Heritage Minister James Moore has been blown….away by Vancouver punk band ‘Living With Lions’ latest album, ‘Holy Shit’

Heritage Minister James Moore, has never seen anything so vile, so evil, so purely designed to corrupt the innocents, and lay waste to our western culture as ‘Holy Shit’, that he has allowed one of his spokesmen to send a comment to the ‘Vancouver Sun’, and he also called the CEO of FACTOR, the non-profit organization that pays out over $14 million a year to support Canadian talent. Some of the $14 million comes from the Department of Canadian Heritage’s Canada Music Fund.

Because ‘Holy Shit’ was supported by FACTOR, they had to put a FACTOR logo on the album, which meant that through a couple degrees of separation the Governments money was used to support this vile, disgusting, purely evil album.

What makes the CD so over the top that James Moore thought the very sight of the album would turn people into jabbering husks of human flesh.

The album art depicts Jesus is a Poop.

Yes I know its extreme, even typing it makes me feel unease.

James Moore, to quote Ricky Gervais, ‘Just because you’re offended, doesn’t mean your right’.

Art is art, whether it is bad art, or good art.
Art is controversial,
Art is tasteless,
Art is disgusting,
Art is beautiful,
Art is everything good and bad.

You are not allowed to support one type of art, and not another; you must support it all because ever type of art makes up our heritage. All this is, is a punk band from Canada, continuing the spirit of punk, mocking mainstream society, freaking out the stiffs, in a fun way.

You remember what fun is right James? Its like the time you had the website 'End the NDP'

I want to thank you James Moore for causing such a ruckus about this band, because after listening to their latest single off of Holy Shit, called ‘Honesty, Honestly’ I have a new Canadian punk band that I like, and will be playing on my show.
