There is something to be said for creating the perfect space for great sex to happen. Designing a sexy bedroom does make it more inviting for couples to want to play in rather than just sleep or watch television.

As a Sex Therapist, Marriage Counselor and Interior Designer, I have helped many couples create sexy master bedrooms to improve their sex lives.

These are a few simple suggestions that any couple can do to improve the atmosphere in the bedroom making it more romantic to have great sex in.

1. Clutter is a killer. Take the time to de-clutter the bedroom, throwing out old newspaper, magazines and books that take up space. Organize the room, so that when sex does happen all of the work or projects lying around the room dont clutter the mind.

2. Lighting can create the mood. Harsh light or no lighting is both bad when it comes to romance and great sex. If the room has recessed lights, spend a little extra money to put a dimmer in. Candles are always a nice way to bring in soft light with a sexy glow.

3. Furniture that promotes sexy positions. The bed is not the only place in a room where sex can take place; bring in a soft chair or ottoman. Invest in pillows that can be used for different positions.

4. Colors that excites the mind. Bring colors into the bedroom that evokes passion, reds, oranges, purple, black, sexy patterns, soft materials.

5. For the more sophisticated sexy sex rooms, design the bedroom with mirrors that have soft light reflecting from them. Take the time to think about a padded wall, or swing....the possibilities are endless

What promises did you make this year as to loosing weight, having better sex, communicating more with your spouse?

The fact is that starting the New Year off with a sexual bang can be one place where most will just skip over. I have heard very few people say that this New Years resolution they will have a better sex life.

Why not include better sex in your New Years resolution, it feels great, makes a relationship stronger and releases hormones that relive pain and depression. Great sex can make for a great year!

3 steps towards having great sex this year and starting it off with a sexual bang

1. Hit the gym, get your butt off of the couch and start to move. The best way to jump start your new sex life is to get the body moving. Exercise of any form can make sex all that much better. The other benefit is you feel better about yourself. A strong healthy body is attractive. This applies to not only single folk but married couples as well.

2. Make it a point to masturbate…masturbation helps relieve stress and can jump start the body into a sexual mode. Especially when it comes to women, masturbation will help to strengthen the pc muscles along with improving sexual desire. Get to know your body all over again. Masturbation is one gift that the body keeps on giving, of course that would be an orgasm.

3. If you are in a relationship, try new positions, sex toys, erotic movies or literate, role play, get adventurous. If all else fails call a sex therapist like me to coach you into better sex. Communication is a big part of sex as well, being able to communicate with one another openly is a great way to break the ice and have some sexual fun.

Unconventional relationships come in many packages, including any part of a relationship that does not fall under the "normal" range. The question that I always ask as a sex therapist is what is the so called “normal range”? With the divorce rate increasing, along with couples staying in marriage for the sake of the children and finances.....putting unconventional in a relationship may be the answer to saving it.

What is unconventional? Anything that is not conventional, relating to relationships that may involve an open marriage, where the couple is together but dates other people, swingers, living in separate rooms, or even houses. Couples who are in the military also are considered an unconventional relationship not seeing each other for months at a time.

The idea that people stay married for extended periods of time and one spouse is no longer wanting sex in the marriage but the couple loves one another....this is one of the more common types of unconventional ....the sexless marriage.

Cheating usually happens with this type of situation, would it not be better to confront the truth that not having sex in the marriage is the unconventional part! Realizing that sex is part of the animal side of all humans and not having regular sex in any relationship is unconventional!
As we move into the next generation of relationships, couples, marriage, our idea of conventional will change along with the times......

As a sex therapist I get asked this question quite often,

“Why is my penis not getting hard, how do I maintain an erection"

This is no joking matter; thousands of men go through this problem at some point in their lives everyday. They may be able to get an erection but are unable to keep it.

Why does this happen to so many men and how can it is fixed?

Most of the time it is psychological not medical. If a man wakes up in the morning with an erection then more likely than not it is a psychological problem.

Ruling out medical, substance abuse, prescription medication there is also, depression, anxiety, and the all mighty STRESS.

Stress seems to be one of the most predominant reasons why a man’s penis won’t stay hard. The stress can appear in many different forms, from performance anxiety, to over excitement, anger or even moodiness. Men get moody too just like women do, and believe or not this can affect a mans ability to get a hard on. Especially as a man gets older, his testosterone levels drop and his cardiovascular system is not what it to be (as far as pumping blood to the penis).

The solution is to not go into sex with the idea that the erection won’t happen, but that there are no expectations. The idea that a man has to have a fully erect penis to be sexually excited is not true; a man can be very excited but have a semi erection. When the semi erection is noticed by the women he is with and she points it out, this is a sure way to add more stress to the situation… making for an even bigger problem, not a harder erection!

How does a man get his erection back knowing that it is a psychological problem?

One of the best ways is to go back to the basics and that is learning to masturbate all over again. The reason that I say learning is that when a man ages along with his mind and body so does his sex drive. Learning how to masturbate in different ways will help to train the mind and body to have an orgasm in different sexual positions; this is also a good technique for younger men who want to be better lovers.

Having control over the penis is about connecting the mind to the masturbation. When a man is thinking about something sexual many times he will lose that thought and switch over unconsciously to worrying about loosing his erection and then he does lose his erection. When training oneself to have control over erection and ejaculation, the mind is trained to stay in the moment and not worry about loosing the erection.

Today I can assure you that I will not be partaking in the Black Friday shopping madness. My day will be spent working off the Turkey, stuffing, mashed potato's, and string beans I ate last night....lol

In all honesty, for me Thanksgiving is not about the food (even though it is yummy) but of course about being thankful to have it, and spend time with family and friends. As the holiday season arrives, there are some of us that don't have the luxury of family to be around, finding it a more difficult time to celebrate.

I want to say to all of you who take the time to visit my blog and read my articles, that I will make an effort to be there for you throughout the holiday season, posting positive thoughts your way.

Take the time today, to wake up in the morning and add one item to your list until the New Year on what you are thankful for.

Mine today
I woke up this morning feeling healthy, having the ability to exercise and burn off the calories of my glorious meal last night.

What's the interest in colon cleansing?

Well, it's a chance to restart your digestion, boost your health and even improve your sex drive. All of this helps the body naturally creating good energy. The old wives tale say it, the feces that aren't expelled naturally build up in your colon giving you the feeling of fullness. Constipation is a sex killer, especially when trying to feel sexy and having that uncomfortable bloated feeling. Then toxins from these feces enter the bloodstream and "poison" the body. You get digestion problems. You feel lethargic. You're irritable. Feeling irritable is not promoting sexual health!

Digestive Science Intensive Colon Cleanse is a safe and natural way to detoxify the body and revitalize your digestive system. Yes, you can restart your body.by nurturing the delicate lining of the GI tract.

Digestive Science Intensive Colon Cleanser revitalizes your colon, detoxify your body and treats bad digestion. In other words, restart your system, for your health and well-being.

For individuals that are sexually active and enjoy anal sex this one system that helps to cleanse properly, and promote a healthy prostate.

In step one, we walk you through the ten day "cleanse". Your colon is extremely sensitive and doesn't react well to ongoing use of laxatives. The Intensive Colon Cleanse daily supplement is specifically formulated to calm the delicate lining of the GI tract with probiotics and high-quality fibers that relieve the discomfort of bad digestion.

Step two consists of the Maximum Digestion Probiotic daily supplement. This is a strain of ten probiotic microbes – the "friendly" bacteria that restore balance in the gut and soothe symptoms of bad digestion. Good-bye gas, diarrhea and constipation.

When you've completed the ten day cleanse, you start the digestion maintenance program with the Daily Digestion Support once-a-day fiber and nutrient supplement. Formulated with a series of antioxidants and Omega-3 fatty acids, including the super-food "chia", this further aids in reduced inflammation and promotes healthy ongoing digestive function.

All of this positive energy helps to boost the natural sex drive, and overall well being of any individual.

Marriage Survival Techniques during the Holiday Season

Holidays are the season to be happy “over come with joy”, time off of work, family time, vacations…..That all sound terrific if you are a character out of the movies, or you get to do the “It’s a wonderful Life and get the glimpse of what could have” I am not being a grinch or attempting to be negative, because I preach positive attitudes as a way of life. There is truth in learning marriage survival techniques as well, to get you through the holiday season.

The holiday season can be a tough time for many people, who are in fragile marriages, unhappy marriage, and financial stress. Surviving the holiday with a spouse that you are not happy to begin with is really what the article is intended for. Two people whom have been able to separate and tolerate each other over the year are forced now to put on a happy face for the children or extended family and spend happy holiday time together.

I think that part of survival is to adapt to the situation and make it better. During the holidays is not the best time to have the “I want a divorce talk”, or “if you don’t do this or that for me this holiday I am done.” It is about gong into the season with a mind set that it is not permanent, and the in-laws that may be coming over are leaving. Plan your holiday time ahead of time with the idea set in your head that you are going to make the holiday season brighter by mapping out a better life for yourself after the season is over.

Marriage Survival Techniques during the holiday

1. Go into the season with a frame of mind that it is temporary and what ever needs to be fixed you are prepared for it, planning it and executing the change after the New Year.

2. Plan ahead if you know that you are going to be irritated with your spouse’s parents, plan time for you to escape or cope ahead of time.

3. If you are spending vacation time with your spouse and the two of you don’t get along, then change the way you act around them, and watch how they change as well.

4. Take everyday for what it is and don’t get yourself worrying about tomorrow be in the moment.

5. Look at the holiday from the half class full and be thankful for what you do have not what you don’t.

6. Do something nice for others during the holiday, it will give you something else to do and it will make you feel better.

This is a topic that is not discussed at ease; many times women just live with the fact that sex is not enjoyable.

Image by Johan31000 via FlickrThe truth is that sex is suppose to be enjoyable and if you are a woman who has not experienced an orgasm it can be extremely frustrating. The frustration can lead to not wanting to have sex or just having to get it over with. The human body especially the female body was designed by nature to enjoy sex that is why women have a clitoris. The sole function of the clitoris is for pleaser, hence orgasm. Orgasm is what brings a husband and wife closer together releasing the powerful hormone oxytocin.

Sexual frustration can come out in many ways, such as over eating, drinking, depression, moodiness, cramping during menstruation. Having orgasms can reduce stress, while making sex with your spouse an “Orgasmic Experience”. As a sex therapist and marriage counselor I am offering a 6 week course on female orgasm.

For many women in their late 40's and 50's it can be a time of change that my come on gradual or all of a sudden. The female body may at times feel sudden hot flashes along with a decrease in vaginal fluid making it difficult for women to get aroused and feel sexual desire.

So how do you stop hot flashes? Or at least reduce them?

In a disturbing trend that has some critics second-guessing the medical field, a growing number of doctors are prescribing anti-depressants to reduce hot flashes in women.

Escitalopram, also known as Cipralex, is quickly becoming the pharmaceutical answer of choice for doctors looking to relieve their ever increasing waves of menopausal women looking to escape the evils of hot flashes.

There is some validity for using Cipralex to ease hot flash symptoms. According to a recent study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, 55% of women given Cipralex for eight weeks reported a reduction in hot flashes by at least fifty per cent.

Using anti-depressants to soften the hot flash blow isn't limited to Cipralex. Selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors, or SSRI's, are also being used to inhibit hot flashes. SSRI's boost serotonin levels in the brain. Serotonin is sometimes called the happiness hormone and is thought to influence hot flashes.

The problem with otherwise healthy women using psychiatric drugs to treat hot flashes is that it exposes them to the anti-depressive properties the drugs were designed for even though they're not suffering from depressive symptoms.

What's more, anti-depressants produce withdrawal effects, including dizziness and insomnia, not to mention a decrease in sexual desire.

Over the years, there have been other attempts to find a solution to reduce hot flash symptoms. Hormone treatments initially showed promise in easing hot flashes and in some women it did, but it can also increase the risk of stroke, heart attack and breast cancer. Not all women are at the same risk as others, but my first choice before going the pharmaceutical route is to try more of a natural overall biological plan for the female body. There is an alternative available to women looking to reduce hot flashes. Without pharmaceuticals. Without withdrawal symptoms or increased risk of breast cancer and heart attack.

There's Provestra.

Formulated with a series of all-natural ingredients, including theobromine, ginkgo, biloba, red raspberry and ginseng, Provestra is a natural libido enhancement therapy for women looking to put passionate sex back in their lives.

The good news for women suffering from hot flashes is that ginseng has been used since ancient times for its ability to ease symptoms of menopause. This makes Provestra a healthy and effective method for women to reduce hot flashes. Not only does it reduce hot flashes it helps with, vaginal dryness, fewer mood swings, more lubrication, increased sexual desire and boosted sex drive.

Provestra's safe too, being cGMP certified and compliant. All of Provestra's raw materials are tested for purity before production, and Provestra uses the same pharmaceutical manufacturer used by major clients, including Albertson's, Rite Aid and Wal-Mart to manufacture life-saving drugs.

To conclude, let's review your options to alleviate hot flashes.
You can:

a) Ask a doctor to prescribe an anti-depressant, even if you don't require it for psychiatric reasons, and expose yourself to the risks and withdrawal symptoms associated with this scenario.

b) Experiment with hormone pills, despite the elevated risk of heart attack and breast cancer in some women.
OR

c) Put some Provestra in your life and reduce hot flashes using natural and proven herbals, and experience side effects including reduced vaginal dryness, increased sexual thoughts, desire and sexual activity.

Gee, that's a tough call to make!

This is a topic that most people find taboo, that a man does not want to have sex with his wife. Men are expected to be the ones pursuing the sex, not the woman, so what happens when she pursues him and then he rejects her?

This is a problem that may continue to happen especially in a depressed economy where the men are stressed, not performing in the bedroom and have lost their desire to have sex... The situation is often two fold and this is where in the beginning stages the couple can get the help that they need before too much hurt and resentment set in.

A mans ego is tied to his ability to take care of his family and when he losses his job or is in a position of stress over finances it can affect his performance in the bedroom. At this point a man may still have desire for his wife, but get in the frame of mind where he is so stressed that he losses his erection or can’t perform at all. Then the cycle begins where he gives up on sex altogether even when asked for by his wife.

When a woman gets rejected by her husband after she has approach him for sex, she may internalize this as her husband no longer being attracted to her or desiring her. The difference between this happening to a man is that in many ways society jokes about how sex is over when a man gets married, but happens when it’s the women. Women find it very difficult to talk about their husbands not wanting to have sex with them for fear of embarrassment.

As a sex therapist and marriage counselor I work with couples in this situation and help them to open up and communicate with one another about their sex lives. This is a big part of the problem and that is they expect each other to fix the situation without really knowing what to fix.

Comments

Steve says

There are a lot of reasons to not have sex with your wife, here are a few: she is no longer attracted to him, he is no longer attracted to her, she is in poor health, he is in poor health, it is too physically difficult, he is cheating, she is cheating, they have agreed to stay together for other reasons, she does not enjoy it, he does not enjoy it, they do not have sufficient privacy, etc.
Perhaps his libido is low and he has no interest in sex at all. Maybe they had enough sex to last a long time. Maybe he is afraid he will be rejected. He does not like himself, how could she? She doesn't like herself how could he?

They are finished having children, they do not need to have sex anymore. They do not want to have any more children but have no other birth control.

Sassypoetic says

If all husbands truly love their wives, they would have desires for only their wives... And if he is rejecting her she need to communicate quickly and see what the problem is and spice things up, also many times a man might be going through something.. It's best to be open minded and ask questions.. Because the last thing a wife wants is for some other woman to satisfy her husband's sexual appetite.

Pollyannalana says

He could have sexual problems or preferences he does not even realize. Some husbands let porn destroy their marriages; some are just not interested in sex. There is always help somewhere, they should not waste time for them or their mate and find the answer to not waste time in their life.
Most of us have grown in up in a different era of information than the youth of today. A standard source of information for years gone by was something that could be seen in many homes across the world and that was the infamous yellow covered National Geographic Magazine.

All those fascinating articles and compelling photographs from distant lands and far off places were mesmerising to everyone in the whole family who picked it up to read. There were certainly many children whose education was expanded way beyond the interesting pictures of exotic animals and strange looking plants and people.

Those mainstream magazines also were a great source of giggling and sex education that seemed to elude parent’s and teacher’s eagle eyes. The fascinating pictures from Africa and other exotic places often depicted woman and men almost completely naked and baring all to see. They showed adornments and piercings in seemingly strange places. Often ear lobes and even lips were stretched far beyond what seems normal and certainly looked painful to the uneducated eye.

But the practice of doing seemingly strange traditions that involve the stretching of skin, muscles, tissues, and even limps is not something new to our generation. Centuries of tradition and culture have seen many people enlarge different areas of their bodies for cultural and esthetical reasons. So even something as taboo in our culture as penis enlargement is certainly nothing new either. Long before there were options to take a risk and go under a knife or take a pill, people all over the world were able to stretch their penises without pain or drugs. And with the advent of modern technologies and the miracle of modern science, these ancient practices and traditions are available at your fingertips, certainly without having to travel to any faraway place.

The folks who have put together the For Men Only CD™ have made all those techniques accessible for everyone. Their team of researchers and doctors have spent years working hard just for men like you and now they have compiled the best of the best and have put together a complete array of effective penis enlargement exercises that are easy to do and completely effective.
The reasons why sexuality is a constant struggle for most people is because they suppress their feeling to what is acceptable or normal in the view of society.

This has been the case for centuries dating back to the cave man era where human sexuality was part of survival. Religion along with societies influences did not come into play at that time.

As society developed, the human mind expanded, we moved beyond survival into farming, industry, media….constraints were placed on human sexuality, mating, marriage, family. The idea of marriage for an extended period of time was invented or though of by society in many ways. We can talk about religion and the bible, but even in biblical times men had many partners and mistresses.

The idea of being with the same person year after year for extended periods of time is not natural to the human animal and for many people it is a fight. In marriage couples often times will have shame, deception, cheating, because they feel like they cannot sexually allow themselves to be who they want to be. Most married couples will have times throughout their marriage where sex can become and issue not getting enough or not getting fulfilling sex. The worst part of all of it is the lack of communication surrounding sex.

We have been conditioned not to talk about sex especially with out spouse, it is expected to just know what to do, but the truth of the matter is very few people do know what to do. They stay in marriages where the sex is non-existent or not what they expected…

The answer to this question is that understanding that mating with one person for life is not a natural human instinct but a choice, take the shame out of asking their spouse to improve the sex. As a sex therapist I find that the couples who don’t take action and fix the sex in the marriage will cheat and deceive each other or it ends in divorce. Don’t wait until it is too late to make the marriage work, work at the marriage.

As a sex therapist I have helped many men with problems concerning holding their erections for longer periods of time. Some men may experience rapid ejaculation or problems with erection. Then there are other men who want to learn how to keep an erection for longer periods of time.

Five solutions for rapid ejaculation

Image via WikipediaThis can be an on going problem for a man or something that has happened a few times but it is now causing him anxiety.

1. Practice makes perfect and I will say this to every man that I help. Masturbation is one of the ways to train the mind and body to work together. Practice holding techniques and mind control, these are two very powerful solutions for rapid ejaculation.

2. Masturbate before going out on a date or even in the bathroom an hour before intercourse, this will help a man to have more control.

3. Use a good male enhancement product like Maxoderm while practicing masturbation, this may help with sensitivity and have the blood fill the penis for a fuller erection. A condom also helps to reduce sensitivity in the head of the penis.

4. Train your brain!! Think of things that turn you on but also that you can control like images or sexy thoughts. Don’t replace positive thoughts with negative thoughts that is a bad technique, just be aware of your thoughts, using them enough to know what will trigger an orgasm. Many times men are not always aware of what they are thinking about during the moment, be aware of your thoughts.

5. Train your penis: Use the hold technique and stop touching the head of the penis when you think it is time to cum. Navigate your way around your penis, and figure out what is sensitive and what is not as sensitive. Before ejaculation, slow down your mind and body by breathing, slow down your breathing.

For men that don’t have rapid ejaculation problems and just want to learn to hold their orgasm longer then you can apply the same techniques above. Mind over body and practice are the two most important aspects in maintaining a stronger and longer erection. The third is learning how to slow down the breath, breathing helps to relax the mind, yoga is excellent for this as well as meditation techniques.

As a sex therapist I encourage couples to talk dirty to one another.

These are the reasons why!!

It quickly breaks down the barriers of being shy and having a lack of communication surrounding sex with one another.

Talking dirty can be a really huge turn on for some couples getting their minds and bodies involved in the sexual act.

For other couples it can become comedic and they laugh about it for days, again breaking down the shyness or uncomfortable feelings surrounding sex.

One of my favorite home assignments for couples is to use sex words with each other in the bedroom. It does not matter if the couple thinks it is crazy, disgusting or down right hot the point is to get the couple talking openly about sex. The reality is that you are doing it with the person that you love, in most cases have been with for quite a while; married and even have had children together.

Sex is suppose top be fun, not boring, not routine, not a chore, and certainly not clean!! So the next time you are having sex with your spouse turn to that person and say “I really love fucking you, you’re hot”

Tell me what you think or what turns you on in the bedroom, don’t be shy start a discussion!!!

I have been putting in many hours with my co-host Bon Jon Syn to get our radio/talk show up and running. We have a new set being built and this coming Friday we will be live.

The topics are fun, educational, and very sexy. Bon being the male porn star and me being the sex therapist, we come up with wild crazy entertainment that curls my hair.

The show is hot and we have new producers coming on board and others to do all of the technical mechanics. Our guest list and topics in the next few months are going to be amazing....I will list them in a week. You can view the live show from my website http://www.thehappyspouse.com/, live and recorded or from the shows blog http://sextalkwithdawnandbon.blogspot.com/ The last show was fun, we had Amanda Blow on and talked about oral sex.

I had no idea that in the middle of explaining in clinical terms about how to give a great blow job, she unzipped Bon's pants pulls out his huge cock and does the demo right there, it was wild. The funniest part is as Bon is getting his cock sucked, he is talking about it and how it feels....got to see to believe it.

We have it filmed and will be releasing it soon.....
Tune in this Friday, it will be a rocking, hot show with special guests Luc Wylder and Alexandra Silk....
Image via WikipediaThe answer to that question is because she can, this is one big difference between a man and a woman. A woman can fake it but a man cannot. The title is therefore a shoe-in to say that for a man there is much more performance anxiety than for a woman.

Now back to the topic of why does she fake her orgasm?

The truth of the matter is that many women do this because they are either unable to have an orgasm or want to please their man. Neither of these reasons is good. In fact faking an orgasm makes it easier for the man to not learn how to please his women and for a woman to not take the time to tell her partner how to make her cum. Having an orgasm can also release the hormone oxytocin which is a bonding hormone making the couple feel more bonded.

Faking an orgasm may be a product of women being the pleaser in the relationship, but the reality is that it hurts the man as much as the women when she fakes it. For all the many women who are unable to have orgasms, it only means that you have not yet but can in the future.

The fact that two people are able to orgasm together bringing each other pleasure is not only a wonderful release but the body produces hormones that make a person feel better.

One of those hormones that is released is oxytocin and this is a powerful natural painkiller, responsible for bonding. The part about reduction of pain is fascinating and has been research that I have studied over the years. As a Sex Therapist working with clients that have chronic pain symptoms, orgasms have been a part of the natural pain reduction. The one aspect about achieving orgasm is also getting the body to relax, this is part of the mind body experience that is learned over time.

As a woman each month we all go through menstrual pain, one of the best ways to relieve this pain naturally is by having orgasms. The wonderful aspect about orgasm is that it can be a solo act or one that is shared.

On my next radio show “Sex Talk” with Dawn and Bon our topic is about the “Anatomy of Orgasms” and how to achieve more powerful orgasms. Tune in at 11:00 p.m. for the live show. If you would like to have your e-mail answered on the show, please leave it in the comment box, I will be reading two e-mails each week.

Most people have no problem having sex or unsatisfactory sex, but have a problem discussing it. Talking about what one likes to their partner still seems a bit taboo. The sad part about all of this is that the sex continues to deteriorate and gets old and boring in many relationships. As humans we have sexual animal instincts as well as a hunger for variety. The human mind is complex and sex in the same position with the same person over time can become unfulfilled in any relationship.

Ideas on how to add some excitement back into the sex is being able to talk about each others fantasies, experimenting with sex and checking in with your partner as to what feels good or not. Another way to help improve sex is to make it fun and playful, adding role play, erotic stories, sex toys or adult DVD’s. One suggestion that I give couples is to go out on a date night to a sex shop together, and see if anything there stimulates the imagination.

One of the best ways to help my clients is to have experienced sexuality myself first hand and understand not only from reading and learning but through experience. As I ventured into my course work through clinical sexology, I was at the same time taken on some wonderful evening field trips. Our instructor took us to some great hot spots in Los Angeles to show us what it feels like to experience sexuality in a different way. Through some of my experiences I was able to better understand how to help my clients. We saw live sex shows one evening, a nudist spa on another, an adventure at a swingers club and a night at a BDMS house and other places I won’t kiss and tell…lol.

When I talk to my clients I want them to know that I accept each and everyone of them for who they are and I am here to help.
I wanted to let my readers know that from time to time I will be writing my personal entries to let you know what is happening in my life.

In this articles I wanted to first touch on a static in men and that is sex can be better for a man in the morning that may have problems with getting and maintaining an erection. A man like a woman has a cycle but a man's cycle is in a day whereas a to a women's cycle is monthly. Men in a day will have higher testosterone levels in the morning and it will gradually fade in as the day progresses, along with the stress of the day. This would mean that moring sex is going to be the best time for a man to have sex.

On a personal note I love morning sex, even though I don't have the same cycle as a man, but waking up next to a man with a natural hard on is always a plus....lol

I launched my new radio show this past Friday and "WoW" we had a huge turn out, so thank-you for those who called in, on the same token ...ouch, shortly into our show we had a technician glitch that shut the show down, and we were not able to take in calls. I do personally apologize for those who took the time to call in and could not get through. The good news is that we got it up and running and next Friday we will be on again with a fantastic topic of "Uconventional Rrelationships".

In the first part of the show we will read e-mails from people who have questions, so please write in!! The topic will be a hot one so don't miss it.

On the next show we will have a real life pron star who is going to come on and talk about giving men oral sex....(I will send all of you that sign up to follow first glimps at who she is)

Join this blog now for just a ten dollar donation, this helps to keep it going without a monthly fee. Thank-you for those of you who really sent me a very nice donation and are supporting this blog, I could not have kept it going without you!!!!

I have a counseling specials going on Skye for all of those in need of sex therapy, and marriage counseling.....
Have a great day,
Having healthy breasts is important on the inside and the outside. When a woman can feel confident with her breasts then she feels better about her own body no matter what size or shape that they are in. The one fact that is true is that when a women does lose her firmness in her breasts, she may feel as though her only option is surgery and it's not. There are natural ways to firm the breast and the muscle behind the breast bone along with natural supplements to promote healthy breast tissue. Preventing breast cancer as well is another reason to choose the natural way to go.

Breast cancer occurs most commonly in the breast's milk ducts, or the lining that supplies the ducts with milk. Eighty per cent of breast cancers are discovered when the carrier discovers a lump on her breast. Timing is crucial to a positive outcome. The earlier it's detected, the better the outlook for survival. .

Statistically, an American woman has 12.5 % chance of developing breast cancer in her lifetime, with a one in 35 chance of death. While genetics play a role in determining the likelihood of breast cancer, it's a minor cause, at five per cent. The most common cause of breast cancer, by far, is lifestyle. Excessive alcohol, smoking, lack of exercise and obesity, especially after menopause are the leading cause of breast cancer in women.

Age is also a factor. Only five per cent of breast cancer patients are women under 40.
This makes it even more important to adopt healthy living habits when you're young. The list of breast cancer-preventing habits is extensive.

Total Curve can help you reduce your risk. We've strategically placed buckwheat and watercress in our Total Curve Daily Supplement because they're both proven to increase overall breast health in women. What's really encouraging though is that new medical evidence suggests that watercress is a powerful inhibitor of breast cancer. In a recent British study, scientists concluded that watercress interferes with a protein responsible for breast cancer. In fact, evidence from the study suggests that watercress simply 'turns the breast cancer signal off', stopping the cancer growth on the spot.
This is good news for women and another reason to let Total Curve 3-Step Breast Enhancement Therapy enhance your body with beautiful, natural and healthy breasts.

The other positive effect of course is creating firmer breasts that a woman can feel good about having, working from the inside out.
As a Sex Therapist and Clinical Sexologist it is my job to continue to read books on human sexuality and how to help individuals and couples lead a more fulfilling sex life. I am also a published writer and I enjoy reading books and reviewing them for fellow professionals in the field and people who want to improve their knowledge on sex...

Today’s book review is on “Size Matters” by Harry Fisch, M.D. and Kara Baskin

The book is about “The hard Facts about Male Sexuality That Every Woman Should Know” with a title like that and being a woman and sex therapist, I had to find out what every woman should know!!

The cover of the book and size of the book, I found to be eye catching and amusing with the polka dot underwear giving the impression of easy reading, light and maybe not so informative.

Don’t let the cover fool you, once inside the book I found that most of the information was quite clinical and backed up by research and hard data (no pun intended) In each section they added some humor mixed in with the clinical, making the book fun to read. In one section titled “Hard Facts about the Penis” it gave the stats on the average penis size, diameter, largest penis ever recorded and farthest measured ejaculation. (something that most men really want to know)

The book went on to talk about some myths as far as being able to grow your penis longer and precautions surrounding hurting the urethra with penis rings, and pumps. The book also went into myths about hand size, foot size and over all body size in determining the length of a mans penis.

Another fun section that was highlighted throughout the book was “Ask a Guy”

With such questions being answered as “Can sexual incompatibility ruins an erection?” “What is the greatest number of times you’ve masturbated in one day?” And other interesting facts that most people want to know but are to shy to ask about!

The conclusion of the book review from my perspective as a clinical sexologist is that not only was it an informative book for women to read but also for men as well!. I would have to give this book review of "Size Matters" A hard and big thumbs up!
