What have I been doing?

Walking - I am up to 3.5 miles a day!
Jogging - I am up to 1 mile every other day
Leg lifts - 2 sets of 25 every other day (to tone the stomach)
Protein smoothies - 2 per day; small meal for dinner
Cut out the sweets - no carbs, no candy, no soda and NO SWEET TEA :(
