain...
