There is a lot of anticipation about the new HWY 54 Expressway that is under construction from Lake Ozark to Camdenton. This Fall 2010 there will be big changes in Osage Beach with the divided HWY 54 basically from Lowe’s and Hyvee to Walmart.

Here is the Osage Beach Divided HWY 54 map to give you an idea of what is to come with the new expressway that should allow faster travel between the north side of the lake and the south side.

The Wehrenberg Theater is in the Osage Beach outlet mall parking lot. Just enter at the light and it is straight ahead.

B & B Lake West Cinema

With multiple screens both Lake of the Ozarks theaters have a reasonable amount of choices for showtimes. For the latest Lake of the Ozarks movie reviews you can check out the lake’s “hardest working film critic” on his facebook page for reviews of all the latest releases.

Lake of the Ozarks Walmart

It seems many are searching for this while on vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. So here it is. There are 2 Walmart Lake of the Ozarks locations. Both are located on Hwy 54 several miles apart hopefully convenient to where you are staying or living.

Look for Walmart right off 54 on the West side as you enter Camdenton from Linn Creek. The Walmart has a gas station, a Subway, Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks branch, hair cuts, optometrist and all the other great things Walmart normally has. In the parking lot is a great burger spot, Beach Burgers, that you should check out for lunch or dinner Monday-Saturday.

Walmart in Osage Beach is on the slope on the East side just north of the Lake of the Ozarks outlets. There is a gas station at this Walmart as well. You will find the Pasta House restaurant in the parking lot and a great breakfast place Kay’s just north of Walmart.
