In most pregnancies, the HCG level will double every 48 – 72 hours. They say if you are having multiples it will usually triple every 48 hours. Your levels look great! I remember when I was having my numbers done, it was such a relief to see that they were increasing.

As with Clomid, HcG has a high rate of success in stimulating women to ovulate. Of those who ovulate, as many as 50% are able to get pregnant.
While it is generally considered safe there are always potential risks with medicines.
Notify your doctor if you experience
headache;
irritability;
restlessness;
depression;
fatigue;
fluid retention (edema);
breast tenderness or swelling;
pain, swelling, or irritation at the injection site;
early or premature puberty.
Treatment with HCG increases the likelihood of multiple births. Multiple births carry additional risk both for the mother and for the babies.
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

For what it’s worth, one of the diet’s proponents, Kevin Trudeau, has been in trouble with federal authorities for making false claims about the diet and weight loss.

It’s my understanding that this is a very low calorie diet, which would not be a good thing during pregnancy. When pregnant, you need a balanced diet that’s not too low in calories.

I’d suggest you ask your doctor for a referral to a registered dietician.

Here’s a question for you. Take a look at the photograph above. There’s Splenda, Stevia, Aspartame and Sugar. Which sweetener should a Diabetic choose?
If you didn’t choose sugar, you’re in for a surprise. Contrary to popular belief, diabetics can consume foods containing sugar. The advent of fast acting insulin, combined with the knowledge of knowing how many grams of carb. are contained in a food item, makes it much easier for an insulin dependent diabetic to indulge in the occasional sweet treat. Artificial sweeteners do help, because they serve as a substitute for sugar, and avoid spikes in blood sugar. But the next time you see a diabetic indulging in a sweet goody, go easy on them. Chances are, they are" covering that food with insulin".

There is no cure for diabetes, yet.

I’ve been using Stevia for the past few days, and like it. It does have a bitter aftertaste, but it isn’t too noticeable. I add a pinch to my coffee or tea, and it sweetens it just right.
