This paper is the first in a series on health care reform and its potential impact on providers across the continuum of care. No one will be excluded from the evolutionary changes that will reshape our health care landscape over the next decade, regardless of what ultimately becomes of federal reform laws. Discussions about these changes are complex and the vernacular confusing. Within this publication, LarsonAllen aims to clarify and create a roadmap for providers.

Texas Healthcare: Pioneering New Models of Accountable Care

HealthLeaders magazine will produce a special supplement on the state of Texas for distribution in their December publication to 40,000 qualified C-level subscribers and over 200,000 registered online readers.

HealthLeaders is producing this supplement in conjunction with the Health Industry Council of North Texas.

The supplement will showcase strategies implemented across the Texas payer and provider landscape that enable accountability and compliance:

> Transitional care models as strategic business decisions
> Patient care accountability outside hospital walls and physician offices
> Funding care coaching, prevention measures, and effective care setting transfers
> Healthcare reform and its possible local impact that could have national implications

Focusing on Texas as a national forerunner within our industry, the special section will feature providers who have taken a proactive approach. It will also contain a listing of Health Industry Council members and related information. As such, it is a great vehicle for further raising the North Texas profile as a key industry market.

As a part of developing this supplement, HealthLeaders is extending special, one-time sponsorship rates for Council Members that wish to advertise in the supplement. To learn more about this limited advertising opportunity, please contact sales@healthleadersmedia.com
