I.Introduction


From April to May 1994, the world has witnessed the dreadful event in Rwanda. The attempt to exterminate the Tutsi population by the Hutus is one of the horrible crimes against humanity since the Holocaust during the Second World War. I. Introduction
The status of East Jerusalem is controversial. It is a sacred place for Judaism, Islam, and Christian religions. That is one of the many reasons why neither Israel nor the Palestinians are willing to negotiate East Jerusalem. Peace process attempts such us Camp David and Taba showed that both parties refuse to accept the governance of the other (Klein, 2001). Kosovo Force intervened in the Kosovo crisis. They believe that Kosovo must be
democratised in order to establish peace and security. Kosovo must be
