We're still here. And outraged with the latest bouts of antisemitism and the leftists and their laws which foster such an environment. We are now based out of NYC and want to coordinate and network with Jews and other likeminded people. Lastly, over the years there have been all sorts of lunatics attacking this effort, from every side....even fellow Jews and Israel supporters. This effort is a passion project and always has been. We got disillusioned with it when a handful fellow Jews and Israel supporters started spreading absolutely ridiculous and baseless lies about us, the founder of the JIDF, and others allegedly involved with the effort. No good deed goes unpunished, sadly. We expect certain low standards from leftists and other haters of Jews and Israel...but not from people who are supposed to be on our side. We don't have to fight it legally, as we're sure justice will come from God, if not in this world, then the next. They'd be very wise to remove the nonsense and lies as this is and has always been a very pure passion project with only the best intentions. If you believe otherwise, it's entirely your loss. Facebook is Censoring and Blocking Israel Supporters: How You Can Help

Thanks to all who help and agree that this is an outrage. While we have some Facebook contacts, we have yet to hear back from them, sadly. It's a shame Facebook has no quick appeals process, as this happens quite often to us and others. The standard reason they give is that it was some sort of automated mistake. We have spoken to several attorneys and experts in computer science who agree what we posted was not remotely against Facebook's TOS. We hate to assume the worse (that Facebook is simply censoring views they don't like, especially since they proudly support people's "right" to post hateful content, such as Holocaust Denial on the platform), but we find the timing of this to be very suspect. We're hoping to reach a human being at Facebook that can help, and that our content is restored and that this block ends soon. Thank you for your help!

Since the abduction and murder of Eyal, Gilad, and Naftali, and the constant rocket fire on innocent Israeli civilians,we have been passionately moving things in full gear, advocating for Israel, Jews, and the IDF. This has been happening primarily in the social media sphere (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, etc.). During this time, we have been slammed with antisemitic content, threats, and attacks online. by Israel haters. We have been harassed and threatened by people posting pictures praising the Holocaust, denying the Holocaust, wishing Hitler did a better, job, etc. We've reported such threats and hate speech, but Facebook did nothing. Of course, this is nothing new. We've long been covering the many issues on Facebook, and in particular, their censorship of Jews and Israel advocates.

So now the latest and greatest is, apparently the following photos we posted on Facebook are against their TOS, somehow.

In light of posting the following pro-Israel photos, they were censored, and now we are blocked from doing our Jewish and pro-Israel advocacy on the Facebook for 30 days. If you click here, you can see the alarming messages we received on our phone, when this happened. And below, here are the "offensive" photos that Facebook is claiming is against their TOS, and are so evil that they warrant a 30 day ban from the network. But also, please read below the photos, as we discuss this problem more:

Now, are they edgy? Yes. Are they hateful, threatening, or inciting violence? Absolutely not! They are self-defensive, in nature. Is Facebook having a problem with the language in them, or just the images? The language is also self-defensive, in nature, especially if you consider the history of antisemitism, most recently, the Holocaust. All we are saying is that if you attack us (ie. or "fuck" with us), we're going to fight back. Does Facebook have a problem with the basic idea of self-defense? Are they offended by the photos of IAF planes? We're very confused how and why we get censored and banned from the platform for 30 days because of these images, especially when our enemies get away with posting blatant death threats, praising of Hitler, calling for the destruction of Israel, Holocaust denial. We have seen 1000's of such messages on 1000's of antisemitic, Islamic terrorist, and Holocaust Denial pages, groups, and profiles, that Facebook refuses to take down. Our enemies also spam such content all over our pages.

Now, we have contacted a friend at Facebook and we're hoping that this gets rectified very soon. We have also reached out to many others, including celebrities, attorneys and organizations. We're hoping that Facebook admits their mistake, restores the content and reverses the 30 day ban. In the meantime, we urge you to please follow us on Twitter, Google+, and on Linkedin, where you can connect with David Appletree (the founder of the JIDF) and follow our general JIDF page.

Also note, that we are hardly the only folks this is happening to! We'd like to put an end to it completely. To do that, we need to take things to the next level. We're working to turn the JIDF into an official non-profit, where we would have a PR and legal department to take on such blatant issues of discrimination and negligence more effectively. Again, Facebook has been censoring, harassing, and threatening us for years. It's all documented on this site. This is nothing new. It's very sad that they abuse their power by trying to mess with people, especially when it's just because they don't agree with our views. But now it's an established fact, that they enjoy trying to manipulate people, and they constantly toy with their emotions, and censor content, etc. It's very sad they are such an extremely negligent, hypocritical, and hostile company, still. We'd hope after going public they'd have changed their ways, but apparently they not only don't give a damn about their members, and the hard work people do on their platform, but they don't care about their shareholders, either.

This blatant corporate abuse that will eventually get Facebook into a lot of trouble.

But on the plus side, this type of "dilemma" only makes us stronger. We've been dealing with it since the beginning, and it only means we're doing something right. We're saying things that must be said. We're doing things that must be done. If Facebook wants to be so dishonest and unfair, so be it. People will continue to distrust them, and look to other networks that are superior.

We disagree with Bill Maher on almost everything, but in 2012 he stated the following about Israel, and it still rings true today:

"There’s just not another country in the world that would allow missiles to be rained down on them without fighting back. What I find so ironic is that after World War II, everybody said, ‘I don’t understand the Jews. How could they have just gone to their slaughter like that?’ OK, and then when they fight back: ‘I don’t understand the Jews. Why can’t they just go to their slaughter?’ It’s like, ‘You know what? We did that once. It’s not gonna happen again. You’re just gonna have to get used to the fact that Jews now defend themselves -- and by the way, defend themselves better."

Some Perspective on Those Who are Out to Destroy Us

Though we’re pursuing justice privately, we are pretty much over the harassment and defamation campaign against us, sadly by some the most dishonest and envious people we have ever encountered. It does indeed sadden us that some Jews and Israel advocates have been misled to both believe, and spread, their lies. Ultimately, it’s their Karma they're toying with, not ours.

If you spread or support lies or liars, it says more about you than it does about us, or anything else, and one day you’ll have to answer to G-d, or to a court, or something, for being so careless. The situation is depressing, as we expect more discernment from fellow Jews and Israel advocates. Supporting or spreading any lies about anything, or supporting the folks that do, does not help the Jewish or pro-Israel cause. And it is especially true regarding lies about Jews and Israel supporters!

"Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with the important matters.... " —Albert Einstein

We’ve learned some incredible lessons from all this, however. And that is, we cannot expect every Jew and pro-Israel advocate to take the time to research and discern. Or to be outraged in the face of lies. We cannot expect people to disassociate from pure evil, as we have always tried our best to do. We cannot expect folks to see beneath the surface of things, and read between the lines. If everyone saw and did things the way we have always tried to do them, then we wouldn’t have had to create and build what we have done here in the first place! Most people simply don’t take the time to do their homework about anything, and few can ever admit a mistake. And no one wants to be told that they have done anything wrong. These are just the symptoms of the times we live in, and facts we have learned to accept. In the end, however, we know that truth and justice will win.

One last thing to consider, from our post on Truth vs. Falsehood:

God abhors falsehood (Psalms 119:163), and King David asks that he be placed on a path far from falsehood. One of the things God absolutely hates is a "false witness who breathes out lies." (Proverbs 6:19) Falsehood is the only sin in the Torah in which a person must actively run away. (Exodus 23:7). For anyone who lies, it is as if that person has worshipped idols. (Sanhedrin 92a). Why is this so? Because without truth, there is no foundation of belief and there can be no true belief in God.

We simply hope good people know that we repeatedly try to work things out with those who just can't seem to ever stop harassing and defaming us, our effort, and others. It can be compared to hatred vs. legitimate criticism of Israel, really. As we recently posted:

"Legitimate criticism of Israel is not antisemitism. Hypocritical, obsessive, & dishonest attacks on Israel, is. Anti-Zionism and #BDS = antisemitism.

What is it when a handful of so-called fellow Jews and Israel supporters obsessively lie about us and others? Baseless hatred? Envy? All of the above? We'll never understand it. But until we pursue and obtain justice through the courts, they will continue to spam their lies. And it's unfortunate, as they are wasting so much time and energy that they could be using to advocate for Israel. We'd rather focus on the big picture. Some folks seem to enjoy attacking us because they know sometimes we will respond. And a response from us when we reach 300,000 people, gives them attention they so desperately crave. We've tried every method to get them to stop, so we're just going back to ignoring them for the most part. Of course, the people they try spread their lies and nonsense to, do deserve to hear our POV on the topic, so we may reach out to such folks. But beyond that, we have a lot better things to do with our time.

Although both Twitter and Facebook have been negligent and inconsistent with the problems we have been reporting to them for years, we're focusing more of our effort on Twitter, these days. Facebook has been downright hostile to our effort, and we feel they are a very dishonest company, so we urge folks to spend as little time on there as possible.

We're doing what we can to support the #BringBackOurBoys #EyalGiladNaftali, as well. It's sad that it takes such tragedies like their kidnapping to unite people, but perhaps the only "good" thing to come out of this is that we're connecting with many new Jewish and pro-Israel advocates who are also advocating in support of the boys. Let us pray that they rescued and brought home safely to their families soon!

We are working with attorneys and law enforcement to put a permanent end to their campaign of hatred, spam, abuse, and lies. It may take years, but justice shall be pursued and eventually obtained. It's fine to have legitimate qualms with our opinion or work, but we encourage you to not be a part of their harassment/defamation spam campaign, as it is full of lies against us, and many other innocent Jews and Israel supporters that Leyden and Pasmanick falsely accuse. This is not about a "squabble." This is about calling out a major criminal harassment/defamation campaign against us and others, that's been happening since May 2013----we're talking about them posting lies about us and others, thousands of times---even wasting their money to register domains they are cybersquatting. The time, money, resources, and energy they've wasted trying to harass us and ruin our reputation, is truly insane----and it's very sad that anyone in Jewish/Israel advocacy would stoop to such lows to harass, defame, and lie to people. FACT: This is total nonsense. We are based in the USA and have a long record of pro-Israel and pro-America activism. Various news media outlets have reported the fact of us being based in the USA

LIE: The JIDF, its founder, and others Leyden/Pasmanick falsely accuse, are scamming people out of money and are "getting rich" off of it.
FACT: A handful of folks contribute to our effort. No one is forcing them to, or lying to them to contribute. Our operation runs at a financial loss. The very small amount of money we bring in does not cover our basic expenses, and does indeed go toward our advocacy for Israel and against antisemitism and terrorism online. No one on this end gets rich off of this. As a side note, if you want to see folks getting rich off of Jewish/Israel advocacy, look toward the mainstream Jewish establishment orgs, who defend Islam, support Land concessions (ie. "palestine"), and do NOTHING about the problems online----yet bring in 100's of millions of dollars---and the "leaders" take home 6 figure salaries....We think THAT represents a scam. Meanwhile, we have shown actual results from our activism----thousands of antisemitic and jihadists pages, groups, videos, channels, forums, etc. have been infiltrated and removed, because of our hard work---and we bring in a fraction of a percent of the big orgs----and again, the small amount of money we bring in does not even cover our expenses. But Leyden/Pasmanick claim we're "getting fat" off of the money we bring in. They of course base this on no substantial evidence whatsoever. Everyone involved with the JIDF has jobs outside of the JIDF, to keep it running.

Those are just some of the more serious lies/attacks against us from Leyden/Pasmanick. And perhaps it wouldn't be a big deal if they posted these lies just a couple times. But they are indeed spamming these lies THOUSANDS of times, on various platforms, to thousands of Jews and Israel supporters.

Thankfully, there's been only a handful of folks (relatively speaking) who have believed and helped to spread this nonsense.

We highlight those particular lies above, as it should be very easy for anyone to independently verify those claims, if they were true. But they cannot be independently verified, as they are complete and utter fabrication. There are many other lies and attacks in which there is absolutely no independent evidence to back them up, whatsoever. The bottom line is that Joel Leyden and Phillip Pasmanick are engaging in a disgusting criminal harassment and defamation campaign. If you want to have a problem with the JIDF, fine---but please make sure your criticism is backed up by facts---not lies. We are continuing to legally pursue those engaging in this criminal harassment/defamation campaign, so we encourage you to use discernment and caution before you share their false information, as you will be held accountable for taking part in their campaign of hate, spam, and abuse.

Despite the facts and potential consequences, there is, unfortunately a slew of Jews and Israel supporters who are actually supporting Leyden and Pasmanick's disgusting harassment and defamation campaign. Most of the folks supporting it have other qualms with us, and they know full well that they are supporting and spreading lies. It brings us great sadness that anyone supposedly on the side of Israel and the Jewish people would stoop to such lows, or support people that do. We are a people that should concern ourselves with truth, peace, and justice, yet Pasmanick, Leyden, and the people spreading their lies, do the opposite.

Thankfully, we still have 10's of thousands of discerning supporters (please join us on Facebook, and on Twitter)---the vast majority of which have been with us for many years, and they know this harassment/defamation campaign is nonsense. That said, we are indeed keeping a detailed list of the main folks actively supporting and spreading the nonsense, and we are pursuing this legally....it may take many years, but justice will be obtained and the folks spreading these vicious lies will be held accountable.

Irena Sendler: The Woman That Did Not Stand By

Experience teaches that you can't expect to achieve much without becoming active for your cause. It's always possible to expect the "other guy" to do something but when we're prepared to take on the responsibility of going out into the trenches and getting involved, we can expect to see results.

One episode that brings that lesson home involves the recent identification of a Righteous Gentile who had been all but forgotten by her own country as well as by the Jewish community. She lived in anonymity until a group of non-Jewish schoolgirls tenaciously researched her story and brought it to light.

In 1999, for a school assignment, four Uniontown Kansas high school students decided to Life in a Jar, which was turned into a website, a book and a performance which continues to inspire audiences and readers throughout the world. It also led the establishment of the Lowell Milken Center that promotes projects about other unknown heroes.

investigate the story of Irena Sendler. According to a rumor that the girls had heard, Sendler saved over 2500 Jewish children from the Warsaw ghetto. The girls were able to shed light on the story and ensure that Sendler, who was still alive at the time, would be properly honored. The girls' research turned into a project, called

Irena Sendler was a young Polish social worker when the Nazis invaded Poland in 1939. She joined the Zagota underground resistance group and assisted numerous Jews who were fleeing the Germans by providing them with false papers and hiding places. Due to her position as an employee of the Warsaw Social Services she was able to obtain a travel pass that allowed her to pass into the Warsaw ghetto where almost half a million Jews were trapped without sufficient food or other necessities.

Sendler envisioned her job as one of smuggling food and medicines into the ghetto but she quickly realized that this was only a drop in the bucket, compared to the needs of the desperate people. Together with her Zagota comrades she devised a plan that would enable her to smuggle children out of the ghetto -- sedating the youngest children and hiding them under garbage on garbage carts, inside toolboxes and luggage and under tram seats and guiding older children out through underground tunnels and through sewers.

At the beginning she brought out street children but as time went by she began to go door to door to try and convince parents to allow her to smuggle their children out of the ghetto. These meetings were traumatic, both for Sendler, who was taking responsibility for someone else's children, and for the parents who were forced to decide whether their children would have a better chance at life if they were taken out of the ghetto without their families.

When the Kansas schoolgirls started their project in 1999 Sendler was still alive and during interviews she described how difficult her mission had been. "I talked the parents out of their children" she remembered. “Those scenes over whether to give a child away were heart-rending. Sometimes, they wouldn’t give me the child. Their first question was, ‘What guarantee is there that the child will live?’ I said, ‘None. I don’t even know if I will get out of the ghetto alive today.”

Following each child's removal from the ghetto the Zagota members would work feverishly to find a place where the child could be hidden. Some children were hidden in convents or orphanages while others were secured with sympathetic Polish families. In many of the cases the children needed false documents and Zagota supplied these papers.

Sendler recorded the names and hiding places of each child on a strip of tissue paper. She placed these pieces of paper in glass jars and buried the jars in her garden, hoping that, after the war, the children could be reunited with family members.

In October 1943, shortly after the Nazis liquidated the ghetto, the Germans arrested Sendler. They brought her to the Piawiak prison and tortured her but Sendler didn't reveal any information about the children, their whereabouts or her Zagota comrades. The Germans sentenced Sendler to death but Zagota was able to bribe a German guard and secure her release. Sendler lived out the remainder of the war in hiding.

As we have reported just a little bit on Facebook and Twitter, for the past six months, Phillip Pasmanick, his "Israel and Stuff" site, along with his "partners in crime" Joel Leyden (of the fake "Israel News Agency" and many others scams) and Alain Horoit (of the fake "Hatikvah" and "Mr. Never Give Up" scams) have been launching a constant campaign of harassment and defamation against us, David Appletree (the founder of this organization) personally, and many other Jews and Israel supporters they have falsely accused, through THOUSANDS of highly harassing and defamatory posts. If you'd like a spreadsheet that documents all of them, please contact us, and we will provide it. Also, as you will read below, in the "UPDATE" section of this report, below David Appletree's email signature and JIDF logo, you will see that Phillip Pasmanick continues to harass us and other Jews, now with an antisemitic, anti-Israel, homophobic YouTube video that mocks the murder of six million Jews in the Holocaust! It's absolutely unbelievable, as this Pasmanick guy claims to be a Jewish/Israel advocate and a former Israeli police officer. What type of Jew or Israel advocate would engage in such behavior and do such things?

Despite months of our repeated attempts to reach out to all three of these shady characters privately, asking them to please cease and desist their defamation and harassment campaigns, as we all have bigger fisher to fry and better things to do with our time, they have refused. We urge you to please learn more about Joel Leyden and Alain Horoit and their online spam and scams by clicking on their names. And there is even a "Joel Leyden Watch" website which documents his spam, harassment, and defamation campaigns, even further.

It's important to note that this entire defamation and harassment campaign started with Joel Leyden, who, if you click his name to read more about him, you can see has been in a lot of legal trouble for doing this same thing to many other people, including his own brother, the law firm who represents his deceased father, former officers in the IDF, NYPD police officers, and others. All the documents have been published on this site.

Despite us wanting to simply focus on advocating for Israel and fighting antisemitism, Holocaust denial, and Islamic terrorism online, these folks have been on a quest to harass and defame us, and so many others, that a strong public response is needed.

Below, is an email that David Appletree (the founder of the JIDF) sent originally to Pasmanick and his wife. It was sent to his wife, as she has also helped to spread his lies, and we believe she needs to know the depths of her husband's harassment and defamation campaigns against others, as it's going to eventually get him into a lot of legal trouble. Please note, we did make a couple minor corrections, clarifications, and updates to the original letter, but it is essentially 99% the same exact email. It is now being sent by JIDF supporters to the to the handful of folks who are helping to spread their lies, and we ask you to please help share it in general, and especially if you encounter any of these people or the lies they are spreading about us and others. These liars and their lies must be confronted! Most of the folks who take the time to read the email, and independently review all the evidence and the full situation, are disgusted by the actions of Pasmanick, Horoit, and Leyden, and their supporters.

Again, if you are interested, we will be more than happy to provide you with a highly detailed spreadsheet, which documents their THOUSANDS of defamatory and harassing posts that they have spammed about us and other Jews and Israel supporters on Facebook, Twitter, and elsewhere for the past six months. They have even paid wire services to post their highly defamatory and harassing nonsense (Thankfully all of the wire services removed the fake press releases, as they were clearly against their rules against harassment and defamation! We can show you our exchanges with those companies, as well, if you'd like!) And they have even wasted by money by registering illegal cybersquatting domains, where they have even gone so far as attemp to illegally publish our social security numbers! The cybersquatted domains are then spammed throughout a number of sites, again solely in an effort to harass and defame us, and other Jews and Israel supporters. So please be careful, as we believe the handful of folks helping to "like" and share this harassment/defamation campaign against us and others, are reading things too quickly and they think they are actually supporting our work, not realizing that they are sharing a link to a cybersquatted link designed to attack, defame, and harass us, and others.

Thankfully, responsible companies have repeatedly taken some action against them, as their harassment and defamation is not only most likely, illegal, but against the TOS of different companies, like Facebook. We've posted many examples of Facebook taking action against their harassment, and you can see them here, here, here and elsewhere on our Twitpic account.

Pasmanick, for example, has been rightfully deactivated at least 12 times for posting defamatory information about us, and many other Jews and Israel supporters. Companies have removed approximately three hundred defamatory and harassing posts by Leyden, Pasmanick, and Horoit. We hope to get even more removed, as we continue to pursue this legally, and with companies.

Unfortunately, pursuing this legally is not such an easy task, as all three characters are rather slippery. Leyden is apparently living with his sister in Connecticut, Pasmanick is supposedly in Israel (though oddly, his site is based out of Singapore), and Horoit appears to be somewhere in Europe---some claim Belgium. So all three are in three different legal jurisdictions. This is why we continue to reach out for any and all legal help you or anyone you know, might be able to provide.

Again, below, please read the email we have sent to Pasmanick and have been forwarding to the handful of folks who are blindly helping to support this defamation and harassment campaign against us, and other Jews and Israel supporters:

You, your site, and your associates have also falsely and repeatedly (100's of times, reaching thousands of people) claimed that I am pretending to be at least 30 different people, despite the fact that most, if not all, of the people you falsely accuse are private individuals that have nothing to do with me, or my effort
You, your site, and/or your close associates have also falsely and repeatedly (100's of times, reaching thousands of people) made many false statements attacking me personally, and trying to breach my privacy, safety, and security, in a number of ways, including trying to harass me through the attempted breach of my private and confidential information that in some cases, I believe is indeed illegal to post (such as trying to post my social security information, and false accusations about my medical record, etc.) - all in a clear attempt to harass me and cause personal distress
You, your site, and/or your close associates have also falsely and repeatedly (100's of times, reaching thousands of people) claimed that the JIDF is somehow doing this work for a profit, and is a scam. Once again, you base this on no solid evidence, but your own malicious views. The fact is, I have put in a lot of money into this effort, and it runs at a financial loss. The little amount of money we raise simply helps to recoup some of our expenses (not that it's really any of your business).
But facts don't matter to you at all. As you never even attempted to gather them. In your hatred, hostility, and jealously, you have blindly supported and amplified attacks against us coming from the most hostile of antisemitic, anti-Israel, Holocaust Denial, jihadist, and 9/11 truther sites. Above, I outlined just 5 of lies that you are spreading. There's many others. If you did these things a couple times (like most antisemites and enemies do), it would be one thing, but you have repeated these lies against me, my org, and others you falsely accuse, thousands of times throughout the internet. We have it all documented. As if your repetition of such lies, somehow makes them true?

Thankfully, no fair minded person with a brain believes your lies. And no one who truly cares about Jews or Israel would support your highly malicious campaign of lies, harassment, and attempted character assassination.

Every time you attack us and spread lies about this Jewish and pro-Israel effort, which fights antisemitism, terrorism, Holocaust denial, and other serious issues and crimes, you're making us stronger, and you're making yourself, and the small handful of other lunatics and antisemites who believe and help spread your lies and nonsense, weaker.

Our friends in Israel (where you claim to live) and Singapore (where your website is actually hosted for some reason) are taking an active interest in your lies and what we think are serious crimes you are committing. You have had every opportunity to reverse course and have relative "peace" with us where you simply removed all your defamatory and harassing spam against us, and others, and we'd remove the few updates we have posted, defending ourselves and exposing your lies and harassment. So don't be surprised when you encounter even more consequences for your wrongdoing.

And in no way is this email "threatening" so no need to spread another lie about us "threatening you." There's simply consequences for doing wrong. Perhaps because you claim to be a former police officer, you think you are above the law. Rest assured, that is not the case.

As I've asserted, along with your harassment and many defamatory accusations against me, and this organization that you have spammed all over the internet, you have also harassed and defamed dozens of private individuals, Jews, and Israel supporters, many of whom have nothing to do with this effort (contrary to your false claims). You've been rightly warned and disabled by Facebook at least a dozen times for your harassment, spam, and defamation. Handfuls of other companies have also removed many of the defamatory and harassing posts you and your associates have spammed, citing that your posts are in violation of their rules.

When will it all stop? It's sad that you still don't get it, as you literally fit the definition for insanity: doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results.

So that was one email David Appletree sent, out of many. It's important to note, early on, when we started to get harassed and defamed by Pasmanick, we researched his site a bit, and learned that it's actually out of Singapore, not Israel, and we also found what appeared to be rather malicious "penis enlargement" spam, code, and/or keywords on his site. IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Since we have posted this, Phillip Pasmanick has intensified his harassment and defamation. He is repeatedly linking to an antisemitic and homophobic YouTube video created by a neo-Nazi YouTube channel and he's trying to harass us on Twitter with it. He doesn't understand how Twitter works, and this may lose his account because of his harassment. As you review the Tweets Pasmanick sent us, promoting an antisemitic, homophobic, anti-Israel, and neo-Nazi YouTube channel and video, please keep in mind, this guy claims to be a retired Israeli border patrol officer. Do you think he's represening Israel and the Jewish people well through this harassment and defamation? Does this guy seem professional? Also keep in mind, this type of harassment and defamation from his has been happening for the past six months this type of harassment and defmation against us and others is what this so-called "retired Israel border police officer" has been up to. We are really beginning to doubt he is who he says he is. We believe if he even was an Israeli police officer, he may have actually been fired. We will be sharing information soon which sheds light on that. Was he fired for spreading lies? Harassing people? Defaming people? As you can clearly see below, anything is possible with this guy. Some folks need even more evidence of this harassment. It is clearly anti-Israel, antisemitic, homophobic, and it mocks the Holocuast---the murder of six million Jews...and those of us who are concerned about such trends onlnie. Also keep in mind, that this video was made by actual Nazis that we have been monitoriing online for a while. Below, is the text for the video Pasmanick is harassing us and others with it. Again keep in mind this was created by neo-Nazis we've been researching for quite some time:

Little shlomo slowly tries to make his way to his computer. His extreme physical weight makes it much harder for him to navigate properly across the room's floor littered with empty Mountain Dew bottles and all kinds of various dragon dildoes. He seats himself on his dirty and run-down chair which groanes at the shock of his two-hundred extremely heavy pounds bearing down on it and presses the start button on his outdated computer. As his computer boots up with a humming sound Shlomo picks up a dossier from the trash-littered floor and examines it. It's his trusty old manual made by the JIDF, containing various instructions for debate with anti-zionists in online forums. He proceeds to open the dossier with his fat and very smelly hands. One of Shlomo's fat arms accidentally knocks down one of his countless empty vaseline tubes and underneath exposes an old picture which he had long forgotten. Shlomo was utterly surprised to see it was still there. "Oh Miranda, you dirty gentile Shiksa, why wouldn't you love me?", Shlomo whimpers under his heavy breath. Suddenly all of his repressed and painful memories back from high school return to Shlomo. Finally logging into his computer Shlomo is greeted by his home wallpaper consisting of a huge black cock. After discovering the internet he soon found an outlet for his repressed sexuality by fapping to cuckold porn. He wanted to approach Teyrone about his feelings just so that he could lose his virginity before he turned 25. Still, Shlomo had not found the courage to talk to Teyrone or anyone except for his mother after he finished high school for that matter. "I always just wanted to suck your black dick, Teyrone... ", he sighed. Shlomo opens up his outdated internet explorer and searches on bing for 4chan's "politically incorrect" sub-board. Suddenly he remembers his mother's words. She always told him to get a job in real estate or become a lawyer like his father Moshe David Stein Goldowitz."Please get a real job Shlomo! I'm begging you!", she would say, but she just doesn't understand. She doesn't understand how utterly important it is to protect the chosen nation of Israel from these scumbag stormfags and arab palestinians on the internet whose ultimate goal it is to wipe him off the map! Shlomo now begins to type on his keyboard: "Fucking racist stormfags, listen up here..." After a short time of posting on 4chan Shlomo is sweaty and frustrated yet again like so often before. "FUCKING GOYIM SCUM!", he agressively yells at his computer monitor. Shlomo is so upset that he actually knocks his Applejack pony figure off his desk. Little Shlomo sniffs his tears away and forces himself to calm down for a little while. "I'm sorry Applejack.", he says. Shlomo then turns to his wall which he has covered in JIDF, MLP and cuckold posters. In the midst of this most unholy mess is a framed picture with the arch words "REMEMBER THE 66 BILLION". Now Shlomo euphorically salutes his wall, and with a burning passion for Israel in his heart, sitting in his mom's basement, he types endlessly:"Oh, you gosh-darned goyim stormfags..."

And below, you can see Pasmanick repeatedly spamming the aforementioned video, claiming the crude, antisemitic, homophobic, anti-Israel, and Holocaust denying video is "spot on", and "must watch", and "too true!" Keep in mind, this just shows a few times Pasmanick has harassed us with it on Twitter, but he has also shared the video on Facebook, Llinkedin, Google+, etc. You may click to enlarge each image:

Also keep in mind, the following is a closeup of the article that appears on the computer screen in this video. As you can see, this video, which is now being constantly promoted by Phillip Pasmanick, is highly anti-Israel, but the fact that it's a homophobic, antisemitic and anti-Israel video, created by a neo-Nazi YouTube channel does not bother Pasmanick, as he just like the fact that it, like him, attempts to defame and harass this Jewish and pro-Israel effort. All of this, once again, just shows what type of person Pasmanick is, and the type of immaturity, harassment, defamation, antisemitism, and homophobia in which he has no problems embracing:

So, where does this leave us? Please keep in mind, we despite all the false accusations about us, we actually hate having to do this type of post. But we want to show you the low-level depths some so-called "Jewish" and "pro-Israel" advocates have stooped in their attempt to harass and defame us, and others. We especially hate publicizing it, as we think a lot of these folks are doing it for the "publicity" of attacking the JIDF. Please keep in mind, the people supporting their lies, harassment, and defamation, are generally not Jewish, for one. But also, quite a few of them are supporting this nonsense because they have qualms with us, for other reasons. For example, they don't like our anti-Islam stance, or they don't like that we're against Jewish Land Concessions to Islamic terrorists, or the 2-State Delusion. That is fine if people have problems with our stances, but there is a way to disagree with us, without supporting a criminal harassment and defamation campaign against us, and others!

We are also now sending the following to others who are continue to support the defamation and harassment against us, and others by Pasmanick, and we ask that you please seriously give it some thought:

One final note, when we recently explained on our Facebook page how their harassment and defamation campaign has indeed damaged our reputation, and that of many other Jews and Israel supporters, and has caused some folks to cancel their support of our hard work, Pasmanick celebrated, posting the following on his page, stating, The #JIDF nutcase must learned Evil will not triumph! [sic] and the following gibberish:

Thus, he incriminates himself, openly admitting to to maliciously trying to harm our reputation, and cause the small number of folks who actually support us, to stop supporting our pro-Israel work to fight antisemitism, Holocaust denial, and terrorism. It's just unreal to us that anyone could support a guy who uses Nazi videos to attack Jews. But we're happy to see anyone that supports him or his associates in any capacity to go very far away from us.

As far as his bizarre request for an apology, we have done nothing wrong to him whatsoever. All we have done is describe what he's been doing to us, and others for the past six months. And we've barely even exposed it. It's he who owes us the apology, not the other way around. We have repeatedly told him that if he and his associates removed all their 1000's of harassing and defamatory posts against us and other Jews and Israel supporters, we would remove the few things we have posted to expose it. And that would be that. But these folks do not want peace and unity with fellow Jews. They want to harass us with antisemitic, anti-Israel, homophobic, Nazi videos which mock the six million murdered in the Holocaust. Absolutely disgusting.

Thankfully, while a handful have cut off their support, others have come around to try to help make up for the loss, and rise to the occasion. If you appreciate what we're doing and understand that we have posted all of this with a very heavy heart and would rather have peace and unity with all folks who claim to be fellow Jews and Israel supporters, please consider supporting our hard work, today.

I'm not feeling so passionate about Jewish/Israel issues anymore. And if you knew the full story, all the details of what we are dealing with behind the scenes, you'd understand why. The fact is, there's far too many frauds and criminals running the show in the Jewish/Israel advocacy. There's reasons why Israel always loses the PR war. There's reasons why so many people hate Jews and Israel. Not that I'd ever fully rationalize such hatred, I'm just saying there's reasons why many people feel these things. We've dealt with people in recent months who help explain why so many throughout the world and throughout history hate Jews and Israel. We have serious problems with the abundance of the following types of people who work in, or are doing some type of Jewish/Israel advocacy:

Liars
Backstabbers
Frauds
Criminals
Flaky people who say they will do something, then don't
People who aid/abet enemies of Jews/Israel
People who suck up to Christian missionaries who target Jews for conversion
People who defend Islam, and whitewash the hate/violence incited throughout it
People who support Jewish Land concessions to Islamic terrorists

I've been dealing with such people for too long. Of course, the first five listed are more problematic than the last four, however, they often work hand-in-hand.

So I'm not sure what to do anymore. A handful of folks like Joel Leyden, Alain Horoit, and Phillip Pasmanick have been spamming the hell out of the internet with lies about me personally, people falsely alleged to be me, and about all our hard work here. They've been falsely reporting all of our Facebook content, causing some of it to actually be censored, and our admins to be unfairly inconvenienced and blocked from Facebook for different lengths of time (12 hrs, 24 hrs, 2 days, 3 day, 30 days, etc.)

We've been trying to work with Facebook for the past few months on these issues, but Facebook hasn't been helpful.

Bipartisan Letter Condemning Erdoğan's Antisemitic Remarks

Members of U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee have sent a bipartisan letter to Turkish President Abdullah Gül asking for the condemnation of recent anti-Semitic statements by Turkish officials.

The letter by Brad Schneider (D-IL), Randy Weber (R-TX), Lois Frankel (D-FL) and Mark Meadows (R-NC) was signed by 46 U.S. Representatives and noted remarks by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan referring to Zionism as a “crime against humanity.”

Recep Erdoğan also mentioned “the Interest rate lobby” in reference to the protests in Istanbul’s Gezi Park, which the U.S. Representatives’ letter called “a thinly veiled reference to Jews.” Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay also recently blamed the “Jewish diaspora” as one of the communities fueling the Turkish demonstrations against Recep Erdoğan.

The U.S. Representatives wrote of the close relationship between the Obama administration and Turkey, urging the Turkish government “to publicly condemn the use of anti-Semitic rhetoric by government officials,” which “has no place in a democracy.”

As we recently noted in our piece, Facebook Admits to Automated Censorship of Christians, and our many other posts about Facebook censorship, the company has a serious problem when it comes to automated censorship. And they aren't just auto-censoring Christians. Jews are paying a heavy price, too!

Recently, Facebook censored the following content posted on our Facebook page, or by our Facebook page, and our many admins have been receiving and are experiencing "bans" of varying length (12 hrs, 24 hrs, 2 days, 3 days, and even 30 days). This is unfortunate, as this means our pages cannot post updates, and our admins can't even use Facebook for their personal or other business/networking use during the time we're dealing with such "bans."

The following is just some of the information which has been censored in the past few days alone:

A recent comment made by our page on one of the many defamatory posts about us on another page was also censored. It stated:

This petition is being spammed mostly by the "Hatikvah", "Israel News Agency" and "Phillip Pasmanick's Israel & Stuff" Facebook pages, all of which are under criminal investigation for their criminal fraud, defamation, and harassment. Please UNLIKE and REPORT those pages and their spammy posts. Thank you!"

ALERT! It's important that our friends and supporters unlike and report the pages listed in this screencap, all run by the same frauds and criminals. Please alert your friends to do the same. Just like a pig, these pages may look Kosher, but they are not. The pages themselves should be reported for spam. Each post which is cross-spammed with the other pages, should be reported for spam. Each post which is harassing and defaming people should be reported for harassment. The many posts trying to sell shirts, books, or tickets to events, should be reported for spam. We're dealing with some some of the worst criminal activity we have ever seen online.

While the automated warnings we're receiving are claiming that our content is somehow against Facebook's TOS, we find that hard to believe, as this is important information about public entities that have been harassing and defaming our effort, and many other Jews and Israel supporters (including many private individuals falsely alleged to be a part of our effort) for many months now.

Unlike them, we are not making information up. As you see here, and here, the crimes of these public entities have been publicized by different major media sources and law journals. Thus, we're trying to warn and educate our audience of the criminal fraudsters and harassers, who we believe are simply reporting all our content as "spam" and "harassment" (especially as they are gloating about this censorship on their own pages).

Why can't Facebook understand the difference? Why is Facebook allowing defamatory spammers to get away with their crimes? Why is Facebook censoring our content which is trying to help, educate, and protect our audience? Does Facebook support these criminals? Is it an automated glitch?

We've repeatedly tried to contact Facebook about these issues. Originally, we felt they were helpful, as they did, at least, restore the Jews' Views page (after 798 days!), but they have yet to help us with this defamatory spam issue, and instead of helping us, they appear to be helping criminals!

Sadly, this is not a unique situation. The same thing happened when we focused on Holocaust denial, Nazism, and Islamic terrorist content on Facebook---rather than take down those responsible, we were often banned and censored. It's the same story, this time around---it's just sad that it's fellow Jews and Israel supporters who are causing the problem!

So, how can you help? Please share this widely. If you know anyone at Facebook that can actually help to restore our content and reverse these ridiculous bans, please have them do so, and/or contact us. We've been trying all the Facebook employees we've been in correspondence with, but they have simply been avoiding all our questions about why our content is getting censored and our why our admins are receiving these bans.

If Facebook is not going to do anything about the defamatory spam that is harassing our friends and supporters, then at least they should allow us to fully discuss the problem and defend ourselves on our page. Again, these are criminals we are trying to warn people about. We have documentation of their hundreds of defamatory posts on Facebook, and elsewhere. Their crimes include: defamation, harassment, DMCA violations, publishing of social security numbers, threats, extortion, and fraud.

Facebook Admits to Automated Censorship of Christians

As we've been documenting on our site, we've been dealing with this issue for many years now. While we're not happy that Facebook is censoring other groups, at least they are now finally publicly admitting it. While we have corresponded with Facebook employees about these issues, and they have privately confirmed these "glitches," the problems with our content being censored, still continues (thanks in large part to notorious cyber criminals Joel Leyden, Alain Horoit, and their pal, Phillip Pasmanick mass-reporting our content). Here's a case of Facebook censorship that was called out, and fixed. We're hoping our recently censored content will be soon restored as well:

Facebook says it made a mistake when they blocked Kirk Cameron and his legion of fans from promoting his upcoming faith-based movie, “Unstoppable.”

Cameron, the star of the 1980′s television show “Growing Pains,” announced on his fan page last Thursday that Facebook had blocked anyone from posting any links to the website promoting his film because the content was labeled “abusive and unsafe.”cameron1

After more than 500,000 of his Facebook fans began spreading news of the censorship, the social networking giant rescinded the block without explanation.

But now – Facebook is telling Fox News that the block was simply a mistake made by an automated system that detects spam.

“....We have automated systems that work in the background.....They’re not perfect, though, and in rare instances they make mistakes,” the spokesperson said, referring to the automated systems. “” the spokesperson told Fox News in a written statement.

Facebook stressed that there was not malware on Cameron’s site and he was not spamming.

This link was blocked after being misidentified as a potential spam or malware site.

Cameron quickly posted a message praising his fans for helping spread the word about the plight of his website.

“This is a real victory,” he said, thanking his fans and supporters for reaching out to Facebook. “If we work together, we really do have a voice.”

Cameron is now a well-known Christian producer, actor and evangelist. He’s starred in a number of faith-based films including the “Left Behind” films and most recently, “Monumental,” a documentary about the nation’s founders and their biblical principles.

“Unstoppable,” which is expected in theaters in the fall, aims to answer questions about suffering and recounts the personal experience of a Cameron friend whose son battled cancer.

The religious nature of the film led Cameron to speculate that perhaps the Christian content might have led to the block.

“I would understand if there was something truly unsafe about my stuff,” Cameron told Fox News. “But I would encourage people to watch the trailer. Do you find anything offensive about faith, hope and love in the time of a tragedy?”

The film’s website does not contain any graphic photographs, video or profanity.

“This is my most personal film about faith, hope and love and about why God allows bad things to happen to good people,” Cameron wrote. “What is ‘abusive’ or ‘unsafe’ about that?”

In recent months, the social networking website has come under criticism from conservatives and Christians who said their pages have been either blocked or banned because of “abusive” content.

Earlier this year, the “Chicks on the Right” Facebook page was shut down after they posted a message criticizing the White House. Facebook later apologized for that incident.

In the past 2 months, a handful of cyber criminals have posted about 400 harassing and defamatory posts about this effort, its founder, and other Jews and Israel supporters. They've been posted on approximately 40 different Facebook pages, reaching 100's of thousands of people. These posts have been "liked" by about 1,000 people in the Jewish and pro-Israel community, most of whom probably didn't realize what it was they were "liking" (and thus, helping to spread). We could use a hand to help report these criminals and their crimes, and to inform the folks "liking" them about the truth behind them (see here, and here).

Alain Horoit: Fraud behind "Hatikvah" and "Mr. Never Give Up" Facebook Pages

The following is a translation of an article written in Dutch by Dennis van Damme in the Belgian Gazet Van Antwerpen on July 6, 2013. We believe all the many claims of fraud against Alain Horoit are true, especially as his "Hatikvah" page (along with his partners, Joel Leyden of the fake Israel News Agency and Phillip Pasmanick of "Israel and Stuff") have repeatedly published ridiculous lies and attacks against us, and many other Jews and Israel supporters.

They also publish many lies, in general. Just recently, they fraudulently claimed to have taken a picture in Safed (Israel), meanwhile, it was actually a photo of Greece that they stole from a professional! The page also has another known fraud and defamer of Jews behind it, Joel Leyden. We've published many articles about him that we encourage you to read, and we also encourage you to go to Joel Leyden Watch. Also note that this article does not touch upon all the many leaders in the Jewish and pro-Israel community who have been ripped off by Alain Horoit, such as Zevi Ives (head of the European Center for Jewish Students). Below is a letter written by Zevi, with regard to Horoit's fraud:

Brussels, May 9, 2012

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to verify that we lent €1550 to Alain Horoit which was not repaid as promised. He approached me as head of ECJS, European Center for Jewish Students, asking for a loan on Thursday, January 21, 2010 on behalf of his company Trendy Networkz for his party for European Jews that Saturday night. He needed to pay the band and singer. Alain promised that it would be paid back immediately following the party once he received the money from the entrance fees. Thinking it would be a small favor and possibly the beginning of a good contact for ECJS, I agreed. When the bank details in Israel did not work from our PC banking, he asked me to send it to ElAl in Belgium to pay for the tickets of the band instead.

The following week, we did not receive the promised reimbursement nor did Alain contact me to explain the delay. I e-mailed and called him over and over. He kept promising new deadlines by which he would pay ECJS back and eventually stopped returning my e-mails and calls. Despite repeated calls and e-mails, we have still not received this money back to date. This has caused us not only monetary loss, but also problems with accounting for paying for this service from ECJS bank account without a reimbursement from Trendy Networkz.

Fraud? Speaker with a dark past
‘Mister Never Give Up’ is planning performances in Antwerp

Who is the mysterious Mister Never Give Up who is planning a show in Antwerp in December? According to him, he is a source of inspiration for everyone who has problems. But according to others he is a seasoned fraud who has swindled many people of their money.

Mister Never Give up is coming to Belgium in December. “He will do a series of shows in Antwerp,” an enthusiastic press release announces. “That these shows will be remarkable, and that a whole lot of special guests can be expected, seems all but assured.”
According to the same press release, Mister Never Give Up is “much more than a motivational speaker, he is the ‘motivational rock star’ of Facebook. A real countryman who has had an international breakthrough.”

Disco

To be clear, Mister Never Give Up is Alain Horoit. He was born in Berche

m, spent a large part of his life in Berchem, and is currently living in Spain. According to him, he was active for many years in the entertainment industry, and among other things, he managed the disco Sotto’s in Zottegem.

“I was on top”, Horoit says in a phone conversation with this paper. I had personnel, I had money, but I also had a lot to lose. A few years ago I went bankrupt. I didn’t see a way out. In those five minutes that I considered giving everything up, Mister Never Give Up was born.”

Mister Never Give Up is, according to Horoit, a sort of mentor to anyone who has fallen on hard times and does not see a way out. He wrote a book about it that was sold through the Internet. Horoit is most active on Facebook. “My page has over 310.000 followers”, he says. “And those aren’t just people who have clicked on ‘Like’. I get emails daily from people who are asking for my help and advice. Those are the people that I do this for.”

Guest speakers

The show in December will be in English. “I tell my story and try to motivate people to never give up. The guest speakers are other motivational speakers who are especially active on Facebook under names such as ‘Inspirational Positive Quotes’ and ‘Lessons Learned in Life’.”

Tickets aren’t cheap: they cost 24.95 or 29.95 euro. About this Horoit is clear: “You cannot expect to pay the price of a cinema ticket for a show that will change your life.”

But Alain Horoit does not remain someone who is not spoken about. Moreover, the more we examine his past, the more people and organizations we encounter who have a bone to pick with the man. “He is a complete swindler,” was the reaction of Michael Freilich of the magazine Joods Actueel. “In 2010 he ordered an advertisement with us, but he never paid.”

Horoit, who is Jewish, needed the ad to promote a gala ball for the Jewish community that he had organized in the Radisson Blu hotel near the Stadspark. The ball would turn out to be a flop. Joods Actueel is one of many parties who were left with a bitter taste after the ball.

Gaining trust

Horoit also placed an ad in the Dutch Jewish magazine Benjamin without paying. Many people who were involved with organizing the party, were presented with bills afterwards for services that Horoit had ordered. Similarly with his former friend Marco Devaux:

“I suddenly received a bill for 25,000 euro for the rent of the party hall and a bunch of hotel rooms in the Hilton Hotel,” Davaux said. “I went into business with him because I knew his whole family and trusted him. We had arranged that he would organize the events and that we would sell tickets through my company, on which I would receive a three per cent commission. We hadn’t written this agreement down. This was stupid of me, but Horoit is very good at gaining people’s trust. His method is simple. He borrows money from one to close the holes at another. In total I have lent him 16,000 euro, money I have never seen again. I did have to pay 1,500 euro in legal fees only to prove that Horoit, not I, had booked the hotel rooms and party hall.”

Not all victims have pressed charges against Horoit. For some the legal fees would be higher than the loss they have suffered. The Dutchman Nathan Bouscher (29) was asked to arrange transportation for several guests from Amsterdam to the gala ball in Antwerp. Also he received a bill from the bus company, while Horoit had promised to pay. “In my case this concerns a bit more than 700 euro,” Bouscher says. “If I were to challenge him in court, I would lose more money.”

Judicial investigation

In Antwerp there is an investigation running against Horoit for suspected fraud and forgery. The man is also known with the courts in Dendermonde and Brussels. With a Dutch musician was in a legal clinch about thousands of euros of royalties. The biggest case file against Horoit is in Germany. A 37-year old woman, who wishes to remain anonymous and with whom Horoit had a relationship, bundled a number of complaints. She claims she has lent him 10,000 euro. Also she never saw her money back. Because Horoit is living in hiding in Spain, the legal proceedings in Germany are currently stuck.

It is also remarkable that the Antwerp cinema complex UGC, where the Mister Never Give Up Show is supposed to take place according to the press release, have never heard of him.

“Jealous stalker”

Horoit himself denies all allegations of fraud. He was still looking for another location for his show. “All those people are talking a lot, but they don’t have any proof. I have never been convicted. I have always been strong enough not to respond to such lies. That woman in Germany is a stalker. She is jealous of my success.”

But several victims, such as Marco Devaux and Nathan Bouscher, are convinced that he is trying swindle people out of money again. “His stage name is very well chosen,” Bouscher bitterly remarks. “He really doesn’t give up.”

FRAUD ALERT!

Jews, Israel supporters, Israelis, soldiers in the IDF, and others are being defamed, harassed, and defrauded by the creator of the "Hatikvah" Facebook page ("Alain Horoit) and some of the other admins associated with it (such as "Joel Leyden" and "Phillip Pasmanick"). If you are a fan of that page, we urge you to unlike it and report it for spam and harassment, immediately. While the page might appear to be Kosher at first glance, if you look more closely, you can see disturbing trends, such as breaching the privacy, safety, and security of Jews and Israel supporters, and even supporting the murder of certain leaders in the Jewish and pro-Israel community (including the founder of the JIDF!)
