Flour<br /> 1/2 C Milk<br /> 1t salt<br /> 1/8 t pepper<br /> 2 eggs<br /> <br /> <br /> Drain Salmon, reserving liquid and removing skin &amp; bones. Mash salmon with fork; add cracker meal &amp; lemon juice; mix thoroughly. Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and liquid drained from salmon; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over eggs; combine with salmon. Pour mixture into greased custard cups set in pan of hot water. Bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees for 35 minutes. One, taking my only child &amp; son to School at The Boston Conservatory &amp; Two, finding kool &amp; kitschy places for The Kitsch Bitsch to blog about and drool over! Both were acheived with flying colors, although I do wish I had more time in Boston. His story is an inspiration to ALL graphic designers everywhere! In the Back Bay area of Boston and right next to the Back Bay Hilton, was this retro-riffic Bowling Alley / Diner / Pool Hall! Everywhere you turned was a great example of vintage typography, images and design. This Bitsch was in Kitsch Heaven! I think my fave was the floor design with bowling ball and pins. Every element was carefully thought out. AND the food was GREAT! The foccacia was INCREDIBLE and the fried zucchini flowers were well ... "heaven". So "all in all" our four days in Boston where great ... moving my son in to his dorm and saying goodbye was tough but I know he will do great living in such a creative and fun town like Bahhhhston! My boy has been raised The Kitsch Bitsch so it will be no surprise when pics of retro signs and designs come pouring into my inbox!
