The Capitol PN Facebook and Twitter just posted this photo, teasing fans about the launching of the Capitol Couture Spring issue. Capitol Couture (for those who are new to the The Hunger Games fandom) is Lionsgate's online magazine that serves the purpose of promoting The Hunger Games films.

NEWS: 'Hunger Games' star Josh Hutcherson to produce and star in the movie 'Ape'

Our Peeta Mellark, Josh Hutcherson is keeping himself busy baking some great buns (excuse our metaphor). Currently in Panama filming Paradise Lost just after wrapping the filming for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, according to The Wrap, Josh is now already committed not only to star in the new movie called Ape, but also to produce it.

Bree Herzog is producing for Atomic Owl along with JetLag’s Hutcherson, Michelle Fightmaster and Ric Beddingfield. ICM Partners will handle worldwide rights.

“Ape” is a dramatic tale of a young man’s struggle with mental illness, love and a deep-rooted family secret.

“We strongly believe in the global appeal of this project and we’re excited to work with Bree Herzog and team” said Hutcherson. “‘Ape’ is a passion project for us and to see it get made would truly be a dream come true.

"Josh is a tremendously talented and versatile actor who has already had an exciting career with roles spanning from blockbuster franchises such as ‘The Hunger Games’ to award-winning independent films like ‘The Kids Are All Right.' We couldn't be happier to be collaborating with Josh and JetLag Productions on ‘Ape,’" said Herzog, whose Atomic Owl banner is also developing Pamela Ribon's script "Thank You For Being a Friend."

A new still of our Gale Hawthorne, Liam Hemsworth from his forthcoming film with veteran actors Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman called Paranoia has been released. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on August 16, 2013.

Film Synopsis:

In this high-stakes thriller, Adam Cassidy (Liam Hemsworth) is a regular guy trying to get ahead in his entry-level job at Wyatt Corporation. Last week, we told you that one of Lionsgate's reasons for showing a Catching Fire footage at the Cannes Film Festival was to sell Mockingjay Part 1 and Part 2 to international buyers. Interestingly, it seems like no Catching Fire footage was shown according to the new a press release from Lionsgate. The press release notes that the movie studio, however, was still able to hit it big and have record sales. In addition, it also contains the first short synopsis for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 and Part 2.

In MOCKINGJAY PARTS 1 & 2, we follow heroine Katniss Everdeen’s journey as she leads the districts of Panem in a rebellion against the tyrannical and corrupt Capitol. As the war that will determine the fate of Panem escalates, Katniss must decipher for herself who she can trust and what needs to be done, with everything she cares for in the balance.

Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Sam Claflin and director Francis Lawrence finished a busy day at Cannes Film Festival last Saturday by attending Lionsgate's Catching Fire Party sponsored by their official makeup partner, COVERGIRL. Originally, it was planned to be a beach party. But since the weather was not so good at Cannes over the weekend, they've decided to re-plan everything indoors. Taking futuristic dystopian fashion and fun to whole new levels, Lionsgate’s THE HUNGER GAMES:CATCHING FIRE Capitol Party at Baoli Beach on Saturday evening sponsored by COVERGIRL was this year’s hottest event at the Cannes Film Festival.
