<p>Dr. Wayne Dyer said this in his book ‘The Sky’s the Limit.’ “As far as your own potential for happiness, growth, creativity, constructiveness in society-whatever you as a human being value-is concerned, there are literally no limits to what you can attain.”</p>



<p>Consider for a moment all the examples of people that have reached greatness. People like DaVinci, Michaelangelo, Picasso and many others that created art. Industrial achievers like Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Steve Bezos, Elon Musk, and many others. There have been amazing athletes such as Roger Bannister, Usain St. Leo Bolt, Michael Phelps, Larisa Latynina, and many others. There have been famous writers such as Mark Twain, Leo Tolstoy, Nora Roberts, J. K. Rowling, William Shakespeare and many more. There have been many great spiritual leaders. There have been great inventors. The are many examples of incredible human achievement. Every one of these people tapped into source power to make their dreams manifest. They are no better than you are. You have the same abilities and resources that they do. They simply decided to make their lives meaningful. They went after their dreams. You too can tap into Source power to be do and have the best you can imagine.</p>



<p>Jesus told his disciples that they could do what he did, and they could do even greater things. He knew that God’s power, Source power or Divine Consciousness was available to all. Neville encouraged everyone to use their imaginations to tap into the power to create the lives they want to live. The great people of history have proven that great things can be done. If one person can do it, everyone can do it. You have unique desires for what you want to achieve. You know you have talents and abilities that you would love to express. It doesn’t matter what you have been told about your limits or what you have produced in the past. Start a fresh chapter in your life now and allow yourself to be free from limitations.</p>



<p>Dr. David D. Hawkins in his wonderful book, ‘Power vs. Force” explains the scale of power that humans can achieve based on the energy field of consciousness. The emotional levels go from low being shame at 20 points up to guilt, higher to apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger to pride at 175. When we find courage at 200, we have now reached the positive side of the scale. We can go up to reason at four hundred and then to love at five hundred. The top of the consciousness scale being 1000 at enlightenment. He claims that the collective human consciousness is now just over two hundred. Since we are now on the positive side of consciousness, we are moving toward higher levels of consciousness such as love and peace. He says that just by reading the book ‘Power vs. Force,’ you will personally move your consciousness level higher. When you aspire to feeling good and you pursue the dream that you love, you will increase your level of consciousness. We are truly unlimited.</p>



<p>We are spiritual beings. We are here to express creativity in our own unique ways. We are here to enjoy life and to realize our true power. We are here to serve people in a way that we enjoy. If you are living this way, you know how joyous and fulfilling life can be. If you enjoy doing things that you love every day, you are living a wonderful life. If you are creating art in whatever field of endeavor you enjoy, you know how exciting that can be. You don’t have to be an artist as a writer or painter to create art. You can be an artist in any aspect of your life. You might be highly creative with acts of kindness in your daily interactions with people as you do your job. Seth Godin calls this emotional art. Seth Godin said, “Art is a personal gift that changes the recipient.” You will find it easy to be creative doing things that you enjoy doing. That is why it is so important to determine the things you love to do. When you are doing the things you love, you feel good. When you feel good you are aligned with Source, and you have energy and power to create. Your gifts are being expressed to the world.</p>



<p>Our beliefs are contained in our subconscious mind. The subconscious is controlling most of your activities in your daily affairs. It knows your habitual actions and thought processes, and it perpetuates those activities and thoughts to make your life simple so you can use your conscious mind to focus on new experiences. Joe Dispenza says that ninety-five percent of our actions and thoughts are the same every day. This is due to the beliefs that are programmed in our subconscious. You were born with unlimited power. The only limits you have are the ones that come from your experiences or culture or historical achievements that you accepted as beliefs. Carefully examine your beliefs to find out what negative programming you have. Decide to replace your negative programs with positive ones. Practice thinking about your positive beliefs until you establish your new positive programs. By doing this you will remove your limitations and become your unlimited Higher Self.</p>



<p>Let’s say that you have a belief that humans are on the brink of extinction. You think the world is in such a poor state and it is getting progressively worse every day. Since this is a belief, your subconscious mind filters all information that comes to you and shows you all the news to support your belief. It does this for everything that you believe. You want to become aware of your beliefs and to change any beliefs you want to. Once you change your beliefs to something more positive or to beliefs that will empower you to live a happier life, it will change your filters. Then this new programmed belief will be overseen by your subconscious, and your life will improve automatically. A positive example would be that you have a belief that the Universe is assisting you. You will see the best in everything because you expect things to always work out for you. Your subconscious will attract the circumstances to show you that your positive belief is true.</p>



<p>Even as you are forming your new beliefs, your old programming will come to you in thoughts. Just notice these thoughts and if they are negative, let them dissolve. When you let the old thought programs go, and don’t give them any energy, they will drift away and soon they won’t show up anymore. Become aware and form a habit of thinking the thoughts that you want. Make them a habit through repetition and affirmation and you will change the programming, and your paradigm. You will become a new person with filters that work for you. You can reprogram your mind by saying and thinking positive affirmations. By thinking your affirmations through repetition, you will add these latest ideas into your subconscious, and they will become your new beliefs. You can remove the beliefs that hold you back and free yourself from limitation. “When you change the way, you look at things, the things you look at change.” Dr. Wayne Dyer. This statement has been proven by experiments in quantum physics.</p>



<p>Don’t get stuck on how you will achieve the life you desire. Just continue to think and feel your goal as though you have already achieved it. Don’t use force to control your thoughts, just make subtle changes to positive thoughts until you feel good. Just relax and allow your good to happen. Let Source help you. By acting on your dream, you will prove to yourself that you can do much more than you thought you could. You will discover that you are limitless.</p>



<p>Brain Scott has an excellent no limit video. I recommend it to help you. Go to ‘The Reality Revolution.com, to find it. He has many videos for prosperity, meditation, and many other helpful topics to help you. He also wrote an interesting book entitled ‘The Reality Revolution.</p>



<p>Everything was at first a dream in a particular human’s mind. The idea was formed, and a decision was made by that person to make their idea a reality. I am personally incredibly grateful to the person that invented the chair and the one that invented the toilet.</p>



<p>Technology is amazing. It is accelerating at a high speed. I think of all the technology that has been created since I was a young boy. Change was much slower then. Now it is amazing what is happening every year. The people that are creating all this technology are stretching the mental limits almost daily. They are discovering how far we can go. They don’t see limitations. They see breakthroughs being a step away. Perhaps your unique talents and abilities will be in some type of technology.</p>



<p>You are a marvelous being. Think of a person that you admire. It can be someone alive today or someone that has passed on. You have the same power and resources as that person has or had. Source energy is available for anyone that wants it. Tap into this incredible power to create your dreams. When you act on achieving your desires you will expand the current limits that you have for yourself. You will prove that you can do more.</p>

<p><strong>Taking Control of Your Thoughts </strong></p>



<p>Would you like to live the life of your dreams? Would you like to have excellent health? Would you like to be able to travel anywhere in the world you find fascinating? Would you like to have enough money to buy all the things you want and have all your needs looked after? Would you like to have excellent relationships? Would you like to have the freedom to spend every hour of the day doing only what you love to do?</p>



<p>If you answered yes to any or all these questions, I have good news for you; you can have anything and everything that you want. You just must decide that you want it, follow the instructions in these chapters and persist until you get what you want. </p>



<p>The number one thing you must do is to take control of your thoughts. Controlling your thoughts is the most important action that you can take every day for your entire life. So, Rule #1 is: ‘Take Control of Your Thoughts Always’. By taking control of your thoughts now, you will be able to begin to make changes in your thinking habits that will move you into alignment with all your dreams.</p>



<p>What does it mean to be in control of your thoughts mean? It means being aware of what you are thinking and forcing yourself to think the right way.</p>



<p>Once you take control of your thoughts, you will be able to start to improve your life in small steps or giant leaps depending on your programming. If you really have nothing but negativity and struggle in your life, you have some negative conditioning in your thinking habits, and it might take you a little longer to begin to see real change. But, if you continue to discipline yourself to think correctly, you will begin to feel better. As you begin to feel better you will be living with a higher, more positive vibration. And as you live in this higher vibration, you will attract better conditions and circumstances into your life. You will begin to feel confident that you can change your life. You will build momentum.</p>



<p>If you are currently operating at a higher vibration and your life is already positive, you will be able to move into a higher vibration easier. You will be able to make massive changes in your life to propel you to your ideal life, because you are dealing with less negativity and resistance.</p>



<p>No matter what stage of your life or level of vibration that you are in, the information in this book will help you to improve your circumstances. If you start with the first step, you will make progress. Once you become aware of your thoughts, you will learn your thinking habits. Then you will start to spend less time thinking about what you do not want to think about, and you will spend more time replacing your thoughts with things you do want to think about.</p>



<p>Make no mistake about this; you have the power to change your life. In fact, your quality of life is your responsibility and yours alone. You have attracted your current lifestyle because of the thoughts you habitually think. Or to be more accurate, the thoughts that you are in the habit of thinking have created your current programming or mental conditioning, and those habits have attracted to you this life you are living. What you think controls your vibration and you attract what you think about.</p>



<p>The reason I want you to take control of your thoughts is because your thoughts control your feelings and your feelings control your actions. If you will think a thought that makes you feel good, the good feelings will inspire you to act. The actions you take will move you toward your goal. Your mind controls your body. You become what you think about. What you focus on leads you to action and to making progress. When you are thinking about your ideal life and what it feels like to live that life, you are attracting all the things, people and circumstances that will make this ideal life a reality for you soon. You must be persistent in thinking the right way.</p>



<p>You have heard before that each of us has a conscious and a sub-conscious portion of our minds. We think things consciously first, and if we think these things repeatedly, these thoughts become programmed into our sub-conscious minds. You could also say that your repetitious thoughts produce repetitious feelings for you. They put you in a certain mental and physical state.</p>



<p>The sub-conscious mind controls all our bodily functions so that the conscious mind does not have to think about sending blood from the heart to other parts of the body, or to think about digesting your food, etc. Our sub-conscious mind assists us to make things more efficient. We can then free up our conscious thoughts for newer ideas that allow us to grow, to create and to expand. The conscious mind can then work on more important things without having to rethink things that we do repeatedly such as how to brush our teeth or how to drive a car or play an instrument.</p>



<p>Then as we use our conscious minds to concentrate on these new and creative thoughts, with repetition, these thoughts then move into our sub-conscious minds and the subconscious keeps us acting on those thoughts, without us having to think about those things. The sub-conscious accepts certain ideas and actions from the conscious mind. Then it takes over the controls for those things and makes them habits for us. We then can work on the next innovative ideas with our conscious minds. If our thoughts are positive, our quality of life improves to and from a higher level of awareness. If we are not careful, our sub-conscious minds will just as easily accept our negative thoughts, if that is how we continue to think. It will still take control, and you will have negative habits. And if you continue to think negative thoughts, those thoughts will become programmed into your sub-conscious and you will begin to move into a more negative state daily. I think you would prefer to feel good.</p>



<p>So, what we really need to do is to begin thinking better thoughts repeatedly so that we can begin to program our sub-conscious minds in a more positive way. As we do this, we can then change the negative programming to positive programming. And since the law of attraction attracts to us conditions and circumstances that match our sub-conscious programming, we can begin to improve our lifestyle in any way that we want to. The important thing to remember is that the law of attraction works with the ideas that have been programmed into the sub-conscious mind. It does not attract the things you are only thinking in your conscious mind. That is why we must program your subconscious mind with the current ideas you choose by repetition until they are accepted by the subconscious mind. Then the law of attraction attracts ideas, people and circumstances that are in harmony with your new sub-conscious programming.</p>



<p>So, think of yourself having achieved your goal and enjoying your ideal lifestyle. Imagine what that would feel like. Feel these good feelings daily and you will be programming the feeling into your sub-conscious mind.</p>



<p>I have listed one hundred and two excellent books in the back of this book that are all amazing books. Some of these books are specifically helpful in teaching you about your mind. These are all excellent books that go into detail about how the mind operates. I have listed these books under the title of Mind Power. If you want to get all the information you need to understand fully how the mind works, I suggest you read the book that attracts your attention the most when you look over the list. Your intuition is always there to assist you. If you trust it and act, it will work more for you to improve your life. You will pick the right book for you. No matter what book you pick it will have valuable information for you, but likely you will pick the one that feels right for you at the right time.</p>



<p>This book is about getting to the bottom line fast. This information will help you if you follow it. I will not go into detail to explain everything as these authors listed later in this book have already done an excellent job. You may need additional information for certain categories, and you may not. The choice is yours and you will instinctively know what you need. All the books listed are extremely helpful.</p>



<p>To begin to move in the direction of your dream now, I am suggesting that you change your thoughts. This is a simple thing to do, but for some of you it will not be easy. The easiest form of introducing ideas into your sub-conscious and making them stick is by repetition and feeling. If you use repetition and begin thinking your new positive thoughts with good feeling, and do not give up, you will begin to make subtle changes. This is not rocket science as they say, but it is effective. If you want to change your life for the better, you must start now.</p>



<p>So, to start your journey to a better life, you need to know where you are and where you want to go. So, let us go to the next chapter to determine your target.</p>

<p>Since all the power and energy comes to you from Source, the best thing you can do is to align yourself with Source. You are always connected to Source because you are a part of Source. You want to be aligned with Source as much as possible so you can express a life of joy every day. You align with Source through your emotions. Source is love, peace, and joy. If you can be aware of how you feel and guide your emotions to feel good, you will be in a receptive state for Source to express itself through you. That is the easy and the difficult part. If we are in the mental habit of focusing on the things that make us feel bad, we will not be aligned with Source. When we are not aligned with Source, we block the good from coming into our lives. If we allow any circumstances around us in our sensory world such as the news or our financial difficulties or anything else that makes us feel sad or angry, we are not in alignment. If that is your habitual thinking, then it can be difficult for you to align with Source. On the other hand, if you try to focus on the things that make you feel good, you can easily align with Source. You must decide that you want to be aligned, and you must form the habit of thinking better thoughts to feel good. We all have good things to think about that make us feel good. You could think about someone you love, or your pet or your plants You could think about beautiful things in nature that make you feel good. Just search your life and mind for things that you enjoy, and you will align with Source. If you think of a few more pleasant thoughts than unpleasant thoughts every day, your life will begin to change.</p>



<p><strong>Gratitude </strong></p>



<p>Wallace D Wattles, the author of ‘The Science of Getting Rich,’ said that the best way to align with Source is to make a mental adjustment by being grateful. When you are grateful for something, you feel the appreciation for that thing, and it causes you to feel good. What you focus on grows, so the more you are grateful, the more things you will attract into your life to feel grateful for. You can be grateful for the air you breathe or the water you drink, the food you eat, the place you live, your family, friends, having work to do, having income, your pets, and many other things. If you can be in the habit of feeling joy for everything that you appreciate in your life, you will be aligned with Source. Source will then express more of what you love in your life. You will gather momentum, and your life will get better. It is a simple thought process that always makes you feel good.</p>



<p><strong>Meditation</strong></p>



<p>When you take the time to meditate for a few minutes a day, you will be able to quiet your mind. You can then be open to Source energy. You become aligned with Source. Just 15 minutes of meditation is enough to calm your mind and eliminate the mental chatter from your mind. If you can develop the habit of meditating daily in the morning, you will be able to connect to Source and get a positive start to your day. There is so much information available about meditation these days. You might want to do some research on how to meditate. For me, I just sit in a place where it is quiet and where I won’t be disturbed. I relax my body and take some deep breaths. Then I just relax my mind with the intention of thinking of nothing. When thoughts come to me, I just let them pass. With some practice, you will get better at it. You will begin to enjoy your quiet time. You will feel refreshed and energized from meditation. You will receive health benefits from meditation. When you are calm and thought-free free you are more aware of Source. You can receive ideas and answers to your problems when you are free. With practice, you will be calm in your daily affairs.</p>



<p><strong>Feel Good </strong></p>



<p>What are the best moments in your life? What do you enjoy the most? What makes you feel good? Do you like to laugh? Do you enjoy what you do for a living? Do you enjoy hobbies? Do you love helping people? What truly brings you joy? You need to take time to think about the answers to these questions seriously to determine what gives you joy and makes you feel good. You need to spend more of your time doing the things that make you feel good and less time doing the things that you don’t. If you do that, you will enjoy a wonderful life. You deserve a great life. People around you will benefit when you are enjoying your life. You will make the world a better place. You will raise your frequency and attract better ideas, and you will feel better. For what are you living? You have a purpose. There is something you are here to do. You are also here to enjoy your life in the best way possible. You are connected to Source and when you get in alignment with Source, by enjoying your life and feeling good, Source will give you more to feel good about. You have talents and desires. When you pursue your talents and desire you feel good. When you feel good you will gravitate to things you enjoy, and you will express yourself. What really excites you and gives you juice? When you get into the habit of feeling good, you will want more of it. You will want to spend your time doing more of the things you love. Your time should be important to you. You deserve to enjoy your life. You are important to you. Treat yourself better. Enjoy your life.</p>

<p>When you begin to understand that you are a powerful spiritual being, you will want to take advantage of all the resources that you have available to you.</p>



<p>Think about your life so far and the things that went right for you. Make a list of those things and you will be surprised at how many you have on your list. They don’t have to be big accomplishments. Just think about the things you did that made you feel good. It could be a race you won or an exam that you aced, or a date with someone special that you enjoyed. You might want to add when you got your first car or your driver’s license. You can list anything that you are proud of or that you felt good about. If any of these things were goals that you accomplished, they are all proof that you can get what you go after. You were using resources that are available to you to achieve all your previous accomplishments.</p>



<p>When you look at the great accomplishments that people have made throughout history like inventions, books, great works of art, political triumphs, discoveries in medicine, creating rockets, and other amazing accomplishments. These people were using the same resources that are available to you.</p>



<p>When you set a goal that you really desire, you connect with Source. Source is where you get these resources.</p>



<p>You can make things happen for you. Once you decide on your goal and commit to that goal with feeling, you are on your way. You must feel what it would be like to have your goal manifested. Just think of how wonderful it will feel to achieve it. If you continue to feel good about having already received your goal, you will be inspired to act. You will get an urge to call someone, or to get information about something you need that is related to your goals. You will then act on your new impulse.</p>



<p>As you move confidently in the direction of your goal you will notice that you are making progress. As you feel good about your progress you will develop faith and belief. Faith is believing your invisible goal until it becomes visible. By continuing to have faith you will establish a belief. How you feel about your belief will become habit. What you think about expands or what you think about comes about. Then simply persist until your goal has been realized. Even when you encounter challenges and obstacles, by keeping your faith you will find solutions. Remember that the obstacles and challenges are happening for your benefit to make you stronger as you make progress. When you reach your goal, it will be even more satisfying than you imagined it to be.</p>



<p>You are using your mind to create the life you are living now. You are using your mental faculties and the resources available to you to live the way you live. The way you are living is the result of your current thoughts. If you want to improve your life, you change your way of thinking. You change your goal. You act. You change your paradigm, and you use your resources. You persist and your goal becomes reality.</p>



<p>The most important thing for you to do is to decide what you want and how you want to live. Take all the time you need to pick the right goal for you. Think of how it will feel when you accomplish this goal. Make sure it is a goal that is worthy of you and your efforts. If your goal is connected to your purpose (your deeper purpose in life), it will be the most powerful for you. Your invisible resources will come to your aid faster and in more powerful ways.</p>



<p>Please make sure to choose a goal that you deeply desire. If it is a goal that someone else wants you to achieve like a parent or a spouse, your heart won’t be in it. So, make sure you choose something that you truly desire and that you are passionate about.</p>



<p>Once you have determined the goal that is right for you, you must begin to develop a picture or image of that goal. What does it look like once you have attained it? How do you feel? How do you act? As you use your imagination to visualize what you want you will be connecting with your spiritual resources. You want to see yourself with your goal in the present. Imagine how you would act. How would you look? You must become the person you will be once your goal has been achieved in your imagination first.</p>



<p>Next you must commit to achieving this goal. Set a date for its accomplishment.</p>



<p>Then determine what is the first step for you to take and begin your journey. As you feel your image; your vision, you will be willing to take the next step and the next because you truly desire that goal. When you want something enough you will continue as you encounter obstacles along the way. Always notice the progress and feel good about it. This will increase your faith. Always manage your obstacles as best you can and do not let them stop you from going after your goal. The obstacles come to improve your faith and perfect your goal into your burning desire.</p>



<p>The right ideas will come to you. You will be amazed at the energy you have and the enthusiasm if you truly desire your goal. You will grow and become a wiser person that is more aware of your power and possibilities to achieve whatever you want. As you pursue your goal, you are growing as a person. You are becoming more of the powerful spiritual being you are.</p>



<p>Take the time to create a beautiful goal. Take the time to build your image in your imagination. Be willing to improve any details of your image as they come into your consciousness. Take the time to feel how good it feels to have accomplished your goal. Think and feel your goal every day, in the mornings when you first wake up, at night before you go to sleep and as often as you can in your day. Write your goal on a card and carry it with you. Read your card from time to time during the day to remind yourself of what you desire.</p>



<p>By repetition you will reprogram your subconscious and change your paradigm. Your paradigm will then assist you to achieve your goal. You will develop belief in yourself and your abilities to succeed. You will grow and become the person that achieved your goal. You will be stronger and more confident about your abilities. Then you will go after your next goal. You will live an amazing life.</p>



<p>You will inspire others to grow and enjoy their lives. You will be able to contribute.</p>

<p><strong>How Magnificent You Are</strong></p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Did you know that you are a spiritual being living in a physical body? Did you know that you are connected to Universal Power or God by your super-conscious mind that is a part of your sub-conscious? Did you know that you can be almost anything that you want to be? These things are all true!</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You can consult with the greatest religious books. You can consult with leaders in science. You can speak to knowledgeable people all over the world. You can study people in history. You will find that the information will prove to you that you are an extremely powerful being. If one person has done something extraordinary (and we know there have been thousands of people that have) then you can do extraordinary things too.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There are so many examples today of people that have used this marvellous power to cure disease, to become wealthy, to transform their lives for the better. There are many examples of people in history that have proven that the power exists. You can tap into that power to use it for your own good and the good of others. Why not allow yourself to see what you can achieve?</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There are people that have undergone great physical difficulties to live outstanding lives in spite of their challenges. There are people that have been born in extreme poverty that have become extremely wealthy people. There are examples of new Olympic records being set every time they hold the games. The breakthroughs in medicine, science and technology are mindboggling. There seems to be no end to what the human mind can accomplish. We are all extremely powerful beings using the one power in the universe to make our dreams a reality.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; By taking control of your thoughts, you can begin to program your mind towards success. You can program your mind for health, wealth, fame and joy. You can program your mind to help others. The Power does not favour one person over the other. All people are equal in their ability to take control of the Power. It will simply give you what you focus your thoughts on.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Most people believe that it is others that can harness the Power. It is others that have the intelligence, the talent, the training, the wealth, the breaks, luck. They refuse to entertain the idea that they are equal in ability to the ones that are doing great things.&nbsp; This is simply not the case. Everyone has access to the Universal Power.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; One of the best bits of wisdom I ever received was from Bob Proctor in one of his “Six Minutes to Success” segments. He suggested to the listeners that they make a list of all the things that they have done in their lives that was a win for them. It could be a race you won, an exam that you aced, perhaps you were the top student in your class, maybe you won a contest, you got the job you were trying to get, you painted a wonderful picture, you travelled to a place that you really wanted to visit, you dated your ideal mate or it could be anything that pleased you. I am suggesting that you take a moment to do this right now. Get out a pen and some paper and think back through your life and begin to write down anything that you were proud of. Once you have done this, read your list out loud.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; How did you feel after this little exercise? Were you surprised that you had accomplished so many things? Did it make you feel good? I never really felt that I had achieved much before I made my list. I was able to list fifteen things that I was proud of and it made me feel good about myself. I suddenly realized that I do have some talent. I realized that I had done some very good things in the past. I realized that if I could do them before, I could do something good again.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Then I thought about what I really wanted and I wrote it down. I imagined myself having reached that wonderful goal. I imagined a picture of myself after successfully reaching my goal. I felt what I would feel like with that success. And I continue to imagine my present goal and feel my goal in the present, every day. I am moving toward my goal with a confident and relaxed feeling. I know I will reach my next goal and I expect to reach it because I have reached goals before.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Please make sure that you notice your progress. You might want to chart your progress so that you can build momentum and enthusiasm. And make sure that you reward yourself for your progress. It doesn’t have to be something expensive. It can be a small reward like a dog biscuit that you would reward your dog with when he does the right thing. Have one of your favourite candies, or take a five minute break to go outside and feel the sun on your face. If you reward yourself often, you will build the habit of wanting to make even more progress toward your goal. And, if you want to go out for a nice dinner, and you can afford it, that works too. You decide, but don’t forget that you deserve rewards.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Here are some new ideas for you. The Laws of Physics today are proving that there is one universal power that is involved in every aspect of life. The power is in every bit of mass and particle of mass and of space. Ideas can travel thousands of miles instantly. We are all connected by the same universal power. And we can use that power to achieve our dreams.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Internet has provided access to all the knowledge there is on any subject for almost everyone in the world if they have access to the internet. This is why someone in the most remote area in the world can come up with ideas for improvements in almost any field. This is an incredible time in the history of mankind. We all have access to knowledge. We all have access to truth. We are now able to learn how truly powerful we are and that we control our destiny through our use of our minds. Mankind is making incredible breakthroughs in technology, healing, science, etc.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bob Proctor has stated that if we take an idea and we re-evaluate that idea, we change our perception of that idea. When we change that perception, the conditions regarding that idea change as well. Physicists have also confirmed that an outcome can be determined by the perception of the outcome.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I would like you to study all the information that you can about personal achievement as a human being. Once you look at this information and realize that you too are a powerful human being, you will change your perception of yourself. You will realize that you can tap into the Power to improve your life. Your perception of yourself will improve and your actions will improve accordingly.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; When you truly begin to accept that you have the ability to change, improve and succeed, your life will get better and better. You will never be able to go back to the old life that you had before. Your awareness will not allow you to regress because you will know the truth. Once you begin taking action toward your goals and you begin to prove to yourself that you can be successful, your life will unfold with joy. This is why we are here; to experience joy as a physical human being. We all have talents and abilities. We all have ways to contribute to other human beings and to planet Earth.</p>



<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stake your claim to this Power. Use it for more joy. Read your list of achievements often and keep adding to your list as you succeed. You will be amazed at what you can become.</p>

<p>Where are you at this point in your life?</p>



<p>Who are you?</p>



<p>What are your talents and abilities?</p>



<p>What is your purpose?</p>



<p>What would you like to be, do, or have?</p>



<p>You need to examine your life. If you take the time to answer these questions you will discover some amazing things about You. You need to find the time to step off your hamster wheel and do something important for you. Take stock of your life.</p>



<p>It may scare the hell out of you when you discover what you have been doing. It is easy to get caught up in a routine. You may have been doing the same job for many years. Maybe you don’t really like what you do for a living. You may be looking after your family. Perhaps you have made the happiness of others more important than looking after yourself. You are important too.</p>



<p>You may find that your life is good. You have taken the courses necessary to get the job you wanted. You have an above average income, and you have all the things you want. You take wonderful vacations every year. Do you have your life in order? Are you happy?</p>



<p>Like many you may be living somewhere between a miserable life and a perfect one. You try to improve things when you can, and you grab some time to enjoy a hobby occasionally. You say that things are the way they are. What can you do?</p>



<p>When you take the time to evaluate your life and see the truth, you can decide to leave things the way they are, or you can decide to make changes. If you find that you are not doing things that bring you joy, you may look for ways to find the time to do them more often. If you notice that you are doing things that cause you to be angry or unhappy, you can decide to improve your situation.</p>



<p>It is all up to you. If you don’t know where you are in your life, if you don’t know if you are happy, if you are not doing the things that make you feel good, you will likely continue living your life the way it is.</p>



<p>When you know the truth, it can set you free. You can decide to find more time to do the things you enjoy. You can discover your unique talents and abilities and learn to use them. They will bring you joy. You can discover your passion. You can discover your purpose. You can change your life.</p>



<p>Even if you decide to make a few small changes to improve your life, you will feel better. As you form the habit of taking time for you, you will be rewarded. You will impact the people around you in a positive way too.</p>



<p>You are important. You are important to you. A better, happier, you will live a life with juice. You are important to the people you love. You are important to the universe. Only you can decide how you want to live. You create your life. You create by the thoughts you think, the emotions you feel, and your thoughts and emotions cause you to act.</p>



<p>You can improve almost anything in your life if you decide to. The information is available to help you. There are coaches and mentors to help you. If one person has been able to make the change you desire, then you can make the change too. Even if no one else has done it, you could be the first. Everything that was ever done by a human was a first for someone. There is information in my books and many other writer’s books to help you do what your heart desires. It doesn’t matter how you have been living; you can make a fresh start! No matter what, you can change your circumstances. Drop your old programming and become aware of the truth. It is important for you to tap into the energy that is available to you and everyone, to live your best life. Your juicy life awaits you if you want it.</p>



<p>Take the time to find out who you are. Discover your desires. Start with one small step and you will be on your way to feeling good every day. When you form the habit of feeling good every day, you will be living your best life. You will be creating the best life you can imagine.</p>



<p>The world needs your unique talents and abilities. In what way would you like to contribute?</p>



<p>I encourage you to live your best life. I encourage you to find your joy and passion. I encourage you to discover your power to create what you desire. I encourage you to live a wonderful life.</p>



<p>If more people lived their lives with joy, we would all benefit.</p>
