CAB OR DAB(diversify amendment bill)

So on 11th December 2019 both the houses have given its assent to the amendments in
Citizenship Act 1955 which gives the citizenship right to the
'non Muslim' people came to india before December 2014 from Bangladesh, Pakistan and
Afghanistan.

The bill not only categorized people on religion but also is quiet contradictory
To the idea of india being a secular nation
And violet article 14 of the indian constitution let me tell you how
Article 14 states that "The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal
protection of the laws within the territory of India." Our constitutional committee frame 'any
person' regardless of its identity not only as in religions perspective but also the Citizen this
shows

Even if you don't possess the Citizenship of the country you will have equality shows their
broader view towards equality
Equality can be only compromised by the state on 2 conditions:-
1. Intelligible differencia i.e positive discrimination treating equal as equal and unequal as
unequal
2 rational nexus i.e all the things are done to uplift backwards and have same goal to project
them equal amongst others
(Bill don't fulfill these conditions)

Government to a stand this bill gives a support to all people who were exploited in neighboring
countries and they migrated to india for relief but as all the 3 countries that are Muslim
dominated we will not give relaxation to them but even the mujahir muslims (muslims who went
to Pakistan from India during partition) are also referred to be as 2nd citizens and are also
exploited by Pakistanis

Connection with NRC
Though nowadays people are protesting against CAB as home ministry said they will implement
NRC later in the country to eject all illegal immigrants out of the country and connects it to CAB
as it will give immunity to all non Muslim as NRC
Ask people to provide the documents of there ancestors Citizenship in india as done in assam
but in my point of view implementing it in all over the national would not be same As Assam had
different conditions due to its geographical conditions and emerging of Bangladesh in 1971
lead to many illegal immigrants to get voting rights in india and recognize to be as citizens.
In my view CAB needs to implemented again as it has a positive effect on people who were
exploited in other nations

THE CRUTIAL WORLD!!!!

The NEWS today is filled with nature’s Revenge, from the red hot heatwave of summers to the killing floods in monsoons, By no way has the nature left take Revenge. It was this year when monsoon reached Delhi in the month of August. And while the whole country was expecting releaf from the heat-wave by the monsoon, When it came it drove the half country in floods. While remembering this we must not forget that the other half was facing a drought like sititution. Who’s fault is it and what is a possible solution?

All this distrution, all this happened due to us. We the humans and our greedy minds have caused this distrution. In the race of defeating others we have involved ourself so much that we are not realizing that how much have harm we have caused to the nature. To showcase our luxary we buy cars, A/C more than required, just for show-off. Talking about car-pool or public transport is now sounding like a choice of people who don’t have a class. And after such a careless behaviour we expect the nature to support us. Why?

The increase in Ozone hole, the annual floods, the killing heat-wave, the chocking air is results of our deeds. We have invited all disease like Asthama, skin cancer and oly we can prevent these. It’s high time now. We need to stand up with nature and save it else the Earth will only be a planet of rock not humans.

THE SLOW POISION

The markets are full of variety of sweets, shiny cloths and the slow poison, THE CRACKERS. Thinking of Diwali without these three things is not possible but is it mediatory to commit suicide by bursting crackers?

The most common thing that is found today is crackers. Whether it is a political party winning election or any other victory, everything is celebrated by bursting crackers. Now the smoke of these crackers is flowing in our bloods. We can’t even think of celebrating anything without crackers. We are not able to change ourselves as this is in our blood from our birth. This weapon of committing suicide is given to us from our birth. But if we want it change something then only can change the world.

Can we provide ethics to a 5 year old child who wants to celebrate

Diwali. As he is not familiar to the harmful effects of the crackers, can’t we tell him? Can’t we celebrate a cracker free Diwali with him. As the child is just 5 year old he will be happy to celebrate Diwali with sweets, playing with his/her friends. Can we gift him/her a lot of cloths which he/she likes; so as to he/she is happy to celebrate Diwali and that too without crackers.

That 5 year old is your child who is not knowing the effect of crackers, they are just bursting it for joy. It’s our duty to provide then joy without crackers. It’s your choice, Diwali with crackers or your child’s life.

AREN’T WE SLAVES???

In the Stone Age, man made weapons of stones, wheels to reduce the hard work he required to transport things. Since the birth of a child, he is taught to work on simplifying his work with use of gadgets, machines. Man made these machines one day but isn’t it that machines are now making man’s day. Aren’t we slaves?

As we are moving towards more civilized society, we tend to leave our work on these machines, phones. Have they not made us slaves? Think again, for every single Job whether it’s searching a shop, or finding a route, everything is being done by machines. And with the enhancement of artificial intelligence are we not leaving the simple job of just picking up a phone call on our phone. At this present moment you cannot even think of spending your day without your phone.

Today we often complain about lack-age of communication skills and interpersonal skills. And why should not be there a shortage of these essential skills, are we not always engaged to our phones. Just ask a question to yourself, do you talk to people while travelling from office to home by your means of transport? Or do you prefer listening to music on phone? Do you chat on a voice call or prefer texting a person even if the person is in the next room. Don’t you find maximum people on phones while travelling? And the answer to these questions will be the answer to lack of communication skills.

We are now the slaves of these machines and only we can be a free bird from this cage only if we want and try our best. Using phones is not bad but using phones every second is a big problem. Try spending a day without phone and believe me you will enjoy it.

Do we deserve EARTH?

Today when I see the earth, I find it like a dump yard. The dump yard which was not there previously but has been made by us. The dump yard of human waste, plastic, harmful gases and everything which is not of use to us. When man first took birth on Earth, he called the earth a heaven. This heaven is now sending people to the actual heaven. So Do we really deserve EARTH??

We are searching presence of

water on Moon and Mars so that we can go there and research. But before researching on Mars and Moon should we not research on how to fix excess presence of waste on Earth? Today rarely there are few places in India which are clean. Every corner of the country is now filled with garbage. Is it wrong to call earth a dump ward now? The god handed over us the earth and took a promise from us to keep it as beautiful as possible. Now it's are duty keep our words.

The are already classified in 2 categories, Bio degradable and Non bio degradable. And we also have the solutions to dispose these waste. The 3 R of Nature, Reduce , Reuse and Recycle can be beneficial in disposing Non Bio degradable waste while bio degradable and be use to make bio gas. When we know the problem and know the solutions, then why are we not applying it. Are we wanting aliens to come and do so? This is our earth and only we have to do it. It's the right time to act. Stand up and act else you won't have time to regret.

THE HANDICAPPED WORLD

In the world of today’s, The concept of novelty, originality and changes sound quit bookish, As we are heading towards the world of technology, we easily can excess to anything, via internet, social media. When you get your food served in the plate, you won’t understand How it is made nor you would respect it and nor you will think of creating a new variety in it.

The world now is becoming handicap as everything is available on the social media sites. People prefer copy pasting the content rather than creating their own. This fact can be proved by the increase in copy writing jobs on social media. People are also afraid of failure due to which they don’t do creative things but they forget that the person who does not face failure can’t become a good leader. Same is applicable with choosing carrier. When it comes to career, people prefer becoming doctors and engineers.

India is developing country for last 70 years just because of this reason, and 70 years is not less time. People have narrowed their mindset about their career. For this they want the institute and prepare for competitive exams from coaching, and everyone is running in this race. People don’t want to see other career options and here again lack in originality. We follow blindfolded and that too without using our brains. Has everyone taken birth to become doctor can’t a person follow his/her passion and make his career great. People who do their job with happiness have a larger scope of being successful and understand this thing. In other countries, if a person does a startup and fails, it is taken as a medal for him/her that yes they at least tried. But in our country, we are not even willing to do any new thing, everyone wants a served plate. If we will not try then how will be successful.

The god father of originality is observation skills and to observe we need to stop for a second and have to look to the same thing in a different way than the world. But for that we need time and most of our time is taken away by our phones, social media. It’s time to work on our skills, if we want to succeed in life, we have to come out of the world of phones and make a change. .
