Foyce Le Xuan, the 29-year-old actress and singer alleged to be in a sex video with Singaporean director Jack Neo, presented four points of evidence to prove that she was not the woman featured in a photograph of the supposed video.

Mr Neo's manager, who had spoken to Shin Min, also confirmed that the director had received the email and video still. However, Neo will not be making a police report or comment on the matter. His manager declined to give reasons why.

A MYSTERIOUS person has claimed to have a sex VCD of Singapore film-maker Jack Neo and singer-actress Foyce Le Xuan, and has threatened to release it.

The Lianhe Wanbao report stated that Ms Le learned of the matter through her pastor, and had already made a police report last night.

In an interview with the Chinese evening daily, she said that she never had sexual liaisons with Jack Neo and believed that the video was faked in an attempt to tarnish both parties' reputations.

An unnamed person claims to have in his possession a video of Singaporean director Jack Neo and his alleged 'second mistress' Foyce Le.

Local Chinese evening daily Lianhe Wanbao reported that the person had sent an email to Neo threatening to publish the video unless the director commented about the footage.

A screengrab of the email message published by Wanbao reads:

"To Mr Jack Neo,

I am a (redacted). I am writing to you regarding your affair with Foyce Le xuan (sic). I have a video of you and Ms Le engaging in sexual intercourse in a hotel room and will be publishing a report about it. In view of your denials about having an affair with Ms Le, I would like your comments about the video before I publish this news.

I have attached a picture taken from the video for your reference.

乐轩接到骚扰来电一案，据知，警方已查获数名来电者的身份，其中包括了本地的著名艺人。

据《新明日报》探知的消息，这名男艺人也是梁家班的成员，而且是一个相当红的艺人。

《新明日报》今早联络上乐轩，但她不愿意透露进一步的详情。

WE'VE seen it play out on television and in the newspapers dozens of times: The disgraced public figure - the good wife standing stoically, if a little worn - by his side, as he addresses the cameras and tape recorders at a press conference, delivering a prepared statement admitting his transgressions.

But this wasn't Tiger Woods apologising about his penchant for cocktail waitresses to a curious mob of journos in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

I'm glad to report that at his press conference, he did not kowtow to the world and all its inhabitants the way Tiger Woods and Michael Phelps (insincerely) did.

The bad news is that he neglected to apologise to his wife. Major boo-boo.

The entertainment scene in Singapore has never been particularly salacious. If Hong Kong's sensationalistic, telefocus-lens, car-trailing tabloid scene is a solid R(21), our entertainment coverage hardly qualifies as an Ashton Kutcher PG-13.

Aside from one or two publications, the rest of the newspaper and magazine players play relatively nice.

Jack shouldn't jump back into making the films he used to make. The public won't buy it and he'll appear as if he hasn't learnt his lesson. Once again, start small - shoot a telemovie. Graduate to a small film that shows personal and artistic growth instead of one blatantly made to be profitable.

Jack Neo's wife has finally opened up about her pain over his betrayal of their wedding vows.

Madam Irene Kng, 46, spoke of her sadness when she first suspected that her husband might be having an affair.

In a telephone interview last night, she told The New Paper: "I am only human. Of course, I'd feel upset. What more as a wife who loves her husband very much."

She said she began suspecting that Jack, 50, was being unfaithful a year ago when friends told her that they had seen him with Wendy, 22.

But she chose not to confront her husband.

FILM-MAKER Jack Neo apologised to his family and his fans on his blog on Friday, a day after breaking his silence on his affair with a young actress at a dramatic five-minute press conference filled with tears and drama.

He also said his public fall from grace was 'a retribution'.

'There is a saying: You reap what you sow. I often use this phrase as a line to strengthen the plot. I didn't expect it to apply to me,' the 50-year-old actor-director of films such as Money No Enough 2 said in an open letter on his blog.

'What Man does, Heaven sees. Don't not believe in retribution, and don't think that if you hide in a dark place and do bad things, Heaven won't see. My fate is sufficient proof.'

'I can't reverse what I have done. I am just human and can make mistake. Although I have admitted my fault right from the start, I beg you again to forgive me and give me a second chance.'
