food discovery box is a new trendy monthly/bi- monthly/quarterly food box subscription, delivered straight to your door!

what makes food discovery box different from other food box subscriptions is that you pick what you want in it as we all know that everybody has different tastes!

each month you get to choose some unique goodies what are rare British Artisan! they great thing is the foods are never available in super markets so you know you are trying something new and quirky!

all the foods on the website are from British food producers who take pride and care into making their great tasting foods in small batches and the website fully support them and help get there talent seen!

fooddiscoverybox.com contacted me and asked if I would be interested in doing a review about them. as soon as I checked the website I was like "ohhhh yeeeahh"

I found the website really easy to use and the menu had lots of new and unique foods to choose from like "beetroot ketchup" - of course chose this delicious sounding sauce to go in my box!

I also picked out salt and black pepper cashew nuts, honey roasted cashew nuts, raspberry white chocolate with popping candy and some coffee. i was then sent some garlic pickled eggs along with some apple and raspberry fruit jerky. - I have done a taste test of these products in my youtube video and you can either click the link here or carry on reading and at the end of the blog post i will post my video review.

Each month there is always a new menu to choose from. you choose five items to go in your box and then the food discover box team give you a 6th mystery item for free. if you cant decide what foods you would like to try or if you are a bit daring, there is an option where you can click "surprise me"

me personally being a #foodie loves this option! it is so exciting to see what foods arrive straight to your door step!

another great thing about the website is there is something for everyone. they always state what foods are nut free, dairy free, gluten free and so on...

easy rainbow cake recipe

if you are subscribed to my youtube channel you might of seen my "rainbow cake" video that i posted.
so my cake didn't end up looking as good as the beautiful, vibrant pictures that you find on pintrest, but it tasted AMAZING!

i am going to share with you my recipe and method in the most easiest way a can so anybody can give this ago!

ingredients for the sponge:

125 grams of soft butter
225 grams of self raising flower
150 grams of caster sugar
3 eggs
1 tea tablespoon of baking powder (or less)
a pinch of salt
a drop of vanilla extract
a few colours of gel food colouring (its more vibrant if you use gel)

ingredients for butter icing
i don't use measurements for this. i just keep adding and mixing, with a little bit of tasting until i decide its perfect!

room temperature butter
dash of milk
icing sugar

method:

pre heat the over to gas mark 5 or 190c or 375f
put all the sponge mixture in to a bowel but not the food colouring!
use an electric mixer or do what i did and use a hand held bender to mix all the ingredients together until it forms a creamy mixture

depending on how many colours you are using, split the mixture equally into bowels. i used four colours so i only used four bowels.
once the mixture is evenly split, start adding your food colouring, for example: put blue in one bowel, pink in another and so on...

if you have more than one cake tin lucky you! i only had one cake tin the same size so i had to cook four sponges separately!
grease the tin well by using butter
add your first coloured mix to the tin (or if you have more than one tin, put a colour in each tin)
put your sponge/sponges in the oven to cook.
i didn't go by a time whilst cooking my sponges because im an idiot and never found out how long you keep them in an oven for! i would say check after about ten minutes to see how they are getting on. prick it with a fork and if the mixture does not stick it should be ready. of course make sure it is spongy before taking it out of the oven.
whilst the sponge/sponges are cooking start making the butter icing!
put in a few spoonfuls of butter into a bowel, with a drop of milk and icing sugar
mix until smooth and creamy

leave the delicious butter icing to one side until the sponges are cooked
once the sponges are cooked place them on a cooling rack to cool down.
do not attempt to put the butter icing on the sponges whilst they are warm otherwise it will melt and make your cake soggy!
next we are going to want to build the cake together
stick the sponges together using a thin layer or butter icing. if you like you could also add a layer of jam

next cover your cake it the rest of your butter icing!
you may want to add decorations or sprinkles but i left my plain.

i hope i have explained everything in an easy way and it is learning difficulty friendly!

007 for women review

hello scent lovers and perfume collectors!
i was sent a bottle of the seductive 007 for women to test out and try out. i also had some samples to hand out to friends and family.

my personal opinion
when i first opened my package i couldn't help but notice the lovely packaging. it comes in a black bottle with some lovely detailing on it, even the box was beautiful!.
as soon as i sprayed the perfume i went "mmmmmm"
it has a sweet smell to it, but not a sickly over powering sweet, but a nice girly sweet.
i like the fact that the scent makes me feel like a mysterious, sexy bond woman!
i think its a perfect scent to wear when you want to go out clubbing and want to feel sexy and seductive! would also be great to wear on a date.

friends opinions
now everyone has their own personal preference to smells and i got mixed opinions on the product.
the majority of the people who i spoke to about the product really liked the feminine scent and most said they would purchase 007 for women.

im going to use my Mother as an example now:
my mum is 51 and didnt like the scent at all and said it was too sweet for her and its not her cup of tea.
my neighbour who is 64 also didnt like the scent as she prefers musky scents.

the majority of my friends who tried the scent are aged between 18-30 and most of them really liked the smell and thought it was sexy. there was a couple who likedthe smell but just said it wasnt for them as they prefer other types of scents.

i would say
going by the age groups i spoke to, i would say its a scent more directed for under 40s. im not saying in no way at all that older people wont enjoy the sexual scent, its just that the older i people i spoke to, did not enjoy the fragrance very much. i am no way ageist and i would recommend any one of any age trying it!

its such a pretty bottle and would look great on any dressing table. its also a nice shape so it fits really nicely in your handbag.

yankee candle shea butter review

if you are one of my subscribers from my youtube channel you would of seen i have a slight addiction to the amazing yankee candles.

yanke candle have brought some lovely scents out for spring including: red raspberry, pink grapefruit, Moroccan argon oil, frankincense cassis, aloe water, oud oasis, and of course my favourite shea butter.

out of the new spring collection i have purchased "Moroccan argon oil" in a tart, "red raspberry" in a sampler candle, "aloe water" in a small jar candle and then the "shea butter" in a medium size jar (what im currently burning now)

about yankee shea butter
when i first smelt this candle it brought back memories of being on holiday abroad with my family. i believe this could be because shea butter is in allot of products and possibly even sun cream or after sun.
it is a creamy smooth scent.
i does not state on the yankee candle website that it has coconut it, but me personally, i can smell a very light coconut scent.

the scent is not over powering (what i usually like) but it defiantly makes the room full up with shea butter goodness. - it really does remind me of being on holiday, so i highly recommend if any of you suffer from depression or sadness on a dull rainy day. it really lightens my mood.

my yankee candle haul
so i did have a yankee candle splurge in the last week and brought allot of candles. i have done a haul video over on my youtube channel if anyone would like to check it out.

ted baker "polly"

so i love anything that smells great, i love yankee candles, lush products, body mists, perfumes and anything else that smells good.

my newest smell obsession is this sweet smelling scent by ted baker.
i know there are a few more scents in the "teds sweet treat" range, but i have only smelt this one called "polly"

what i love about this girly scent is its not sickly sweet. "polly" is a fruity/musky smell and is perfect for any occasion.

i love the 10ml size and the shape of the bottle, as it fits nicely in my handbag. its perfect to grab when i need a little pick me up at work or when im out with the girls.

aussie leave in conditioner review

hello beautiful people of the interwebs!
i have very thick long hair. i also dye my hair blonde very often, so its often very dry, unless i use my favourite hair products by aussie.

so the other week i decided to curl my hair using a curling wand. i know its not healthy for my hair, but every strand i curled i sprayed a large amount of tesco hairspray on that piece before curling it around the heated wand. after i finally curled each piece of my hair a sprayed in more hair spray. my hair was very rock hard and crispy, but it looked really nice in my own opinion, and i new for a fact these curls wernt dropping during the night...

the next day i woke up really late and didnt have chance to wash or brush my hair (i know that sounds really skank)
my hair was so dry, so crispy and really knotty. i couldnt even get a brush through it the following day. when i started trying to brush my hair, it seemed like it kept snapping my hair. i was very upset.

i spoke to my sister "jess" and she recommended using a "leave in conditioner"
we spoke about a few and then said about "aussie miracle hair insurance leave in conditioner"

so i rushed to superdrug to buy some. As soon as i got home i sprayed the product in my hair and was able to brush out the knots and curls. i was so happy! it saved my hair!

after i washed it i then sprayed some of the leave in conditioner in my hair and once my hair dried it felt silky soft and smelt amazing!

i love this product and i highly recommend it. it really works and also smells fabulous!
the product has jojoba seed oil in it and helps de-tangle and protect your hair from every day wear and tear. this life saver is currently £4.49 in superdrug.

having PCOS

hello my beautiful little peas! so today i thought i would share with you my personal experience with Polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos)

so PCOS is one of the most common endocrine disorders that sadly some of us women experience. now allot of people seem to think because they have a cyst on their ovary that the have PCOS, this is no way true!

you can have PCOS with out having cysts on your ovary's and just because you have a cyst does no way mean you have this illness. - you need to have blood tests done before you can be fully diagnosed with it.

the symptoms:

weight gain and troubles losing it
oily skin or acne
having irregular periods or no periods at all
not being able to get pregnant
thinning of the hair
facial hair, hair around the nipples, chest and lower abdomen
polycystic ovary's

missing my periods was my first symptom followed by the weight gain! i think i was more upset about the weight gain more than anything. i went from a size UK 8/10 to now a size 16.

how depressing right? im all about loving your own body, but now i really have got to a part in my life where i am very unhappy. diets dont seem to work very well with me, as the weight just does not seem to go very easily.

the other symptom i suffer really bad from and thats facial hair. i am lucky i am blonde so it does not show up as easy, but when the sun light hits it, it lights it right up!

i was at work the other day, serving some teenagers. the sunlight hit my face and you could see all the blonde hairs. i felt so embarrassed as i hear the teenagers laughing and joking about my face. saying comments like "oh my god, i would shave it off"

i do use hair removal cream, but i have to let it grow to a certain length otherwise it stings so much when i apply the product. - a few days ago i used "superdrugs own brand" for facial hair removal and it burn my face so much and dried out all my skin. i even burn the top part of my lip. ive tried waxing before but i dont seem to have the will power to pull of the wax strips.

im lucky my hair has not thinned or left bald patches, but i have seen ladies who sadly who have had to go through this.

my whole experience with PCOS has been horrid. sadly i cant take medication to help prevent the symptoms. - i used to be on the pill to regulate my periods but came off for a few months. my GP now says im far to overweight to be given the pill.

im now approaching that moment in my life where i would like children. me and my ex boyfriend split up in august now, so im currently single, but at the time i was with him i wished i had got pregnant and it never happened.

if any body reading this has just been diagnosed with PCOS i just want you to know that you are not alone. they say 10 out of 100 woman have this illness. if anybody would like any more information, feel free to comment.

december favourites

hello my beautiful readers! so its the end of december now and i thought i would share with you some of my favourite products from december! i also have made a video called december/christmas favourites on my youtube channel explaining some of my favourite items.

yankee candles:
each year yankee candle brings out some amazing christmas scented candles. i did purchase a few of them and even the yankee candle advent calender. now with the yankee candle advent calender i didnt like the fact that when you open the door to get out your tea light of the day, there was no picture or text! it didnt even tell you what scent it was, what i found rather disappointing.
some of my favourites were: christmas candles was: christmas garland, candy cane lane, christmas cookie and icicles.

christmas memories was by far my absolute favourite! it semlt so christmas like and had reminded me of christmas pudding.
now black cherry is not a christmas scent but it is one of my favourite everyday smells.

lush:
i love lush! its one of my favourite stores ever, as when you walk in the smell is so strong.
lush has brought out some great christmas specials including: magic wand, the christmas penguin, butter bear, dashing santa and many other great bath time treats. my favourite lush product of this year will have to be snow fairy! i am addicted to its sweet candy floss scent and how it makes my skin smell.

hello my lovely readers! so recently i have started a part time job in a well know shop, so i can earn some pennies before christmas. i used to work in retail before in "woolworths" and "greggs"

i really enjoy my job BUT along with all jobs there comes the "stress" in my case its the customers that stress me out.

dear customers:

saying please and thank you to me isnt hard!

making a phone call whilst i am serving and talking to you is also very rude!
throwing your "money" and "items" at me is also very rude!
tapping your fingers and sighing will not make me work faster and is also very rude!
when i ask you a question its nice if you speak to be instead of shaking or nodding your head
when i say hello or goodbye its nice if you say it back
please dont stick your card in the machine until i finish scanning your items
why put your stuff on the till that im not working on? then sigh when i ask you to come round?
allot of the time my till runs out of £5 notes, so trying to give me extra change to make sure you get a £5 in change really dosnt help me
3 for 2 means buy 2 items and get a 3rd free. you will always get the cheapest free!!!!!
buy 1 get 1 half price does not mean buy one get one free!
i cant change your money for you as the till only opens after a transaction
no i dont work on commission, its my job to offer you the bargains on my till
i cant help that my till is slow
i have to enter all discounts manually on the till so im sorry if it takes some time

next time your in a shop, remember the person who is serving you is also human, so its nice to be polite :)

hello my beautiful bambinos! so the other day i went into lush and danced around like a little fairy with the limited edition magic wand bubble bar and i also picked some other goodies up as well. ohhhhh and the reason the first picture you see in my blog is my face is because i also brought a new top that day and love the cute frilly collar detailing :)

so here with have the amazing magic wand bubble bar. it is a lovely shade of cuteness, meaning pink. it is complete with a little dangler bell and magenta string.
this lovely candy smelling wand is so much fun for all ages! take a look at me! im a twenty something female who gets excited over this magical bubble creator! all you need to do is run your bath like normal and swish it around under the tap like you are making a fairy tale magical potion of bubbles.

so now we are all professional fairy's i highly recommended buying the limited edition snow fairy shower gel! it has a unique sweet smell to it that isn't to over powering. its pink and girly with added glittery sparkly fairy dust. it was out last year but sadly i never got to try it. i was told in my local store that this year they have added seaweed for skin softening, what is always a bonus.

so here we have star light, star bright! this sparkly silver beauty is a lime, lavender and ginger scented bath melt! as you can see in the picture, i have rubbed allot of the magical silver off as its just beautiful. in this lovley little bath melt is packed with some great ingredients to make your skin feel baby bottom soft, including extra virgin coconut oil and organic shea butter. i believe that your bath water should turn to a lovely mystic turquoise colour.

the next little feller that i got was butterbear! now i picked him up because of the ingredients in him as they sounded just perfect for my needs! fair trade colombian cocoa butter being one of them! he also has some ylang ylang oil inside of him, so im sure to have lovely soft skin when i get out of the bath!

zoella beauty - good and bad

as you can see in the picture above superdrug needs to re fill the zoella shelves!

if you dont know who zoella is, you must of been hiding under a rock!. she is a british youtuber with over 6 million subscribers and makes videos from beauty and fashion to vlogs and personal videos. she is the girlfriend of alfie deyes who goes under the youtube name "pointlessblog" and together they have a huge fan base.

i have been wanting to try out zoella beauty since it launched a couple of weeks ago. my sister works in a superdrug in my little old town alton. i kept asking her if she was going to get zoes products in and she says she dosnt think so as its a small store.

we ended up going out of town to basingstoke so i could run into the superdrug over there to have a look at the products. the shelves looked a little empty, so thats got to show how popular little zoe is.

i had didnst have any spare money when we went into superdrug so sadly i couldnt purchase anything that day. i did how ever smell her candle, bubble bath and perfume.

the candle
i love candles so much! i really love candles in tins as well as they are super duper cuuuuuute!
zoes candle smells lovely and the packaging really reflects her style. to me i found the scent unique, a little fruity, not to sweet but very girly. - i will be purchasing this!

the bubble bath
again the design and packaging is lovely! i couldnt really smell it through the bottle but i think it looks lovely. its the time of year now where i love to have girly bubble baths so this may come in handy!

the perfume
now i dont really want to give a bad review on this as i like zoe as a person, but sadly i didnt think much of this product. it does state that its a very light scent, but i think its too light. i sprayed some on my arm and thought it had a nice girly scent. it wasnt very strong at all and after seconds the scent had gone. my sister even said the same. its in a nice bottle and i like the brand but i think £8.00 is a bit to expensive for this type of body mist as the smell dosnt last in my opinion. maybe i need to try out the perfume again as other people disagree with me.

okay so i think its safe to say my blog posts have become a bit about hot topics at the moment, other than just genral posts about myself and the other bloggidy blog blog stuff i write!

katie hopkins who is a very well known opinionated lady and one of the sun`s weekly columnists has tweeted something i rather agree on for a change!

i actually really agree with what she tweeted. allot of other twitter followers agreed with her, whilst others disagreed.

hopkins then tweeted out the following tweet:

as you can see this tweet was favorited 278 times (probably more now) and retweeted over 100 times.

her tweet is true though! you all must admit it. if she did leave her children and go out, no one would forgive her and she would be getting nothing but hate from the media.

i have had my own opinion on the MaCans for quite some time now...
i have never really expressed it, but in my opinion they are using their missing daughter for money.

there have been so many families that have lost their children, but there stories never get blown up in the media as much as the MaCans! i recall there was a book released about a year or two ago and books = money!
the amount of stories they have sold in newspapers and magazines! = money!
t.v appearances = money! (not all the time but its possible)

maybe what i have just said sound horrible, but as i said theres so many other families that have gone through the same thing and you dont hear about them.

soooo as i said, i liked and agreed on what katie hopkins has tweeted. but then i get reminded about this following tweet:

reading that tweet makes me feel very sad. sometimes its good to be opinionated, but insulting over weight children is vile behaviour!

halloween is on its way!

"my friend sophie and me"

okay so my last two posts where a bit depressing as they was about "sam pepper".
soooooo i thought i should now write a post on something that makes me happy and many others. that so happens to be "halloween"

October is probably one of my favourite months of the year, for many reasons, but the best reason is halloween!

the other night, me and my friend sophie walked up a hill towards some woods. we used to go to these woods as children and play. we was always told they was haunted as children. we decided to go up and re live our childhood.

i decided to light some candles up there so it was nice and cosy, with a little bit of a magical feeling. i love the smell of the autumn air in the evenings and started to feel very relaxed.
so me and sophie was basically in the middle of no where and we started feeling a little bit scared.

then one of my candles went a bit crazy and set the grass on fire! luckily we wasnt camping out as im sure are tent would of gone up in flames!

these are just a few of the reasons why i love halloween. would love to hear what you guys love about halloween!

as i mentioned i enjoy ghost hunting. i like to take pictures and see if i can pick up orbs and other weird things.

this is a picture i took of sophie and sky. there are so many orbs! now allot of people will say that i could have dust on my lens, or its light reflecting from somewhere, or some other reason. i can assure people it wouldnt be light reflecting because where was was is the middle of no where in pitch black. what ever the reason, its rather interesting when you pick up orbs like this.

this is a picture from the night that i decided just to edit up. i love how it turned out. me and my youtube friend bryan will be doing a mini photo shoot in this area for fun and im really looking forward to it!

sam pepper has raped a girl?

i didnt really want to do another post on sam pepper, but sexual assault, rape and anything like this really gets me emotions going as i have experienced things in the past that was not nice.

i came across a young females video on youtube where she talks about her very bad experience with sam pepper. she says that he raped her. i dont want to go into full details as it upsets me, but i will post the video for you to watch.

listening to what this girl says is very very sickening! i wonder how many other people have gone through the same thing!

i brave girl named dottie has also come forward about her experience at the cinema with sam pepper. she said he tried to get her to touch him and he also kept reaching to touch her.

after watching dotties video the other day i was upset to see some of the comments people had left her, saying she was an attention seeker and that they dont believe her, and that the snippets she used from hers and sams messages was photoshopped. someone wrote that she deserved it and that sickens me, so i then had to make a video.

i put my video on tumblr and dottie shared it. i was a bit nervous in the video and you will see my emotions change from the start of the video till the end.

i started doing more research on sam pepper and came across this screen shot a girl had posted on dotties video

the girl had said after these messages sam had blocked her and thats why his picture wont appear.
ive seen a few girls post convos with sam, and sam always asks for pictures. i guess he likes it when you send him a normal picture so he can tell you that your pretty and then get you to send him naked ones.

i believe sam pepper only has snap chat so he can get girls to send nude pictures. now we must remember that many guys will ask for naughty pictures so sam is not the only one doing it. BUT what is wrong is that most of his female audience are underage and probably do send him the pictures he wants because they are huge fans of his and love the fact hes interacting with them.

now laci green has had some abusive emails sent to her from mr pepper. she shared them on twitter

laci said she will be uploading a video about sam pepper very soon.

as i have said in my past blog post, sam pepper had facebooked messaged me before, and that is why i believe allot of whats going on at the moment.

i was on radio 1 yesterday talking about sam pepper and i believe its going to be very hard from him to dig himself out of all this mess. he hasnt even bothered to tweet to his fans how sorry he is.

WATCH OUT WATCH OUT, SAM PEPPERS ABOUT!

25 year old ex "big brother uk" contestant and current youtube star sam pepper who has over 2 million subscribers has recently upset a large amount of his fans.

he is known for doing numerous prank videos on his youtube channel and making people laugh. he recently uploaded a video called "fake hand ass pinch prank" what has made many people angry and upset.

in the video who goes up to random attractive females and asks them for directions to the apple store. he has one hand tucked into his pocket and a fake hand tucked into the other, while the other hand can easily sneak out and grab peoples bottoms.

so sam goes up to these ladies, asks them for directions and sneakily grabs their backsides! he then blames it on random people walking past. DISGUSTING!

the other thing is, pepper does not know how old these females are! one of the girls in the video looks under age. BUT even if they all was over the age of 18, no one has no right to touch/pinch anyones bottom with out permission, or any other area for that matter. even one of the females said in the video "i dont like that"

sam has also upset other youtube personality's by doing this video. jack howard posted the following tweet:

sam pepper tweeted today about looking after two females last night and stayed with them till 4am as their dad had left them. it was a very kind thing for him to do, but other fans seem to differ:

other sam pepper fans are saying they are going to stop following him on twitter and youtube.

their is other videos on youtube that mr pepper has done that some fans think is sexual harassment as well. their is a video where he handcuffs girls and wont let them go till they kiss him.

most of sam peppers audience are teenagers or younger, yet he goes out and does videos like "whats your fetish" where hes asking random people in the street what there fettishs are. he then tells his viewers in the video to comment what there fetishes are. he KNOWS most of his viewers are young so i personally think him asking that question is not right.

i then came across a tweet where a girl said sam pepper asked her friend to do naughty things on web cam:

i remember a few years ago before pepper was as big as he is now, he used to go on a website called blogtv, what is a site where you could chat live on webcam to people in a chatroom. it was the time when he used to hang out with the youtuber "chip daddy" round the time when they was making "halloween rap" video.

i was watching sam live on blogtv and he was asking girls to email him pictures of them. many girls did and he would say if they was sexy or fat or whatever. girls was sending him naked pictures as well. this lead me to believe sam was a little sleazy then, but at the time i was a fan of his and enjoyed all his videos.

sam set up a facebook page where people could private message him and like all his posts. at the time he was living in England. he used to post statuses saying things like "if you live in the london area and want to meet up message me" im sure he would get hundreds of messages from young females.

i one day responded to one of his statuses through private message and said i was going to be in london if he wanted to meet up and make a video (as i am also a youtuber) and thought it could be fun as we shared the same interest.

sam responded to me as i was shocked as i didnt think he would. my display picture at the time was me and my friend lauren. im blonde and shes brunette. he was being all polite with me until he asked what one i was in the picture. i told him i was the one on the left with the blonde hair. he then sent me a message saying "ha shame"

so basically i was too ugly for him to meet up with. i then realized he used his popularity to meet up with good looking females. so when he put out a status asking to meet with people, it probably wasnt because he wanted friends to hang out with, but so he could meet up with die hard PRETTY fan girls.

sam does actually do allot of nice things for people and deep down does have a heart though.

but then again Jimmy saville and Rolph Harris did as well. im not saying sam is in the same category as them but im just pointing out you never know who to trust.

i remember sam used to tweet things like "vote blah blah down on younow so i can go live" - and of course all his pepper army would do what he tells them to do.

if you have read my blog post and i have offended you i do apologise. i may even remove this. sam may even apologise and remove the video of him sexually harassing people. i just wanted you young females who are obsessed with sam pepper to be careful.

money cant buy you happiness

some people say that the most important thing is life is money....

i can assure you it really isnt. money cant buy you happiness or real love. yes it can help out allot buy using it to buy food and keep a roof over your head. BUT if you love money its not going to love you back.

never brag to anybody what you own and what you have got. owning things does not define the person who you are. it just means you are materialistic and that as long as you own objects you will be happy.

imagine your house caught fire and all your things got burnt, or if someone robbed your car. what have you got? you will believe you have nothing, but that isnt true at all. if you learn to love yourself and the others around you more you will feel rich inside and not need objects to make you feel powerful and important.

everyone would love to be able to have the money to go out and get pampered, buy new clothes, have a fancy meal and so on. its nice to go out and treat yourself.

im not saying sit at home all day and not earn your money and expect everything to be handed to you on a golden plate. im saying you are more rich than you think! if you have a roof over your head, running water, food, family, friends and love, you are more rich than you imagine.

there are people out there who have lost all there family and friends. there are people in the world who havnt got the luxury to have clean drinking water. there are people out there that are living on the streets or in danger zones where there houses can quite easily be bombed. there are people out there that cant see or hear! there are people who have a mental illness taking over there life and cant function properly! theres working families out there that can only afford to feed there children and not themselves! ive seen it! ive seen allot of people out there suffering!

i myself get really bad bouts of depression. whilst in a depressive state i tend to forget about all the people worse off then me. i will say this though, if you know someone who is in a depressive state find out why they are feeling like they are. depending on the reason why they are depressed you may be able to remind them that there are worse of people. BUT most of the time its best NOT to tell them this as it can then trigger of more emotions.....i kind of contradicted myself, but if you know what rock bottom feels like you may understand.

when you wake up one day and you have nothing to do, instead of going shopping, hairdressers, diamond shopping, nail salon, 3 course meals and so on, why dont you step outside. take a deep breath in and out, aprishiate you are able to fill your longs with this FREE oxygen! there are people suffering from COPD and emphysema and cant breathe as good as you.

go for a walk in the woods, its FREE! its calming and gentle exercise is good for the soul. some people cant walk and would love to be able to walk through the woods and countryside.

look at all the FREE beautiful things around you! the pretty clouds in the sky, the beautiful tall trees and all the lovely nature around you. some people would love to be able to see these amazing things but sadly some people are blind.

listen to the birds singing, the wind dancing through the trees and the calming sounds of rivers. its all FREE and all so lovely. some people sadly are deaf and cant experience this beauty.

im very lucky where i am at this time of year. in the fields and woods near me its blackberry season! ive been enjoying picking a handful of this FREE food. i never pick to much as there is enough FREE blackberrys to go around everyone. i cant sit here and moan about the people picking bags full as no one owns these. BUT i did see a greedy couple of ladies the other day with four lunchboxes full and then filling up huge sports direct bags. i do hope they dont sell these as they should be FREE to all people. i understand people enjoy using them to make jam. did you know some people dont have the ability to taste?

there is so much more to the world than money and sadly allot of people dont notice this

as you can tell i am no model! yesterday i decided to try and change my look around a bit for shits and giggles. i tied all my hair back and put on a clip on fringe. the only makeup i am wearing is:

~ gosh red lip tint
~ benefit they're real mascara
~ avon blonde eyebrow pencil

i have been a member on the website starnow for about ten years. i could never apply for any of the work on there because i wasnt a paid member. over the last couple of days i found about 13 jobs i wanted to apply for so i saved them to my watch list.
i decided to browse through other females profiles to see what kind of stuff they posted. all of them had professional photos. the only pictures i had was selfies from instagram and a few holiday snaps.
the girls profiles had pictures of them wearing different style wigs and artistic make up to show all the different looks they could do i guess.
i decided i would make my self look different so i would come across a little more professional and this was the look i came up with. ive got to admit its not the most flattering and i was told i look like the boy from home alone. i was trying to go for the "twiggy" look LOL

all my life since i can remember i wanted to be an actress. when i was a child i used to like re acting out scenes from my favourite "disney" movies. i was a member of a ammeter theatre group and love being in school productions. when i got older my acting confidence dropped and found it hard remembering lines. im not sure why this happened. i now want to start of being a background artist or in other words a T.V extra.

when i was on my first proper tv set in 2013 to be in a superdrug advert shown on the channel TLC i loved the experience so much i wrote a small book about my experience. its not published but its saved on my laptop in case i was ever to write a autobiography. i loved the fact that at lunch time there was a big double decker bus where with tables in it so we could eat out lunch. there was a huge table full of fresh fruits and cheese boards, a van serving up proper cooked meals like chicken curry and lasagne. the great thing was it was all free to everyone involved with the advert! there was allot of waiting around and i met some really interesting people. i really enjoyed it and would love to do more work like this.

ive been looking for websites that offer free listings of jobs for background work and most of them you all have to pay for a membership. i am not a very wealthy person so i have never paid for a membership apart from yesterday....

because i found 13 jobs i wanted to apply for on starnow i thought it was time to pay for a membership. i am now skint for a whole week! i applied for lots of the jobs on there and havnt heard back from a single person. it then hit me.....

there are allot of people in this country who want the same jobs as me and its going to be a tough competition for every single listing i apply for! also i am a plus sized female and most listings want glamorous slim females. i found one post looking for plus sized models so i thought i would give it a go. i havnt heard back from them but im sure the competition is in this category as well. i then look at the ages people look for and most of them are looking for people younger or older than me. my age is like in a limbo period.

hopefully i will find some work soon. in the meantime i will focus on my youtube videos and making my hair bows.

if you was a naughties teenager, you will remember the following:

1. collecting gel pens! there was the bright neon pens that was all the rage, and then they brought out the scented gel pens! everybody owned as least one. we used to graffiti our school books with them and they smelt great. my favourite was bubblegum or popcorn. you could never actually write in the popcorn one though as it was white

2. hair gel! some girls would put so much hair gel, hair mouse and hair spray to scrape their hair back in a tight ponytail and leaving just two thin strands down at the front, also being covered in hair product

3. micro scooters! when these first came out they was all the rage. you was extra cool if you had neon wheels!

4. dial up connection internet! can you remember that awful noise it used to make when you connected to the internet? then you would get annoyed as someone in the house had to use the phone so you had to disconnect, even if you was in the middle of talking to guy/girl you fancied on MSN.

5. wearing a band hoodie! after limp bizkit got to number 1 in the charts, everyone thought they was hardcore listening to nu mental music and wearing black hoodies with a band on such as slipknot, papa roach, korn and system of a down.

6. baggy trousers! the baggier the better. it started in wearing the bootleg flared jeans then turned into baggy styled "skateboarding" jeans. then along came the baggy cords!

7. who remembers tow socks? they where like gloves for your feet and you was super duper cool if you wore them to a sleep over with the girls

8. at some point loving one of the following boybands: westlife, a1, 5ive, n sync or backstreet boys

9, wearing lots and lots of cheap clear lipgloss! then when the wind would blow your hair would stick to your lips.

10. being allowed to drink one sugary, fizzy, brightly coloured alco pops like bacardi breezers or WKD, then getting hyper of it and thinking you was drunk...

11. you was so not cool if you wore unbranded trainers or shoes. they had to be nike or addidas. or depending what your style was vans or DCs. there was also the buffalo trainers with the flames down the side

12. you would read magazines like "shout" "g17" and bliss with your girly friends and do the the quizes like "does he fancy me" and read articles like "how to get a boyfriend" there was also the music magazines like "top of the pops" "smash hits" and "kerrang" what we would buy just for the free CDs, music lyrics and posters!

13. you could base you life around lizzie mcguire

14. can you remember those butterfly clips? it was "cool" to cover your head in as many butterfly clips you could find

15. owning everything denim! denim bags, denim purses, denim jackets, denim pedal pushers, denim scrunchies!

16. if you liked to be the sterotypical chav or scally, you owned at least one lonsdale hoodie, complete with a fake burberry bag and hat. even your phone has a burberry pattern case on it, oh and dont forget that burberry scarf!

17. we used to download all our music from limewire or soul seek or even napster and burn the songs onto CD. before broadband it would take about an hour to download one song and we used to get all excited when it finally arrived on out computer.

18. we all had a go a skate boarding at least once! we even owned one of those tinier skateboards. i believe they was called micro boards

19. we took all out photos with disposable cameras! you couldnt delete a bad selfie back then, unless you was one of the lucky kids with a digital camera.

20. we all owned a nokia! the best nokia was the nokia 3310! if you didnt have one you was just lame! we could sit for ages playing snake. we also had midi tones on our phones back then. if you was clever you could copy the music notes from a friends phone on to yours so you wouldnt need to pay out and get the same ringtone. i believe my ringtone was the simpsons them tune

21. phone credit! ahh yes we all had to walk up the shop to get our credit, then use it all in one night texting our crush.

22. late 90s/early 2000s there was hair mascara! we used to put streaks of colour through out hair using a mascara like product.

23. spending hours making your myspace page look unique using allot of HTML codes!

24. there was the crazy frog that was constantly being played on every ad break!

25. coke was the in drink, not energy drinks

26. wearing lots of bracelets up each arms, consisting of shag bands, tiny beaded bracelets, draw string bracelets, and ones with Chinese or Japanese symbols on them. you may of even wore a spiky dog coloured style of bracelet.

27. neck chokers!

28. having thick highlights in your hair, making you look a bit like a zebra

29. wearing tank tops so you can show of your sexy bra straps ;)

30. wearing trousers a little lower so you could show of your thong or french knickers, as we knew thats what the boys wanted to see

31. long black cardigan style jacket jumper thingie, with a tie up belt in the middle.

32. dressing like avril lavigne! wearing a tie, black eye make up, converse trainers. was it avril that started the trend of wearing a tie as a belt?

33. collecting beanie babies, mainly the bears

34. you was the cool one if your parents let you own a pair of heelys. unlike my parents who though they was dangerous

35. "CAN YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN!?" before it was called WWE it was called WWF. all the guys used to do the DX suck it crotch chop

36. reading festival always had a good line up back then.

37. you remember coming home from school and seeing 9/11 all over the news

38. portable cd players. the batteries never lasted very long in those things. so while you was listening to the latest single you brought from woolworths it would die. or you was cool if you had an mp3 player that stored at least 16 songs on it.

39. before sky and freeview we only got 5 channels! well i only got 4 channels as my street area couldn't pick up channel 5. or if you was that lucky kid you had a huge satellite dish on the side of your house and could pick up cartoon network and nickalodion. ahhh those was the days. i used to go round my friends house and watch rugrats and sabrina the teenage which.

40. you read books like "goosebumps" and all the jacqueline wilson books.

41. you knew who loved orange soda! if you didnt you never watched kenan and kel...i pity you

42. we rented out the newest movies on VHS or DVD. there was none of that netfix business back then

43. there was those tiny little note books with a furry cover that was attached to a key chain on your school bag or pencil case

so not all of these may apply to you. between 200-2009 allot had changed, so it was hard to include everything.

jim Davidson to win celebrity big brother!

hello my beautys and cuties of the internet!
so this years celebrity big brother is by far the best season yet to be aired in my personal opinion. there has been so much drama and funny moments.
we have seen lee and dappy shake there man hood, lionel blair shouting "suck my d***", the love triangle between casey, lee and jasmine, lindas hate for jim, oliie eating crumbs out the toaster, luisa squirting milk from her breasts, evander telling people he once punched a horse and sam and liz sipping tea.

there has been allot of sexual games going on in the house this year! weve seen dappy making out with a rubber duck, jasmine and luisa getting a bit saucy in the bath tub, some noisy slopping kissing coming from lee and jasmine and then there was dappy and luisa topless in the shower? by far the best line i heard from the shower was something like:

dappy:" i dont want to be one of the first housemates to have sex in the big brother house"

luisa "well were not going to have sex"

that cracked me up so much. typical man thinking he was going to get his way lol.

when jim went into the house i was so happy. he is one of my most favorite comedians along with jethro and russel brand. chubby brown is pretty funny as well but no one compare to my jim!

everything jim does or say in the house just makes him this outstanding character. i dislike the way linda talks to him. she is trying her hardest to make jim snap and cause an argument. jim on the other hand is handling the situation in a mature way. if i was in jims shoes i would of snapped by now.

i feel like jim is one of the most entertaining house mates and one of the realist. i dont think he is playing up to the cameras in any way at all. he also knows how to handle luisa when shes acting like an 18 year old girl in the evenings. all her screaming and pissing around in the bed room when your tired would defiantly grind my gears. by now i would of snapped at her, so kudos to jim!

this year i want jim to win! he is the man!

the picture above is a picture of me and jim. it was either taken in 2009 or 2010. it was after one of his live shows and i got to have my picture with him and get his autograph. he was lovely in person and even said i was a "bit of alright" lol. the picture isnt the best of quality due to it was taken on a poor quality camera phone.

hello my cute little lambs! i hope you all have enjoyed the holidays this year! 2013 has been a bit of a hard year for me. i came out of a long term relationship and got a new boyfriend, and the whole process of all that wasnt easy. i also lost a best friend, what was such an emotional see - saw of a ride. i would say a "emotional rollercoaster" but its so over used lol. so just two life changing things like this has ruined my year. i had been so caught up in my emotional life that i then started letting my youtube channels slip. i stopped doing blog posts and enjoying the thing i loved most "youtube". i have now sorted allot of my personal problems out and am getting back on track. my goal for 2014 is keep vlogging and blogging.

i have started making hair bows and hair clips. i was selling them through facebook to my friends over the christmas period. i am now going to start taking orders internationally.

i am making a variety of different characters and prints, along with satin bows with embellishments. okay so the pictures above isnt the best of photos but you get the idea right? ...
i will hopefully be starting up and etsy shop to sell my beautiful creations. im thinking about sending a couple to some youtubers and bloggers to do a review on them. if any one is interested in my bows feel free to email me sam_bows@aol.co.uk

hello my little lambs, i hope you are having a great day!
the weather has been really nice here in england today. i have been sat in the garden and thinking up some ideas for my next video. i have some strong thoughts on doing a video about self harm. i wanted to do a video explaining why people do self harm and help people who are struggling with this issue at the moment. it will be one of my more serious videos.
any ways i hope you beautiful people are enjoying the weather :)
