Hoff the Wagon: David Bombed at EMAs

Looks like there will be plenty of material for his new reality show.

If it wasn't already clear that David Hasselhoff had fallen off the wagon, his speech at the European Music Awards in Germany November 5 ought to prove it.

Sure, he's not seen taking shots on camera, but from the slurring of his speech and some of the nonsense he spewed, you have to think the guy is tanked.

According to reports, Hoff was drunk in a Canadian casino last weekend and had to be escorted away after getting into an argument with an elderly patron.

He was also hammered and hospitalized at home in September. Guy could use help. Check out the funny/sad video of David Hasselhoff drunk this week ...

Joe Jackson Accused of Making Death Threats

Michael Jackson's insane father, Joe Jackson, has been accused of a lot. But never before until now "running a campaign of terror against a former associate."

This alleged associate is trying to prove Michael had an illegitimate son. Aren't they all. He filed a request for a restraining order filed last week against Joe.

Michael's brother Randy Jackson is also named in the court papges.

Ronnie Newt says he was threatened by Joe after approaching him with info he believed proved Michael is the father of Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson, 12.

Newt said that Joe denied Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson was Michael's offspring, despite the strangely coincidental name. What are the odds of that?!

Interestingly, Joe has seemed to confirm Omer Bhatti is MJ's son.

Joe Jackson, now 80, with the late King of Pop back in 2005.

According to the court documents, Newt claims "I was told to stay away from the M.J. love child story. That some one could get kill [sic] for that kind of money."

Newt also warned that if he turns up dead in the near future, authorities should suspect foul play. He's demanding the Jacksons stay 50 yards away from him.

Joe, for the record, told TMZ that the death threat allegations against Newt are completely bogus and added, "I haven't even seen this guy since the '80s."

God Help Us: Lamar Odom Campaigns for Kids with Khloe Kardashian

Kourtney Kardashian is scheduled to give birth next month.

But don't worry, readers: her sister may get knocked up and take over the family's tradition of milking every possible second of pregnancy for money and attention.

Appearing with Chelsea Handler on E!'s Chelsea Lately, Lamar Odom said he was anxious to drop his seed inside his wife like a basketball through a hoop.

Asked when the couple wanted to have kids, Lamar replied: "Soon." When the host followed up by asking if they really wanted to have children right away, Odom again chimed in:

"I do!"

Incredibly, Odom didn't need to read this line of a cue card this time, as he likely did during his contrived wedding to Khloe.

Because little, talentless, attention-starved kids running around isn't a scary enough thought, Khloe said she and her husband are considering a reality show.

"Ryan [Seacrest] has been talking to us about it. I mean, right now, we have so much going on, but we don't know. We've got to get through the holidays, and then we'll discuss it again after that."

Robert Pattinson is Hot, Not Romantic

There's a lot to like about Robert Pattinson - acting ability, dynamite hair, a humble attitude - but the actor admits he isn't the most romantic person alive.

"I really haven't done that many romantic things in my life... I mean, I've watched Titanic," he said yesterday at a press conference promoting New Moon. "I put a flower on someone's locker when I was 15."

Who is this person?!? Kristen Stewart will have her killed.

As Pattinson and his castmates embark on a major publicity tour, Robert also touched on the following topics at this media event:

His fan base: "There was a woman who came up to me the other day, she must have been in her nineties... and [she said] exactly the same things as 12-year-old girls. It's kind of bizarre."

Taylor Lautner's tougness: "Taylor had agreed to an interview where the interviewer was going to fight him. I don't think I would ever agree to do that. Looking at Taylor's martial arts videos from when he was 9, I wouldn't want to. Maybe if I had a weapon."

His image: "I have very specific ideas about how I want to do my work and how I want to be perceived, to the point of ridiculousness sometimes. I don't listen to anyone, that's why I don't have a publicist or anything. I couldn't stand it if someone tried to tell me what to do."

Miley Cyrus: Jay Z Who?!?

Miley Cyrus is a liar and a fraud.

In her hit single, "Party in the USA," Cyrus gets all excited when a "Jay Z song" comes on the radio. In reality? The singer has never heard a single rap by this artist.

Cyrus says as much in an interview she gave on Halloween (posted after this article's jump). The star goes on to admit that she's not a fan of her own genre, saying:

"I don't listen to pop music."

But... you're a pop music superstar. What are you trying to say, Miles, that you don't write your own songs, have any say in which you sing and are nothing but a packaged Disney artist that will do anything your label tells you?

Cyrus adds that "Party in the USA" is "not even my style of music." For some reason, though, a higher power wants good things for this crooner.

"I'm really blessed for it to have done as well as it has. Totally blessed," she said. "God has definitely put me in an amazing position with amazing people."

We wonder if God also helped Miley choreograph the dance moves for this song when she performed it at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.

This Just In: Britney Spears Lip-Syncs!

OMG! Britney Spears does not sing live! Australia is just now getting this memo issued in 2003, apparently. Do you even get the Internet down there, mates?

Britney just arrived down under Thursday, but already she's the subject of government scrutiny over the fact that she'll be lip-synching portions of her shows.

Government scrutiny. What a great country. If this is what their elected officials have to worry about, we're living in the wrong place. Sydney here we come!

No, seriously. This is a real story. Virginia Judge, Minister for Fair Trading for New South Wales, said she is considering options to make sure fans aren't misled.

Britney's Circus tour tickets are going for more than $1,300, and while "it is Britney's 'prerogative' to lip-sync, it is my job to make sure consumers know what they are paying for up front," Judge said in a statement released by the government.

OMG WHAT? Britney doesn't sing live? Devastating and shocking.

One idea is to require disclaimers indicating that portions will be pre-recorded. They should also warn about expletive-laden tirades and wardrobe malfunctions.

Seriously, does anyone not know or care about this? It's no secret that many artists, including Spears, lip-sync at times during their elaborate stage shows.

We can't imagine anyone goes to see Britney live for the well-sung lyrics. They go to watch a hot girl gyrate on a stripper pole and dry hump backup dancers.

This isn't to say $1,300 isn't a ripoff. They play Britney Spears' "3" at strip clubs, too, and you can actually pay for a private dance there. Not that we know.

Bruce Jenner Confirms: Kourtney's Baby Will Be Born!

This just in: Kourtney Kardashian will eventually have her baby!

Step-father Brunce Jenner assures fans that there's no chance the socialite will remain knocked up forever. He told E! News:

"I have great confidence she will get through this - that baby will be born."

While phrased oddly at first, Jenner was actually offering a few words of warning for Kourtney, adding: "Then the real tough stuff starts for her. You've got a little baby there for 24 hours a day, for the next 20 years!"

It's actually closer to 18 years for most parents, Bruce. But you don't have any experience with your children actually attending college.

As for Kourtney, she's sick of packing on pounds.

"I weigh myself every day," she said. "I've gained 26 pounds since getting pregnant... I can't wait to sit down already. It's hard carrying extra weight."

Perhaps she should have thought of that before having unprotected sex with shady boyfriend Scott Disick.

Perhaps, also, she shouldn't look at this miraculous bundle of upcoming joy as "extra weight." Seriously. This kid is doomed.

Rihanna Describes Chris Brown Assault in Her Own Words, Graphic Detail

Yesterday on Good Morning America, Rihanna had a message for her fellow women who have suffered domestic abuse at the hands of their men: eff love!

She meant that in the sense that you can't take a man back just because you love him, as she did with Chris Brown. You have to stand up for yourself.

Today, in the second part of her interview with Diane Sawyer, Rihanna described, for the first time in her own words, just how bad Brown's attack was.

While it was all happening, Brown "had no soul in his eyes," she said.

We've read the police reports and seen the graphic, post-beating pics, but to hear Rihanna recount the events of the evening in detail is still shocking.

She says Chris really threatened to kill Rihanna for calling her assistant that night, and while she doesn't believe he ever follow through with that scare tactic, the physical abuse she recounts was both very real and deeply upsetting.

Rihanna in her interview with Diane Sawyer for GMA and 20/20.

"I fended him off with my feet from one ... side of the car, but ... it was not like, it was not like a fight with each other. I just ... wanted it to stop," she said.

"I was bleeding. I was swollen in my face. So there was no way of me getting home, except for, my next option was to get out of the car and walk ... start walking in a gown, in a bloody face? So I really don't know what my plan was."

"I didn't have a plan. That whole night was not part of my plan."

By the time the police came, she was already "battered" and when asked what caused the fight initially, she would only say that her boyfriend lied to her:

"I caught him in a lie. I was being more annoyed at that point in our relationship he had to lie about something so stupid, I couldn't take that he kept lying to me. And he couldn't take that I wouldn't drop it. And ... it was ugly."

She said she got a booty call text from another girl and caught him.

Rihanna says he couldn't let go of the fact that she wouldn't drop it, she couldn't take the fact that he wouldn't admit what he was doing wrong and it escalated.

He punched her in the face - while driving - as blood poured out of her mouth. He pounded her nearly unconscious and ultimately walked away from the scene.

Despite how badly she got hurt, she was feeling a "host of emotions " and that her love for Chris Brown "blinded" her from seeing the reality of the situation.

"The physical wounds go away, you put it in the back of your head and you start lying to yourself subconsciously," she said, noting that it took getting over the hurdle of feeling the need to protect her first love before she could walk away.

"I just said to him, 'I can't do this.' I resented him. I resented him so much. And I always put the tough face on and try to just try to play it off. But he knew."

"He kept asking me, 'You hate me, don't you? You hate me.' And I would lie and I would say, 'No, no. And ... I did hate him. Everything about him annoyed me. So finally, I just said, we can't. We can't do this. I cannot continue to do this."

Rihanna says a part of her may never recover from this.

"The thing that men don't realize, when they hit a woman ... the face, the broken arm, the black eye, it's going to heal. That's not .... the problem. It's the scar inside."

"You flash back. You ... remember it all the time."

"It comes back to you whether you like it or not. And it's painful," she admitted, fighting back tears. "So I don't think he understood that. They never do."

The Official Kris Allen Music Video for "Live Like We're Dying"

We love Adam Lambert, but the guy has to give Kris Allen a break.

First, he received more publicity than Allen after American Idol, even though the latter actually won.

Then, he set a release date for his new album (November 23) just a few days after Allen's hits stores (November 17).

Now, Lambert has the nerve to start dating Ferras Alqaisi and really steal the spotlight from Kris. For shame!
